국내 연구자의 국제 학술지 동료 심사 활동에 관한 연구 - Publons를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Peer Review Activity of Domestic Researchers in International Journals: Focused on Publons)

  • 과학지식 생산 유통의 투명성, 효율성, 신속성을 제고하기 위하여 새로운 학술 출판 모델이 시도되면서, 동료 심사 이력의 검증과 개방을 위한 피어 리뷰 플렛폼도 활성화되고 있다. Publons는 3백만명 이상의 전 세계 연구자들의 동료 심사 이력을 추적해 검증하고 공개할 뿐 아니라 업적으로 인정하기 위한 글로벌 플렛폼이다. 본 연구는 Publons를 활용해 국제 학술지 심사 위원으로 활동하는 국내 대학 소속 연구자 579명을 선별해 동료 심사 활동을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫 번째, 국제 학술지에서 활발한 심사 활동을 하는 국내 연구자는 공학, 의약학 분야에 많으며, 대부분의 분야에서 높은 국제 학술지 출판 실적을 보유한 조교수급 이상의 교수들인 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 모든 학문 분야에서 극단적으로 높은 심사 논문수를 보이는 소수의 심사자가 존재하였으며, 심사자의 신분, 나이, 국적에 따라서 심사 논문수와 심사 보고서 길이에 유의미한 차이는 존재하지 않았다. 마지막으로 심사자의 심사 논문수와 SCI 급 출판 논문수 사이에는 약한 상관성(r = 0.311)이 존재했지만, 많은 연구실적을 보유한 연구자가 그만큼 많은 국제 학술지 심사 활동을 한다고 말하기 어려운 것으로 분석되었다.

P2P 환경에서 문서관리 모니터링 시스템 (Document Management Monitoring System in P2P Environment)

  • 문서관리는 기업 내의 프로젝트의 업무수행을 원활히 하기 위해 특히 중요하다. 소규모 프로젝트의 경우에, 문서관리 기준이 협업부서 사이에 다른 경우가 많으며, 업무 프로세스에 대한 문서구조 변경이 프로젝트 기간 동안 빈번히 일어난다. 본 논문은 P2P 기반의 문서 모니터링 시스템을 설계 및 구축을 제안한다. 제안된 문서관리 모니터링 시스템은 소규모 프로젝트의 특정 작업 프로세스 및 시간제약을 보완하며, 작업 프로세스를 중심으로 문서의 생성, 공유 및 배포의 상태를 효율적으로 모니터링 할 수 있다. P2P를 사용함으로써 소규모 프로젝트에서 저비용으로 구축하여 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

또래 괴롭힘 참여자의 사회적 지위 및 사회적 정서에 관한 연구 : 성별을 중심으로 (Bullying Situations : Gender Differences in Social Status and Social Emotions of Participant Roles)

  • This study explored gender differences in social status, acceptance/rejection, perceived popularity, social emotions, avoidance and anxiety by participant roles in bullying situations. Subjects were 215 6th grade children. Instruments were the Participant Roles (Sutton & Smith, 1999), Peer Nomination (Coie & Dodge, 1983 Cillessen & Mayeux, 2004), Social Avoidance and Social Anxiety (Franke & Hymel, 1984) scales. Results showed that more boys than girls were in pro-bullying participant role groups; more girls than boys were in outsider groups. Boy pro-bullies were high in social rejection. Boy defenders were high in popularity and low in social avoidance. Boy outsiders had high social anxiety. Girl victims had low social status, low social acceptance and lowest perceived popularity; they were high in social avoidance and social rejection.

유아의 친구관계와 사회적 지위 및 놀이행동과의 관련연구 (The Relationship between Preschoolers' Friendships, Social Status, and Play Behaviors)

  • This study investigated the agreement between 3 assessments of preschoolers' friendship: peer nominations, teacher nominations, and behavioral observations. The relationship between friendship, social status, social competence, and play behaviors was also investigated. The subjects were 44 5-year-olds. Teachers were asked to rate the children's social competence; play behaviors were observed during free play time. The results indicated high agreement between the 3 assessments. Popular children were more likely to have friends than other social status groups. Children without friends were more hesitant than children with friends. Children with friends were more accepted by peers and engaged in cooperative social play more than children without friends.

Factors affecting the mental health status of children from multicultural families in South Korea: a cross-sectional descriptive analysis of data from the multicultural adolescents panel study

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors affecting the mental health status of children from multicultural families in South Korea. Methods: This study was based on Dahlgren and Whitehead's (1991) rainbow model as a conceptual framework and used data from the second phase of the multicultural adolescents panel study conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute. Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed using SPSS version 26.0, with p<.05 considered to indicate statistical significance. Results: In the final model, stress (odds ratio [OR]=0.53, p<.001), life satisfaction (OR=2.09, p=.004), self-esteem (OR=1.73, p=.032), and peer support (OR=1.46, p=.019) affected the mental health status of children from multicultural families. The living and working conditions and general socioeconomic, cultural, and environmental conditions did not significantly influence the mental health status of children from multicultural families in the final model. Conclusion: As components of Dahlgren and Whitehead's model, individual hereditary and lifestyle factors, as well as social and community networks, affected the mental health status of children from multicultural families. Therefore, in order to improve the mental health of children from multicultural families, efforts are needed to alleviate their stress, increase life satisfaction and self-esteem, and strengthen their social support.

남·녀 중학생의 외모에 대한 사회문화적 태도, 외모 만족도, 또래 관계가 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 비교 (Comparison of Effects of Sociocultural Attitudes toward Appearance, Appearance Satisfaction, and Peer Relationship on Self-esteem between Male and Female Middle School Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare sociocultural attitudes toward appearance, appearance satisfaction, and peer relationships between male and female middle school students, and to compare the effects of these variables on self-esteem in students of different genders. Methods: Data were collected in August and September of 2023 and analyzed using SPSS 24.0. Data were collected from 289 male and 240 female students through a survey, and descriptive statistics, x2 test, t-test, Scheffé test, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. Results: Female students showed significantly higher scores for sociocultural attitudes toward appearance (3.06±0.77 vs. 2.82±0.74), significantly lower scores for appearance satisfaction (2.55±0.46 vs. 2.71±0.40), and significantly higher scores for peer relationships (3.46±0.69 vs. 3.00±0.78) than male students. Additionally, self-esteem was significantly lower in female students (2.84±0.59) than in male students (2.95±0.51). As a result of adjusting for weekly allowance, subjective academic achievement, family economic status, stress, and experience of sadness or despair, which were significant in the univariate analysis, self-esteem increased as appearance satisfaction (p for all <.001) and peer relationships increased in both male (p=.009) and female (p<.001) students. In addition, sociocultural attitudes toward appearance did not have a significant impact on self-esteem in both male and female students. Among general characteristics, weekly allowance, subjective academic achievement, and stress were found to have a significant effect on self-esteem in both genders. Relationships with parents had a significant effect on self-esteem only in male students, and experience of sadness or despair had a significant effect only in female students. Conclusion: In order to improve self-esteem in both boys and girls, appearance satisfaction and peer relationships should be improved. As boys with poor relationships with their parents and girls with high levels of sadness or despair are particularly likely to have low self-esteem, they are to be considered as a high-risk group.

  • Ayurveda is gradually getting more acceptances in the world. The fact is visible through increasing number of Ayurveda articles in leading medical journals and also through the chapters on Ayurveda in various biomedical publications. Although the world is now looking up at the authentic information about Ayurveda, the status of Ayurveda publishing in India is not very promising. Poor workmanship while preparing the articles on Ayurveda and non professional approaches in publishing are the reasons of the poor show and this requires to be seriously taken up.

학급상담 전략이 배척아동의 대인문제 해결력 향상에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Counseling Strategy in Classroom on the Interpersonal Cognitive Problem Solving Ability of Rejected Elementary School Children)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교의 배척아동을 대상으로 교사가 학급상담 전략을 실시하여 대인문제 해결력이 어떻게 변화되는지를 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위하여 B시 소재 H초등학교 5학년 4개 학급 130명을 대상으로 또래지명법(peer nomination)을 이용한 안이환(2007)의 사회성측정 검사를 실시하여 배척아동 21명을 선발하였다 이들 중 16명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 8명씩 배치하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 교사의 학급상담 전략은 배척아동의 대인문제 해결력을 향상시킬 목적으로 자기훈육, 협동, 상호존중, 책임분담, 사회적 평등으로 구성된 Dreikurs(1971)의 학급상담전략(the counseling strategy in classroom)을 참고하여, 학급의 구조적 환경 설정, 학급활동, 상담활동, 협동학습의 네 가지 측면에서 5주 동안 실시하였다. 이에 따른 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 학급상담 전략은 배척아동의 대인문제 해결력 향상에 유의한 효과가 있었다. 하위요인별로 살펴보면, 대안적 해결사고, 원인적 해결사고를 제외한, 결과 예측사고, 수단-목적 사고에서 유의한 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 교사가 학급상담 전략을 실시한 실험집단과 그렇지 않은 통제집단의 학급 내 사회적지위(social status) 및 사회적지위에 따른 5가지 아동유형별 변화를 비교 분석한 결과, 두 집단 간에는 의미 있는 변화가 나타났다 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 본 연구의 학급상담 전략은 배척아동의 대인문제 해결력을 향상시키는데 있어서 부분적으로 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

공학교육에서의 팀 학습 운영 실태 분석 (Analysis of Current Status of Team Learning in Engineering Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of team learning in engineering education. For this, literature review and survey were used. The survey was conducted with 16 professors and 627 students in engineering college. Based on the results, team should be organized in consideration of various characteristics and competencies for effective team learning activities in engineering education. And in the team learning operations, it is necessary to make the conditions for students to immerse in team learning through the activation of communication of team members, tightening management of free riding in team learning, and optimizing team learning period. It is necessary to use the team learning evaluation method in harmony with the team, individual and peer evaluation.

가정보육시설의 질적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Quality of Family Child Care)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of family child care. The status of family child care was explored in terms of general characteristics, program quality, and child behavior. The subjects were 17 family child care and their 102 children and 60 parents. Harms & Clifford's (1989) FDCRS(Family Day Care Rating Scale) was used to measure program quality. Child behavior was recorded by time sampling in two 30 min observations during the free play session in each facility. A questionnaire for caregiver and parents was used to investigate general characteristics. The data were analysed by frequency, percentage, and Pearson's r. Results showed that (1) a wide range of variable accounted for the general characteristics of family child care, (2) the level of program quality as rated by the FDCRS was below mid-point, (3) children engaged in solitary behavior much more than in peer interactions or caregiver-child interactions.
