Blood pressure, heart rate, respiratoty rate and blood chemistry were examined according to the time lapse, after the administration of tiletamine-zolazepam, lidocaine or saline. The results obtained were as follows. 1, Tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed fast anesthesia onset time (p<0.01) and also revealed prolonged ambulation time compared with lidocaine group (p<0.01). 2. In the effects of blood pressure, tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed significantly higher value than lidocaine group or saline group, and revealed the highest value at 20 minutes after administration. According to the time lapse, blood pressure of tiletamine-zolazepam group was recovered and showed similar value with lidocaine group and control group at 90 minutes after administration. 3. In the effects of heart rate, tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed significantly lower value than lidocaine group or saline group and revealed the lowest value at 30 minutes after administration, and recovered similar value with pre-administration at 90 minutes after administration. 4. In the effects of respiratory rate, lidocaine group revealed significantly lower value at 30 minutes administration compared with 0 and 60 minutes after administration (p<0.01). Tiletamine-zolazepam group also revealed significantly lower value at 30 minutes compared with 0 and 60 minutes after administration (p<0.01). The changes at 60 minutes after administration, lidocaine group revealed lower value than saline or tiletamine-zolazepam group, and tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed similar value with 0 minutes. 5. In the effects of tidal volume, lidocaine group revealed significantly lower value than saline group (p<0.001) and tiletamine-zolazepam group also revealed lower value than saline group, at 30 minutes after administration. The values at 60 minutes after administration, revealed similar results with that of 30 minutes after administration. 6. In the blood chemistry, the values of alanine transminase (ALT), aspartate transminase(AST) and creatinine did not reveal significant results at 60 minutes after administration. The values of ALT at 60 minutes slightly decreased compared with pre-administration, and revealed normal level.
The Purpose of this study is to investigate both the value consciousness of home management and home management activities which urban low-paid housewives have and to find out the value consciousness of home management has an influence upon the home management activities. The results obtained area as follows; 1) Most of urban low-paid housewives are place in a traditional position of home management as a housekeeper or as a family leader. 2)But partially they gave more or less modern standpoints in consuming, planning and family relationship. 3) The value consciousness of home management of urban low-paid housewives is variable according to housewives' age (P<.05), education (P<.001), numbers of children(P<0.5) and wording experiences before marriage (P<0.1). The younger respondonts showed rather modernistic value consciousness of home management. The respondonts who have high educational level showed the same result. It is also strong points form them to habe few children and to have working experiences before marriage. 4) while the home management activities of urban low-paid housewives are positive as for connecting with human relationship, consuming and evaluating they are negative as for connecting with planning, creativity and housekeeping. 5)On the whole, the home management activities are variable by housewives' age (P<.05). The younger showed more effective home management abilities. 6) the home management activities of urban low-paid housewives are influenced by the value consciousness of home management. The more modernistic value consciousness of home management is connected directed directly with excellent home management activities.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of servicescapes in Korean restaurants on customers' experiential value, pleasure feeling and customer satisfaction. Based on a total of 550 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of research model using the Amos program. The relationships hypothesized in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, $\chi^2=406.097$ (df 130), p<.001, GFI .915, AGFI .889, RMR .042, NFI .955, CFI .969, RMSEA .062. SEM results showed that the servicescape showed a positive significant effect on customers' experiential value ($\beta=.808$, t=15.171, p<.001), and customers' experiential value had a positive significant effect on pleasure feeling ($\beta=.756$, t=10.616, p<.001). Also, customer's experiential value ($\beta=.391$, t=8.579, p<.001) and pleasure feeling ($\beta=.573$, t=13.091, p<.001) had a positive significant effects on customer satisfaction. Analysis of mediating roles showed that, the effect of servicescapes in Korean restaurants on customers' pleasure feeling was perfectly mediated by the customers' experiential value. Limitations of this study and future research directions are also discussed.

An experiment was performed to evaluate the effects of dietary metabolizable energy (ME) and lysine on carcass characteristics and meat quality in Arbor Acres (AA) broilers from 1 to 56 days of age. A total of 2,970 1-d-old male broiler chicks were randomly allocated to nine dietary treatments (three ME levels in combination with three lysine levels), and dietary ME and lysine concentrations were formulated by varying corn, soybean meal, tallow, and L-lysine sulfate concentrations. Live body weight (BW), carcass weight (CW), dressing percent, breast muscle weight (BMW), yield of breast muscle, muscle color (CIE L*, a*, and b*), pH values 45 min and 24 h postmortem ($pH_{45}$, and $pH_{24}$), meat shear force value (SFV), and water loss rate (WLR) were evaluated. Results showed that live body weight and dressing percent increased (p<0.05) as dietary energy increased. Higher dietary lysine content improved breast muscle weight. Neither carcass weight nor yield of breast muscle was affected by dietary energy or lysine content. Higher ME increased the b* value (p = 0.067) and $pH_{24}$ value (p<0.05), whereas it decreased SFV (p<0.05) and WLR (p = 0.06). Only water loss rate was influenced (p<0.01) by dietary lysine, which was higher in broilers from the high lysine diet as compared to those from medium or low lysine diets. The $pH_{45}$ value and L* value of breast muscle were not affected by ME or lysine. Significant interaction of dietary ME and lysine was found on a* value of breast muscle. These results indicated that dietary ME and lysine had important effects on breast muscle growth and meat quality, however their effects were different. Different concentrations of dietary ME and lysine might be considered to improve meat quality.
This study examined the dyeing characteristics and spectrum of cotton and silk by using dyeing solution extracted from aronia. The value $L^{\ast}$ which indicates the brightness of cotton regardless of mordant increases with increasing pH from pH 3.5 to pH 10.5. The color difference value(${\Delta}E$) of the cotton was generally high in pH 3.5 regardless of mordant existence. The silk showed the highest ${\Delta}E$ value in pH 3.5 dye solution as cotton did. On the other hand, the silk with mordant dyed showed the highest ${\Delta}E$ value in pH 7. Silk fabrics dyed with Aronia solution turns out red in pH 3.5, blue in pH 7 and yellow in pH 10.5. This is because of the amino acid, one of the silk ingredients, combines with a part of anthocyanin to show blue. As the result of the spectrum measurement, the maximum absorption wavelength of Aronia solution was increased in the order of pH 10.5, pH 3.5 and pH 7, regardless of extraction temperature and mordant. The measurement results of color fastness to washing and color fastness to light are generally low. Therefore, there is a need for further study to improve color fatness in the future.
The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum chemical composition, color value, salinity, pH, total acidity, and texture for the production of short-term Green Gochujang using Cheongyang pepper powder and Meju powder. The results were as follows. The moisture content for Green Gochujang made from Cheongyang pepper powder was 33.50% for CON, and 27.21% for GG1. Crude fat and crude protein contents increased as the amount of added Meju powder increased (p<0.001). GG1 and CON contained 9.47% and 9.05% crude ash contents. Water activity was between 0.89 to 0.90. A higher amount of added Meju powder resulted in an increased color L value (p<0.001). CON showed the highest a value and b value compared to GG4, which had the lowest a and b values. Salinity was between 5.10% to 5.83%, which was lower compared to a former study. CON had a pH of 5.25, and GG4 had a pH of 6.06. Regarding total acidity, CON had a total acidity of 0.85, and GG4 had a total acidity of 0.44. Hardness value was highest in GG1 (1535.63), and lowest in CON (422.07) (p<0.001). GG1 showed the highest value in the adhesiveness property test, whereas CON showed the lowest value. GG1, which contained the highest amount of Cheongyang pepper powder showed the highest gumminess value (698.47). In an acceptance test, CON and GG3 showed the best appearance and scent value. GG3 received the highest interest in taste, texture, and overall quality. Through these results, GG3 made with 150 g of Chengyang Green pepper powder, 200 g of Meju powder, 600 g of starch syrup, 500 g of water, and 75 g of salt showed fine overall sensory interest, and therefore can be used for the production of fine Green Gochujang and Gochujang sauce.

Results of the study are as follows: 1. Nurses were more concerned than patients in the physical care category. Significant difference was revealed by p<.01 level (t=2.800). Mean value score of nurses was average (2.84), and mean value score of patients was relative' y low (2.49). None of the physical care category questionnaire items were over 3.5. 2. Respondents from hospitals of total care system revealed significant difference in the physical care category by P〈.025 level. (t=2.242). Mean value score of both group were average level (nurse 2.90, patient 2.53), nurses showed higher concern. 3. Difference between nurse's role perception and patient's expectation in observation and control category was revealed non- significance by p〉0.05. level (t=1.238). Mean value score of both group revealed relatively high (nurse=3.44, patient 3.19). 4. Difference between nurse's role perception and patient〉expectation in psycho-social cart category revealed non- significance by p〉.05 level (t=0.758), Mean value score of both group revealed average level (nurse =2.71, patient =2.53), 5. Non- significant difference was noted between B. S. N. and diploma nurse's role perception in the psycho- social care category by p> 0.1 level (t=0.316). 4. Difference between nurse's role perception and patient's expectation in the rapeutic me assures category revealed non- significance by p〉0.05 level) t=0.503). Horses showed high concern by mean value score 3.56 level and patients relatively high by 3.41. All items of this category revealed very high or relatively high value score.
The present experiment was performed in order to know the therapeutic effect of laserpuncture and aquapuncture with methionine on recovery in artificially induced hepatic damaged rats by carbon tetrachloride. The animals were divided into control, laserpuncture and aquapuncture groups. The changes of serum enzyme activities(ALT and AST), serum total protein contents, protein fractions(ALB and GLB) and A/G ratio were examined before and after application of laserpuncture and aquapuncture. In change of serum ALT activity, recovery with treatment in laser and aquapuncture groups was more rapid than that of control. The significant decreased value was shown on 3rd(P < 0.05) and 7th day(P < 0.01) after treatment in laserpuncture group and on 7th day(P < 0.05) after treatment in aquapuncture group. In addition, significance was detected on 2nd day(P < 0.05) between laserpuncture and aquapuncture groups. In change of serum AST activity, recovery with treatment in laserpuncture and aquapuncture groups was more rapid than that of control. The significant lower values on 7th day(P<0.01) in aquapuncture groups. In addition, significant low value was detected on 7th day(P < 0.05) in aquapuncture group comparing with that of laserpuncture group. The change of serum TP contents showed similar pattern in control, laser and aquapuncture groups. The significances were detected on 7th day(P < 0.05) in both experimental groups. In addition, significant high value was detected on 2nd day(P < 0.05) in laserpuncture group comparing with that of aquapuncture group. The change of serum ALB content with treatment in laser and aquapuncture groups was more rapid than that of control. The significant high value was shown on 2nd(P < 0.01), 5th(P < 0.05) and on 7th day(P < 0.01) in laserpuncture group. In addition, significant high value was detected on 3rd day(P<0.01) only in aquapuncture group comparing with laserpuncture group. The change of serum GLB content showed similar pattern among groups. The significant low values were detected on 2nd day(P < 0.05) in aquapuncture group. In addition significant high value was detected on 5th day(P < 0.01) only in laserpuncture group comparing with that of aquapuncture group. In change of A/G ratio laser and aquapuncture groups showed higher values than that of control. The significant high values were detected on 1st day(P < 0.Of) and 2nd day(P < 0.05) in laserpuncture group, and on 1st day(P < 0.05) and 2nd day(P < 0.01) in aquapuncture group. In addition, significant high value was detected on 5th day(P < 0.05) in aquapuncture group comparing with that of laserpuncture. Considering above findings collectively, it was considered that both laserpuncture and aquapuncture were effective; aquapuncture was more effective than laserpuncture for recovery of hepatic damage.
In this paper, we obtain the existence of positive solutions for a quasi-linear four-point boundary value problem of higher-order differential equation. By using the fixed point index theorem and imposing some conditions on f, the existence of positive solutions to a higher-order four-point boundary value problem with a p-Laplacian is obtained.
