Through oral health education, the adolescents should be not only delivered information or knowledge, but also changed habit and behavior.
Objectives : The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of short-term oral health care on children at community care centers, in order to allow them to maintain good oral health. Methods : The SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science), Window Version 18.0 was used to analyze the data for the children's present conditions of oral health; their ability to maintain good oral health; their general knowledge about oral health; changes in their oral health awareness; habit formations concerning oral health; and the satisfaction level of oral health education. Results : 1. While the average number of teeth before the program is 19.84(6.19), that of teeth after the program is 21.33(6.10). 2. Average test scores on oral health information of post-program are improved more than those of pre-program. 3. The 8th measurement of O'Leary plaque index is 3.27, which shows significant changes. 4. Satisfaction level with the program is 4.75(0.45), which shows that children are satisfied with the program. Conclusions : The paper shows that in order to maintain the oral health of children at community care centers, their habit formation and practice for the oral health is important. It also shows that cooperation among communities and public health centers is important to develop various oral health education programs like the program.
In past few years, high-throughput sequencing, big-data generation, cloud computing, and computational biology are revolutionary. RNA sequencing is emerging as an attractive alternative to DNA microarrays. And the methods for constructing Gene Regulatory Network (GRN) from RNA-Seq are extremely lacking and urgently required. Because GRN has obtained substantial observation from genomics and bioinformatics, an elementary requirement of the GRN has been to maximize distinguishable genes. Despite of RNA sequencing techniques to generate a big amount of data, there are few computational methods to exploit the huge amount of the big data. Therefore, we have suggested a novel gene selection algorithm combining Support Vector Machines and Intensity-dependent normalization, which uses log differential expression ratio in RNAseq. It is an extended variation of support vector machine recursive feature elimination (SVM-RFE) algorithm. This algorithm accomplishes minimum relevancy with subsets of Big-Data, such as NCBI-GEO. The proposed algorithm was compared to the existing one which uses gene expression profiling DNA microarrays. It finds that the proposed algorithm have provided as convenient and quick method than previous because it uses all functions in R package and have more improvement with regard to the classification accuracy based on gene ontology and time consuming in terms of Big-Data. The comparison was performed based on the number of genes selected in RNAseq Big-Data.

This is a study on expression and the extent of using make-up according to the lifestyle of woman. The purpose of this study is to induce factors which decide the lifestyle of woman, group them, understand groups' demographic characteristic and study on make-up expression and the extent of using make-up according to the lifestyle of groups. This survey is conducted to 611 women and analyzed with SPSS package. The result of a study is as follows: 1. We classified them into 5 factors such as factors of make-up preference, arance-oriented, economy and information-oriented, daily make-up, and interest in make-up with the method of AIO analysis. Then I researched groups on the basis of the mean of those factors. As a result, it is classified as a make-up oriented group, a consciously daily make-up group, a unconcern of make-up group, and a reasonable make-up pursuit group. 2. The demographic characteristic according to the classified lifestyles showed the difference as a result of variance analysis of age, marital status, job, education, and monthly pay. 3. A result of variance analysis on the extent of satisfaction with their faces according to the lifestyle showed the difference of facial satisfaction with complexion, skin, eyes, nose and so on. 4. We analyzed a reason of make-up, a extent of make-up, image to express, the most concerning part for make-up, and the type of cosmetics which people use most in order to know the difference of make-up expression and the extent of using make-up. As a result, its variance showed the difference among groups.

To find a healthy driving posture, in this study, survey and empirical analysis given onto measurement of car-seat angle has been performed. Among 153 male respondents, those drivers who has minimum 5 year experience and 2 hours daily driving has been selected by a multiple screening process. They were further confirmed to have no discomfort history in any body region caused by the driving task. Final 44 people verified that their actual driving posture is not significantly different (p = 0.692) from healthy one they think. And their data, accordingly, the healthy driving postures are clustered based on the same seat-cushion angle, seat-back angle and trunk-thigh angle. Consequently, three seat-angles of the 44 subjects showed a significant difference only with their height information which is the most effecting factor on driving posture among the physical characteristics. That is a first result categorized healthy driving posture classified physical, if it were departmentalized into additional study, could be able to reflected a factor of "healthy" on car seat design.

This study was carried out to evaluate Korean eating behavior which is highly correlated with their nutritional status, and to analyze the effect of various factors on eating behavior. The above information was used to develop a nutritional status for Korea. The 2000 Korean people were selected with the stratified random sampling method. This study used a questionaire as instrument tool. The questionaire consists of :1) socio-demographic characteristics of the subjects; 2) the valuation of food and nutrition; 3) the concern of food and nutrition; 4) psychological health condition; 5) physical health condition; 6) nutrient consumption status and 7) analysis of eating behavior. Data were analyzed by using a SPSS PC Package. Significant differences and correlation among variables were determined by the t-test, $x^2-test$, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient and Multiple regression analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follow, All nutrient intakes were significantly correlated with eating behavior score(p<0.001). Factors such as socio-economic status, valuation and concern on food and nutrition, and psychological health condition had significant relationship with eating behavior. But the physical health condition had no significant effect on it. Multiple regression analysis showed that valuation of food and nutrition made the greatest contribution(35.6% explained) and concern made the second greatest contribution(10.5% explained). The third was education level(9.8% explained), and the forth psychological health condition(1.8% explained).
This study surveys the state of 'children's snacks' sold within the Green Food Zone and that of High Calorie Foods with Low Nutrition Value (HCFLNV). The main purposes are the analyses of foods in accordance to KFDA Program for HCFLNV and an analysis of differences in HCFLNV that are dependent on relevant factors such as food types, school types, origins, the scale of manufacturing company, area and price. Based on the analyses, educational and political implications have been sought that will form nutritious dietary habits, contribute to the prevention of obesity, and improve health in child consumers. The methodologies of this study are literature studies and surveys. The results of this study can be summarized as following. First, the number of children's snacks is 517 items of total 645 gathered within 150 Green Food Zones. Candies are the most popular item, next are cookies, chocolates, and breads. Second, in the real state survey there are 186 HCFLNV (36.0%) among children's snacks sold within Green Food Zone. Based on the survey results, the marking of HCFLNV on the package of children's snacks and the extension of the ban of HCFLNV sales to all stores within the Green Food Zone are strongly suggested. This provides preliminary data related to children's snacks and food safety. With enforcement of the Special Act on the Safety Management of Children's Dietary Life, the rate of HCFLNV has decreased and the child snack product environment in stores has improved. However, it is necessary to supervise low-priced snacks and promote an awareness of HCFLNV along with the child consumer education of food safety is needed.
