Many developers utilize specific APIs to develop software, and to identify the use of a particular API, a developer can refer to a website that provides the API or can retrieve the API from the web. However, the site that provides the API does not necessarily provide guidance on how to use it while it can be partially provided in many other cases. In this paper, we propose a novel system JACE (Java AST collocation-pattern extractor) as a method to reuse commonly-used code as a supplement. The JACE extracts the API call nodes, collocation patterns and analyzes the relations between the collocations to extract significant API patterns from the source code. The following experiment was performed to verify the accuracy of a defined pattern: 794 open source projects were analyzed to extract about 15M API call nodes. Then, the Eclipse plug-in test program was utilized to retrieve the pattern using the top 10 classes of API call nodes. Finally, the code search results from reference pages of the API classes and the Searchcode [1] were compared with the test program results.

In this paper, we described a case of mass mortality of doctor fish from a private fish hatchery farm in Korea with a history of abnormal swimming behavior, diffuse bleeding on the skin and fins and sudden death caused by fish pathogenic bacteria, Citrobacter freundii. Twelve moribund fish fingerling samples were submitted to College of Veterinary Medicine, Seoul National University in October 2008 for diagnostic examination. Diagnostic results showed that the morphological and biochemical properties of the bacteria isolated from the moribund fish were C. freundii. The remaining diseased fish from the hatchery farm were given treatment based on our recommendation and successfully recovered.

This paper examines whether the functions of eCRM solutions affect the site visit and purchase by customers. The functions of eCRM solutions are extracted and classified into three categories of c-marketing, e-sales, and e-service. E-marketing includes campaign/event marketing, e-mail marketing, and questionnaire marketing; e-sales consists of recommendation system and incentive/discount promotion.; e-service is composed of e-mail call center and web call center. From the online survey, 146 responses are collected and analyzed. The analysis shows that the level of experience in campaign/event marketing, e-mail marketing, e-mail call center, and web call center significantly affect the website visit by customers and that the level of experience in all eCRM functions except e-mail marketing significantly affect the purchase by customers. The effects of those functions in eCRM on the website visit are moderate, while the effects of the functions on the purchase are low. The results from this study imply that eCRM needs to strengthen the effect on the purchase with more thorough analysis of the customer profile.

It is very important to protect life, property at sea from any fire. Recommendation on improved fire test procedures for surface flammability of bulkhead, ceiling and deck finish materials specifies a procedure for measuring fire characterizing their flammability and thus their suitability for use in marine construction. In this paper, we investigated the positive expected by fire test procedures for flammability of bulkhead, ceiling and deck finish materials. Also, unusual materials were analyzed. Finally, we suggest methods to solve several problems related to unusual materials.

We in this paper design and implement a traditional korean medicine diagnosis system based on basic ontology. If doctors put the symptoms or tongues or pulses of a patient in the diagnosis system, they can be recommended for the diagnosis results. To support the doctors decision, the diagnosis system make the inference based on the basic ontology and compute the similarity between symptoms of patient and those of ontology. The diagnosis systems also provide the learning mechanism about diagnosis results which save the results in the ontology and reuse them in the next diagnosis. Thus, doctors can share their knowledge for the diagnosis by exchanging their ontology each other. In future, we will expand the knowledge of the basic ontology continuously so that doctors can get the more accurate diagnosis results. We also implement the prescription function and integrate it to the diagnosis system.

The main purpose of this paper is to find out the characteristics of foreign tourists comparing to Korean and how they evaluate the festival respectively. Data were collected during the 57th Baekje cultural tourism festival. The total of 674 sample sizes was collected during the festival, of which 558 respondents were domestic visitors, and 116 were foreign visitors. The empirical results showed that domestic visitors and foreign visitors are different in terms of the perception of performance evaluation, and satisfaction. Especially foreigners' degrees of satisfaction proved to be higher than those of koreans. It also expects the result of the study contribute to the development of efficient festival management policies and programs and facilities to meet the goals of cultural tourism festivals. Besides, the outcome of this research may be useful to other festivals and their future operation.

This paper aims to examine the characteristics of social enterprises in Jinju City, Korea and to provide policy recommendations for promoting the competitiveness of local social enterprises. There are 11 social enterprises in Jinju City that are certified by central and local governments. The survey shows that the majority of social enterprises in Jinju City are based on the local community and their activities are public in nature, including supporting the self-reliance of local under-privileged class or contributing to local socio-economic development. However, it is also revealed that local social enterprises have a great deal of difficulty in making a profit. Particularly, they have much trouble with sales of their services and products, largely due to the vulnerability of marketing and financial ability. This means that the local social enterprises are not capable of being viable in a severe market competition. Thus I suggest some important policy recommendation for invigorating local social enterprises, including the reform of governance system, expansion of public purchase of the products made by local social enterprises, and the facilitation of inter-organizational networking among local social economy agents.

Clustering is a method for grouping objects with similar properties into a same cluster. SVD(Singular Value Decomposition) is known as an efficient preprocessing method for clustering because of dimension reduction and noise elimination for a high dimensional and sparse data set like E-Commerce data set. However, it is hard to evaluate the worth of original attributes because of information loss of a converted data set by SVD. This research proposes a cluster feature selection method, called ENTROPY-SVD, to find important attributes for each cluster based on entropy weighting and SVD. Using SVD, one can take advantage of the latent structures in the association of attributes with similar objects and, using entropy weighting one can find highly dense attributes for each cluster. This paper also proposes a model-based collaborative filtering recommendation system with ENTROPY-SVD, called CFS-CF and evaluates its efficiency and utilization.

Due to the various constraints such as feasible size of data payload and low transmission power, no technical specifications on the voice communication are included in the Zigbee standard. In this paper, a voice coding technique for application to the IEEE 802.15.4 standard, which is the basis of Zigbee communication, is presented. Here, both high compression and good waveform recovery are essential. To meet those requirements, a multi-stage discrete wavelet transform (DWT) block and a binary coding block consisting of two different pulse-code modulations are exploited. Theoretical analysis and simulation results in an indoor wireless channel show that the voice coder with 2-stage DWT is most appropriate from the viewpoint of compression and waveform recovery. When the line-of-sight component is dominant, the voice coding scheme has good recovery capability even in the moderate signal-to-noise power ratios. Hence, it is considered that the presented scheme will be a technical reference for the future recommendation of voice communication exploiting Zigbee.

Social Network Service(SNS) has become a hot trend as a web service which helps users construct social relationships in the web and enables online communication. The information about user activities and behaviors obtained from the SNSs is expected to be an useful knowledge source for other services such as recommendation services. Most of previous researches on SNS rely on analyzing overall network topology and surveying the activities in a one-dimensional aspect. This paper propose a system for measuring multi-dimensional interaction through the activities in a SNS. The proposed system delivers an unified profile (consisting of profile and multi-dimension interaction) model from user-activities in Twitter.com. At the experimental section, some meaningful perspectives on a set of the unified profiles are described.
