성인의 지각된 건강상태, 건강태도, 건강관심도가 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Perceived Health Status, Health Attitude, and Health Concern on Health Promoting Behavior in Adults)

  • 본 연구는 성인의 지각된 건강상태, 건강태도, 건강관심도 및 건강증진행위 사이의 관계를 파악하기 위한 공분산구조분석 연구이다. 자료수집은 2014년 5월부터 6월까지 4개 도시에 거주하는 만 20세부터 만 59세 성인 292명을 대상으로 지각된 건강상태, 건강태도, 건강관심도, 건강증진행위를 조사하고 지각된 건강상태와 건강태도를 외생변수로, 건강관심도와 건강증진행위를 내생변수로 하는 연구모형을 구축하였다. 수집된 자료는 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 지각된 건강상태와 건강태도, 건강관심도는 건강증진행위에 직접효과가 있었으며, 지각된 건강상태와 건강태도는 건강관심도를 통해 건강증진행위에 간접효과를 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 성인의 건강증진행위 증진을 위해서는 장기적 관점에서 학교, 직장, 보건 의료기관을 통해 다양한 건강교육 프로그램을 운영하므로써 긍정적 건강태도 형성을 통한 건강관심도를 제고하고, 건강검진과 건강교육의 유기적 연계를 통해 자신의 건강상태에 대한 지각이 건강증진행위 참여의 계기로 이어 질 수 있도록 건강상담 개발 운영할 필요가 있다.

AI의 혜택 및 위험성 인식과 AI에 대한 태도, 정책 지지의 관계 (Perceptions of Benefits and Risks of AI, Attitudes toward AI, and Support for AI Policies)

  • 정부가 '전산업 AI 활용, 전국민 AI 교육'을 국가적 과제로 추진하고 있는 가운데, 본 연구는 설문 자료 분석을 통해 국민의 AI 정책에 대한 지지에 영향을 끼치는 요인들을 파악하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 위험-혜택 이론과 이중처리 이론에 기반해 사람들이 지각하는 AI의 상반된 특성들이 어떻게 혜택 및 위험성 인식으로 연결되며 AI에 대한 전반적 태도와 AI 산업 육성 및 교육 정책의 지지로 이어지는지 구조방정식 모형을 통해 탐색하고, 그 과정에서 혜택/위험성 인식 및 태도가 매개 변인으로서 기능하는지 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, AI의 알려진 특성들 가운데 인지된 유용성이 AI의 혜택 인식을 구성하는 주요소였으며 이 혜택 인식이 AI에 대한 태도를 거쳐 AI 정책 지지로 유의하게 이어진다는 점이 드러났다. 또한 혜택 인식과 AI에 대한 태도가 지각된 유용성을 AI 정책 지지로 잇는 매개 역할을 유의하게 수행하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 인지된 오락성은 AI에 대한 긍정적 태도로 유의하게 이어졌지만 AI의 혜택으로 인식되지는 않았다. 인지된 사생활 침해는 AI의 위험성 인식을 예측하는 주된 요인이었지만 위험성 인식은 AI에 대한 태도나 AI 정책 지지와 유의한 관계를 보이지 않았다. 결론적으로 AI 개발 지지 여부를 결정짓는 가장 강력한 요인은 혜택에 대한 인식이며, 혜택 인식을 유의하게 예측한다는 점에서 유용성 지각의 중요성을 알 수 있었다.

소비자의 환경적 관심과 유기농식품 소비행동: 소비자의 지각된 시장영향력의 조절효과와 매개효과 (Consumers' Environmental Concerns and Organic Food Consumption Behaviors: Moderating and Mediating Effects of Perceived Market Influence)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of perceived market influence, which is an important psychological factor influencing consumer behavior in the market, and explain how consumer beliefs related to the market can affect sustainable consumer behavior. First, this study found that gaps in perceived market influence were statistically significant for age and job. Second, environmental concern, organic food consumption (vegetables and meats), and purchase behavior of organic foods were found to be significantly different by degree of perceived market influence of consumers. The mean values were found to be high for the group having strong perceived market influence. This tendency suggests an association between higher perceived market influence consumers and more environmentally friendly consumer behavior. Lastly, this study used Structural Equation Modeling to analyze the effect of perceived market influence as a moderating variable and mediating variable on the relationship between environmental concerns and consumer behavior toward organic foods. The results show a mediating effect on perceived market influence, but a moderating effect could not be found. This result implies that perceived market influence might indirectly affect consumer behavior when transferring environmental concerns to consumer behavior toward organic foods.

공중보건학을 수강하는 대학생의 건강증진생활 실천도 (Factors influencing on health promotion behaviors in public health course of college students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing on health promotion behaviors in public health course of college students. Methods : Subjects were 325 dental hygiene students and they completed self-reported questionnaires including health promotion behaviors, self efficacy, self esteem, and general characteristics from May 13 to 24, 2013. Students were recruited by sample convenience extraction. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0 for descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results : Health promotion behaviors were closely related to concern for health care (p<0.001) and concern for health related goods (p<0.01). High self-efficacy and high self-esteem showed concern for health care (p<0.001). 2. Health promotion behaviors had significantly positive correlation with self efficacy, self esteem, and perceived health condition. 3. The most powerful predictor in health promotion behaviors was self efficacy. Self efficacy, self esteem, and major, concern for health-related goods, perceived health condition accounted for 40.8% of the total variance in health promotion behaviors. Conclusions : The result revealed that undergraduate students should take exercise and diet control for their health. Self-efficacy is the most important predictor of health promotion behaviors. Health promotion behavior programs should put emphasis on exercise and diet control and can be improved by behavioral change.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to deduct the factors for explaining the economic behavior of an Internet user who provides personal information notwithstanding the concern about an invasion of privacy based on the Information Privacy Calculus Theory and Communication Privacy Management Theory. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors deducted from the computation theory of information privacy with the factors deducted from the management theory of communication privacy on the basis of the Dual-Process Theory. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that the Privacy Concern about forms through the Perceived Privacy Risk derived from the Disposition to value Privacy. In addition, this study confirmed that the behavior of an Internet user involved in personal information offering occurs due to the Perceived Benefits contradicting the Privacy Concern.

대학생의 건강증진해위 수행정도와 관련요인 (Health Promoting Behavior of University Students and Related Factors)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the health promoting behavior of university students and its related factors. A self-administered questionnaire survey was carried out for 1,031(male, 477, female, 554) students from 7 universities in Taegu from March 10 to April 15 2000. Collected data were analyzed by the $X^2$-test, t-test, ANOV A and structural equation modeling analysis. The results of this study were as follows; Mean score of health promoting behavior of women was higher than mean score of men(p〈0.01). According to the subordinate fields, female students showed significantly higher scores in the fields of stress management, nutrition, personal relations and alcohol-cigarette(p〈0.05). And in male students, the only fields of exercise had meaningfully higher score(p〈0.01). The highest degree of performance was marked in alcohol-cigarette field in female, and interpersonal field in male. In Both male and female students, the lowest field was health responsibility. The mean score of health promoting behavior showed significant differences in intermediating factors such as age, health education and grade in male, and such as grade, pocket money for a month, taking health education, perceived body shape and gastrointestinal symptoms in female(p〈0.05). The mean score of health promoting behavior showed significant differences in cognitive-perceptual factors and cues to action such as perceived health status, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, and health concern of parents in both male and female(p〈0.05). By the results of structural equation modeling analysis in male students, the economic status, gastrointestinal symptoms and perceived body shape as lean had significant direct effects on cognitive-perceptual factors($\mid$T$\mid$〉2.0). Grade and health concern of parents had significant direct effects on health promotion behaviors($\mid$T$\mid$〉2.0). In female students, perceived body shape as lean and perceived body shape as fat had significant direct effects on cognitive-perceptual factors($\mid$T$\mid$〉2.0). Grade, pocket money and health concern of parents had significant direct effects on health promotion behaviors($\mid$T$\mid$〉2.0). On the consideration of above findings, it is recommended that perceived health status and perceived benefits should be raised and perceived barriers should be lowered to increase health promoting behaviors, by means such as institutional approach which can enhance the primary prevention for a disease. In addition, the health policy for improving parents' concern about health as well as university students, through various ways such as health education, consulting, and health program, should be employed.

대학생의 성격특질과 모바일 쇼핑의도의 관계: 프라이버시 염려와 지각된 가치의 매개효과 (The Relationship between the Personality Traits and Mobile Shopping Intention: Parallel Mediating Effects of Privacy Concern and Perceived Value)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 개인성향으로서의 성격특질과 모바일 쇼핑의도의 관계성을 알아보고, 이들 관계에 영향을 주는 프라이버시 염려와 지각된 가치의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 스마트폰기반의 모바일 쇼핑에 익숙한 대학생 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 가운데 불성실 응답을 제외하고 모든 설문항목에 응답한 204명의 데이터를 타당한 자료로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 5요인 성격차원 중 신경증 성향은 프라이버시 염려와 직접적인 정적 관계를 보였고 외향성 및 호감성은 프라이버시 염려와 직접적인 부적 관계를 나타냈다. 또한 외향성과 개방성은 지각된 가치와 직접적인 정적 관계를 보였으나 다른 성격차원의 효과는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 한편, 프라이버시 염려는 신경증 및 호감성과 쇼핑의도의 관계를 매개하였고, 지각된 가치는 개방성과 쇼핑의도의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 대학생 대상의 모바일 마케팅을 위한 5요인 성격차원에 따른 개인화된 마케팅 전략을 제안하였다.

구강건강관심도와 친환경농산물 구매 행위와의 관련성 (The relationship between oral health concern and the purchase behavior of environmental friendly agricultural products)

  • Objectives : This study was to investigate the level of oral health concern and the purchase behavior of environmental friendly agricultural products and to determine the relationship between oral health concern and the purchase behavior of environmental friendly agricultural products. Methods : The subjects were 99 male(29.7%) and 234 female(70.3%), who were over 20 years with mean age of 39.6 years. The data was collected using personal interviews and a self administrated questionnaire from August 1 to September 30, 2008. Oral health concern was measured using the 7-items, and the purchase behavior of environmental friendly agricultural products was measured using the 7-items. The data were analysed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple logistic regression using the SPSS 15.0 windows. Results : Regarding oral health concern, the subjects was a mean of 2.86 out of a maximum 5 points. There were differences in the level of oral health concern according to the purchase behavior of environmental friendly agricultural products(experience, period, frequency, price, weight). Conclusions : These results suggest that the strategies of habitual use environmental friendly agricultural products to put in practice oral health promoting behavior is needed to improve quality of life in people.

Antecedents Affecting the Information Privacy Concerns in Personalized Recommendation Service of OTT

  • 본 연구는 OTT 개인화된 추천서비스에 대한 프라이버시 염려와 개인정보 제공 의도에 미치는 선행요인들을 분석하였다. 먼저 OTT 개인화 추천시스템의 특성을 정확성, 다양성, 신기성으로 하였고, 성격 5요인 모형인 친화성, 정서적 불안정성, 성실성, 외향성, 경험에 대한 개방성을 활용하였다. 또한 지각된 투명성을 추출하여 정보 프라이버시 염려, 개인정보 제공 의도 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 그리고 서비스 혜택과 개인정보 제공 의도 간의 관계를 살펴본 후 프라이버시 염려와 개인정보 제공 의도에 있어 조절 효과가 있는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 개인화 추천시스템 특성들은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으나, 성격 5요인 중 정서적 불안정성, 외향성, 경험에 대한 개방성은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지각된 투명성 역시 프라이버시 염려에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 프라이버시 염려와 서비스 혜택은 개인정보 제공의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치며 프라이버시 염려와 개인정보 제공의도 간에 서비스 혜택이 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 OTT 기업들이 사용자들의 프라이버시 보호 행동을 이해하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 본다.

In addition, this study confirmed that the behavior of an Internet user involved in personal information offering occurs due to the Perceived Benefits contradicting the Privacy Concern.
