Recently, the liberalization of industrial control systems has been accompanied by a major change in the structural paradigm of information systems in the public and public sectors, and potential cyber security problems in the future major infrastructure control systems that cannot respond to the level of security of existing information systems. To cope with this, a cyber security evaluation tool that can evaluate security vulnerability in three dimensions against various infrastructure control system environment is needed. However, a cyber security evaluation in the domestic environments does not have the concept of the current security status and satisfy settings of the infrastructure. Also, the most of items in that environments have had short-term inspection themselves which makes a limitation by a technical area. In order to overcome this problems, many researches are needed to apply CSET (Cyber Security Evaluation Tool) which is the US cyber security evaluation tool to the control environment of various domestic infrastructure. In this paper, first, we analyze methods to apply to the major domain through the analysis of various case studies on existing security assessement tools. Finally, we discuss future directions.
In the field of defense M&S, we are actively pursuing researches that interoperable multiple war game models to simulate various combat environments at the same time. Although the 'unit DB(Database)' for operating the war game models is originated from the identical data, it has been recognized that the method of expressing the attribute of the data is different and the cross reference is impossible. As a result, it makes unnecessary time and effort in establishing the same unit DB in the organizations that operate the war game model. In this study, a method of reusing the unit DB of the training war game model to the analysis war game model with similar resolution and simulated logic was applied to the actual field. For this purpose, we defined the procedure for converting the unit DB by analyzing metadata of the 'Chang-Jo21', a combat training model for corps and division, and the 'Vision21', an analysis model for corps and division operation plan. And we introduced an algorithm that can map different metadata of two unit DBs. This study was meaningful as the first attempt to map and integrate heterogeneous metadata semantically for the reuse of unit DB between different war game models in defense M&S field. Also, it provided implications for the necessity of paradigm shift that reuse of the unit DB between two different war game models is possible and the need for standardization of the unit DB metadata in the defense M&S filed.
Church education in Korean churches is facing a very serious crisis. This crisis is a negative perception of the church as viewed by the present society. The negative perception of the church has led to children, adolescents, young adults, and even adults leaving the church. There have been countless studies on the problem of Christian education and its alternatives. However, those problems still remain a matter of church education. The alternatives do not become viable and remain a problem. To solve these problems, a paradigm shift is required, and in order to overcome the crisis of the church, it is necessary to study alternatives and its method factors and find application points. Today's church education is absolutely influenced by postmodernism and informationalization. However, church education is education for Christian identity that transmits Christian faith. This Christian education is facing challenges and crises against its religious and academic identity. Christian education has a responsibility to be aware of this reality and to present alternatives to overcome various crises facing church education. Therefore, it is the task of church education to establish standards so that we can live a life where the Bible becomes the standard. In other words, it is to give them biblical faith. Furthermore, it is necessary to point out and understand Christian faith in the Korean church, which has been evaluated as insufficient. In addition, establishing a Christian worldview and realizing the Kingdom of God that practice justice and love in society are tasks that can be accomplished efficiently through Christian education. Therefore, the Korean church should actively seek ways to support the practice of Christian education as well as church education in forming ideal Christians which is the goal of Christian education.

A body armor vest is a form of munition related directly to the safety and life of combatants. Therefore, it must meet the requirements for ballistic resistance. The ROK demands the performance of body armor vest meet the Level IIIA specified by the NIJ STD-0101.06 published by the US National Institute of Justice. This study performed acceptance tests on body armor vests. The factors for evaluating the ballistic resistance evaluated were not only whether it penetrates when shooting but also whether the BFS (Backface Signature) depth does not exceed 44 mm when it does not penetrate. The factors were assessed to determine if they were consistent or not. The BFS depth is affected by various test factors, such as the physical properties of the backing material and the changes in the amount of impact with the bullet velocity. In this study, an analysis of the bulletproof performance was performed by extracting the data with the same conditions using ANOVA to remove the influence of these external factors. The analysis revealed a correlation between the BFS depth, bullet velocity, vest conditions, and protection area. The mass production process was analyzed by estimating the Interval of BFS on each lot. Through this, a new methodology for ballistic resistance evaluation and paradigm for future quality assurance is suggested.

This study developed low-cost and high-efficiency pavement condition monitoring technology to produce the key information required for pavement management. A noise and artificial intelligence-based monitoring system was devised to compensate for the shortcomings of existing high-end equipment that relies on visual information and high-end sensors. From idea establishment to system development, functional definition, information flow, architecture design, and finally, on-site field evaluations were carried out. As a result, confidence in the high level of artificial intelligence evaluation was secured. In addition, hardware and software elements and well-organized guidelines on system utilization were developed. The on-site evaluation process confirmed that non-experts could easily and quickly investigate and visualized the data. The evaluation results could support the management works of road managers. Furthermore, it could improve the completeness of the technologies, such as prior discriminating techniques for external conditions that are not considered in AI learning, system simplification, and variable speed response techniques. This paper presents a new paradigm for pavement monitoring technology that has lasted since the 1960s.

This study examined the influencing factors of learning satisfaction for real-time online adult nursing classes to provide basic data for the design and operation of online lectures in nursing subjects and help prepare a new educational paradigm. The subjects of the study were 105 3rd graders taking real-time online adult nursing classes, and data collection was conducted through structured online questionnaires from June 20 to July 30, 2020. The subjects were analyzed using a t-test, one-way ANOVA by Scheffe test, Person's correlation coefficients, and Hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the learning flow was 3.07, academic engagement was 3.46, and learning satisfaction was 3.88. Learning satisfaction showed a positive correlation with learning flow (r=.41, p<.001) and academic engagement (r=.56, p<.001). In addition, the factors influencing the learning satisfaction of the subjects of this study were academic engagement (=.47), very high in the level of interest in adult nursing classes (=.21), and high (=.20) followed by 34% (F=14.53, p<.001). Therefore, the learning outcomes of nursing students and the effective achievement of their learning goals are expected by developing plans and teaching methods for active participation in classes.

Global governments and initiatives have attempted and integrated various organizational efforts to implement the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), presenting a new paradigm of sustainable development to address global issues (climate change, poverty eradication, and human rights). Recently, investment in sustainable finance has expanded to finance the attainment of goals set out in the Paris Agreement and SDGs. Non-financial factors such as environment, social responsibility, and governance (ESG) have become intangible assets that determine the future competitiveness and profitability of companies. Domestic and foreign institutional investors and asset management companies have been expanding their investments based on the ESG performance of companies. In this study, we aim to derive international standards and initiatives that require disclosure of information on corporate social responsibility activities and ESG performance and analyze construction companies' ESG activities and performance levels. The results of this study can be used as the basis to develop platforms for the construction industry ESG ecosystem and the measurement and management of intangible assets. These could ultimately contribute to overcoming the crisis in the future due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, fostering net-zero emissions, and preventing fatal workplace accidents in the construction industry.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution foreshadows radical changes in our lives. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution called the digital revolution, individualized learning based on ubiquitous learning is emphasized. The contents of learning will be centered on procedural knowledge rather than narrative knowledge, and fusion education in which boundaries between learning domains are broken down will be achieved. First of all, learners in the fourth industrial revolution era should have critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Metacognition based on self-control and cognitive flexibility is important for effective self-directed and active learning. Creativity-based collaborative activities, social vision skills, and social and emotional skills are also important competencies. Therefore, in order to provide individualized learning contents to learners in the fourth industrial revolution era, they should be transformed into learning paradigm based on personal characteristics such as learners' self-efficacy, interest, curiosity and creativity. In addition to this, evaluation forms should be diversified according to changing teaching and learning methods. In order to cultivate teachers to lead such educational innovation, it is necessary to reconsider the teaching capacity. Teachers should be able to construct creative lessons by skillfully exploiting technology in future learning environments. In addition to this, it should also have the ability to collaborate and cognitive flexibility to converge with other academic disciplines. Along with these discussions, we proposed the need for policy intervention along with changes in education.
Under the new normal, the China's economy growth has changed rapid growth to moderate growth since 2007. With new paradigm, China is facing an abnormally severe employment situation. Also the financial expenditure is an important macro adjustment method. The research analyzes both implications of financial expenditures to employment in China, and the trend of implication in different regions. The research was conducted by 2SLS method using the panel data of 31 Chinese local governments(provinces, cities, and autonomous districts) during 1998 to 2015. The main findings are as follows. In the new normal model(2008-2015), the financial expenditure to urban employment have higher effect than total employment. Also, higher income region have more positive effect than lower income region. Medical, technology expenditure have positive effect to total employment, social security, education expenditure have positive effect to urban employment. In the total model(1998-2015) have similar results with new normal model, but the elasticity is more higher than total model. Ultimately, it can be seen that the efficiency of financial expenditure is lower than new normal model. The government should increase the proportion of expenditure in fields of social security, education, medical, technology, and improve the expenditure structure. So as to promote the effect of financial expenditure to employment in new normal economy.
'Gyeokmulchiji' (格物致知), coming to knowledge based on the investigation of things) is a starting point for any study and politics of Confucianism. Much emphasis was placed on the conception of 'Gyeokchi' as a root of every learning and adminstration in the early Joseon period. As Confucianism established itself as a salient value system of the government, a mighty change and paradigm shift happened in its governmental system which had depended upon Buddhism up to that time. Thus, Confucian statecraft also stood out. Daehakyeonui (大學衍義) was preached as a model of regal learning and politics in the governmental agon, and its conceptual starting point was 'Gyeokchi.' The various interpretations and arguments about this concept shows the process in which Zhu Xi NeoConfucianism was deepened into Neo-Confucianism of Joseon's own. This conception reached the essence of 'Li' beyond the problem of cognitive subject and object, and provided a watershed which divided Giho (畿湖) and Yeongnam (嶺南) schools. Confucian method of study, which incorporates knowledge and practice, has great implications for our times when there are many voices of concern over humanities. The enhancement of universities and humanities is much needed to adjust the direction and pace of scientific technology, which is now entirely left with the logic of market. Accordingly, it is quite urgent for us to examine our object of learning again, which should integrate 'Sugi' (修己, cultivating oneself) with 'Chi-in' (治人, governing others), and knowledge with practice.
