시판중인 유아용 땅콩기저귀의 형태와 구성에 관한 실태조사 (Research on the Actual Condition of Shape and Make-up of Peanut-Shaped Cloth Diaper for Baby on Market)

  • The peanut-shaped cloth diaper has cut uncomfortable crotch region off the square-shaped cloth diaper into a peanut-shape, and finished the edge by bias with multi-layers of fabric. This study has the purpose on providing the basic data for designing the peanut-shaped cloth diaper. For this purpose, the peanut-shaped cloth diapers on market were collected and analyzed by their shape and size, and also the patterns and differences in making were compared. 26 products from 17 brands were collected as samples. The analysis factors are the shape and size of the peanut-shaped cloth diaper, and characteristics and patterns in making. Among the samples, only 3 diapers were straight-shaped; the rest of them were peanut-shaped. The size difference between the big and small peanut-shaped cloth diapers was very large; the total length of the small one was 36.5cm-39cm which was very common, and the total length of the big one was more than 44cm. All diapers had longer width in the back than the front. The width of the front and back was different for each sample, therefore, it seemed to have some difficulties to set the standard. The peanut-shaped cloth diaper had different make-up depending on its characteristics including. absorbance, washing and drying. It was usually made by cotton woven of diamond jacquard or knit, and finished the edge by woven bias or knit bias. The peanut-shaped cloth diapers were various including a sheet of diaper, two sheets of diapers fixed with velcro, three sheets of diapers, and etc. For the patterns of the diapers, only two samples out of all had three dimensional shape, and the rest were produced using flat shape. There were no distinction between the diapers of girls and boys. Therefore, it is necessary to make the product based on scientific data about the peanut-shaped cloth diaper.

  • This study is to understand the actual condition of design and material of peanut-shaped diaper with looking at the types and characteristics of baby cloth diapers and domestic peanut-shaped diapers registered in the Patent Office. Furthermore, it is to suggest the basic data for designing more functional and comfortable cloth diapers. Here are the research result on the actual condition of design and material of baby cloth diapers. Firstly, 11 cloth diapers registered in the Patent Office can be divided into panty-shaped and straight line-shaped diapers. There are 7 kinds of panty-shaped cloth diapers which satisfy both the convenience of a disposable diaper and sanitation of a cloth diaper, and 4 kinds of straight line-shaped cloth diapers that minimize the weaknesses of existing cloth diapers. Secondly, domestic peanut-shaped cloth diapers can be divided into peanut-shaped, inserted, winged, velcro-attached diapers. Among 23 kinds of peanut-shaped cloth diapers from 16 companies, there are 12 kinds of peanut-shaped diapers which consist of layers of cloth to make peanut shape. There are 6 kinds of inserted diapers that insert extra diapers or handkerchiefs in between two sheets of cloth diapers and 3 kinds of winged diapers designed to shorten drying time with sawing only one side of several layered sheets. Also, there are 2 kinds of velcro-attached diapers that are removable according to the amount of excreta. Commonly used materials are cotton woven of diamond jacquard and knit of diamond Hole Stitch or Plain Stitch. And for handing the edge of diaper, the method of wrapping up the edge with cotton woven or knit bias is used.

  • In this study, we investigated the usability of new powdered additives in the paperboard industry. We manufactured the powdered additives from peanut husks and garlic stems by grinding. The chemical composition, particle size, particle size distribution, and particle shape were investigated to identify the basic properties of the powdered raw materials. To determine the effect of the powdered additives on paper properties, handsheets were prepared by adding the powdered additives to the pulp slurry. The chemical composition, such as the contents of holocellulose, lignin, and ash, showed similar values to those of other biomass materials. The particles of peanut husk powder were irregularly shaped, smaller, and had a broader particle size distribution than those of the garlic stem powder, which had the fibril form. The particles of the two powdered raw materials showed a positioning of expansion in the fiber network, resulting in increased bulk and a loss of strength. Handsheets containing garlic stem particles were stronger than handsheets containing peanut husk particles. Finally, the new powdered additives are beneficial to the bulk of paperboard.

  • In the present study, twelve bivoltine silkworm races were evaluated for its performance based on quantitative and qualitative traits. Seven oval and five peanut cocoon shaped races were reared in different seasons of the year. By using evaluation index method, the results showed that six races were identified as potential parental races. Among oval races, 75xin, KoC, KoZ and among peanut races An 902, 7532 and QD7 were selected as base material. The identified high yielding races will be used in various breeding programs as initial parents for the production of superior bivoltine breeds/hybrids in Vietnam

Two Species of Phycitinae (Lepidoptera, Pyralidae) New to Korea

  • Two species of Phycitinae, Rabiria rufimaculella (Yamanaka, 1993) and Copamyntis martimella Kirpichnikova & Yamanaka, 2002, are reported for the first time from Korea. Rabiria rufimaculella can be recognized by having two reddish-yellow and short bands near the postmedial and antemedial line, and by the bifurcate gnathos and the cornutus which is formed by numerous thorn-shaped sclerites in male genitalia. Copamyntis martimella can be distinguished with the congeners by the uniformly distributed setae on the sacculus and the curved aedeagus in male genitalia and the peanut-shaped signum near the middle of the corpus bursae in female genitalia. The adults and genitalia of the species are redescribed and illustrated.

조숙 내도복 다수성 풋땅콩 품종 "선안" (A New Early Maturing, Lodging Resistance and High Yielding Vegetable Peanut "Seonan")

  • 간식용 대립 땅콩의 선호도가 높음에 따라 대립 양질 다수성 신품종 육성을 위하여 직립 단경 다수성인 'SP9128'과 조숙인 '대광땅콩'를 인공교배하여 육성한 선안의 주요 특성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 선안은 버지니아 초형으로 개화기가 빠르고 지상부 생장습성은 직립 단경 다분지성이다. 2. 선안은 대광땅콩에 비해 성숙협수, 성숙협비율, 100협립수 등이 높아 양호한 등숙특성을 보이며 100립중이 87 g인 대립품종이다. 3. 도복은 매우 강한 특성을 나타내며 갈반병, 그물무늬병, 흑반병에 비교적 강하고 낙엽율도 낮아 생육후기까지 녹엽유지에 유리하였다. 4. 선안은 단백질이 28.5%, 기름함량이 50.6%이고 양질지방산중 올레산(54.3%)이 리놀산에 비해 23% 더 높아 산화안정성이 양호한 특성을 가진다. 5. 선안은 3년간 지역적응시험 결과 대광땅콩에 비하여 전국평균 8.59 ton/ha로서 14% 증수되었다.

자색종피 고품질 다수성 풋땅콩 "참원" (A New Red Testa and High Quality Vegetable Peanut Cultivar, "Charmwon")

  • 간식용 풋땅콩의 선호도가 높음에 따라 대립 양질 다수성 신품종 육성을 위하여 자색종피인 'HYQ(CG)S-10'와 다수성인 '신광땅콩'을 인공교배하여 육성한 참원의 주요 특성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 참원은 신풍초형으로 주경과 분지에서 개화 및 착협하고, 지상부 생장습성은 직립 소분지성이다. 참원은 팔광땅콩에 비해 성숙협수는 같으나 100립중이 90g으로 5g 더 높은 대립품종이다. 갈반병, 그물무늬병은 팔광땅콩 보다 강하고 낙엽율도 낮아 생육후기까지 녹엽 유지에 유리하였다. 참원의 기름함량은 25.8%, 단백질이 31.3%로서 팔광땅콩에 비해 높고, 탄닌함량이 낮고 유리당 함량이 높아 풋땅콩의 품질이 양호하다. 참원은 3년간 지역적응시험 결과 대광땅콩에 비하여 풋땅콩이 전국평균 8.93MT/ha로서 18%, 종실이 3.95ton/ha로서 4% 증수하였다. 참원은 개화가 빠르고 병해에도 강한 편이나 충분한 성숙을 위하여 강원도와 산간 고냉지를 제외한 지역에서 적응성이 높은 품종이다.

  • It is very important to diminish noise source of electric motor systems that are used for home appliance area. We have studied on the noise reduction of BLDC motor, mainly focusing on reducing noise source from cogging torque. This noise source causes resonance of fan & motor systems. This study showed that the higher harmonic component of the cogging torque was the main factor for noise generation. Therefor, to reduce noise of bldc motor for refrigerator, this study suggested peanut shaped magnet which surface flux has similar sinusoidal wave form.

  • [ $2.1\;{\mu}m$ ]입자경의 단분산 PBA seed를 이용한 2단계 분산중합을 seeded batch process 와 seeded semi-continuous process를 이용하여 다양한 형태의 PBA/PMMA composite 미립자를 제조하였다. Batch process의 경우 PBA/PMMA composite 입자의 모폴로지는 중합 분산매인 methanol/water 비와 중합 2단계에서의 PBA seed/MMA단량체의 비에 따라 크게 영향을 받으며, methanol/water 중합분산매중 물의 량이 증가함에 따라, 그리고 중합 2단계에서 MMA단량체량이 증가함에 따라 PBA와 PMMA간의 상분리현상이 심화되어 구형의 입자로부터 egg, snowman, confetti, peanut와 같은 비구형의 PBA/PMMA composite 입자들이 제조되었다. Semi-continuous process의 경우 단량체 부가시간을 조절함으로서 PBA/PMMA composite 입자의 모폴로지가 변함을 발견하였고 특히, 단량체의 결핍된 조건하에서 구형의 PBA(코어)/PMMA(쉘) composite 라텍스가 제조되었다.

  • 간식용 대립 땅콩의 선호도가 높음에 따라 대립 양질 다수성 신품종 육성을 위하여 단경인 '사토노카' 와 대립인 '예천종'를 인공교배하여 육성한 풍산의 주요 특성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 풍산은 버지니아 초형으로 개화기가 빠르고 지상부 생장습성은 단경 다분지성이다. 2. 풍산은 대광땅콩에 비해 성숙협비율 100립중등이 높은 양호한 등숙특성을 보이며 100립중이 95 g 인 대립품종이다. 3. 도복에 비교적 강한 특성을 나타내며 갈반병, 그물무늬병, 흑반병에 비교적 강하고 낙엽율도 낮아 생육후기까지 녹엽 유지에 유리하였다. 4. 풍산은 단백질이 28.1 %, 기름함량이 48.5%이고 지방산은 올레산과 리놀산의 비율이 서로 비슷한 특성을 가진다. 5. 풍산은 3년간 지역적응시험 결과 대광땅콩에 비하여 전국평균 4.45MT/ha로 16% 증수되었다. 6. 풍산은 개화가 빠르고 병해에도 강한 편이나 충분한 성숙을 위하여 강원도와 산간 고냉지를 제외한 지역에서 적응성이 높은 품종이다.
