  • 합성한 BR-8702-2의 시험결과 원소분석에서는 이론치와 실험치가 잘 일치하였고, 구조확인을 위한 FT-IR 및 FT-NMR(H$^1$)등의 시험에서도 구조와 일치하는 결과치를 나타내었다. 합성물질의 정량법을 HPLC 및 구성원소인 P와 N을 이용한 정량법에서도 유의성있는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 분말상태인 이 물질의 안정성은 고온 고습하에서도 양호하였으며, 각종 완충수용액에서 pH가 분해에 미치는 영향을 pH-rate profile로 나타낸 결과 pH7, 8, 9에서 안정하였고 pH8에서 k=1.3$\times$$10^{-4}$day으로 가장 안정하여 shelf life는 807일이었다. 광에 대해서도 k=5.8$\times$$10^{-4}$day로 매우 안정하였다.

  • The best available solution to predict the fatigue life of structural steels is the implementation of EPFM approach based on the principles and techniques of elasto plastic fracture mechanics. To predict the fatigue life, the conventional Paris law has been modified by substituting the range of J-value denoted by ΔJ for ΔK that is calculated by the proposed p-version model. The proposed P-version finite element model is formulated by the incremental theory of Plasticity that consists of the constitutive equation fur elastic-perfectly plastic materials, Tresca/von-Mises yield criteria, and associated flow rule. The experimental fatigue test is conducted with five UP(Center Clucked Panels) specimens to validate the accuracy of the p-version finite element model. Also, the results obtained by LTM approach have been compared with those by EPFM approach.

  • 초거대 언어모델를 활용한 퓨샷(few shot) 학습법은 여러 자연어 처리 문제에서 좋은 성능을 보였다. 하지만 데이터를 활용한 추가 학습으로 문제를 추론하는 것이 아니라, 이산적인 공간에서 퓨샷 구성을 통해 문제를 정의하는 방식은 성능 향상에 한계가 존재한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 초거대 언어모델의 모수 전체가 아닌 일부를 추가 학습하거나 다른 신경망을 덧붙여 연속적인 공간에서 추론하는 P-tuning과 같은 데이터 기반 추가 학습 방법들이 등장하였다. 본 논문에서는 문맥에 따른 질의 정규화 문제를 대화형 음성 검색 서비스에 맞게 직접 정의하였고, 초거대 언어모델을 P-tuning으로 추가 학습한 경우 퓨샷 학습법 대비 정확도가 상승함을 보였다.

무전해 식각법으로 합성된 Si 나노와이어를 이용한 CMOS 인버터

  • Si 나노와이어를 합성하는 다양한 방법들 중에서 Si 기판을 나노와이어 형태로 제작하는 무전해 식각법은 쉽고 간단하기 때문에 최근 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 무전해 식각법을 이용한 Si 나노와이어는 p 또는 n형의 전기적 특성을 갖는 Si 기판의 도핑농도에 따라 원하는 전기적 특성을 갖는 나노와이어를 얻을 수 있을 것이라는 기대가 있었지만 n형으로 제작된 나노와이어의 경우 식각에 의한 표면의 거칠기 때문에 그 특성을 나타내지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 무전해 식각법을 이용하여 p와 n형 나노와이어를 합성하고 field-effect transistors (FETs) 소자를 제작하여 각각의 특성을 구현하였다. 나노와이어와 절연막 사이의 계면 결함을 최소화하기 위하여 poly-4-vinylphenol (PVP) 고분자 절연막에 나노와이어를 삽입시킨 형태로 소자를 제작하였고, 특히 n형 나노와이어의 표면을 보다 평평하게 하기 위하여 열처리를 진행 하였다. 이렇게 각각의 특성이 구현된 나노와이어를 이용하여 soft-lithography 공정을 통해 complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) 구조의 인버터 소자를 제작하였으며 그 전기적 특성을 평가하였다.

  • 알루미늄기지 복합재료는 낮은 밀도, 높은 비강도, 우수한 강성을 가지고 있어서 수송기기용 경량소재로서 적용 가능하다. 강화재를 외부에서 주입하는 ex-situ 법에 비하여 화학반응에 의하여 강화상이 생성되는 in-situ 법은 기지와 강화상의 계면 특성이 우수하다. In-situ 주조법으로 제조한 알루미늄기지 복합재료는 여러 형태로 가공하기 위하여 압출, 열간압연 등의 공정을 거치게 되므로 열간가공성에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 고온압축시험을 이용하여 in-situ $Al/TiC_p$ 복합재료의 열간가공성을 평가하였다. 고온유동곡선으로부터 변형률속도민감도를 구하였으며 Dynamic Material Model을 이용하여 efficiency of power dissipation을 표현하는 공정지도를 작성하였다. 또한 변형 조건에 따른 미세조직 발달 거동을 조사하였으며 이로부터 각 변형 구간에 대한 변형기구를 도출하였다. 이로부터 알루미늄기지 복합재료의 열간가공성에 미치는 강화상의 영향을 고찰하였다.

  • P파와 SV파와 입사할 때 비균질 퇴적층에서의 지진응답을 유한요소법과 경계여소법을 조합하여 해석하였다. 유한요소법을 사용하여 불규칙한 기하형상과 비균질 재료 특성을 모델링하였고, 경계요소법을 사용하여 인위적인 경계로부터 불필요한 파의 반사를 없앨수 있게 반무한 영역을 모델링하였다. 경계요소의 기본해는 반무한 영역문제에서 반드시 고려해야하는 방사조건을 자동적으로 만족시킨다. 따라서 외부영역과 내부영역의 접촉면에서 표면력의 평행조건과 변위의 연속조건을 사용하여 P파와 SV파에 의한 지진응답을 해석하였다.

A Study on Converting the Data of Probability of Hit(Ph) for OneSAF Model (OneSAF 모델을 위한 명중률 데이터 변환 방법)

  • To use the OneSAF model for the analysis of Defence M&S, the most critical factor is the acquisition of input data. The model user is hard to determine the input data such as the probability of hit(Ph) and the probability of kill(Pk). These data can be obtained directly by live fire during the development test and the operational test. Therefore, this needs more time and resources to get the Ph and Pk. In this paper, we reviewed possible ways to obtain the Ph and Pk. We introduced several data producing methodologies. In particular, the error budget method was presented to convert the Ph(%) data of AWAM model to the error(mil) data of OneSAF model. Also, the conversion method which can get the adjusted results from the JMEM is introduced. The probability of a hit was calculated based on the error budget method in order to prove the usefulness of the given method. More accurate data were obtained when the error budget method and the projected area from the published photo were used simultaneously. The importance of the Ph calculation was demonstrated by sensitivity analysis of the Ph on combat effectiveness. This paper emphasizes the importance of determining the Ph data and improving the reliability of the M&S system though steady collection and analysis of the Ph data.

THE CANAL SEALING EFFECT OF WARM LATERAL CONDENSATION OF GUTTA-PERCHA (가온 측방가압 근관충전법의 폐쇄효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the sealing effect of warm lateral condensation technique by Endotec spreader, comparing with other canal filling techniques. One hundred and forty extracted human teeth with single canal were instrumented and randomly divided into four groups according to canal filling techniques including lateral condensation with sealer, warm lateral condensation with sealer, warm lateral condensation without sealer, and injection-molded thermoplasticized gutta-percha without sealer. Obturated canals were exposed to 2 % methylene blue solution at $37^{\circ}C$ for 24 hours and measurement of the degree of microleakage was done linearly and volumetrically with stereozoom microscope and UV-spectrophotometer respectively. The results were as follows ; When sealer was used, the canals obturated by warm lateral condensation showed less leakage linearly and volumetrically than the canals obturated by standard lateral condensation with no statistically significant difference. The obturated canals by warm lateral condensation with sealer showed less leakage linearly and volumetrically than the canals obturated by warm lateral condensation without sealer and by injection-molded thermoplasticized gutta-percha without sealer with statistical significance (p<0.05). No statistical difference revealed that the group filled with the use of the Endotec had significantly less leakage than any of the other groups. There was a significant correlation between the linear measurement and volumetric measurement(r=0.4459, p<0.05).

Dietary Habits and Nutrient Intakes according to Feeding Method during Infant Period in Elementary School Students (충남 일부지역 초등학생의 영아기 영양법에 따른 식습관과 영양섭취상태)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine dietary habits and nutrient intakes according to feeding method during infant period in elementary school students. Subjects were 1,251 elementary school students. Subjects were divided into three groups, breast-fed group (N=508), formula-fed group (N=397), and mixed group (N=346), according to feeding method during infant period. The questionnaire was composed of general characteristics, dietary conditions during infant period, dietary behaviors, and dietary intakes and was completed by children and children's parents. Average age, height, weight, and body mass index were 11.6 years, 139.0 cm, 34.6 kg, and $17.8kg/m^2$, respectively. The formula-fed group showed a smaller proportion of subjects with colostrum feeding (P<0.001) compared to the breast-fed and mixed groups. Frequency of eating snacks was significantly higher in the mixed group than in other groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in dietary habit total score and nutrient intakes according to feeding method during infant period. Feeding method in during infant period was associated with dietary habits (milk and vegetable intake habits) up to growth period of elementary school. A longitudinal and systematic study is needed to clarify this relationship.

Characteristics of School Menus from the Daegu and Gyeongbuk Area (대구·경북지역 학교급식 제공 메뉴 특성 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of menu items offered for school meals in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. A total of 538 menu items were collected from six schools (two elementary schools, two middle schools, and two high schools). There was a significant difference in food costs according to menu groups (p<0.001), with the highest food costs for meat and fish dishes (881.66 won) and the lowest cost for kimchi (114.50 won). The proportion of menu items using processed foods and with low operational efficiency were significantly higher in middle schools (p<0.01). In addition, menu items containing animal products were significantly higher in the non-traditional menu items in middle schools (p<0.001). Traditional menu items were less frequently cooked with oil (p<0.001) and processed foods (p<0.001), and their operational efficiency was higher (p<0.001). In conclusion, we found that traditional menu items in school meals were being offered with healthier ingredients and cooking methods, as well as a more efficient foodservice management, than non-traditional menu items.
