Pharmacokinetics of a New Histone Hl Protein (p961), an Arthritis-suppressing Agent, in Rats and Rabbits (항류마치스 효과를 갖는 새로운 히스톤 H1 단백질 (p961)의 흰쥐와 토끼에 대한 약물동태)

  • A purified histone Hl protein, p961, which plays a role in mediating the condensation of DNA into chromatin, was recently proved as an arthritis-suppressing agent in the mouse CIA model. The pharmacokinetics of p961 was carried out in rats and rabbits. The rat's blood, bile and urine samples were serially collected from the femoral vein, common bile duct, and bladder respectively, after bolus i.v. injection at low (10 mg/kg) and high (30 mg/mg) doses. The rabbit's blood samples were also collected from the marginal ear vein after bolus i.v. injection at a dose 10 mg/kg. p961 and its major metabolite in the physiological samples were analyzed by reverse-phase HPLC using a Yydac C4 protein column and a multistep water-acetonitrile gradient containing 0.24% trifluoroacetic acid. The major pharmacokinetic parameters (AUC, $C_{max}$, MRT, $t_{1}$2/, $V_{ss}$ and Cl) were estimated from the time course of plasma p961 and metabolite concentrations using WinNonlin. A two-compartment model was chosen for p961 as the most appropriate pharmacokinetic model. After i.v. injection of p961 at doses of 10 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg, more than 80% of p961 was removed rapidly from the plasma within 15 min. The plasma half-life of p961 in rats and rabbits was found not to exceed 12 min. p961 (22448.9 mol wt) was rapidly cleaved to 21612 mot wt fragment and the breakdown product appeared rapidly in the circulation with no lag phase. p961 and metabolite were not detected in rat urine and bile....

Causality of Placeness Cognition by Using Structural Equation Modeling in Suseong Amusement Park (수성유원지 장소성 인식 요인 인과구조모형 분석)

  • This study aims to analyze the causality of placeness cognition which includes the place satisfaction, place attachment, place function, and behavioral intention of those who visit Suseong amusement park. A questionnaire survey was administered to 255 individuals who visited in Suseong amusement park. To conduct the analysis, six hypotheses were formulated and tested. While two hypotheses were statistically rejected, four hypotheses were accepted. First, place satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on place function (β=.577, p<0.001). Second, place attachment had a positive effect on behavioral intention (β=.450, p<0.001). Third, place function had a positive effect on behavioral intention (β=.247, p<0.05). Fourth, place function was found to have a positive effect on place attachment (β=.637, p<0.001). Unlike most existing research which has indicated that place satisfaction has a direct effect on behavioral intention this study suggests a that double mediating effect through place function and place attachment between place satisfaction and behavioral intention. In addition to increasing satisfaction through the environment of the Suseong Amusement Park, it is also necessary to improve the function of the place to ensure repeated visits from visitors.

Changes in Quality Characteristics of Cherry Tomato Packaged with Different Films (포장 조건에 따른 방울토마토의 저장 중 품질 특성 변화)

  • Cherry tomato was packed with several plastic films, and investigated the quality characteristics such as gas composition, weight loss, microbial load, soluble solid content, total acidity during storage at 12$\^{C}$. Cast polypropylene(CPP), low density polyethylene(LDPE), polyolefin(MPD, PD961) and perforated polyolefin(PY85) were used as packaging film. Oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration inside packages generally showed a stabilized levels after 10 days, but those of CPP and PD961 changed throughout the storage. Weight loss of PY85 was 25.6 % after 20 days, while others maintained around 1.0%. Total microbial count showed a increase pattern similar to yeast and mold, and CPP maintained the highest microbial load after 10 days. MPD retarded the decay of cherry tomato to 5.3%, while others showed above 20% after 20 days.

The Research for Skin Condition Related with Physiological Phenomenon (여성의 생리적인 현상에 따른 피부상태와의 상관성 관련 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted on 315 women in their 20s and 40s living in Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, and recorded in a self-recorded format using the questionnaire survey method. In this study, the skin type according to the skin condition was not applied for 30 minutes after washing and checking the cheek area through the examination method to distinguish it by intelligence, neutral, dryness and boredom to see the interaction with each condition. The X2-test was conducted to find out the relevance between each factor and the data processing was done using PC/SAS. We reached at following conclusions. We can find some connections between skin condition and age, job, marriage by statistics(p<0.01). Each value of X2-TEST was 42.961(p<0.001) and 7.345(p<0.05). The pimples are shown after stress on cheek, chin and around neck easily. We also find some connections between skin trouble reaction and the beginning of pimple shown time(p<0.01).

  • This study is about brand design system development cases based on BX, focusing on research of JUNGGANEGOTGAN brand conducted from January 2018 to April. BX is a subjective and internal response of consumers arising from design stimulus including brand identity. BX design is brand-related stimulus based on brand experience and BX is generated when stimulant of brand design and consumers' contacting with brand are interacting. The most important thing of BX design system is that BX design system plays a very important role when consumers choose goods or services of some brand at the various touch points of brand in the process that consumers form the certain brand image. This study suggests the final completed brand design draft plan along with brand design system development strategy conducted about JUNGGANEGOTGAN based on BX design. As a result, modeling and associations of JUNGGANEGOTGAN brand experience design seem to be statistically meaningful (F=30.961, p<.001). Preferences of brand design is rated by modeling (=.443, p<.001), associations (=.218, p<.001) in order and it turns out to be affected.

An analysis on the distribution characteristics of PM10 concentration and its relation to the death from Asthma in Seoul, Korea (서울지역 PM10 농도의 분포 특성과 천식 사망자 수의 상관성 분석)

  • The production of highly concentrated $PM_{10}$ is in the spotlight as a social issue, and it increases the attack rate of Asthma. This study aimed to analyze the characteristics of concentration and distribution for $PM_{10}$ from 2000 to 2011, and investigate its correlation with the death from Asthma. Furthermore, this study was designed to analyze it by dividing into two cases like including Asian dust and excluding Asian dust because it presented the high concentration when Asian dust was occurred in the spring. This study has found that the annual average concentration distribution of $PM_{10}$ in Seoul was higher in the central area than the peripheral area. The annual average concentration of $PM_{10}$ and death from asthma displayed the tendency to gradually decrease. The correlation coefficient for all period was 0.92(p=0.000), and the correlation was 0.84(p=0.001) in case of remove Asian dust. The monthly average concentration of $PM_{10}$ has increased in the winter and decreased in the summer. The death from Asthma and correlation coefficient for all period was 0.588(p=0.044) and 0.640(p=0.025) in case of removing Asian dust. Although the causes of Asthma had a great diversity, the similar tendency by a factor of $PM_{10}$ meant that the correlation was high.

Effect of Learning Flow and Problem Solving Ability, Professor-student Interaction on Academic Achievement of Nursing Students in Untact Lecture (비대면 수업에서 간호대학생의 학습몰입, 문제해결능력, 교수-학생 상호작용이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of learning flow, problem solving ability, professor-student interaction of academic achievement in nursing students. Data were collected from 274 nursing students in B city and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchial multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. The degree of academic achievement in nursing students was 3.70±0.70. There were significant differences in academic achievement with grade(F=4.755, p=.003), campus life satisfaction(F=5.643, p=.004), major satisfaction(t=5.794, p=.003), adapting to COVID-19(F=7.961, p<.001), satisfaction to non-face-to-face environment class(F=18.353, p<.001). There was positive correlation between academic achievement and learning flow(r=.649, p<.001), problem solving ability(r=.333, p<.001), professor-student interaction(r=.479, p<.001). The factors affecting academic achievement of the study subjects were learning flow(β=.563, p<.001), professor-student interaction(β=.280, p<.001), with an explanatory power of 52.0%. Therefore, strategies increase the academic achievement of nursing students in untact lecture, and environment improvement to increase learning flow and professor-student interaction are needed.

  • The optical disk drive is a basic option on the PC now. So the lower price and higher read/write speed goods are now on market. These trends make many difficulties to produce more reliable drives, comparing when they are treated as high price stuff. In mechanical terms, the lower price and higher read/write speed drive make higher vibration and noise, lower stiffness, even severe fracture of cheap and low quality disk, problems. Due to the internal crash of P/U inside of the drive, the failure of drives, inferior drives, increase more and more by the careless transportation and the originated low stiffness parts. This report is the introduction of the FE simple model to decrease the internal P/U crash problems, and the results.

  • We answer a question raised by P. Brass on the number of maximally repeated sub-patterns in a set of n points in $\mathbb{R}^{d}$. We show that is number, which was conjectured to be polynomial, is in fact $\Theta(2^{\frac{n}{2}})$ in the worst case, regardless of the dimension d.
