기술활용도 측면의 불완전고용이 재취업자의 자아존중감과 정신건강에 미치는 영향: 일에 대한 몰입과 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The effects of skill-utilization based underemployment on self-esteem and mental health: Employment commitment and social support as moderators)

  • 본 연구는 기술활용도 측면의 불완전고용이 개인의 자존감과 정신건강에 미치는 영향과, 이러한 영향에 대한 일에 대한 몰입과 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 연구는 종단으로 설계되어 2회의 설문조사를 통해 자료가 수집되었다. 1차 조사 시점에서 실업 후 미취업 상태에 있었으나 2차 조사 시점에서는 재취업에 성공한 153명의 자료를 사용하였다. 기술활용도 측면에서의 불완전고용은 두 가지 방식으로 측정되었다. 하나는 '학력격차비'로서 현재의 직업에 요구되는 학력을 기준으로 한 개인의 실제 보유학력의 비율(요구 학력/실제 학력)이고, 다른 하나는 자기보고 방식으로 측정된 '지각된 과잉자격'으로 '성장가능성부재'와 '자격불일치'라는 하위요인으로 구성되었다. 학력격차비는 일에 대한 몰입 및 사회적 지지와 상호작용하여 정신건강에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일에 대한 몰입 정도가 낮은 경우 학력격차비에 따른 불완전고용의 정도가 높아질수록 사회부적응과 우울·불안의 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타난 반면, 일에 대한 몰입 정도가 높은 경우 사회부적응과 우울·불안의 정도에 유의미한 변화가 없었다. 사회적 지지도 학력격차비와 상호작용하여, 사회적 지지를 낮게 지각하는 경우 학력격차비에 따른 불완전고용의 정도가 클수록 우울·불안의 수준도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 두 조절변인들은 지각된 과잉자격의 두 하위요인과도 상호작용하여 학력격차비와 유사한 패턴의 상호작용효과를 나타냈다. 일에 대한 몰입은 성장가능성부재 및 자격불일치 요인과 상호작용하여 자존감과 우울·불안에 조절효과를 나타냈고, 사회적 지지는 성장가능성부재와만 상호작용하여 우울·불안에 조절효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구 결과는 개인 내적 변인인 일에 대한 몰입과 외부 상황적 변인인 사회적 지지가, 기술활용도 측면의 불완전고용이 자존감과 정신건강에 미치는 영향에 완충효과를 가짐을 시사하고 있다.

이공계 전공자의 핵심역량과 교육과정 간 격차에 관한 연구 (The Gap between Key Competency of Engineering Majors and Academic Curriculum)

  • 지난 수십년 동안 이공계 전공자에게 요구되는 역량의 범위가 다양화되었다. 이공계 인재가 직무 현장에서 성공을 거두려면, 전공에 대한 지식뿐 아니라, 경영, 경제, 법제도 등 사회적 맥락의 이해가 견고해야 하는 시대다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 국내 145개 기업을 대상으로 이공계 전공자에게 요구되는 역량인자를 수집, 성향, 기술, 지식의 범주로 분류하고, 그 상대적 중요성을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 전국 182개 4년제 대학의 융합교육 현황을 조사하여 그 격차를 분석하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 융합교육의 지역적 격차 및 교육기관 간 질적 격차를 분석하여 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 내재적 동기 이론과 플로우 이론의 통합을 통해 비디오 게임 이용자들이 가진 동기와 행위 간의 관계를 설명하는 이론적 모델을 제시함에 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 기술과 도전의 최적균형, 플로우를 통한 즐거움, 내재적 동기, 그리고 비디오 게임 장르 이용행위라는 변수들을 제시하고 이들 간의 인과적 관계성들을 조사하였다. 경로분석을 통해 변수들 간의 관계성을 검증한 결과, 내재적 동기는 최적균형과 즐거움의 경험에 의해 직접적, 간접적 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 내재적 동기는 신체게임과 공상게임 장르의 이용행위를 유의미하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 전통게임 장르의 경우 내재적 동기와 유의미한 관계성을 나타내지 못했다. 또한 본 연구는 남성과 여성 비디오 게임 이용자들 간에 내재적 동기의 강도는 다르나, 내재적 동기가 게임 장르 이용행위를 유도하는 근본적인 관계들은 남녀 간에 상이하지 않음을 발견하였다.

질적 간호의 결과적 지표 (Outcome Indicators of Quality Nursing Care)

  • This study was designed to obtain basic data for development of evaluation tool which would be needed to measure the outcome of general quality nursing care of individual patient. The purpose of this study was to analyze and classify the outcome indicators of quality nursing care. The 29 articles of quality nursing care and outcome measures were selected coveniently, and analyzed to classify the outcome indicators of quality nursing care using open coding method. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Quality nursing care was defined as level of excellence of nursing care to achieve good patient outcome. 2. The 6 domains of which were health status, satisfaction, self care, patient progress and prognosis, and compliance were identified in outcome indicators of quality nursing care 3. Seven indicators of health status domain which were perceived health status, quality of life, well-being, daily activities, physical-physiological status, psychoemotional status, and social role functioning were identified. 4. Two indicators of satifaction domain which were patient satisfaction and family satisfaction were identified. 5. Three indicators of self care domain which were skill, knowledge, and home management were identified. 6. Seven indicators of patient progress and prognosis domain which were change of clinical status, resolution of nursing diagnosis and problem, days of stay, dicahrge state, recovery state, survival were identified. 7. compliance with therapeutic direction compliance was identified as an indicator of compliance domain. 8. It was sugested that studies for development of evaluation tools for outcomes of quality nursing the results of this study could be executed

하이브리드모델 활용 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호학생의 간호수행능력과 자신감에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Simulation Training With Hybrid Model for Nursing Students on Nursing Performance Ability and Self Confidence)

  • Purpose: This study investigated the effectiveness of simulation training with a hybrid model of student nurses' performance ability and reported self confidence. Methods: A nonequivalent control group with pre-posttest was designed. Data collection was done during the first semester in 2012 at a college of nursing in Seoul. Nursing performance ability and reported self confidence related to taking care of patients with urinary problems were evaluated. The treatment group (n=96) received simulation training of a catheterization procedure with a hybrid model involving standardized patients and a mannequin. Nursing students in the comparison group (n=84) did not receive the simulation training but would receive it prior to their next clinical practicum's. Results: The treatment group showed a significantly higher performance ability and reported self confidence than that of the comparison group. The perceived helpfulness and contentment of the simulation training in experimental group was high. Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrated that simulation with a hybrid model was effective in teaching skills prior to the clinical experience which suggests that skill development is not dependent on the actual clinical situation. Nurse educators should consider simulation training as a tool beyond that of clinical practicum.

일 대학 간호대학생이 지각한 중환자 간호 역량 조사 (Senior Nursing Students' Perceived Competence of Intensive and Critical Care Nursing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of intensive and critical care nursing competence in senior nursing students. Methods: The research method for this study comprised a descriptive survey study with a convenience sample of 113 senior nursing students from one university. The instrument entitled ICCN-CS-1, which measures intensive and critical care nursing competence, was translated by the authors following WHO guidelines for translation process. The data were collected using ICCN-CS-1. Results: The mean score of intensive and critical care nursing was above the intermediate level. The competence indices of knowledge, skill and attitude/value were also above the intermediate level, which suggests that their competence is good. For two intensive and critical care nursing domains, the nursing students' mean score of clinical competence is higher than that of professional competence. The competence of intensive and critical care is also influenced by nursing students' satisfaction in their major and clinical practice as well as their confidence in clinical practice. Conclusion: The senior nursing students' competence of intensive and critical care nursing is above the intermediate level. A consideration of the influencing factors of satisfaction of nursing major/ICU practice and confidence of ICU practice is needed in intensive and critical care nursing education.

일 대학병원 간호사의 간호정보역량과 셀프 리더십의 상관성 (Relationship of Nursing Informatics Competency and Self-leadership among Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to define nursing informatics competency and self-leadership perceived by hospital nurses and the relationship between those variables. Method: The subjects of this study were 215 nurses who had worked in one university hospital in P city. For this study the following study tools were used: the Staggers Nursing Computer Experience Questionnaire and self-leadership scale. Data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The mean score of each item in informatics skill domain and informatics knowledge domain $2.93{\pm}.49$ and $3.40{\pm}.50$. The average score of self-leadership was $3.39{\pm}.53$. 'Self-leadership' was positively related with 'nursing informatics competency'. Conclusion: This study proved that there were significant positive correlation between nursing informatics competency and self-leadership. These results suggested that it would be necessary to develop regular educational program which promotes the nurses' self-leadership as well as nursing informatics competency in schools. And practical education program for nurses must be planned continuously for informatics competency in hospitals.

현직 교사들이 바라는 중등과학교사의 특성과 사전교사교육과정 (Characteristics of Good Science Teachers and Preservice Teacher Education Curriculum Percevied by Secondary Teachers)

  • Quality control of science teachers seems to be one of the most important tasks to improve the quality of science education in Korea. The purposes of this study, as a survey, were to identify characteristics of good science teachers and to make an outline of preservice teacher education curriculum for cultivating the characteristics from inserivce secondary science teachers. A questionnaire was developed for this study and distributed to 176 inservice teachers. It had three parts: 1) characteristics of good science teachers, 2) weights of preservice curriclum areas, and 3) weights of college courses. The means and standard deviations of teachers' responses were calculated. To test the differences between teacher variables, t-tests were executed. The inservice teachers perceived that the junior-high school teacher's characteristics should be different from the senior-high school teacher's. Characteristics, such as enthusiasm toward teaching or students, subject knowledge, content selection and organizing skill, teaching techniques, and scientific worldview were ranked within top five of good science teacher's chracteristics. The teachers' perception about preservice curriculum were as follows: 1) present weight of liberal arts area should be reduced: 2) weight of content area for junior-high school teachers should be different from that for senior-high school teachers: 3) present weight of pedagogy area should be increased: 4) present weight of science education area should be increased: and 5) many courses in pedagogy and sciencd education areas need to be changed, Based on the data and disussion, a conceptual model for preservice teacher education curriculum was proposed.

미용실에서 실버소비자들의 라이프스타일 유형에 따라 주관적 연령이 소비자만족 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Cognitive Age on Consumer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention by Silvers' Lifestyle in the Hairdressing Shop)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of cognitive age, service quality, and consumer satisfaction on repurchase intention according to silvers' lifestyle types in the hairdressing shop. Data were obtained from 853 women in the 50's and 60's who living in Busan. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, cluster analysis and path analysis using SPSS WIN 12.0 and LISREL 8.53. The results of the study were as follows: First. silver consumers were classified by the lifestyle into the Active self-fidelitist, Economy family-oriented, and Passive-stagnant. Service quality of hairdressing shop were consisted of Personal Service, Facilities Service, Skill Service, and Policy Service. Second, according to silvers' lifestyle types, repurchasing intention was differently influenced by cognitive age, perceived store service quality, and consumer satisfaction when hairdressing services. Hairdressers were the most important variable for silver consumers' satisfaction, which influenced the repurchase intention of hairdressing services.

IT컨설팅 서비스 품질 측정에 대한 타당성 검증에 관한 연구 (The Validity of IT Consulting SERVQUAL Measurement Tool)

  • This paper examines the validity of the newly developed IT consulting SERVQUAL measurement tool. In an attempt to measure Ire IS customers' expectations and perceived quality of the services they received, the researchers developed a diagnostic tool of SERVQUAL based on the solid theoretical background, which can specifically be applied to the IT consulting service sector. This on-going research so far, has been applied to six (6) different organizations that have received IT consulting services over the past years. From the preliminary data collected, the correlation and the factor analyses were conducted to understand the underlying concept and refinement of the measurement tool. Although the correlation analysis showed a little tendency of collinearity among some of the variables, all showed sound relationship of the proposed hypotheses. The exploratory factor analytic approach was chosen because it does not set any priori constraints on the estimation of components or the number of components to be extracted. The number of different factor solutions was extracted and tested to see which solution represents better grouping of the variables. The Crombach's Alpha was computed on different combinations of the factor solutions to ensure validity. The results show 8-dimensional IT consulting SERVQUAL measures which they are, assurance, knowledge & skill, customer relationship, support, empathy, process management, expertise, and education, seem more appropriate than the originally proposed 6 dimensions. The study approach was non-experimental cross-sectional research design. The longitudinal design of follow-up studies to periodically revise and refine current measure is strongly recommended for fine tuning of the tool.
