Purpose: This study was amied to identify the effects of a 12 week Korean traditional dance movement program on balance, depression, medical cost, medical institution's utilization and fall among elderly women. Methods: Using a quasi-experimental design, the experimental group was composed of 130 subjects and the control group was composed of 123 subjects. The experimental group participated in a 12 week Korean traditional dance movement program 3 times a week from December 2002 to February 2003. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, the chi-square test, paired t-test and t-test. Results: There was siginificant improvement in balance(right leg p=.000, left leg p=.004), depression(p=.000), and the medical institution's utilization(p=.001) and fall(p=.002) in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: A Korean traditional dance movement program improved balance, depression, and decreased fall and medical cost in elderly women. Therefore, we recommend this program be utilized as a health promoting program and falls preventing program for the elderly in the community.

The paper analyzed on the level of consumer member's awareness to green marketing strategies (4P's; product, price, place and promotion strategies) of Hansalim specialty shops for environmentally friendly agri-products. For the study, Hansalim-Cheonanasan members had been surveyed. Consumers purchase environmentally friendly agri-products because quality and freshness of those is good. The difference in amount of the average monthly purchase between loyal customers and disloyal customers is about 130,000 won. And customer's awareness is that the first is promotion strategy, the second product strategy, the third place strategy, the last price strategy. The average monthly purchase is related with product strategy in correlations between the 4P's each other. If Hansalim maintains a product strategy, promotes extensively and keeps their product standard, more consumers will purchase Hansalim products because the most important one of effect of green marketing strategies on consumer behavior is products. Hansalim needs to go into action to increase recognition. Some of consumers have misconcepts or don't know about the 4P's well. If Hansalim promotes positively considering interrelationship about 4P's strategies or other strategies, the consumers awareness will be changed more effectively. This study shows that balanced 4P's is better than only one superior strategy because of the correlation amomg green marketing strategies.

Objectives: The medicinal plants are believed to enhance the natural resistance of the body to infections. Some of the main constituents of the plant and derived materials such as, proteins, lectins and polysaccharides have anti-inflammatory effects. Portulaca oleracea (P. oleracea) were used traditionally for dietary, food additive, spice and various medicinal purposes. This review article is focus on the anti-asthmatic effects of P. oleracea and its constituents. Methods: Various databases, such as the PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar, were searched the keywords including "Portulaca oleracea", "Quercetin", "Anti-inflammatory", "Antioxidant", "Cytokines", "Smooth muscle ", and " Relaxant effects " until the end of Jul 2018. Results: P. oleracea extracts and its constituents increased $IFN-{\gamma}$, IL-2, $IFN{\gamma}/IL-4$ and IL- 10/IL-4 ratio, but decreased secretion of $TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-4 and chemokines in both in vitro and in vivo studies. P. oleracea extracts and quercetin also signifcantly decreased production of NO, stimulated ${\beta}$-adrenoceptor and/or blocking muscarinic receptors in tracheal smooth muscles. Conclusion: P. oleracea extracts and quercetin showed relatively potent anti-asthmatic effects due to decreased production of NO, inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, reduced oxidant while enhanced antioxidant markers, and also showed potent relaxant effects on tracheal smooth muscles via stimulatory on ${\beta}$-adrenoceptor or/and blocking muscarinic receptors.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of servicescapes in Korean restaurants on customers' experiential value, pleasure feeling and customer satisfaction. Based on a total of 550 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of research model using the Amos program. The relationships hypothesized in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, $\chi^2=406.097$ (df 130), p<.001, GFI .915, AGFI .889, RMR .042, NFI .955, CFI .969, RMSEA .062. SEM results showed that the servicescape showed a positive significant effect on customers' experiential value ($\beta=.808$, t=15.171, p<.001), and customers' experiential value had a positive significant effect on pleasure feeling ($\beta=.756$, t=10.616, p<.001). Also, customer's experiential value ($\beta=.391$, t=8.579, p<.001) and pleasure feeling ($\beta=.573$, t=13.091, p<.001) had a positive significant effects on customer satisfaction. Analysis of mediating roles showed that, the effect of servicescapes in Korean restaurants on customers' pleasure feeling was perfectly mediated by the customers' experiential value. Limitations of this study and future research directions are also discussed.

This study aimed to confirm the effects that the mobile phone has on Electroretinogram (ERG). The ERG responses of three groups of healthy dogs, five in each group, were studied. ERG test was performed consecutively before and after the mobile phone was carried out. For group A, music was played with the sound on; for group B, music was played but the sound off; and for group C, the phone was set on the airplane mode. In the presence of a mobile phone, the amplitudes of a- and b-wave were increased in all groups. The a- and b-wave amplitudes at the flash intensity of 3,000 mcd·s/㎡ were significantly increased in all groups (p < 0.05). Based on the results, it is recommended to conduct ERG test in the absence of a mobile phone for the accurate evaluation of the retinal function.

Bioinspired hierarchical nanostructures for self-cleaning s-tnwjurface and SERS substrates are investigated. The multi-level hierarchy is combined with CuO nanowire and additional nanoscale structures. CuO nanowire, which has extremely high aspect ratio, serves as a base structure of multi-level hierarchy and additional flower like structures are placed on the CuO nanowires. Since as-fabricated CuO nanostructures are hydrophilic, the surface is coated with perfluorooctyltrichlorosilane in order to change its wetting property to hydrophobic. While those CuO based nanostructures have a sufficient roughness for superhydrophobic characteristics, hierarchical nanoflowers on nanowire structures lead to a self-cleaning surface. Furthermore, flower like nanostructures provide reentrant curvatures, thus enabling oleophobic property. The surfaces has a repellency even for a tiny droplet (10 nL) of low surface tension liquids (~35 mN/m). On the on hands, nanoflowers provide many number of nanoscale gaps. After a thin layer of silver is deposited on the surface of CuO nanostructures, those nanoscale gaps act as hot-spot for surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). To analyze SERS enhancement of the surfaces, Raman shift is measured with varying molar density of 4-Mercaptopyridine from mM to pM. From these results, hierarchical CuO nanostructures are suitable for self-maintenance and cost effective SERS sensing applications.

In order to develop technetium-99m-labelled human albumin microsphere (HAM) for lung scintigraphy, various experimemts such as preparation and fractionation of HAM, establishment of optimal labelling conditions, determination of radiochemical purity, stability test and biodistribution of $^{99m}Tc-HAM$ were carried out. HAM was prepared from the suspension of 1ml aqueous human serum albumin (25%) in 130 ml of olive oil at $130\sim135^{\circ}$ with vigorous stirring. The resulting HAM was fractionated with microsieve to get the desired particle size $(15\sim50\mu)$ and autoclaved for sterilizaiton. The HAM particles were treated with stannous chloride and the pH of the suspension was adjusted to $3.0\sim3.5$ with phosphate buffer. After freeze-drying the contents of single reaction vial containing 5 mg of HAM and 0.2 mg of $SnCl_2$ it was reacted with $Na^{99m}TcO_4$. The labelling yield was higher than 99.5% and the stability of $^{99m}Tc-HAM$ was high enough to maintain 99.1% of radiochemical purity up to 24 hours. Lung and liver uptake in mice was found to be 94% and 0.9%, respectively. Excellent rabbit and human lung scans were also obtained.

This study is about the controller development of the Electric Operating Cell(EOC) which will replace the Mechanical Operated Cell(MOC) of the vacuum circuit breaker which has been used in the power plant and the performance test for the developed controller. The controller developed through this study was manufactured considering the harsh installation environment and electrical condition of the power plant, and the controller performance certification test for confirming the product reliability was taken to know whether or not to withstand fully in various electrical and mechanical problems. Items for performance certification test were AC power frequency voltage withstand test, combined surge immunity test, 1 [MHz] oscillatory SWC test, fast transient SWC test, radiated electromagnetic interference test, vibration test. As a result, all tests has passed an examination without malfunction.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among emotional labor, empowerment, job burnout, and turnover intention. Methods: The design of this study was a cross-sectional descriptive study. The subjects of this study were 358 nurses working for over 6 months in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The data were collected from 4th to 30th of September, 2009 through one-to-one interviews. Survey data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression. Results: We find the positive correlation of turnover intention with emotional labor and with job burnout, but the negative correlation of empowerment with job burnout and with turnover intention. The nurses' turnover intention scores were relatively low with 1.30. Job burnout, shift work, and frequency of turnover were predictors of turnover intention. The most powerful predictor variable was job burnout (${\beta}$=.420, p<.001). We find that emotional labor and empowerment as determinants of turnover intention are not significant. Conclusion: These results suggest that manager should consider shift work of nurses and job burnout in order to manage nurse organization and resource effectively.

The heat setting of sewing thread is known to have some puckering. In this experiment, the P/C fabrec and polyester thread were heat setted at temperatures ranging from $70^{\circ}C$ to $150^{\circ}C$ at the interval of every $^20{\circ}C$ for the period of 1, 5, 10, 20 and 40 minutes resoectivly. The results obtained are as follows: 1) In general, the pre-laundering sewing shrinkage related negatively to time but related positively to temperature. And it showed the lowest rate at $110^{\circ}C$. 2) In case of slack treatment, the post-laundering sewing sewing shrinkage marked the lowest rate at $130^{\circ}C$ while that of stretch treatment showed the lowest rate at $90^{\circ}C$. 3) The rates of post-laundering sewing shrinkage were higher than those of pre-laundering shrinkage, the difference between them reached the bottom when applied the slack treatment at $130^{\circ}C$ and the streched treatment at $110^{\circ}C$.
