노후산업단지 구조고도화사업을 위한 환경개선펀드 성과분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Analysis of Environmental Improvement Fund for the Structural Advancement Project of the Old Industrial Complex)

  • This paper quantitatively analyzes the investment performance of the environmental improvement fund focusing on the sales effect and the housing benefit effect. The analysis of this study focused on the effects of sales and housing benefits for completed business sites among the business sites supported by the Environmental Improvement Fund. The analysis results are as follows. First, it appears that the sales effect of the completed workplace is effective compared to the amount of investment, so it seems that the purpose of industrial integration of the environment improvement fund is being achieved. Second, it was found that there are variations by workplace and region in housing benefits. This seems to be due to the fact that profitability can be neglected by reflecting the characteristics of residential facilities built by private businesses. The Environmental Improvement Fund is a policy fund that pursues both profitability and publicity. Therefore, it is necessary to transform the structure of the fund to expand support for industrial infrastructure with high publicity. To this end, it is necessary to establish a long-term management plan that equitably considers the profitability and publicity of the environmental improvement fund.

  • The Korean government has developed and strengthened energy related regulations to pursue eco-friendly buildings since 1979. However, required design standards for energy based quantitative studies focused on energy performance in existing buildings are meagered. Therefore in this study, required energy performance by design standards for energy are analyzed. And a energy performance by retrofits for insulation improvement is studied using energy simulations.

An Experimental Study on the Improvement of Turbocharger Lag by Means of Air Injection in a Turbocharged Diesel Engine

  • An experimental study was performed to investigate the improvement of response performance of a turbocharged diesel engine under the operating conditions of low speed and fast acceleration. In this study, the experiment for improving the low speed and acceleration performance is performed by means of injecting air into the intake manifold of compressor exit during the period of low speed and application of a fast acceleration from low speed. The effects of air injection into the intake manifold on the response performance were investigated at various applicant parameters such as air injection pressure, accelerating rate, accelerating time, engine speed and load. The experimental results show that air injection into the intake manifold at compressor exit is closely related to the improvement of turbocharger lag under low speed and accelerating conditions of a turbocharged diesel engine. During the rapid acceleration period, the air injection into the intake manifold of turbocharged diesel engine indicates the improvement of the combustion characteristics and gas pressure in the cylinder. At low speed range of the engine, the effect of air injection shows the improvement of the pressure distribution of turbocharger and combustion pressure during the period of gas exchange pressure.

프랜차이즈 요식업 종사자의 인적자원관리가 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Human Resource Management of Franchise Restaurant Employees on Business Performance)

  • 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 요식업 종사자의 인적자원관리가 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 첫째, 프랜차이즈 종사자의 채용관리가 경영성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 평가관리(p<.05, ${\beta}=1.887$)가 업무향상에는 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으나, 재무성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 경력관리(p<.05, ${\beta}=1.715$)는 재무성과에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으나, 업무향상에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 업무향상과 채용관리(.441), 업무향상과 평가관리(.476)는 p<.01 유의 수준으로 다소 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 재무성과와 채용관리(.375), 재무성과와 평가관리(.356), 재무성과와 경력관리(.371)는 p<.05 유의 수준의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 요식업 종사자의 인적자원관리가 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 채용관리, 경력관리, 평가관리가 업무향상, 재무성과에 대한 특성 요인의 중요도를 파악하고 특성요인의 효과성을 검증하는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 멀티미디어 객체 처리의 성능 향상을 위한 웹 캐싱 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 멀티미디어 객체의 이질성을 기반으로 하고 있으며, 멀티미디어 객체의 캐싱 효율을 높여 캐싱 시스템의 성능을 높이고자 하는 것이다. 또한 실험에서 제안 시스템의 성능 분석을 통해 시스템의 성능 향상을 검증하였다.

  • Software Process Improvement(SPI) has been a challenging issue to software organizations. The factors affecting SPI were analysed for improving software development processes. Numerous studies suggested influencing factors, and assessment models were utilized for software improvement. This research suggested that SPI factors affecting on an organizational performance may vary according to the CMM(Capability Maturity Model) level. The moderating effects of organizational maturity level between the SPI factors and the organizational performance were empirically tested. This research found that all six SPI factors except for the resistance to change affected the organizational performance. The moderating effects of management support, goal alliances, participation, and effect analyses were empirically supported. These results can provide several implications or a practical guidance to academic and industry professionals.

  • Output performance improvement using fuzzy logic to the conventional control scheme for a magnetic levitation system is presented in this paper, Adverse characteristics of nonlinearity, unstability, system parameter variation, etc, in the levitation system are partially overcome by the general fuzzy control action. Using a PD type compensator, a coarse framework of output performance is provided to the levitation system. Then a fine regulation to the output performance requirement is obtained by the natural description of the control action in the form of fuzzy logic controller. This control action soothes the adverse characteristics of the levitation system. In this way a better output performance can be obtained in a real time experiment.

디칸터의 고장분석 및 성능 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Failure Analysis and Performance Improvement of a Decanter)

  • In this study, the failure analysis of a decanter is carried out and the methods of performance improvement are presented. The decanter is a centrifugal separator that is used to separate water and solids from municipal and industrial sludge. Therefore, the decanter should be designed to improve the dewatering of sludge. Besides high performance, the decanter should guarantee its life time under a severe using condition. For theses reasons, the failure analysis and performance improvement of the decanter are studied. It is found from this study that the failure is caused by mass unbalance, wear, clogging or crack. If these failure causes are prevented, the life time as well as the performance is expected to be improved.

  • In this paper, we analyzed the error rate performance of convolution coded 16 QAM signal with Optimum Threshold Detection with maximum ratio combining diversity in Rician Fading Environments. The performance of 16-QAM signal with CTD (conventional threshold detection) which employs convolution coding technique was analyzed and the performance improvement of convolution coded 16-QAM signal with OTD (optimum threshold detection) which is varied according to fading parameter "K" and AWGN in Rician Fading channel was simulated. As a result of analysis, it was shown the effect of performance improvement to overcome the environment of mobile radio data communication channel.

  • Cloud services have become the core infrastructure of the digital economy as a basis for collecting, storing, and processing large amounts of data to trigger artificial intelligence-based services and industrial innovation. Recently, cloud services have been spotlighted as a means of responding to corporate crises and changes in the work environment in a national disaster caused by COVID-19. While the cloud is attracting attention, the speed of adoption and diffusion of cloud services is not being actively carried out due to the lack of trust among users and uncertainty about security, performance, and cost. This study compares and analyzes the "Cloud Service Quality and Performance Management System" and the "Cloud Service Certification System" and suggests complementary points and improvement measures for the cloud service quality and performance management system.
