  • With speeding up the process of being international municipality, the gravity of lacking parking lots in Shanghai urban area, which directly blocks the traffic in the city, has been revealed. This thesis analyses present automobiles parking capability and forecasts the future's needs for the city. To solve the problem, the concept could be to expand parking areas in city center recently to relax the tention and to do thoughtful planning in the near future on the foundation of fully consideration the trend. The municipal government has to set up policy properly, amplify regulations, strenthern the administration and open up a path to raise founds. Berween road system administration which is dynamic and parking lot system administration which is static, there are a knot on macroscopic meaning and an interference as well. The coordination of these two systems would be reflested on the effects of whole municipal traffic adminisration. Basically, public parking lots are city's foundal facilities, just like roads, bridges, etc. The main problems now in Shanghai are large parking space demands, insufficient facilities, cheap parking expenses comparing with the cost of parking lots construcion and poor administration. According to the forecast on social economy development, there will be 580 thousand automobiles in Shanghai by the year 2000, and the amount of private cars will increase greatly. The frequency of automobiles going out will be 1.45 million per day. Public parking lots being able to afford 105 thousand units are needed. To satisfy the demands, the recent aim of planning should be speed up the parking lots construction, the planning objective in next period should be developing reasonably and exceed the demands properly. In order to realize the planning objective, the government has to formulate correct policy and amplify administration regulations. The government has to adopt both administration and economy means, including charging parking people reasonably, collect necessary taxes, bringing the parking lots planning into general municipality planning, opening up an effective path to raise founds, such as set up founds for parking lots construction, issue bonds and stocks, get loans at home and abroad, etc.

  • 현재 주차장 내 주차단위구획과 차로너비 규정의 경우 주차장법 시행규칙의 '주차장 구조 및 설치기준'에 의거하여 계획설치되고 있다. 그러나 최근 RV차량 및 대형승용차가 급속히 증가하는 추세에서, 기존의 주차단위구획의 설치기준으로는 주차시 발생하는 차량훼손 민원, 주차장 이용자의 통행불편, 주차장 유지 관리 등의 문제를 해소하기 힘든 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 현실에 적합한 주차단위구획과 차로너비 규정의 재정비가 필요하다는 판단 하에, 최근 증가하는 국내 외 RV차량 및 대형승용차의 차량제원, 최소 회전반경, 주차시 운전자 주행행태 등을 고려하여 주차단위구획 및 차로너비를 산정하였다. 산정된 주차단위구획 및 차로너비를 국외 사례와 비교 분석한 후, 기존보다 확대된 주차단위구획 및 차로너비를 이용하여 주차시 운전자의 편의성 및 비용적 측면을 고려한 최적의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 교통안전을 고려한 주차단위구획과 차로너비의 개선방안, 그리고 차종별 주차계획 방법을 제시하였다. 주차장 내 원활한 차량소통과 안전을 도모한 주차계획단위 산정 및 주차계획 방법을 제시함으로써, 향후 주차장의 구조, 설치기준의 정립과 주차장 교통안전 개선에 이바지할 것으로 판단된다.

자율주차 상황에서 차량 구속 조건 고려에 따른 경로 계획 및 추종 성능의 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Path Planning and Tracking Performance According to the Consideration of Vehicle's Constraints in Automated Parking Situations)

  • Path planning is one of the important technologies for automated parking. It requires to plan a collision-free path considering the vehicle's kinematic constraints such as minimum turning radius or steering velocity. In a complex parking lot, Rapidly-exploring Random Tree* (RRT*) can be used for planning a parking path, and Reeds-Shepp or Hybrid Curvature can be applied as a tree-extension method to consider the vehicle's constraints. In this case, each of these methods may affect the computation time of planning the parking path, path-tracking error, and parking success rate. Therefore, in this study, we conduct comparative analysis of two tree-extension functions: Reeds-Shepp (RS) and Hybrid Curvature (HC), and show that HC is a more appropriate tree-extension function for parking path planning. The differences between the two functions are introduced, and their performances are compared by applying them with RRT*. They are tested at various parking scenarios in simulation, and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed by computation time, cross-track error while tracking the path, parking success rate, and alignment error at the target parking spot. These results show that HC generates the parking path that an autonomous vehicle can track without collisions and HC allows the vehicle to park with lower alignment error than those of RS.

다차원 경로격자지도를 이용한 주차 경로계획 알고리즘 (Path Planning for Parking using Multi-dimensional Path Grid Map)

  • Recent studies on automatic parking have actively adopted the technology developed for mobile robots. Among them, the path planning scheme plans a route for a vehicle to reach a target parking position while satisfying the kinematic constraints of the vehicle. However, previous methods require a large amount of computation and/or cannot be easily applied to different environmental conditions. Therefore, there is a need for a path planning scheme that is fast, efficient, and versatile. In this study, we use a multi-dimensional path grid map to solve the above problem. This multi-dimensional path grid map contains a route which has taken a vehicle's kinematic constraints into account; it can be used with the $A^*$ algorithm to plan an efficient path. The proposed method was verified using Prescan which is a simulation program based on MATLAB. It is shown that the proposed scheme can successfully be applied to both parallel and vertical parking in an efficient manner.

  • The purpose of this study is just for parking shall identify the status of the lack of rental apartments to relieve parking shortages. Next performed, and subsequent utilization of space just outside the parking space expansion plan is to present an alternative. Analysis of the study only 30 of the direction of the plan and set standards according to the nature of each complex. Planned urban planning aspects and architectural aspects of a parking space that can expand and classify the types of features will be discussed. Suggestions on how to take advantage of the parking space that can expand only in state owned lands in the urban planning aspects. The Architectural Planning of the side lot line change in the space and change the use of the Common Service Facilities or just to change the internal road system, by changing the way of parking, secure parking space. This way of working to improve the environment of the complex, at least. Actually just the space of improvement to be made with the opinion of the residents and the surrounding areas of the business association, must be preceded by a feasibility study.

M-Space를 이용한 자동 주차를 위한 주차 경로 생성 (Motion Planning of the Car-like Vehicle in the Parking Space by the Motion Space)

  • Automatic parking assist system is one of the key technologies of the future automobiles. Control problem of a car-like vehicle is not easy due to the nonholonomic constraints. In this paper, a practical solution for planning a car-parking path is proposed according to the proposed motion space (M-space) approach. The M-space is the extension of the conventional configuration space (C-space). A collision-free, nonholonomic feasible path can be directly computed by the M-space conversion and a back-propagation of reachable regions from the goal. The proposed planning scheme provide not a single solution, but also a candidate solution set, therefore, optimization of the parking path can be easily carried out with respect to performance criteria such as safety, maneuvering, and so on. Presented simulation results clearly show that the proposed scheme provides various practical solutions.

자율주행차량의 주차를 위한 딥러닝 기반 주차경로계획 수립연구 (Parking Path Planning For Autonomous Vehicle Based on Deep Learning Model)

  • 자율주차의 요소 중 하나인 경로계획(Path-planning)을 제안한다. 실제 주차장을 참고하여 수직주차와 수평주차로 주차장의 차로 너비, 주차 공간의 너비, 길이 등 주차장 구조와 주차 환경을 다양하게 설정한다. 출발점와 도착지점 등 각도와 환경을 다양하게 설정하여 경로데이터를 수집하고 수집한 데이터를 Deep Learning model에 넣어 학습시켜 자동주차경로계획 모델을 제안한다. 분석결과, 기 알고리즘(Hybrid A-star, Reeds-Shepp Curve)과 딥러닝 모델 모두 장애물에 충돌하지 않고 비슷한 경로를 생성하지만, 거리와 소모시간이 각각 0.59%, 0.61% 감소하여 효율적인 경로가 생성되었다. 또한, Switching point도 1.3개에서 1.2개로 감소하여 직진과 후진을 최대한으로 줄여 운전자의 피로를 줄일 수 있을거라 생각된다. 마지막으로 경로생성시간은 42.76% 감소하여 효율적이고 신속한 경로생성이 가능하여 향후 자율주행 중 자율주차의 경로 계획생성에 활용될 수 있으며, 차량작도에 따라 이동하는 주차로봇의 경로생성에도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the planning characteristics based on the physical quality indicators and the users' satisfaction of parking space in apartment housing through the case study of 36 housing estate samples which were built in 1994-1998. The contents of this research consists of three main parts. The first part is to analyze the characteristics of residential environment based on the quality indicators of parking space in apartment housing. The second part is to analyze the correlation of quality indicators of parking space and development conditions in apartment housing. The third part is to analyze the correlation of users' satisfaction and physical quality indicators of parking space, and to propose the planning methods which increase the quality of residential environment of parking space in apartment housing.

  • Aircraft parking stand is a place separated by a pavement marking so that aircraft can park in the apron. If there is not an aircraft parking stand available for aircraft just arrived, the aircraft has to wait for a stand becomes empty on taxi lane taxiway, which annoys passengers, and deteriorates the congestion in the airport. Therefore, it is important to provide adequate parking stands in planning process. In this study, we studied the maximum number of aircraft parking stands required in the past, and estimated the future requirements, for Incheon International airport.

도심활성화를 위한 용도별 지역연계 공영주차장 계획특성에 관한 연구 -산타바바라시의 공영주차장 비교를 중심으로- (A Study on District Respectable Public Parking Planning for Urban Revitalization -Comparison of Santa Barbara Public Parking System-)

  • 본 연구는 도심활성화를 위한 기본적 인프라인 공영주차장의 특성과 역할을 도시, 건축적 관점을 통하여 도심의 일반적 용도인 상업업무지역, 문화관광지역, 판매시장지역의 세 가지 유형으로 구분하고 지역과 연계를 통하여 분석하였다. 공영주차장의 문제점과 계획전략을 산타바바라시의 사례와 국내사례의 비교를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 공영주차장의 입지와 배치계획은 도시와의 연계성을 존중하여 출입구를 배치하여야 한다. 둘째, 공영주차장은 지역의 특성과 사용의 편의성에 중점을 두어야 한다. 공공에서의 공영주차장 설치도 중요하지만 지역의 공공과 민간 협력에 의한 공영주차장의 계획은 산타바바라시의 사례처럼 보다 성공적인 결과를 나타낸다. 셋째, 공영주차장의 성공적인 계획은 대상지역의 가로와 보행공간의 활성화로 이어진다는 점이며 이는 지역 경제와 도심활성화로 귀결된다.
