다감각스토리텔링 기반의 활동중심중재가 뇌성마비 아동의 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Multisensory Storytelling-Based Activity-Oriented Intervention on Social Interaction in Children with Cerebral Palsy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 뇌성마비 아동에게 다감각스토리텔링에 기반한 활동중심중재를 적용하고 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 유사실험연구로 단일눈가림, 두 집단 사전-사후검사로 설계하였고, 경직형 뇌성마비로 진단받고, 대동작기능분류체계(GMFCS) I~III단계에 속하는 7~8세 아동 24명을 대상으로 하였다. 실험군과 대조군에 12명씩 무작위 배정하고 아동과 보호자는 집단이 어디에 속하는지 알 수 없도록 하였다. 집단별 프로그램은 회기당 60분, 주 2회, 8주간, 총 16회기 동안 진행되었고, 실험군은 다감각스토리텔링에 기반한 활동중심중재를 하였고, 대조군은 구조화된 신체활동을 실시하였다. 아동의 중재 전과 후에 사회적 상호작용의 변화정도를 확인하기 위해 또래관계기술척도를 사용하여 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 for windows (IBM Corp, USA) 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 통계적 검증을 위한 유의수준(α)은 0.05로 하였다. 실험군과 대조군의 또래관계기술의 집단 내 변화는 윌콕슨부호순위검정(Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test)으로 확인하고, 두 집단 간 변화량 차이의 비교는 맨휘트니검정(Mann-Whitney U test)으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 또래관계기술의 집단 내 변화에서 또래관계기술의 전체 값과 하위평가의 협동과 공감영역에서 실험군과 대조군 모두 유의한 차이가 있었고, 주도성 영역에서는 실험군은 유의한 차이를 나타냈으나 대조군은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 두 집단 간 변화량 차이에서 또래관계기술의 하위평가의 주도성영역과 전체 값에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈고, 협동과 공감 영역에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 본 연구에서는 뇌성마비 아동을 대상으로 다감각스토리텔링에 기반한 활동중심중재를 적용하여 또래관계기술에 유의한 향상을 확인하였다. 다감각스토리텔링에 기반한 활동중심중재는 뇌성마비 아동의 사회적 상호작용에 효과적인 중재방법으로 제안할 수 있다.

문학치료 프로그램이 초등학생들의 교우관계에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Influence of Literacy Therapy Program of elementary school students on friendship)

  • 본 연구는 문학의 다양한 매체와 활동을 이용한 문학치료 프로그램을 통해 초등학생들의 교우관계 증진에 영향을 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 초등학교 학생들을 대상으로 문학치료프로그램을 실시한 후 사후검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 프로그램 종료 직후에 실시한 사후검사에서는 실험집단과 비교집단이 유의미한 차이가 없었으나, 상담 종료 5주 후에 실시한 추후검사에서는 실험집단의 교우관계 전체 평균이 비교집단에 비해 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 교우관계의 '친밀감' 하위 영역이 사후검사에서는 실험집단과 비교집단이 유의미한 차이가 없었으나, 추후검사에서는 실험집단의 '친밀감'의 평균이 비교집단에 비해 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 실험집단 청소년들의 교우관계 하위영역 중 '관심도' 수준이 추후검사에서 비교집단에 비해 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이상의 결과를 볼 때, 문학치료는 청소년의 교우관계 증진에 즉시적 효과는 없었으나 시간이 지난 후에 효과가 있었다.

아동이 지각하는 어머니의 양육태도가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 : 진로성숙도의 매개효과 (The Influence of Mother's Child-rearing Attitudes on Children's School Adjustment : The Mediating Effects of Child's Career Maturity)

  • This study aimed to identify the mediating effects of the child's career maturity on the relationship between mother's child-rearing attitudes and children's school adjustment. In order to achieve our goals, the present study 1) analysed the differences in the mother's child-rearing attitude perceived by child, child's career maturity, and school adjustment according to child's sex, and 2) examined the direct and indirect effects of mother's child-rearing attitude and child's career maturity on school adjustment. A total of 430 $6^{th}$ grade elementary school students living in Gwangju participated in this study. The summary of this study is as follows. First, there were some differences in achievement child-rearing attitude according to child's sex. Boys perceived their mother's child-rearing attitude as more achievement-oriented than girls. Second, child's career maturity mediated the relations between mother's child-rearing attitude perceived by child and their school adjustment. Specifically, the partial mediating effects of career maturity were found in all of the relations between sub-factors of child-rearing attitude(affection, autonomy, achievement, and rationality), and child's career maturity fully mediated the relation between autonomy and peer relationship. The results of this study mean that mother's child-rearing attitudes have both direct and indirect impacts on child's school adjustment and child's career maturity are all very important factors on their school adjustment. The present study suggests that it is necessary to provide diverse career programs to improve child's career maturity.

유아의 가정에서의 코티솔 패턴과 내면화 행동성향 간의 관계 (The Relations of Preschoolers' Cortisol Pattern at Home to Tendency of Internalizing Behavior)

  • The purposes of this study were to look at the patterns of Korean preschoolers' cortisol levels at home and to examine the relations of cortisol pattern to the preschooler's internalizing behavioral tendency with focused on behavioral inhibition and internalizing problematic behavior. The subjects of the study were forty 4-year old preschoolers(27 boys and 13 girls). Saliva was collected at home during the weekends, and cortisol was analyzed by Radioimmunoassay procedure. "Strange Peer Situation Experiment" developed by Rubin, Coplan, Fox and Calkins(1995) and revised by Rubin, Burgess and Hastings(2002) was used to measure the preschooler's behavior inhibition. Problematic behavior was measured through a "Korean Children's Behavior Checklist" (Oh, K. J., Lee, H. R., Hong, K. E., & Ha, E. H., 1997). The results were as follows: First, on average for a 4-year old, the level of cortisol was 0.22 in the morning, and 0.14 in the afternoon. There was a pattern that cortisol levels had declined in the afternoon. There was no difference in cortisol levels between genders. Secondly, there was a tendency that children of higher inhibition level at the lab showed the higher cortisol levels in the morning. However, this difference was not statistically significant. Thirdly, the higher the cortisol levels at home, the more showed internalizing behavior. Externalizing behavior was not correlated with the cortisol levels. It was concluded that cortisol may be related to children's internalizing behavior tendency.

빈곤가정 청소년의 자립준비에 대한 임파워먼트의 매개효과 연구 (Mediator Effect of Empowerment on Readiness for Self-sufficiency of Poor Adolescents)

  • 본 연구는 빈곤가정 청소년들이 빈곤의 어려움에서 벗어나 미래에 빈곤을 탈피하는데 필요한 자립준비를 예측하는 요인들의 영향력을 분석하였다. 특히 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 중심으로 빈곤가정 청소년과 관련된 요인들이 임파워먼트를 통해 자립준비에 영향을 미치는 간접효과와 직접효과를 조사하였다. 이를 위해 서울시에 거주하는 빈곤가정 청소년 240명을 대상으로 빈곤가정 청소년 관련요인(가족관계, 조직참여경험, 교사지지, 문제행동, 사회복지 서비스이용, 친구관계)이 자립준비에 대해 임파워먼트(개인내적, 대인관계, 정치사회)를 통한 간접효과를 갖는지를 경로분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 가족관계, 친구관계 변수는 개인내적, 대인관계, 정치사회 임파워먼트를 통해 자립준비에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직참여경험은 대인관계 임파워먼트와 정치사회 임파워먼트를 통해 그리고 문제행동은 대인관계 임파워먼트를 통한 간접효과가 유의미하게 나타나 임파워먼트가 빈곤가정 청소년들이 자립을 준비하는데 매개기능을 하고 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 빈곤가정 청소년의 자립준비에 임파워먼트가 매개기능을 하고 있음을 밝혀냄으로써 임파워먼트의 매개기능을 이론화하는 데 실증적 기초를 마련하였다.

조부모-손자녀가족 아동의 학교생활적응 (School Adjustment of Children Raised by Grandparents)

  • Although increasing number of children are being raised by grandparents these days, little research exists on the development of the children in this arrangement. This study aimed at examining school adjustment of the children raised by grandparents, by comparing academic achievement and general classroom and school behaviors of the children in grandparent families with those of their peers from other types of families such as two-parents, single parent, kinship and institution care, and single parent with grandparent(s). Three hundred and twenty four 2nd graders md two hundred ninety eight 5th graders were surveyed for this study. It was found that children raised solely by grandparents did quite well, relative to children in traditional families where two parents were present. Children from single-parent families were significantly worse in school achievement and study habits than children in traditional nuclear families. Girls obtained higher scores on school achievement and study habits whereas they showed lower scores on problem behaviors than boys. There was also an interaction effect between family structure and gender of child in school achievement.

그룹홈과 아동양육시설의 운영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 : Blinder-Oaxaca 분해를 중심으로 (The Factors Influencing Service Outcomes of Group Homes and Residential Care Centers : Focusing on Blinder-Oaxaca Decomposition)

  • This study investigates the factors influencing service outcomes of group homes and residential care centers, as well as the factors causing any differences between the two service outcomes. 119 and 137 5-6th graders were selected from group homes and residential care centers respectively, using the cluster sampling method. Multiple regression and Blinder-Oaxaca decomposition were used in this study. The results revealed that 'stigma', 'school adjustment', and 'social support' were significant factors influencing service outcomes among children in group homes, while 'stigma', 'primary caregivers' attitude', and 'peer relations' were identified as significant factors among children in residential care centers. The study also found that the mean service outcome score for group homes was higher than that of residential care centers. The 74 percent of this difference in the mean scores was due to the difference in children' characteristics of the two out-of-home care service types. The remaining 26 percent of this difference was due to unobserved characteristics. Finally, the implications of this study in child welfare practices were also discussed.

모래놀이치료로 여성성을 회복해 가는 이혼가정의 초등학교 5학년 여아에 대한 사례연구 (A Case Study of a 5th Grade Girl from a Divorced Family Recovering Femininity Through the Sandplay Therapy)

  • This study explored how a 5th grade girl from a divorced family recovered her femininity through the sandplay therapy. The client was referred by a social worker in her school because of maladjustments such as passivity in school work, poor peer relations, especially with girls, the usage of bad language and a lack of concern about her appearance. There were 41 sessions of the therapy. The first part of the therapy included 1-7 sessions, the middle part 8-35, and the final part 36-41. The client expressed her situation by showing guardians and a peeing boy and by seeking love in the first part. During the middle part she put copper ballerinas and needed to make them alive. In the final part she set figures facing each other who seemed to have mutual understandings and placed cars running well. The client recovered her femininity through the sandplay therapy in a free and protected space.

남자 중학생의 흡연 경험 예측요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of Predictors of Smoking in Middle School Boys')

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the predictors of smoking in middle school boys'. A comprehensive analysis of individual, family and social environment-related factors was done. Method: The participants in this descriptive survey on causal relations were 318 students enrolled in middle schools who were selected by convenience sampling. The data collected from June to July 2003 were put in to logistic regression analysis to build a prediction model. Results: 1) Individual-related factors for smoking in middle school boys' were participation in drinking and deliilquent behavior 2) Family-related factors were ill-treatment physically of the types of ill-treatment and mother being unemployed. 3) Social environment/peer-related factors were friends' attitudes towards delinquency. Conclusion and Recommendations: The experience of smoking among Korean middle school boys was associated not only with individual factors, but also with family and social environmental factors. The findings of this study suggest that broad intervention program should be provided to prevent adolescent smoking. It is also recommended that a program be developed that can help control the variables identified in this study along with a follow up study to verify the model.

청소년의 우울, 대인불안, 학교적응이 휴대전화 중독에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Depression Scale, Interaction Anxiety and School Adjustment on Cellular Phone Addiction of Teenagers)

  • 본 연구에서는 청소년을 대상으로 우울, 대인불안, 학교적응이 휴대전화 중독에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구대상은 대전지역 소재의 중 고등학교 각 2개 학교의 중학생 249명, 고등학생 337명으로 총 613명이었다. 응답결과는 상관계수분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 우울, 대인불안, 학교적응, 휴대전화 중독간의 관계를 살펴보면, 강박과 학교친구적응을 제외하고는 모든 하위변인들 간에 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석 결과, 휴대전화 중독을 가장 잘 설명해 주는 변인으로 우울, 학교친구적응, 대인불안이 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 우울, 학교적응의 하위 변인인 학교친구적응, 대인불안에 어려움을 보이는 청소년들의 휴대전화 중독 경향이 높은 것을 시사한다.
