  • 지식경제사회가 도래함에 따라 특허정보 분석은 지식재산권을 보호하기 위하여 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 특허정보 분석은 축적된 특허 데이터베이스로부터 기업의 연구개발 전략에 필요한 지식을 추출하는 것이다. 이러한 지식을 추출하고 분석 및 전략 수립을 위한 도구가 특허정보 분석 도구이다. 본 논문은 국내외 주요 특허정보 분석 도구에 대한 동향을 파악하고 국내특허 분석 도구의 발전 방향에 대해 고찰하였다.

  • In this paper, the framework of a personalized search system designing and can perform features which are suitable for each contents by using various contents a feature was developed.   • This paper proposes an R&D opportunity scan framework for information and telecommunications company in aging society. The framework consists of trend analysis, market-oriented search, technology-oriented search, and R&D Portfolio development. We identify technology themes in the market-oriented search by developing market scenarios and analyzing a new business model framework. And then we search prospective technologies in the technology-oriented recess by technology scanning and patent analysis. By matching technology themes with prospective technologies, generate an R&D portfolio. Finally, we evaluate the risk of the proposed R&D portfolio.

  • According to progressing the If(Information Technology), Mobile Commerce have been activated. Hut all kind of theses information is limited in thesis and report. Recently importance of Intellectual Property Right is emphasized and it's very demanded to study for it. Therefore, this thesis will investigate a tendency about Mobile Commerce and Intellectual property Right which is related it.   • These days, the aerospace industry uses larger machining parts and assembly parts than those in the past. The assembly machines also show the same trend. This study is concerned with the alignment measuring apparatus for the B-axis of a separated multi-axis machine. The alignment measuring apparatus is widely installed for assembly machines in the aircraft assembly process. The alignment measuring apparatus consists of a swivel part and a measuring part. This is a new conceptual idea under patent. All elements of the alignment measuring apparatus are analyzed with the FEM. The analyzed result shows that the alignment measuring apparatus is high in accuracy with stability and steady deformation.

  • This study deals with the technological trends in the automobile recycling technologies. It first discusses the importance and current situation of automobile recycling. And then it discusses the technological trends in automobile recycling industry classifying the technologies into three groups: disassemblying, recycling, and design. It deals with recycling of major parts of automobiles and the design of automobile for recyclability. This study also contains a patent analysis of the technologies. Different patterns in the trend of patents among various conn-tries are discussed with the context of legal and industrial situation of each country And finally it discusses the forecasting for the future technological and legislative trends.

  • 이차전지의 응용영역이 소형시장 중심에서 향후 대형 시장으로 확대될 것으로 예상되며, 한국, 일본, 중국, 미국 등을 중심으로 시장이 형성될 전망이다. 본 연구에서는 이차전지의 특허 정보를 이용하여 현재 우리나라의 기술적 위치를 파악하고 IPC 정보를 이용하여, 기술 분야 간 관계를 규명하여 향후 이차전지 분야에서의 기술 개발 방향에 대해 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과 한국은 현재 이차전지 시장에서 기술적으로 비교적 우위를 점하고 있지만, 전기 자동차 등 중대형 이차전지 분야에 대한 기술 개발이 상대적으로 미흡하여 이에 대한 많은 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

  • 우리나라가 21세기 지식정보사회에서 지식정보강국으로 도약하고 세계 정보통신시장에서 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 정보통신시장을 주도할 핵심원천기술을 개발하고, 기술개발과 연계한 표준화 추진전략 수립 및 체계적인 추진이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 핵심기술 개발과정에서 발생한 기술개발 성과물에 대한 지식재산권 확보 전략과 이를 표준에 반영하기 위한 표준화 기구의 지식재산권 정책분석을 통한 표준화 추진전략을 제시하여, 기술개발과 연계한 효율적인 표준특허 확보를 통한 기술개발 및 표준화의 경제적 효용성을 증대하고자 한다.

  • There might have been weakness in securing user authentication or verification with real time service approach, while existing unimodal biometric authentication has been used mainly for user identification and recognition. Accordingly, it is essential to research and develop ways that upgrade security performance with multi biometric based real time authentication and verification technology. This paper focused to suggest binding assignment and strategy for developing multi biometric authentication technology through investigation of advanced study and patents. Description includes introduction, technology outline, technology trend, patent analysis, and conclusion.

  • Social manufacturing architecture is based on information delivery through social media and SNS, PLM and social platform, crowd source and knowledge base on whole phase of product life cycle. Although advanced social manufacturing issues are rising globally, its technology emerging into domestic industry is likely to be slow. We focused to review technological changes and R&D trend, patent issues, and then suggest assignments and advices to be practiced for social manufacturing modeling.
