It is very important to estimate static squeezing pressure distributions for lining material of sterntube after bearing at dry dock stage since the maximum squeezing pressure value can be one of the significant characteristics representing coming navigation performances of the propulsion system. Moderate oil film pressure between lining material and propulsion shaft is also essential for safe ship service. In this paper, Hertz contact theory is explained to derive static squeezing pressure. Reynolds equation simplified from Navier-Stokes equation is centrally differentiated to numerically obtain dynamic oil film pressures. New shaft alignment technology of nonlinear elastic multi-support bearing elements is also used in order to obtain external forces acting on lining material of bearing. For 300K DWT class VLCC with synthetic bush of sterntube after bearing, static squeezing pressures are calculated using derived external forces and Hertz contact theory. Optimum partial slope of the after bush is presented by parametric shaft alignment analyses. Dynamic oil film pressures are comparatively evaluated for partially bored and unbored after bush. Finally it is proved that the partial slope can drastically reduce oil film pressure during engine running.

Government initiatives are continuously being invested to nurture supporting business environment for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), such as government-support ERP systems project for SMEs. As such, scholars need to pay attention to SMEs can successfully adopt and manage government-support ERP systems. This study, therefore, conceptually developed and tested a research model for understanding what factors influence SMEs' intention to adopt government-support ERP systems. We obtained thirty samples from SMEs, which is organizational level, and data were analyzed using the partial least square (PLS) technique. The results of data analysis found that institutional pressure and resource dependence had positive effects on the adoption of government-support ERP systems. On the other hand, risk aversion of SMEs was found to have negative effects to adopt government-support ERP systems.

This study examines the relationship of adult attachment, social support, and subjective happiness of university students, and confirm the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between adult attachment and subjective happiness. Participants in this study consist of 284 university students enrolled in G city. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS to conduct descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and a structural equation model. The main findings are as follows. First, Attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance showed negative correlations with social support and subjective happiness. And social support showed a positive correlation with subjective happiness. Second, social support showed a partial mediating effect on the effect of attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance on the subjective happiness of university students. This study is meaningful in providing basic data for educational and counseling interventions that enhance subjective happiness of university students.

편측 부분 무치악에서 소수의 치아로 지대치를 형성하여 가철성 국소의치 제작 시 환자의 불편함 및 지대치 손상 등으로 인해 만족도가 낮아질 수 있다. 최근 편측 부분 무치악에서 임플란트 고정성 보철물을 지대치로 사용하여 양측성 후방 연장 국소의치로 제작하는 방법이 보고되고 있다. 본 증례에서 임플란트 고정성 보철물을 사용하여 환자의 수직 악간관계를 보존하고 본인의 치아와 같은 형태를 부여하여 환자에게 심리적 안정감을 주며 향상된 저작 기능의 결과를 제공하였다. 또한 임플란트 고정성 보철물을 통하여 예후가 불량할 것으로 예상되는 편측성 후방 연장 국소의치를 역학적, 기능적으로 유리한 양측성 후방 연장 국소의치를 제작하였다. 국소의치의 지지, 유지, 안정 요소의 향상을 가져왔으며 환자에게 경제적 및 사용 시 만족감을 가져왔다.

Depression has a direct relationship with lower quality of life for elderly with cerebral vascular accidents(CVA). Daily hassles worsen depression for elderly with CVA disability and thus an effective intervention is necessary. This research examined the direct influence of daily hassles on depression and the mediation effect of family support among 161 elderly with CVA disability living in Seoul using Structural Equation Modeling. The direct effect of daily hassles on depression was statistically significant (p < .001) while family support was shown to be a mediator between daily hassles and depression. The mediation model of family support was examined using $x^2$ difference and Soble test. As a result, family support was proven to be a partial mediator. Implications are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the elderly's motivation to participate in ball games on social support and subjective feelings of happiness. The subjects of this study were elderly people aged 65 or older who lived in Gwangju in 2020 and participated in the ball game movement. Besides, 150 males, 150 females, and 300 total subjects were selected using the convenient sampling method. The survey tool focuses on the motivation for participation in ball game movement, social support, and subjective happiness, and the data collected using this are used for the SPSS 20.0 version, and use statistics are processed according to the purpose of analysis. The results obtained through this research process are as follows. First, it was found that the elderly's motivation to participate in ball game exercise partially affected social support. Second, it was found that the elderly's motivation to participate in ball game exercises had a partial effect on subjective happiness. Third, it was found that the elderly's social support partially affected the subjective feelings of happiness.

With the increasing popularization of low-priced luxury markets, maintaining the genuine values of luxury has become crucial for luxury fashion brands to attract customers who want exclusivity and rarity. The world-leading luxury fashion houses have employed a variety of experiential marketing strategies like special order product strategies and mobile SNS promotion strategies, yet little research exists on there the strategies actually positively impact brand luxury images and customer attitudes towards the brand. This study empirically analyzed the effects of customer experience of special order products on perceived brand luxury and brand relationship. Furthermore, the study also tested relationships among perceived brand luxury, brand relationship, and brand loyalty. A survey was conducted with Korean female consumers who had purchase experiences of special order products from the brands. We analyzed the data of MTO-experienced respondents due to the lack of respondents who had experienced custom-made product services. The result indicates the significant effect of experience of MTO on brand relationship; however, we found only a partial support for the effect of MTO on brand luxury. Likewise, we found a partial support for the effect of mobile SNS promotion strategies on perceived brand luxury versus full support for the effect on brand relationship.

This study investigates the relationships between three BSC communication attributes(support of organizational culture, message valid, and knowledge sharing) and organizational learning and how that translates into relationship organizational performance in public organization. In this paper, first, past studies on BSC communication and organizational learning that identify the attributes of effective communication and organizational learning in organizational performance are reviewed. Second, a research model, key variables, and three hypotheses tested by PLS(partial least squares) are presented. The data was collected from BSC champions and managers of 53 public organizations in Korea. The results indicate, first, BSC communication (except for support of organizational culture) have not significant related to organizational performance. Therefore, H1 was not supported. Second, the structural path coefficient between support of organizational culture and message valid and organizational learning are statistically significant and in the hypothesized direction. But the knowledge sharing has not significant relationship with organizational learning. Therefore, H2 was partially supported. Third, organizational learning was significantly positively related to organizational performance. H3 was supported. Finally, organizational learning play a significantly positive role in mediating the relationship between BSC communication and organizational performance. The theoretical contributions, limitations, as well as future research directions are discussed at the end of the paper.

Purpose : We investigated the effects of the combined use of FES and over ground walking with partial body-weight support (PBWS) on walking function and balance control in people with chronic strokes. Methods : Twenty-seven people who were ambulatory after chronic strokes were evaluated. The exercise's intervention consisted of the combined use of FES and over ground walking with PBWS and general exercise groups. The FES + PBWS group and general exercise group consisted on a-20-minute session per day, 3 times a week during a 4 week period. The evaluation was carried out before, after, and two weeks after the exercise intervention. Outcome measures were a 6 Minute Walk Test, 6-Meter walk Test, Timed Up and Go Test, and a Balance Test, measured before and after the exercise interventions at a-2 week follow up. Results : The endurance was significantly increased in both the FES+PBWS group and general exercise group (p<0.05). Significant increase on the gait velocity was observed in both the FES+PBWS group and general exercise group (p<0.05). The TUG was significantly different in both the FES + PBWS group and general exercise group (p<0.05). However there were no differences in both the between-group & interaction. The stability index was significantly different in both the FES + PBWS group and general exercise group (p<0.05). Conclusion : In conclusion, the combined use of FES and over ground walking with PBWS led to an improvement in walking function and balance control. Thus, it is possible to combine the use of FES and over ground walking with PBWS for physical therapy intervention to improve walking function and balance control. It is suggested to apply this intervention in the clinical field.

In crossed occlusion, displacement of removable partial denture is likely to occur during function due to different characteristics of abutment and supporting tissue. It increases discomfort to the patient. In addition, adverse effect on the residual ridge and abutment can induce an unfavorable prognosis of the denture. In this case, a small number of implants can be placed in strategic locations. Attachment can be added for additional support and retention of removable partial denture assisted by implants. This article describes the rehabilitation of a crossed occlusion patient using implant-assisted removable partial denture with Locator$^{(R)}$ attachment. After 24 months, the patient was satisfied with the aesthetic and function of the prosthesis that is maintained stable.
