This paper is a historical study on mime or pantomime in the chinese theater. What is the origin of chinese mime? This is a very difficult question to answer. But I thought its early model can be found in actions of ancient actors who are believed to precede any genre of theater and actually I could found a very significant proof in historical records which have been ignored generally. It is an episode of Youmeng(優孟) in Chu(楚) dynasty. According to this episode, the history of chinese mime has lasted at least over 2600 years. In my opinion, chinese mime had been organized in ritual genre in early theater and its development had been mostly based on the jiaosehangdang-system(脚色行當制). Most chengshi-movements(程式動作) of zuo(做) and da(打) have been organized in recent several centuries. But a further study on them shows us that the real origin of them is the ancient dance wu(舞). Afterwards the wu(舞) separated into two types of dance the so-called wenwu(文舞) and wuwu(武舞). So we can say that wenwu(文舞) and wuwu(武舞) had a direct influence on most chengshi-movements(程式動作) of zuo(做) and da(打).

Heojun was the top scientist on Medicine in the 16th and 17th centuries and wrote the Dongeubogam describing the top-level medical theory and technology. So far, his outlook on nature has been disregarded even though his medicine is still effective. Through this study, I would like to know if his outlook on nature as well as his medicine is still effective. The conclusions are as follows: 1. According to his output, the origin of the universe started from the spinning of One Gi(一氣) which is quite different from Hawking's theory. Hawking assumed that the origin of the universe started from the Big-bang and will end to the Big-crunch. However, the current report on the origin of a star is quite similar to Heojun's theory and we acknowledge that his view on the origin of the universe is still effective. 2. According to his output, the universe repeats expanding and contracting forever while Hawking assumed it will come to the end, the Big-crunch, based on the expanding universe theory. Some scientists assists that Hawking's assumption should have some contradictions. Now, we acknowledge that Heojun's universal cycling theory which corresponds with modern physical theories is still effective, which would lead to a new environmental movement. 3. His view on the structure of the universe is quite different from the output of the current science, which results from his thought that the nature should be reviewed from the point of human's view. His view on the structure will be able to be updated based on the output of the current science. 4. The universe analogy started from the East Asian area as well as the Greek and Roman area in the ancient. The idea has disappeared since the scientific revolution era in the West while the idea has been deepened and abundant in the East and has become one of the major philosophical bases. Heojun emphasized its importance from the beginning of his book. 5. The nation analogy has been popular all times and places. According to his output, governing a country is like controlling one's body. 6. According to Needham's output, the universe analogy and the nation analogy were based on the ancient developed alchemy. And Harper assumed that Taiosm was based on the macrobiotic hygiene which was developed by the ancient developed alchemists. We acknowledge that xian(仙) cult, macrobiotic hygiene, medicine, alchemy and the ancient philosophy started from our ancients. Heojun's output restored our ancient tradition by combining the macrobiotic hygiene and philosophy with medicine. 7. Roughly predicting yearly weather would be unacceptable by the current scientist but Heojun's yearly weather forecast is still used in the clinic and seems effective to prepare from any epidemic disease. 8. 'Day and Night' and Four seasons are the most important factors to the macrobiotic hygiene according to the Dongeubogam. The new environmental movements should be based on the most important factors, otherwise the human beings as well as the environment would fail to survive. 9. Wind, Coldness, Heat, Humidity, Dryness and Fire represents weather. The six weather factors represent one of six phases of a year which is decided by the areal factors. Heojun preferred the six factors generated in the body itself to them from the outside. He thought a human being was a universe and the six factors generated in the body responded to the factors of the outside. 10. According to his output, Heat and Humidity are the most important factors which make a human being ill. 11. Life span, disease, food, and dwelling are dependent upon the geographical feature, according to Heojun's output. In addition, one's appearance and his five viscera and the six entrails depend on the food as well as the geographical feature. 12. Heath is related with the environment and they effects upon each other. If one is weak, he will be deeply effected by the nature. On the other hand, if one is strong, he will effect on the nature. That's why people live together. 13. According to Heojun's work, the society is an important factor comprising the environment. During a peaceful era, the society becomes stable and human beings are stable as well while they will be on fire during a chaotic era. 14. Medicine deals with human beings who live in the nature, so any medical book cannot be excellent unless it has any description on the nature. Heojun's outlook on the nature turned out to be logical and suitable even from the point of the current view and it is still effective as if his clinical knowledge and technology are still effective. Something unsuitable may be substituted with the output of the current science.

The study on Buddhism architecture in early Joseon dynasty was inactive. The period of King Sejo is important for studying the trend of Buddhism architecture in early Joseon, that was transmitted from the end of Goryeo dynasty, but it was difficult to know its exact situation due to lack of related records. The records were all written by Kim Su-ohn, which are Wongaksabi' 'Sangwonsajungchanggi' 'Bongseonsagi 'Geonginsajungchanggi'. The main hall was mainly second floor and there were necessarily annexed buildings at the right and left of the main hall. So the plane figure of $\Box\Box\Box$ was shown. It was a main stream for main hall. This layout may be referred to search for the origin of the layout in courtyard based structure(中庭形) in the late Joseon dynasty. Most of temples had 3 gates. Some part of horizontal corridor was used as 2 gates and the outer gate, far from main hall, was without corridor. The gate leading to front yard of main hall was called front gate, the next middle gate and the outer gate was Oisamun(外沙門) or Samun(沙門). Im most of the temples, people could enter into the front yard through pavilion which had the function of bell tower. The pavilions were located between front gate and first corridor. It is thought that this layout of the place for making bean curd outside the temple area will contribute to different studies on temples making bean cure in the future. The records about temples's foundation studied above are a little different between temples, but have more similarities. There common denominators represent the architecture tendency of Buddhist temples in the related period. It is thought that such a tendency was also shown on architecture of other temples during the reign of King Sejo as well as Buddhist temples.

This study was conducted to determine recognition of Chikhanwoo, promote its market competitiveness, and vitalize its uses in Korea. This research was carried out on 465 people, including 264 of the general public and 191 livestock farmers. For awareness of Chikhanwoo, 53.6% of the general public and 86.9% of livestock farmers recognized Chikhanwoo (P<0.001) through TV, Internet, news, magazines, and others. For consumption behaviors of Chikhanwoo meat, 4.3% of the general public and 1.9% of livestock farmers have purchased Chikhanwoo meat in the past. Most of them hinted at their intention to repurchase and highly intimated their wish to purchase on whether Chikhanwoo tastes better, is more nutritious and is safer than Hanwoo. In addition, they thought country of origin and price were the most important factors for purchasing (P<0.001). For recognition of the Hanwoo grading system, they preferred $1^{{+}{+}}$ and $1^+$, significantly (P<0.001). For need for quality certification, most respondents thought that the government should introduce a quality certification system for Chikhanwoo. For importance factor of prevalence of Chikhanwoo meat, marketability value had the highest degree of importance, followed by taste, quality, tradition and cooking methods (P<0.001). Results of this study show that domestic consumption of Chikhanwoo can be boosted by supplying Chikhanwoo meat with a differentiated taste and a safety assurance to the general public. There is also need to enhance genetic resources and improve brand value of Chikhanwoo. Continuous research and efforts should be made for the development of the livestock market.

At present, the research of the method of 'Blank-Leaving' can be easily found in works of arts and architecture, while it can be hardly discovered in the academic research of film and television. However, as a means of expression, 'Blank-Leaving' gives a unique artistic charm to film and television works, and its development has a positive aesthetic effect to film arts. In order to go into details of the thought of 'Blank-Leaving' in movies, this paper firstly discusses the definition of 'Blank-Leaving', the history and social origin of 'Blank-Leaving' as well as its relationship with Taoism and its application in traditional Chinese painting. Secondly, this article analyzes its function and artistic expression in the film and television and the ideas sublimation it brings to people by means of combining the thought of 'Blank-Leaving' in Taoism. Finally, this work put forward the method of innovation and perfection of 'Blank-Leaving' in film and television works. This paper shows that, as a means of expression, 'Blank-Leaving' has not only realized the value of beauty, but also strengthened the public awareness of film arts.

Cooking food is very important in Chinese medicine when we regard the food to be the principal origin of the nutrition of human body and the condition required to maitain the activities of the life of human body. Chinese medicine has accumulated the diverse and rich experience of cooking food through long clinical experience as well as made an important contribution to the healthy and long life through the unique theory of cooking food. Chineses medicine has deep view on the relations between food cooking and healthy and long life as well as presented the principle of cooking food created unique ways of food cooking such as food treatment. As the above, from the ancient times, Chinese medicine established Chinese medical science of nutrition under the consciousness of the theory that food and medicine have the same origin and practiced the methods of promoting the health through rightly selecting the foods. Therefore it has been thought that human beings can enjoy healthy life by rich supply of the nutrition. Comfortable ways of sleeping requie the emotion and peace with temperation in pleasure and anger, and also we should be temporate in eating, acting, sleeping posture and be flee from the wind, and we should not put on a quilt when sleep, and we should sleep alone and be careful about sexual life. The concrete measures for sexual intercourse are that: 1) we should marry at the right age not to be married at early age. 2) we should obey nature and not live unmarried life. 3) we should be temperate in having sexual intercoure and in excessive sexual desire. Regarding the residence and clothes: the residence environment should be calm and beautiful and the room for the residence should be well designed to be clean and sanitary and we should wear suitable clothes. All living creatures are living according to the rhythm of the living body and the change of the great nature. The Reason why the living things show the periodical rhythm is not that it is the truth of the great nature, but that the living life itself shall be ceased to be existed in case of running counter to such rhythm. There are 2 specially important things: one is about food in biological view and the other is the residence in social side. By starting from the theory that food and medicine have the same origin and root, we should rightly select the foods to promote the health at the maximum, and it is very important for human to be well obeying the environment and temperate in the life of residence and mind (Choi, Sam Byun, Shon, Sook Young, 1997). As the above, the cook in Chinese medicine suggests us the suitable ways of achieving the goal of nursing. Therefore the continuous study of this field is necessary based on this my study though it is unsatisfactory at this time but it would be the basic materals in establishing the nursing science of Chinese medicine.

This paper discusses the geometrical interpretation of the Taegeuk Shapes of Kameun Temple through the geometric analysis of mathematics. Based on the literature, This paper attempted to clarify that the origin of Gameunsa's founding of the spirit of patriotism may coincide with historical records through historical literature and geometric meaning. First, the background of the founding of Kameun temple, geographical location located near the East Sea, especially the history of the ancient Chinese mathematics at the time, And that mathematical knowledge influenced all fields such as agriculture, architecture, and art. Secondly, it is related to the historical record as the space of about 60 centimeters, which is uniquely underground, was identified as the structure of the excavated space. It is thought that there is a strong correlation with the origin that the King Munmu changed into a dragon, and set up the temple to be able to stay. Based on these, the clues of the interpretation of the taegeuk and the triangular pattern were searched in the samcheon yanggi(參天兩地) of the Oriental and circumference of the Western. The taegeuk and triangular patterns represent the symbols of yin-yang harmony, which correspond to the origin of its creation. the Korean people regarded the mysterious dragon as a symbol of yinyang harmony. In conclusion the Shapes of Kameun temple's stone is consistent with the contents mentioned in the historical record.

How to see nature and how to define the relation between nature and the human certainly influence fundamental attitude toward nature and any results derived from the attitude. Therefore, in order to figure out a way for how the humans and nature should coexist, the thesis has began a philosophical analysis on the origin of the biomimetics. Based on findings from the analysis, the thesis would work on the features of biomimicry space, presenting related possibilities. For the philosophical characteristic of the thesis which was an ecological world view, introduced at the end of mechanical world view era, the ideas of Spinoza, Nietzsche, Bergson and Deleuze about nature were quoted. Based on what the philosophers have said, the thesis looks into successful ideas, designs and ways of living that nature has shown by itself. After all, the purpose of the thesis is to investigate the constantly changing space of the biomimetics by organic forms, autonomous systems and dividing programs. Based on this, nine cases were analyzed to derive the characteristics. As a result, organic forms, autonomous systems and dividing programs characteristics of ecological appear simultaneously in harmony. Biomimicry space can coexist with nature and the human is an effective way.

It is well known that proteins present in the primary urine are reabsorbed in the renal proximal tubules, and that this reabsorption is mediated via the megalin-cubilin complex and the neonatal $Fc{\gamma}$ receptor. However, the reabsorption is also thought to be influenced by an electrostatic interaction between protein molecules and the microvilli of the renal proximal tubules. By analyzing the charge diversity of urinary IgG, we showed that this reabsorption process occurs in a cationic charge-preferential manner. The charge-selective molecular sieving function of the glomerular capillary walls has long been a target of research since Brenner et al. demonstrated the existence of this function by a differential clearance study by using the anionic dextran sulfate polymer. However, conclusive evidence was not obtained when the study was performed using differential clearance of serum proteins. We noted that immunoglobulin (Ig) A and IgG have similar molecular sizes but distinct molecular isoelectric points. Therefore, we studied the differential clearance of these serum proteins (clearance IgA/clearance IgG) in podocyte diseases and glomerulonephritis. In addition, we studied this differential clearance in patients with Dent disease rather than in normal subjects because the glomerular sieving function is considered to be normal in subjects with Dent disease. Our results clearly showed that the charge-selective barrier is operational in Dent disease, impaired in podocyte disease, and lacking in glomerulonephritis.

Endothelin has $ET_{A}$ type and $ET_{B}$ type receptors, and it has been thought that ET-1 proves vasoconstriction effect via $ET_{A}$ receptor and vasodilation via $ET_{B}$ receptor. Recently, it has been reported that $ET_{B}$ receptor is also related to the vaso-constriction. Bosentan is a $ET_{A+B}$ receptor antagonist, and proves it's effect on trauma and ischemia. We already announced that the level of Endothelin-1 increase in the brain and spinal cord of EAE-induced lewis rat and showed the origin of ET-1 is activated macrophages. Intracisternal injection of Bosentan, $ET_{A+B}$ receptor antagonist, (300nmol/body) was done for observing the role of endothelin-1 on the pathogenesis of EAE. Bosentan ameliorated the severity of clinical score of EAE and decreased the histologically observed inflammatory region. The blocking effect on the progression of EAE model suggests that Bosentan is a physiological antagonist in terms of development of the sign of multiple sclerosis.
