A survey was conducted from May 11, 2015 to June 30, 2015 targeting smartphone majib app users through convenience sampling. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, of which 275 were used for analysis after excluding 25 response for negligent or inappropriate responses. The results found that, first, of the review characteristics, genuineness and usefulness, assentation had positive (+) effects on trust, while overstatement had a negative (-) effect on trust. Second, of the review characteristics, only genuineness and usefulness had significant effects on perceived risk. Third, trust had a significant effect on use intention rather than on perceived risk. Fourth, trust and perceived risk had mediating effects on the relationship between the assentation of the majib smartphone app review characteristics and use intention.

  • The purpose of this study was to measure consumers' recognition of service quality in Korean restaurants, and to compare the differences in perceived service quality according to consumers' general characteristics. Self-administrated questionnaires were completed by 1,494 subjects and data were analysed by frequency, factor, reliability, and subjected to t-test and one-way ANOVA. The major results of this study can be outlined as follows: Factor analysis on perceived service quality resulted in 4 factors: staff service (5 variables), menu quality (4 variables), price and value (4 variables) and atmosphere and convenience (5 variables). Cronbach's alpha values for the reliability were over 0.8 for all the factors. The mean value in the elicited factors was indicated to be in order of menu quality ($4.73{\pm}1.19$), atmosphere and convenience ($4.57{\pm}1.09$), price and value ($4.55{\pm}1.15$), and staff service ($4.46{\pm}1.12$). Also, a significant difference was shown in service quality, which was perceived according to consumers' general characteristics. A higher mean value in perceived service quality was shown in women than in men, in the older than in the younger, in people with a high frequency of visiting Korean restaurants than those who do so with low frequency, and in people with high cost expenditure when visiting than those with low cost expenditure. In terms of region, the mean value in perceived service quality was significantly lower for consumers in the Gwangju region than in other regions.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of package tour motivation(harmony, amusement, and convenience) on satisfaction through its attitude and perceived value(emotional value and functional value). This study was conducted an empirical analysis of 297 people aged 19 years or older who experienced package tours. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, all of the sub-factor like tourism motivation -amusement, convenience- had a positive influence on the attitude. but the harmony which is one of the sub-factor of tourism motivation did not have any influence on the attitude. Secondly, harmony, a sub-factor of tourism motivation, did not positively affect the perceived value sub-factor of emotional value. Thirdly, the character of attitude had a positive effect on satisfaction. Finally, both emotional and functional value factors, a sub-factor of perceived value, were found to have a positive effect on satisfaction. Through these research results, the competitiveness of package tours should be secured and expanded to research on efficient marketing strategies so that package tours can be activated.

  • This study aims to discover how the perceived attributes of luxury fashion platforms affect consumer trust and satisfaction as well as online word-of-mouth intention. Based on a literature review, this study derived four dimensions of perceived attributes: brand assortment size, exclusivity, convenience, and personalization. The paper presents findings from an online survey targeting 359 consumers in their 20s to 30s who had recent experience with luxury fashion platforms. Based on the collected data, a structural model equation analysis was performed using AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 26.0. The findings illustrated that brand assortment size, exclusivity, and personalization had positive effects on consumers' platform trust. In addition, brand assortment size and convenience had a positive impact on satisfaction. Overall, the findings of the study illustrate that perceived attributes of luxury fashion platforms have a significant impact on consumers' platform trust and satisfaction and online word-of-mouth intentions. This study reveals that consumers' trend orientation moderates the effects of consumer attitude and behavioral intention. The academic practice of this study has laid the foundation for understanding mechanisms of marketing strategies by providing the characteristics of platforms in the luxury fashion industry.

  • With the proliferation of the "Untact" culture (non-face-to-face society), advanced technologies have accelerated the cashierless systems in the retail context. Cashierless fashion stores are expected to grow rapidly in the same way automated convenience stores grew in popularity. Applying the extended technology acceptance theory, this study aims to investigate how the attributes of cashierless fashion store influence consumers' acceptance of it and to examine how consumer's technology readiness moderates the model. Two online surveys-preliminary and secondary-were conducted to collect data from consumers in their 20s and 30s who had experienced cashierless stores over the past year. To analyze a total of 423 responses, this study conducted a confirmatory factor analysis, a multi-group factor analysis, a multi-group structure equation modeling, and a descriptive analysis. The results demonstrate that convenience, trustworthiness, and price had a positive impact on perceived ease of use, while service quality had a negative one. Enjoyment, convenience, trustworthiness, and price positively influenced perceived usefulness. Both perceived ease of use and usefulness increased the intention to use. Furthermore, the multi-group comparison confirmed that the positive dimensions of consumer's technology readiness played a moderating role in the model. This study provides a research foundation for consumer acceptance of technologically advanced stores and offers practical implications to companies planning cashierless fashion stores.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the antecedents of repurchase intention toward fast fashion brands. Perceived quality, perceived price, deindividuation, and overly trendy styles, which are product characteristic variables, and fashion innovativeness, which is a consumer characteristic variable, were considered as antecedents. It was hypothesized that product and consumer characteristics influence repurchase intention toward fast fashion brands not only directly, but also indirectly through cognitive dissonance. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul using convenience sampling. Three hundred and fifty-two questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. SPSS was used for exploratory factor analysis, and AMOS was used for confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. The factor analysis of product characteristics revealed four dimensions: "perceived quality", "perceived price", "deindividuation", and "overly trendy styles", and the factor analysis of consumer characteristics revealed one dimension. The factor analysis of cognitive dissonance revealed two dimensions, "regrets" and "perceived uncertainty." The hypothesized path test proved that perceived quality, deindividuation, overly trendy styles, and fashion innovativeness influence repurchase intention directly. Perceived price and deindividuation influence repurchase intention indirectly through the factor of cognitive dissonance, which is the perceived uncertainty, indicating the importance of cognitive dissonance. The results indicate effective marketing strategies should be used to decrease consumers' cognitive dissonance, and suggestions for future study are provided.

As determinants, this study included self-image, perceived risk, and conformity. This study hypothesized that positive self-image influences the Internet fashion shopping mall loyalty through perceived risk and conformity. Regarding the relationship between perceived risk and conformity, this study hypothesized that perceived risk positively influences conformity. Using convenience sampling method, data were gathered by surveying university students living in Seoul. Two hundred forty four questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis, and factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using structural equation modeling in analyzing data. The results showed that positive self-image significantly influenced the internet fashion shopping mall loyalty indirectly by influencing perceived risk. The results also showed that perceived risk positively influenced conformity which positively influenced the internet fashion shopping mall loyalty.
