Recently, improving service quality for customer satisfaction is one of the most important issues and the task for the growth of company. Furthermore, plenty studies are going on progress to develop service quality in IT industry. There have been so many researches of product quality on package software but yet the service quality of package software has been rarely studied before. Thus, the purpose of this study is to formulate a scheme on how to enhance the competitivity of package software company by analyzing the impacts of these two factors on the customer satisfaction, Word-of-Mouth intention and the reuse intention. The study models have been designed and the hypotheses have been made through the examination of the precedent literature about package software product and service quality. A questionnaire survey was performed to collect information, and the unit of analysis was a person who used package software. This study used the statistical technique such as regression analysis. This study may be utilized as basic data for building marketing strategies when package software companies offer service to customers.

패키지 소프트웨어는 그 특성상 동일한 유형에 속하는 다수의 제품 중에서 구매자가 적합하다고 판단되는 제품을 식별한 수 있어야 한다. 패키지 소프트웨어 제품에 대한 구매자의 선택 능력은 객관적인 품질 시험 절차와 방법을 통해 정해진 기준에 부합되는가를 판단할 수 있는 체계를 갖추고 있는가에 달려 있다. 이러한 체계를 구축하기 위해 패키지 소프트웨어에 적용할 수 있는 표준으로서 와 이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 표준을 기반으로 패키지 소프트웨어에 대한 품질시험 프로세스를 구축하고 시험 메트릭과 적용 방법을 개발함으로써 구매자가 효과적으로 자신의 요구에 맞는 패키지 소프트웨어론 선택할 수 있는 체계를 구축하였다.

오늘날 소프트웨어 산업의 발전은 소프트웨어 패키지 제품들의 양적 팽창을 이루게 하고 있다. 이러한 급속한 소프트웨어 패키지 제품의 증가 추세에 따라서, 사용자가 선택하는 소프트웨어 제품에 대한 품질 인증 요구가 대두되었다. 공산품의 품질 인증과는 달리, 소프트웨어 제품의 경우 아직 인증 역사가 길지 않고 이를 위한 소프트웨어 품질 평가 및 인증 방법 연구는 성숙되지 않았다. 소프트웨어 제품 인증 업무 시 중요한 요소 중의 하나가 평가 집합의 체계적인 생성이다. 평가 집합이란 소프트웨어 제품 유형의 분류에 따라서 소프트웨어 품질 인증을 위한 기준과 메트릭을 명시한 체크리스트를 포함한다. 본 논문에서는 평가 집합의 체계적 생성 및 유지 관리를 위한 베타 모델을 제안한다. 그리고 메타 모델의 유효성을 확인하기 위하여 프로토타입 수준의 평가 집합을 생성한다

The certification of software products can provide a greater level of acceptance and feeling of security to customers of these products. This paper presents a certification method for the quality of package software. First of all, the evaluation criteria are derived from ISO/1EC 9126 and 12119 standards, and then the evaluation module are designed considering the measurement scale type. The results can be applied to construct the certification scheme of software product quality for the commercial purpose.

정보통신의 발달로 인하여 소프트웨어의 중요성이 증대되고 있으며, 이에 따른 소프트웨어 저작권 분쟁도 증가하는 추세에 있다. 본 논문은 제출된 프로그램들의 소스와 관련하여 프로그램 수행에 필요한 파일들을 감정범위로 하였다. 분석 대상인 대용량 파일 전송 솔루션 프로그램은 데이터에 대한 전자서명 및 암호화를 통하여 기밀성, 무결성, 사용자 인증, 부인방지 기능 등의 부가 기능을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로그램 A, 프로그램 B, 프로그램 C 3개에 대하여 분석을 수행한다. 프로그램 유사율을 산출하기 위하여 다음과 같은 내용을 분석한다. 패키지의 구조, 패키지 이름, 각 패키지 내 소스파일 이름, 소스파일 내 변수명, 함수명, 함수구현 소스코드, 제품의 환경변수 정보에 대하여 유사 여부를 분석하고 프로그램의 전체 유사율을 산출한다. 패키지 구조 및 패키지 이름이 일치되는 정도를 확인하기 위해, 폴더 구조를 비교하여 유사도 판단을 하였다. 또한 패키지 구조 및 패키지 이름이 어느 정도 일치하는지와 각 패키지 내 소스 파일(클래스) 이름이 어느 정도 일치하는지에 대한 분석을 하였다.

오늘날 급속한 패키지 소프트웨어 제품의 증가 추세에 따라서, 소프트웨어 제품에 대한 품질 시험 요구 또한 증가하였다. 소프트웨어 제품 시험 시 중요한 요소는 무엇을 시험할지 기준이 되는 메트릭의 선정이다. 본 연구에서는 패키지 소프트웨어 종류를 특성 벡터들로 표현하여 메트릭들과의 연관 관계를 확률로서 세밀하게 표현한다. 특성 벡터란 소프트웨어의 형식 분류 지시자라고 할 수 있으며 특정한 패키지 소프트웨어가 다른 것들과 어떻게 구별되는지 나타낼 수 있다. 분류된 각각의 소프트웨어 형식별로 메트릭을 선정하기 위해서 과거 시험 데이타를 분석하여 활용한다. 베이지언망이 과거 데이타 분석에 이용되며 특성 벡터와 메트릭 간의 의존 관계 네트워크를 구축한다. 구축된 베이지언망은 새로운 패키지 소프트웨어 시험 작업에 적절한 메트릭을 찾아내는데 활용된다.

This article introduces ADAPT Corporation's latest software product for the integrated multistory analysis and design of concrete buildings, ADAPT Edge. Edge uniquely packages user-friendly modeling of multistory buildings, accurate gravity and lateral analysis, post-tensioning, and detailed slab and beam design, all in one software package. The benefits of Edge over traditional concrete design software are explained.

품질 인증 테스트는 소프트웨어의 품질을 결정하고 보증하기 위하여 인증 기관에서 제품 개발 후에 수행하는 테스트로써 해당 제품의 소스 코드 없이 제품 매뉴얼의 분석을 통하여 테스트가 이루어지는 경우가 대부분이다. 본 논문에서는 제품 매뉴얼에 기반한 테스트 데이타 생성을 위하여, 소프트웨어 패키지와 매뉴얼 분석 데이타로부터 테스트 데이타를 생성하는 것을 자동화한 '테스트 데이터 자동 생성 도구'(Manual-based Automatic Test data generating tool: MaT)를 구현한다. MaT의 입력 데이타는 소프트웨어 패키지와 매뉴얼의 분석 결과인데, 입력 데이타 구성을 위하여 '메뉴 기반 테스트 분석 모델'을 제안한다. 본 도구를 소프트웨어 패키지의 품질 인증 테스트에 적용함으로써 품질과 신뢰도가 향상된 소프트웨어 제품 개발에 기여할 수 있게 된다.
