대학생의 자기효능감과 대학생활 적응 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과 (Mediating effect of social support on the relationship between self-efficacy and adjustment to university life)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 자기효능감과 대학생활 적응 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 분석하는 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 전북 소재 K 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 202명을 대상으로 2017년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 자가보고 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성, 자기효능감, 사회적 지지 및 대학생활 적응 정도는 기술통계 분석을 실시하였고 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 대학생활 적응의 차이는 t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였으며 사후 검정은 Scheffe 검정을 실시하였다. 변수 간의 상관관계는 Pearson Correlation Coefficient로 분석하였으며 자기효능감과 대학생활 적응 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과는 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 매개효과 검증 절차를 이용하였으며, 매개효과에 대한 통계적 유의성은 Sobel test로 검정하였다. 본 연구 결과 자기효능감과 대학생활 적응간의 관계에서 사회적 지지가 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 자기효능감이 높을수록 대학생활에 적응을 잘하지만 사회적 지지가 매개할 경우 대학생활 적응 수준을 높여주는 경향성이 더 강해진다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학생의 자기효능감을 증진시킴으로써 대학생활에 잘 적응할 수 있도록 학생상담 및 중재 프로그램을 개발하는데 활용할 수 있으며 또한 학생들이 활용할 수 있는 대학의 사회적 지지 체계 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

간호대학생의 감성지수가 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성의 매개효과 중심으로 (Mediating Effects of Resilience on the Relation between Emotional Intelligence and Self-Efficacy on Career Decision-Making in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 감성지수가 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 확인하고자 시행되었다. 연구 대상자는 전북지역 간호대학생 136명으로, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2020년 8월26일부터 9월 30일까지 편의표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성, 감성지수, 회복탄력성, 진로결정자기효능감은 기술통계를 실시하고, 일반적인 특성에 따른 감성지수, 회복탄력성, 진로결정자기효능감의 차이는 independent t-test와 one-way ANOVA를 이용하였다. 주요 변인 간의 상관관계는 Pearson's correlation coefficients로, 감성지수와 진로결정자기효능감과의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 liner regression analysis로, 매개효과의 유의성 검증을 위하여 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 감성지수, 회복탄력성 및 진로결정자기효능감은 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였으며, 간호대학생의 감성지수는 진로결정자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 감성지수와 진로결정자기효능감 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 부분 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 간호대학생의 진로결정자기효능감을 촉진하기 위해 감성지수를 향상시키고, 회복탄력성과 같은 긍정적인 자원을 고려하여 감성지수와 진로결정자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 진로관련 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 반영한 체계적인 전략 마련이 필요하다.

간호대학생의 전공만족도와 대학생활 적응의 관계에서 간호전문직관의 조절 및 매개효과 (Moderating and Mediating Effects of Nursing Professionalism between Major Satisfaction and College life Adaptation among Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 간호전문직관, 대학생활적응의 관계를 확인하고, 전공만족도와 대학생활적응의 관계에서 간호전문직관의 역할을 파악하여 대학생활적응을 돕는 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구대상자는 K시와 P시에 소재하는 4년제 대학 2개교에서 간호대학생 553명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 시행하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2016년 11월 07일부터 11월 25일까지였다. 설문에 응답한 데이터는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계(평균, 표준편차), t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, hierarchical regression analysis으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 전공만족도는 5점 만점에 3.86점, 간호전문직관은 5점 만점에 3.97점, 대학생활적응은 5점 만점에 3.34점이었으며, 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 간호전문직관(r=.640, p<.001), 전공만족도와 대학생활적응(r=.510, p<.001), 간호전문직관과 대학생활적응(r=.448, p<.001)은 각각에서 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있었다. 그리고 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 대학생활적응과의 관계에서 간호전문직관이 유의한 조절효과(F=8.460, p=.004)와 부분매개효과(${\beta}=.21$, p<.001)를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 전공만족도가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 간호전문직관이 매우 중요한 요인임을 보여준다. 따라서 간호대학생의 대학생활적응을 높이기 위해서는 전공만족도를 높이고, 나아가 올바른 간호전문직관을 확립할 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy(NIRS)에 의한 음식물 쓰레기 퇴비 분석에 관한 연구 (Analysis on Food Waste Compost by Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy(NIRS))

  • In order to find out an alternative way of analysis of food waste compost, the Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy(NIRS) was used for the compost assessment because the technics has been known as non-detructive, cost-effective and rapid method. One hundred thirty six compost samples were collected from Incheon food waste compost factory at Namdong Indurial Complex. The samples were analyzed for nitrogen, organic matter (OM), ash, P, and K using Kjedahl, ignition method, and acid extraction with spectrophotometer, respectively. The samples were scanned using FOSS NIRSystem of Model 6500 scanning mono-chromator with wavelength from $400\~2,400nm$ at 2nm interval. Modified partial Least Squares(MPLS) was applied to develop the most reliable calibration model between NIR spectra and sample components such as nitrogen, ash, OM, P, and K. The regression was validated using validation set(n=30). Multiple correlation coefficient($R^2$) and standard error of prediction(SEP) for nitrogen, ash, organic matter, OM/N ratio, P and K were 0.87, 0.06, 0.72, 1.07, 0.68, 1.05, 0.89, 0.31, 0.77, 0.06, and 0.64, 0.07, respectively. The results of this experiment indicates that NIRS is reliable analytical method to assess some components of feed waste compost, also suggests that feasibility of NIRS can be Justified in case of various sample collection around the year.

간호사가 인지한 투약오류관리풍토와 오류보고의도의 관계에서 변혁적 리더십의 역할 (Role of Transformational-leadership in the Relationship between Medication Error Management Climate and Error Reporting Intention of Nurse)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to identify the moderating and mediating effects of transformational-leadership in the relationship between medication error management climate and error reporting intention. Methods: Participants in this study were 118 nurses from 11 hospitals in Korea. The scales of medication error management climate, transformational-leadership and error reporting intention of nurses were used in this study. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, partial Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression were used for data analysis. Results: Higher transformational leadership group members had higher error management climate (t=3.88~4.64, p<.001) and higher intention to error reporting (t=2.49, p=.014). There were significant positive correlations between subcategories of medication error management climate and transformational leadership (r=.37~.51, p<.001). But error reporting intention was related to the transformational leadership (r=.28 p=.002), two subcategories such as 'learn from error' (r=.26, p=.004) and 'medication error competence' (r=.25, p=.008) of medication error management climate. Transformational-leadership was a moderator and a mediator between medication error management climate and error reporting intention. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, transformational-leadership promotion training program to construct medication error management climate and to improve error reporting intention should be needed.

Automatic Vowel Sequence Reproduction for a Talking Robot Based on PARCOR Coefficient Template Matching

  • This paper describes an automatic vowel sequence reproduction system for a talking robot built to reproduce the human voice based on the working behavior of the human articulatory system. A sound analysis system is developed to record a sentence spoken by a human (mainly vowel sequences in the Japanese language) and to then analyze that sentence to give the correct command packet so the talking robot can repeat it. An algorithm based on a short-time energy method is developed to separate and count sound phonemes. A matching template using partial correlation coefficients (PARCOR) is applied to detect a voice in the talking robot's database similar to the spoken voice. Combining the sound separation and counting the result with the detection of vowels in human speech, the talking robot can reproduce a vowel sequence similar to the one spoken by the human. Two tests to verify the working behavior of the robot are performed. The results of the tests indicate that the robot can repeat a sequence of vowels spoken by a human with an average success rate of more than 60%.

Nondestructive Determination of Humic Acids in Soils by Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy

  • Near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS) was used to determine the humic acids in soil samples from the fields of different crops and land-use over Youngnam and Honam regions in Korea. An InfraAlyzer 500 scanning spectrophotometer was obtained near infrared relectance spectra of soil at 2-nm intervals from 1100 to 2500nm. Multiple linear regression(MLR) or partial least square regression (PLSR) was used to evaluate a NIRS method for the rapid and nondestructive determination of humic acid, fulvic acid and its total contents in soils. The raw spectral data(log 1/R) can be used for estimating humic acid, fulvic acid and its total contents in soil by MLR procedure between the content of a given constituent and the spectral response of several bands. In which the predicted results for fulvic acid is the best in the constituents. The new spectral data are converted from the raw spectra by PLSR method such as the first derivative of each spectrum can also be used to predict humic acid and fulvic acid of the soil samples. A low SEC, SEP and a high coefficient of correlation in the calibration and validation stages enable selection of the best manipulation. But a simple calibration and prediction method for determining humic acid and fulvic acid should be selected under similar accuracy and precision of prediction. NIRS technique may be an effective method for rapid and nondestructive determination for humic acid, fulvic acid and its total contents in soils.

신갈나무 산림토양에서의 효소활성도 (Enzyme Activities in the Soil of Quercus mongolica Forests)

  • The present paper describes partial results of the study on the activities of microbes in the soil of Quercus mongolica forest from July, 1994 to April, 1995. To determine the relationship between structure and function of soil microbial ecosystem, the author investigated the seasonal change of physical environmental factors, microbial population and soil enzyme activities. The changes of pH was not significant and the temperature of surface soil was 2℃ higher than lower soil through out the year. Moisture contents (%) of soil samples ranged from 7.64% to 42.11%. However, soils of site 3 at Mt. Komdan in which vegetation is successional have higher moisture content than the others. The bacterial population increased in summer, but continuously decreased in autumn and winter, and then reincreased again in spring. Bacterial population of surface soil was higher than those of 30 cm depth all the year round. Dehydrogenase activity (DHA) was about two-fold higher throughout in surface soil compared to those of lower soil. And the correlation coefficient between DHA and bacterial population size was 0,713, It was suggested that DHA could be used as a primary index of soil microbial population and activity in soil ecosystem.

영유아교사의 친밀관계경험이 우울에 미치는 영향에서 자기자비의 매개효과 (The Influence of Experiences in Close Relationships with Teachers for Young Children on Their Depression: Examining the Mediating Effect of Their Self-compassion)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of experiences in close relationships with teachers for young children on their depression and to see whether there would be a mediating effect of their self-compassion. Methods: The subjects were 206 teachers recruited from Seoul and five different provinces who currently worked at the kindergarten and child care centers and agreed to participate in the survey. The data were analyzed by means of frequency, percentages, Cronbach's reliability coefficient and Pearson's correlation using SPSS 25.0 and model 4 provided in The PROCESS macro for SPSS 3.4 version. Results: The findings were as followed. First, the teachers' degrees of anxiety and avoidance for their close relationships were below the median scores. In contrast their degree of self-compassion was above the median score. In addition, their level of depression was relatively low. Second, both of the teachers' anxiety and avoidance for their close relationships had a positive impact on their depression and their self-compassion, and there were the partial mediating effect in both cases. Conclusion/Implications: These results imply that the early attachment experience connecting the experience in close relationships in the adulthood is important and that it is necessary to develop a program to enhance teachers' self-compassion to protect their psychological well-being.

  • Shear strength parameters obtained from filed survey are important factors in the analysis of slope stability. In this study, sensitivity analysis was performed to evaluate the effect of input parameters on the analysis of slope stability. The input parameters selected for sensitivity analysis were slope angle, cohesion, and friction angle. Monte-Carlo Simulation method was used for calculating input parameters and the factor of safety was computed by means of limit equilibrium method. A rock slope, which has failed in the field, was used for the sensitivity analysis in the analysis of slope stability. The result of analysis shows that the factor of safety of the rock slope was a little low. From partial correlation coefficient(PPC) of input parameters determined from the sensitivity analysis, slope stability was dependant on cohesion and slope angle. The effect of friction angle was lower than that of cohesion and slope angle on slope stability.
