At the moment, a cosmetic market finds to get new ways for change. In this way, Important of customer affinity emphasizes in the market. A lot of companies, markets are working at getting customer affinity. A study looks for attribute of collaboration cosmetic with famous characters and influence of customer affinity empirically. A survey was done a target was customer have bought collaboration product over once, the data was analysed structural equation. In conclusion, these figures out that familiarity and originality effect to customer affinity positively.

Purpose - This study investigates research trends by searching for English keywords and abstracts in 1,511 Korean journal articles in the Korea Citation Index from the 2002-2019 period using the term "Port." The study aims to lay the foundation for a more balanced development of port research. Design/methodology - Using abstract and keyword data, we perform frequency analysis and word embedding (Word2vec). A t-SNE plot shows the main keywords extracted using the TextRank algorithm. To analyze which words were used in what context in our two nine-year subperiods (2002-2010 and 2010-2019), we use Scattertext and scaled F-scores. Findings - First, during the 18-year study period, port research has developed through the convergence of diverse academic fields, covering 102 subject areas and 219 journals. Second, our frequency analysis of 4,431 keywords in 1,511 papers shows that the words "Port" (60 times), "Port Competitiveness" (33 times), and "Port Authority" (29 times), among others, are attractive to most researchers. Third, a word embedding analysis identifies the words highly correlated with the top eight keywords and visually shows four different subject clusters in a t-SNE plot. Fourth, we use Scattertext to compare words used in the two research sub-periods. Originality/value - This study is the first to apply abstract and keyword analysis and various text mining techniques to Korean journal articles in port research and thus has important implications. Further in-depth studies should collect a greater variety of textual data and analyze and compare port studies from different countries.

Purpose - This study compares the performances of dynamic asset allocation strategies using Korean stocks and U.S. dollar, which have been negatively correlated for a long time, to examine the diversification effects in the portfolios of them. Design/methodology/approach - In the current study, we use KOSPI200 index, as a proxy of the aggregated portfolio of Korean stocks, and USDKRW foreign exchange rate to implement various portfolio management strategies. We consider the equally-weighted, risk-parity, minimum variance, most diversified, and growth optimal portfolios for comparison. Findings - We first find the enhancement of risk adjusted returns due to risk reduction rather than return increasement for all the portfolios of consideration. Second, the enhancement is more pronounced for the trading strategies using correlations as well as volatilities compared to those using volatilities only. Third, the diversification effect has become stronger after the global financial crisis in 2008. Lastly, we find that the performance of the growth optimal portfolio can be improved by utilizing the well-known momentum phenomenon in stock markets to select the length of the sample period to estimate the expected return. Research implications or Originality - This study shows the potential benefits of adding the U.S. dollar to the portfolios of Korean stocks. The current study is the first to investigate the portfolio of Korean stocks and U.S. dollar from investment perspective.

The purpose of this study is to derive the future-oriented characteristics Sonia Delaunay presented at the time based on the identity and modernity shown in her works and diverse activity. The scope of study spans from 1907 to the start of World War II and includes both applied and fine arts, with a focus on textiles and fashion. The research method is a literary study that includes old documents, exhibition booklets, and explanations from museum curators. The visual materials are actual works observed at exhibitions and digital images of various exhibitions. As a result of the research, she was a practitioner who expressed her identity in marriage, artwork, textiles, and fashion. In order to embody her design and express modernity, she showed geometric and modern motifs and she incorporated a sense of bright color and modernized light into her work by following the principle of simultaneous contrast in color. Additionally, she applied Hungarian embroidery techniques to simple materials and created geometric abstraction with her simultaneous colors, which contributed to both originality and the mass production of textile design. The future-oriented characteristics she presented are the dynamism of modern rhythm, the expansion of convergence and collaboration, the innovation of new production and exhibition, the media of consumer society, and the femininity of modern life. She recognized the mass consumer society and mass production of the early 20th century and actively utilized various media and genres to evoke a dynamic sense necessary for modern life and presented a design to be seen as a modern woman.

Recent dramatical development of computer technology related to internet technology intensifies the dispute over software of computer or smart device. Research on software has been flourished with political issuing of fierce competition among nations for software development. Particularly industrial growth in ethernet based big data and IoT (Internet of Things) has promoted to build and develop open source programs based on java, xcode and C. On these circumstances, issue on software piracy has been confronted despite the basic security policy protecting intellectual property rights of software and thus it is of substantial importance to protect the rights of originality of source program license. However, the other issue on source technology protection of developer is the possibility of hindrance to advancement in industry and culture by developing programs. This study discuss the way of enhancing legal stability of IoT application program development and reinforcing precision in inspection of program plagiarism by analyzing the source programs with newly introducing text mining technique, thus suggests an alternative protective way of infringement of personal information due to duplicating program.

Standards offer numerous opportunities and benefits not only to provide effective and efficient way for business goals internally, but also to increase company's competitiveness externally. However SMBs can't get have benefits from standards management due to lack of resources and awareness. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of standard management in business hierarchy from SMBs' cases leading to raising the awareness and providing strategic implications for standards management. The utilization of Standards management was investigated by adopting Anthony framework and Miles and Snow typology targeting SMBs which have awarded the World Standards Day Prize. The results of case study indicated that standards can be used as not only a strategic tool for achieving business goal and but also an effective way for raising brand awareness in global market. This study has originality and practical value in that it enhances the awareness and provides strategic implications for standards management in global business environment.

In order to foster 'creative convergence talents' teachers and pre-service teachers who possess a certain degree of creativity must learn about this new approach as part of their teacher training. In this study, we attempted to identify the implications on the curriculum of the teacher education-training college in question by analysing secondary school teachers' and pre-service teachers' creativity and by collecting sufficient data to develop a positive feedback model for selecting, cultivating, and appointing pre-service teachers who fulfil the requirements of said college of education. Such teachers will display the commitment and professionalism to fulfil their teaching duties in the best possible manner and will consistently produce valuable contributions to their chosen subject matter and integrate these into their daily teaching. These teachers will complete all their tasks in a creative way, including student guidance, administrative duties, and academic lessons. The factors that distinguished creative teachers from others included originality and fluency. Our test group comprised 216 pre-service teachers as well as 137 fully qualified teachers. Teachers' understanding of the factors required in order to qualify as a 'creative and committed teacher' was very low. We provided data to the college of education to increase creativity when selecting teachers and curricula based on an analysis of perceptions of creativity provided by teachers and pre-service teachers.

This study suggests the possibility of a product integration of cookware and eco-friendly food culture as a new product, not merely a product for exhibition purpose. In order to, in addition to that, reflect the design produced in this project to be commercialized, it can be considered to make prototype products through a separate production processes including 3D rendering, 3D mock up. After that, various product expansions can be considered through consultation with manufacturers. This study offers the cookware product design, such as steak fans, which can be applied both domestic and international markets; everyone can cook food or grill meats to suit their tastes. It is well suited to the modern food culture with advance functions that can't be found in the existing grill fans, and it can lead the cookware product trends that seeks the originality and innovation with its design which can get across in aspects of emotion and appearance.

Purpose - In this study, we aim to explore new distribution strategies for sustainable growth in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, focusing on SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in Korea, and suggest ways to upgrade the government's official distribution channel to the next level. Design/methodology - First of all, this paper explored the prior research, the current status of sales support for SMEs, and the changes in the distribution industry due to COVID-19 pandemic. Based on Moon (2016)'s ABCD strategic model - Agility, Benchmarking, Convergence, and Dedication, the study then derived directions in which official distribution channels should move and the new distribution strategy for Korean SMEs to secure competitive advantage. Findings - First, in terms of 'Agility', in order to upgrade official distribution channels, which are currently at some competitive disadvantages compared to private distribution companies, we must quickly introduce technologies for the 4th industrial revolution, such as AI, Big Data, etc., and establish precise strategies to strengthen the capabilities of SMEs. Second, in terms of 'Benchmarking', the use of "Chamelezones" has been increasing to enhance the competitiveness of offline stores in line with recent ontact trends. Therefore, official distribution channels should also benchmark such cases, strengthening their competitiveness by utilizing offline spaces more efficiently and effectively. Third, in terms of 'Convergence', in line with the rapidly changing trend of the times, official distribution channels should also promote active partnerships with media commerce, e-commerce and ICT platforms, as well as cooperation with private retailers, and focus on creating synergy effects through them. Finally, from the perspective of 'Dedication', digitalization should be promoted step by step, finding the sector that can accelerate digital among the value chains of official distribution channels, and continuing to discuss how to digitize it realistically. Originality/value - Based on this analysis, we have presented strategies and implications for innovating official distribution channels for SMEs, which will contribute to enhancing the competitive advantage of official distribution channels in the post COVID-19 pandemic era.

Several researchers in the early days have studied the concept of creativity and its definition, but with the emergence of an unprecedented infectious disease, creativity attracts more attention in the academic world these days. It is because the ability to respond to change and create something that did not exist before has become an essential competency for survival. Therefore, we proposes a creativity textbook that can be used for teacher training based on a creative education practical strategy model for the purpose of enhancing the creativity of teachers in the field through analysis of various prior studies on creative education. And also, we developed the textbook to teach the principles of information security using creative storytelling techniques. In the teacher training using the textbook, the survey was conducted with 40 questions consisting of originality, fluency, elaboration, synthesis and organization factors in order to confirm the change in the teacher's creativity, and all factors were significantly improved. The textbooks developed in this study are meaningful in that it has increased the utilization of teachers' field education. We hope that this thesis will provide implications for the development of creative fusion textbooks, and related research will be actively conducted in the future.
