Objectives : he purpose of this study was to examine the genetic variations and changes of gene expression in the human constitutions. Methods : To analysis variations of individual gene expression, we had selected three groups of volunteers. In each group have a typical constitutional characteristics. By this rime we are analyzed their gene expression patterns by using DNA chip. Results : we can acquire a new information of standard for human constitutions. 1. The 21 genes under express and 3 genes over express in So-Yang constitution 2. The 18 genes under express and 18 genes over express in So-Eum constitution 3. The 16 genes under express and 2 genes over express in Tae-Eum constitution Conclusions : Constitution, QSCCII, Character, Genome, DNA chip.

PCI Express is a well-known and widely used de-facto system bus standard for connecting among a processor and IO devices. PCI Express is originated from old PCI standard, and its most of applications are limited to be used within a PC or server system. But, because of its fast speed, low power consumption, and good protocol efficiency, it is considered as one of a good candidate for an alternate system interconnect for many years. In this paper, we present design, implementation and early evaluation of an alternate system interconnect by utilizing PCI Express. The developed alternate system interconnect using PCI Express (named PCIeLINK) utilizes non-transparent bridging (NTB) technic which generally used in fail-over system in PCI and PCI Express. By using NTB technic, PCI Express device can be extended to outside of a system without electrical and logical problems arising during system boot and enumeration. To build up an alternate system interconnect, we designed and implemented a network interface card having multiple PCI Express ${\times}4$ connections (theoretically 20 Gbps) and tested, The early test results revealed that an ${\times}4$ port in the card showed 8.6 Gbps peak performance for bulk transmission and 5.1 Gbps peak for normal TCP/IP transfer.

This paper deals with a construction plan of hydrogen fueling stations on express highways using geographic information system. We analyzed the existing hydrogen fueling stations and production facilities to construct the hydrogen supply system to satisfy the hydrogen demands. Also, we suggested the necessary number and locations of hydrogen fueling stations on express highways for operating fuel cell vehicles. As a result, we need to construct at least 6 hydrogen stations on express highways in 2020 and 14 hydrogen stations in 2025. In 2030, when fuel cell vehicles are expected to spread over the whole nation, 114 hydrogen stations are needed to construct on express highways. This study mainly utilized the information of distances between hydrogen production facilities and fueling stations. However, we need to analyze the other factors such as traffic and income data. Also, it is necessary to make a suitable construction plan of hydrogen fueling stations that should be constructed on each district using geographic information system.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the formative characteristics appeared in modem Kitsch fashion which has been shown through the empirical data photogrphes from the 2000's to 2003 and the formative characteristics of Kitsch were divided into the material, ornament, color, pattern to understand the modem Kitsch fashion. The findings of this study could be summarized as follows: First, the modem Kitsch fashion in the material was used cheap, counterfeit materials like vinyl, artificial leather, immitation fur, beads and non-artistic materials like metal, plastic, paper and voluptuous material like seethrough to express eroticism and superficiality as the characteristic of Kitsch. Second, Kitsch fashion in the ornament was shown over-decoration by using the various accessories like bracelet, metal belt, gloves, etc to express as childish and coarse mixtures as the characteristic of Kitsch. Third, the modem Kitsch fashion was using splendid and bright, primary colors to express the image of complicated accumulation. Fourth, the modern Kitsch fashion mainly in the pattern was using ethnic, folklore and pop art pattern or print used hippies and pop art fashion to express the primitive purity as bounding of civilized society.

We express Gauss sums for symplectic and orthogonal groups over finite fields as averages of exponential sums over certain maximal tori. Together with our previous results, we obtain some interesting identities involving various classical Gauss and Kloosterman sums.

Wiener measure and Wiener measurability behave badly under the change of scale transformation. We express the analytic Feynman integral over $C_0(B)$ as a limit of Wiener integrals over $C_0(B)$ and establish change of scale formulas for Wiener integrals over $C_0(B)$ for some functionals.

This study aims to prove that traditional patchwork wrapping cloth can be a creative motive for modem fashion, and the application of it can be a way of expressing not only the pride in our cultural heritage but also the originality of fashion design. The analysis of the plasticity of 108 patchwork wrapping clothes has come up with the following findings: Firstly, the plane structure consists of 41 basic forms and 67 applied ones. Secondly, 61 contrast color harmony and 47 similarity color harmony. Thirdly, the fabric consists of 88 silk clothes, 19 ramie clothes, and 1 silk and ramie cloth. Fourthly, 47 unlined clothes and 61 lined ones. The study also expresses the analyzed plasticity of patchwork wrapping cloth for fashion with the following findings: Firstly, basic plane structures, contrast color harmony, silk cloth and the press flower coating technique become one piece dress to express splendid and elegant image. Secondly, application plane structures, similarity color harmony of natural dyeing method using persimmon, ramie cloth and the press flower coating and over lock technique become a jacket and a blouse to express calm and dynamic image. Thirdly, the needling and over lock technique used to patch clothes has become a desirable way to express fabric with unique surface effects. Fourthly, the press flower coating which modernizes embroidery in patchwork wrapping. cloth has become a new technique which can create high values with its extended the visual effects of the material. Fifthly, Patchwork wrapping cloth in Chosun Dynasty has now become a motive for modem fashion design to express tradition and creation.

Recently, negative sides of internet, internet and/or game addiction and unethical behavior over internet, have been largely publicized in our society. There have been numerous studies to explore the problems and solutions, but these lack considering broader set of research variables. Therefore, this research investigated how i) internet users' self characteristics and ii) cognitive characteristics toward internet influence iii) internet addiction and iv) information ethics respectively. Especially, this study focused on college students, more mature beings than elementary, middle and high school students with whom most other researches have dealt so far. Major findings of this study are as follows: (1) Willingness to develop relationships over internet, usefulness of internet use, a degree to perceive the cyber space as real, and a degree to express self over internet have significant effects on disabled life style. Self respect willingness to develop relationships over internet, usefulness of internet use, a degree to perceive the cyber space as real, and capability of using internet have significant effects on the lack of control over internet. Willingness to develop relationships over internet, self control, and a degree to express self over internet have significant effects on the lack of control over internet. 2) Regarding the effects of independent variables(self characteristics and cognitive characteristics) on information ethics through internet addiction factors, self respect self control, a degree to perceive the cyber space as real, and capability of using internet have directly and indirectly significant effects on information ethics through internet addiction. Then we suggested four approaches to reduce the internet addiction and improve the information ethics based on the findings.

Noise map is a presentation of existing data or predicted noise situation in terms of noise indicator. However, it has shortcoming for assessing the number of people exposed, or the number of dwellings affected to any relevant limit values of noise level in certain areas. In this study, so called over-ride value noise mapping is proposed to make up for the shortcoming by using over-ride function of object-oriented programming and it is to show the guard of the area where it is satisfied the standard of option, or it is not satisfactory. Over-ride value noisemap data is combined with topography layer, population and house statistics, and GIS space statistical analysis. The over-ride value noise mapping can also he applied to make the road traffic noisemap, the railroad noisemap, the aircraft noisemap, and the industrial site noisemap This can express noise damage information more exactly.

In the early construction phase of the Korea Train Express (KTX), the Movable Scaffolding System (MSS) for the top structure of the bridge was the predominant construction method. But the method had to be changed due to arising problems and an alternative method had to be found. Company H that participated in Korea Train Express construction project achieved excellent results of performance through the introduction of the Precast Span Method (PSM), which has been previously successfully employed in foreign express train projects. This study intends to verify the superior performance of PSM over MSS in the KTX construction process by conducting a comparative analysis on PMS and MSS based on the field experience of company H. This study will not only help to understand PSM, which is expected to expand its future scope of application, but also contribute to solve the problems of PSM that occurred during the construction phase.
