This research is performed in order to suggest seasonal effective research time that is applied to wild birds research which lives in a forest. The subject area of this research is Mulgun-ri village forest in Samdong-Myeon, Namhe-gun. To investigate suitability of the project, existing land-use, existing vegetation, vegetational structure, and etc. of the subject and whole area are figured out. To suggest adequate research time, based on seasonal sun rise and set time for 3days, repetitive research is performed at hourly intervals. The subject area is connected with a forest and is possible for forest wild birds to flows in and provides various habitats and feeding areas. And also the subject area is a appropriate area for wild birds research and is like a natural forest in that a layer structure development of the forest itself, a distribution of Zelkova serrata and Aphananthe aspera and so on. 105 species which is observed in subject area are categorized and mountain birds are classified. After time-based peak value is selected in each season, hourly species richness, diversity, and index of similarity are analyzed as compared with the appearing number of species and individual bird. As a result, 7~11 hour is the most effective time in spring, and 8~9 hour is the best time. In summer, 6~9 hour is the most appropriate time when whole appearing species are similar to species structure. In fall, 7~11(30~60 minutes after sun rise) when wild birds movements are vigorous is analyzed easy to observe and 8~9 hour is the most appropriate research time because each analysis shows the best values. In winter, 7~12 hour is the most effective time although 10~11 hour is the best time but it is decided that similar results are drawn because hourly deviation is not so big except 1 hour before sun rise. In every four season, it is decided that 30~60 minutes after sun rise is appropriate to research a group of wild birds in the subject area.
Effects of chemical composition ($Cu^{2+}$, $K_4P_2O_7$ and additive concentrations) of baths on properties of Cu thin films electrodeposited from pyrophosphate copper bath were investigated. Current efficiency was increased to be near 100% with increasing $Cu^{2+}$ concentrations from 0.02 to 0.3M. Decrease of current efficiency was observed in the range of 1.5~1.8M $K_4P_2O_7$ concentration, but current efficiency of about 100% was measured in the ranges of both 0.9~1.3M and 2.1~2.4M. The change of additive concentration did not influenced current efficiency. Residual stress of electrodeposited Cu thin films was measured to be about 20 MPa below 0.15 M $Cu^{2+}$ concentration and increased with the increase of it to 0.25 M. Maximum residual stress of 120MPa was observed at 0.25M $Cu^{2+}$ concentration. On the other hand, residual stress decreased from 80 to near 0 MPa as $K_4P_2O_7$ concentration varied from 0.9 to 2.4M and but The change of additive concentration did not affected on residual stress. $Cu^{2+}$ and $K_4P_2O_7$ concentrations significantly affect on surface morphology of electrodeposited Cu thin films, but additive concentration slightly affected. From XRD analysis, the microstructures of electrodeposited Cu thin film was affected from the changes of $Cu^{2+}$ and $K_4P_2O_7$ concentrations, but not from that of additive concentration. Strong preferred orientation of (111) peak was observed with increasing $Cu^{2+}$ and $K_4P_2O_7$ concentrations.

1, 2-Hexanediol galactoside (HD-gal) has been synthesized from 1, 2-hexanediol (HD), a cosmetic preservative, using recombinant Escherichia coli ${\beta}$-galactosidase (${\beta}$-gal) at the high lactose concentration (300 g/l). To confirm the molecular structure of synthesized HD-gal, NMR ($^1H$- and $^{13}C$-) spectroscopy and mass spectrometry of HD-gal were conducted. $^1H$ NMR spectrum of HD-gal showed multiple peaks corresponding to the galactocyl group, which is an evidence of galactocylation on HD. Downfield proton peaks at ${\delta}_H$ 4.44 ppm and multiple peaks from ${\delta}_H$3.96~3.58 ppm were indicative of galactocylation on HD. Up field proton peaks at ${\delta}_H$ 1.60~1.35 ppm and 0.92 ppm showed the presence of $CH_2$ and $CH_3$ protons of HD. $^{13}C$ NMR spectrum revealed the presence of 21 carbons suggestive of ${\alpha}$- and ${\beta}$-anomers of HD-gal. Among 12 carbon peaks from each anomers, the 3 peaks at dC 68.6, 60.9 and 13.2 ppm were assigned to be overlapped showing only 21 peaks out of total 24 peaks. The mass value (protonated HD-gal, m/z = 281.1601) from mass spectrometry analysis of HD-gal, and $^1H$ and $^{13}C$ NMR spectral data were in well agreement with the expecting structure of HD-gal. For further study, the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of HD-gal against bacteria will be investigated, and, in addition, cytotoxicity to human skin cells of HD-gal will be examined. It is expected that it will eventually be able to develop a new cosmetic preservative, which have low cytotoxicity against human skin cell and maintains antimicrobial effect.
Amomi Fructus with anti-oxidative activity was chosen and essential oil was obtained by SDE (simultaneous distillation extraction), and 39 constituents were determined by GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry). Major components were camphor, borneol acetate, borneol, D-limonene and camphene. Three solvent extracts such as hexanes, diethyl ether and methylene chloride from Amomi Fructus were obtained. These were analyzed by GC-MS and 4 more constituents were identified in addition to 39 components discovered in essential oil. Five major components such as camphor, borneol acetate, borneol, D-limonene and camphene were also detected, however the relative peak percents of those components were different from those of constituents in essential oil. To estimate the kind and the amount of materials evaporated at certain temperature and conditions from essential oil and solvent extracts, dynamic headspace apparatus was used and materials evaporated and trapped at certain conditions were analyzed by GC-MS. Recovery yield of SDE method from Amomi Fructus was measured by using camphor and standard calibration solution of camphor methanol solution and, the yield was 82.0%. Content of Hg was measured by mercury analyzer and contents of Cd, Pb, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn in Amomi Fructus, essential oils and solvent extracts were determined by ICP-MS (Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer). Pb, Cd and Hg were measured in the concentration of 0.72 mg/kg, <0.10 mg/kg and 0.0023 mg/kg, respectively and these were below permission level of purity test. Contents of Mn, Cu and Zn in Amomi Fructus were 213 mg/kg, 8.29 mg/kg and 31.0 mg/kg, respectively and which were relatively higher than other metals such as Cr, Co and Ni. Metals such as Mn (0.65 ~ 9.08 mg/kg), Cu (1.16 ~ 4.40 mg/kg) and Zn (1.10 ~ 3.80 mg/kg) in essential oil and solvent extracts were detected. At this point it is not clear that the metals were cross-contaminated in the course of treating Amomi Fructus or metals were contained in Amomi Fructus. The influence evaluation toward biological model study of these metals in essential oil and solvent extracts will be needed.
Purpose: Extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), which is part of the mitogen-activated protin kinase cascade, opposes initiation of the apoptotic cell death which is programmed by diverse cytotoxic stimuli. In this regard, the inhibition of ERK may be useful in improving the therapeutic efficacy of established anticancer agents. Materials and Methods: Murine hepatocarcinoma, HCa-I is known to be highly radioresistant with a TCD50 (radiation dose yield in $50\%$ cure) of more than 80 Gy. Various anticancer drugs have been found to enhance the radioresponse of this particular tumor but none were successful. The objective of this study was to explore whether the selective inhibition of MEK could potentiate the antitumor efficacy of radiation in vivo, particularly in the case on radioresistant tumor. C3H/HeJ mice hearing $7.5\~8\;mm$ HCa-I, were treated with PD98059(intratumoral injection of $0.16\;\mug/50\;\mul$). Results: Downregulation on ERK by PD98059 was most prominent 1h after the treatment. In the tumor growth delay assay, the drug was found to Increase the effect of the tumor radioresponse with an enhancement factor (EF) of 1.6 and 1.87. Combined treatment of 25 Gy radiation with PD98059 significantly increased radiation induced apoptosis. The peak apoptotic index (number on apoptotic nuclei in 1000 nuclei X100) was $1.2\%$ in the case of radiation treatment alone, $0.9\%$ in the case of drug treatment alone and $4.9\%,\;5.3\%$ in the combination treatment group. An analysis of apoptosis regulating molecules with Western blotting showed upregulation of p53, p$p21^{WAF1/CIP1}\;and\;Bcl-X_s$ in the combination treatment group as compared to their levels in either the radiation alone or drug alone treatment groups. The level of other molecules such as $Bcl-X_L4, Bax and Bcl-2 were changed to a lesser extent. Conclusion: The selective inhibition of MEK in combination with radiation therapy may have potential benefit in cancer treatment.
These experiment were carried out ; (1) to investigate the changes of progesterone in plasma, whole milk and skim milk during oestrus cycle and pregnancy and ; (20) to evaluate a chemiluminescence Immunoassay(CIA) as an alternative method by measuring the progesterone concentration is skim milk by RIA and CIA. The results obtained in these experiments were summerized as follows ; 1. Plasma progesterone levels in non-pregnant Holstein during oestrus cycle were relatively low until day 8 after oestrus. And then, the progesterone level began to increase and reached a peak with 6.3ng/ml on day 14 and then declined repidly to 1.5ng/ml and 2.2ng/ml on day 18 and 20, respectively. 2. Whole milk progesterone level in pregnant Holstein increased from 1.0ng/ml on oestrus to 16.0ng/ml on day 8 and then remained from 11.0ng/ml on day 10 to 22.0ng/ml on day 22. 3. In non-pregnant Holstein, whole milk pregesterone lev디 was 1.5ng/ml on oestrus and began to increase rapidly from day 6 after oestrus and exhibited a ranged of levels, 17.8~20.0ng/ml from day 6 to day 16 after oestrus. 4. Skim milk progesterone levels in pregnant Holstein were a range of 130~490pg/ml at the time of estrus and began to increase continually till then showing constant levels ranging from 1300pg/ml on day 10 to 1650pg/ml on day 22. 5. In non-pregnant Holstein, skim milk progesterone level was 160pg/ml on oestrus and began to increase from 190pg/ml on day 2 after oestrus to day 8 and then keep constant levels ran ging from 1050 to 1300pg/ml from day 8 to day 16 and then decreased to 240~450pg/ml from day 18 to day 22 after oestrus. 6. The results obtained from CIA for the analysis of skim milk progesterone were in good agreement with the values derived by RIA.(r=0.914)
Background: For the accurate dose assessment in radiation therapy, energy spectrum of the photon beam generated from the linac head is essential. The aim of this study is to develop the technique to accurately unfolding the energy spectrum with the transmission analysis method. Materials and Methods: Clinical linear accelerator and Monet Carlo method was employed to evaluate the transmission signals according to the thickness of the observer material, and then the response function of the ion chamber response was determined with the mono energy beam. Finally the energy spectrum was unfolded with HEPROW program. Elekta Synergy Flatform and Geant4 tool kits was used in this study. Results and Discussion: In the comparison between calculated and measured transmission signals using aluminum alloy as an attenuator, root mean squared error was 0.43%. In the comparison between unfolded spectrum using HEPROW program and calculated spectrum using Geant4, the difference of peak and mean energy were 0.066 and 0.03 MeV, respectively. However, for the accurate prediction of the energy spectrum, additional experiment with various type of material and improvement of the unfolding program is required. Conclusion: In this research, it is demonstrated that unfolding spectra technique could be used in megavoltage photon beam with aluminum alloy and HEPROW program.

The quality characteristics of bread made from domestic Korean wheat flour that contained different amounts of cactus Chounnyuncho (Opuntia humifusa) powder were investigated. The water absorption and peak time, as determined by a farinograph, increased with increasing amounts of cactus powder, while stability, elasticity, and weakness decreased (p<0.05). RVA(Rapid Visco Analyzer) analysis showed that wheat flour retrogradation was retarded by increasing cactus powder content (p<0.05). The fermentation time of the bread increased with increasing cactus powder content, while the fermented volume and baking loss decreased (p<0.05). According to the sensory test, the most preferred bread contained 3% cactus powder (p0.05).
This study was carried out to understand the varietal variation in physicochemical properties of rice grain and those environmental changes by different transplanting time, and to elucidate the interrelationships among the factors related with eating quality of cooked rice. Fifty three rice samples, among which fifty samples were harvested at ordinary or late transplanted plots of the Crop Experiment Station in Suwon and three samples were harvested orpurchased from Niigata prefecture in Japan, were tested for various physicochemical components of rice grain and some physical factors of cooked rice. All of twenty seven rice cultivars tested were the recent-bred Korean japonica rice showing the wide range of maturity from early to medium-late heading and considerable difference in palatability of cooked rice. Amylose content, taste value by Nireco palatability tester (TVN), iodine blue color of cooking extracts(IB), and the ratio of IB /extracted solid amounts (ES) increased significantly by late transplanting, while viscosity (VN) and Mg / K. N value by Nireco tester, hot-water absorption of milled rice (HA), loss tangent of cooked rice by Rheolograph-Micro(LT), and most viscogram characteristics except setback viscosity (C-P) decreased drastically by late transplanting as compared with ordinary transplanting. Most of physicochemical properties of milled rice revealed narrower varietal variation in lately transplanted plot than in ordinary transplanted one. Protein content (PRO), volume expansion rate of cooked rice(VE), C-P and all physical factors of cooked rice by Rheolograph-Micro showed almost negligible seasonal variation, while amylose content (AM), VN, HA, IB/ES, peak viscosity(P), hot viscosity(H) and breakdown(P-H) viscosity exhibited considerably large seasonal variation. The early-headed varieties revealed lower amylose content and smaller seasonal variation of IB/ES compared with medium or medium-late headed rice varieties. AM was closely associatied with IB and IB / ES and VN was highly correlated with Mg/K. N and TVN in both ordinary and late transplanted plots. VN also was highly negatively correlated with cooking characteristics and highly positively correlated with viscogram properties in ordinary culture. PRO was closely connected with moisture content of milled rice and L T in ordinary transplanted plot. IB, which was closely connected with ES, was also singificantly associated LT, P and P-H in ordinary seasonal culture. IB/ES was highly negatively correlated with P, P-Hand P-H / C-P in ordinary culture but with LT and dynamic viscosity of cooked rice in late seasonal culture. The thirty rice cultivars were largely classified into two varietal groups by cluster analysis with physicochemical properties related with eating quality of cooked rice. Korean and Japanese high-quality rice cultivars were separately distributed in two respective varietal group.
To quantitatively predict the impacts of large-scale volcanic eruptions of Mt. Baekdu on air quality and damage around the Korean Peninsula, a three-dimensional chemistry-transport modeling system (Weather Research & Forecasting - Sparse Matrix Operation Kernel Emission - Comunity Multi-scale Air Quality) was adopted. A worst-case meteorology scenario was selected to estimate the direct impact on Korea. This study applied the typical worst-case scenarios that are likely to cause significant damage to Korea among worst-case volcanic eruptions of Mt. Baekdu in the past decade (2005~2014) and assumed a massive VEI 4 volcanic eruption on May 16, 2012, to analyze the concentration of PM2.5 caused by the volcanic eruption. The effects of air quality in each region-cities, counties, boroughs-were estimated, and vulnerable areas were derived by conducting an exposure assessment reflecting vulnerable groups. Moreover, the effects of cities, counties, and boroughs were analyzed with a high-resolution scale (9 km × 9 km) to derive vulnerable areas within the regions. As a result of analyzing the typical worst-case volcanic eruptions of Mt. Baekdu, a discrepancy was shown in areas between high PM2.5 concentration, high population density, and where vulnerable groups are concentrated. From the result, PM2.5 peak concentration was about 24,547 ㎍/㎥, which is estimated to be a more serious situation than the eruption of Mt. St. Helensin 1980, which is known for 540 million tons of volcanic ash. Paju, Gimpo, Goyang, Ganghwa, Sancheong, Hadong showed to have a high PM2.5 concentration. Paju appeared to be the most vulnerable area from the exposure assessment. While areas estimated with a high concentration of air pollutants are important, it is also necessary to develop plans and measures considering densely populated areas or areas with high concentrations of susceptible population or vulnerable groups. Also, establishing measures for each vulnerable area by selecting high concentration areas within cities, counties, and boroughs rather than establishing uniform measures for all regions is needed. This study will provide the foundation for developing the standards for disaster declaration and preemptive response systems for volcanic eruptions.

제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
