조직 구성원의 기업가정신 수준(역량, 태도, CEO 지원)이 기업의 기업가적 문화와 구조, 운영체계에 미치는 영향: 국내 디자인기업을 중심으로 (The Effect of Employee's Entrepreneurship Level (Capacity, Attitude, CEO Support) on Entrepreneurial Culture, Structure and Operation Systems of Corporate: Focused on Design Corporate in Korea)

  • 불확실한 미래와 급변하는 환경에서 기업은 혁신적인 경영활동을 필요로 한다. 주요 선진국들은 가치와 비전을 창출하는 경영전략으로 디자인을 통해 다양한 고부가가치 창출하여 벤처 및 창업기업의 육성과 기업 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 기업은 디자인을 활용하여 기업의 가치를 높이고 신제품 및 서비스로 신시장을 개척하는 디자인산업에 많은 관심과 지원이 집중되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기업은 혁신적이고 창의적인 활동이 요구되며, 기업가정신의 함양을 통해 창조적인 기업으로 이끌어야 한다. 이제 기업가정신은 개인적 수준을 넘어 조직적 수준에서 효과적인 프로세스를 구축함으로써 성공적인 기업가정신을 제고해야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 창의적 활동이 적극적으로 요구되는 디자인산업 내 디자인기업 구성원 351명을 대상으로 사내 기업가정신의 개인 및 조직 관점에서 실증 분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과는 디자인기업 구성원의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, CEO 지원은 문화와 구조에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 구성원의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, CEO 지원은 운영체계에 영향이 없는 것으로 나타나 사내 기업가정신의 활성화를 위한 운영체계 구축이 필요하다는 결과를 도출했다. 본 연구를 통하여 디자인기업의 사내 기업가정신 수준을 높여야 하는 당위성을 강조하고 기업의 지속적인 성장을 위한 기업가정신 제고의 방안이 요구된다. 또한 개인 수준에서 구성원의 기업가정신이 조직 수준에서 발현될 수 있도록 체계적인 운영체계를 마련하여 인프라를 적극적으로 활용하는 것이 중요하다는 실무적 시사점을 제언하였다.

집단 인지정서행동요법 프로그램이 간호사의 직무스트레스, 소진, 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Group Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy on the Nurses' Job Stress, Burnout, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop a Group REBT program with group counseling for nurses and test the effect of group counseling on their job stress, burnout, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Methods: A quasi-experimental study with nonequivalent control group design was employed to identify the effect of the Group REBT program on nurses' job stress, burnout, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Data were collected from 47 participants from two hospitals. The data from the experimental (n=23) and control (n=24) groups were analyzed from January 5 to April 3, 2015. The Group REBT program was conducted eight tmes in all, once a week, with each session lasting 180 minutes. The effect of experimental intervention was measured for each group using a series of structured questionnaires at each of the phases: Pre-intervention, post-intervention (immediately after intervention), and post-intervention (four weeks after intervention). Following this, the significance of the changes in the scores was tested. Results: The scores of the experimental group, which received the Group REBT program, were compared with those of the control group; the hypotheses were supported in terms of job stress (F=8.85, p<.001), burnout (F=5.62, p=.022), job satisfaction (F=2.70, p=.042), organizational commitment (F=2.97, p=.048), and turnover intention (F=4.60, p=.012). Conclusion: The Group REBT program was shown to be an effective intervention that could reduce nurses' job stress and burnout and increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, the Group REBT program can be adopted by nursing organizations to strategically decrease nurses' turnover intention.

제조기업 실행공동체의 사회적 자본이 조직의 지식공유특성 및 개인혁신활동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Social Capital on Organizational Knowledge Sharing Characteristics and Individual Innovation Activities in Community of Practice of Manufacturing Company)

  • Purpose The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of social capitals on organizational knowledge sharing characteristics and individual innovation activities in community of practice (CoP) of manufacturing company. Design/methodology/approach For this purpose, we divide social capitals as three dimensions, i.e. structural, relational, and cognitive dimension. Structural dimension also consists of closure and Brokerage. Relational social capital is defined as trust about colleagues, superior authorities, and organization. Then, cognitive social capital is defined as a shared understanding among individuals, such as a shared language and codes within CoP. Knowledge Sharing is defined as quantity and quality of shared knowledge. We also defines the cause and effect relationships among social capitals, organizational knowledge sharing characteristics, and individual innovation activities in CoP of manufacturing company as follows. The social capitals will have positive effects on quality of shared knowledge. Then the quality of shared knowledge will have positive effects on the individual innovation activities. This paper tested the validity of these hypothesized casual effects and the sub-hypothesized causal relationships. For the purpose, we used the Partial Least Squares (PLS) for analyzing the causal relationships. Findings Our empirical results show that social capitals of CoP mostly have effects on organizational knowledge sharing characteristics (quantity and quality of shared knowledge) and knowledge sharing activities also have effects on individual innovative activities in the workplace. In this study, these result have a significant implication that a private company will be able to gain organizational innovative performance much better by strengthening CoP supporting activities.

의료기관인증이 병원 근로자가 지각하는 환자안전과 질, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 효과 -일개 종합병원을 대상으로- (The impact of healthcare accreditation on patient safety and quality, job satisfaction and organizational commitment: about a general hospital)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관인증이 병원 근로자가 지각하는 환자안전과 질, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 효과를 평가하기 위한 단일집단 사전 사후 검사 설계연구이다. 대상자는 서울시내 일개 종합병원에서 1년 이상 근무한 405명을 대상으로 하였다. 시험처치는 2012년 4월부터 준비를 시작하여 2012년 11월 의료기관평가인증원으로부터 조사를 받은 의료기관인증이며, 자료 분석은 SPSS(version 18.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 paired t-test와 One-Way ANOVA로 검정하였다. 연구결과, 연구결과, 의료기관인증 후 병원근로자가 지각하는 환자안전과 질(t=7.28, p=.000), 직무만족(t=7.13, p=.000) 및 조직몰입(t=3.44, p=.001)은 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 의료기관인증은 환자안전과질, 직무만족 및 조직몰입을 증진시키는 데 효과가 있다고 볼 수 있다.

GWP 구현을 위한 조직문화 증진활동의 효과 (Promoting a nursing organizational culture for Great Workplace(GWP): a Korean experience)

  • The purpose of this GWP project was two-fold:(1) to launch an organizational culture improvement for great workplace (2) to improve the perception of nursing personnel on communication and team work in a surgical nursing department of a teaching hospital in Seoul. Using one group pretest-posttest design, nursing personnel's perception on organizational culture related to communication and team work was evaluated. A 10-item, 5-point scale (1.5) survey was administered to 209 nursing personnel in January 2009 and again to 191 nursing personnel in October 2009. From January 2009, AMANNA team has taken activities focused on trust, pride, and fun. AMANNA is an abbreviation of Korean language, which means wonderful meeting and sharing in English. Monthly activities are as follows: choral concerts by nurse managers, welcome and farewell events, praising members for their services, explaining current circumstances, etc. Special activities are as follows: a New Year's greeting party, a spring picnic, beauty classes, a lecture on drug administration, cultural lectures using videos, and presentations of academic posters and another activity. The reliability of measurement was Cronbach's ${\alpha}$: 0.917(pretest), 0.954(posttest). Most nursing personnel's perception on organizational culture was improved (pretest mean=3.50 and posttest mean=3.78, p<.001). "A sense of belonging" showed the greatest improvement among the 10 items(3.18 vs. 3.56, p<.001). "Trust each other" showed the highest score (mean=3.98) in posttest. Frequency of participation and satisfaction showed a significant relationship(r=0.179, p=.021). We believe that this project has made a contribution towards a positive organizational culture. The keys to this initiative's preliminary success have been the leadership support and flexibility in implementing the interventions tailored to the hospital.

Effect of Green Transformational Leadership and Organizational Environmental Culture on Manufacturing Enterprise Low Carbon Innovation Performance

  • Previous studies stated that low carbon innovation performance could be influenced by government regulations and the green market, which is the new trend of consumer consumption in the present time, mainly focusing on external factors. Before study augured that low carbon innovation performance could be driven by internal and external factors of cooperation such as institutional pressure, stakeholder pressure, and innovation resources. However, the study of green transformational leadership and organizational environmental culture on low carbon innovation performance is rare, especially in Chinese manufacturing, as well as the effect of influencing factors of TPB model: environmental attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior capability on low carbon innovation performance. Previous studies mostly used the TPB model for predicting individual behavior. This study established a theoretical model combining the TPB model with green transformational leadership and organizational environmental culture of Chinese automobile manufacturing on low carbon innovation performance. This study consists of two sections of research methodology: section 1 related to questionnaire design and data collection. We established a questionnaire and distributed it online, targeting responses from the managerial level working in Chinese automobile manufacturing. Eventually, 155 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. Section 2 involved data analysis using statistical software. Reliability and data validity was examined by reliability analysis and factor analysis. Correlations and convergent validity analyses were applied, and structural equation modeling was conducted to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicated that green transformational leadership, organizational environmental culture, and essential factors of TPB model; environmental attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior capability positively affect low carbon innovation performance. In addition, the indirect effect of green transformational leadership was tested and found that organizational environmental culture and TPB factors mediated the relationship between transformational leadership and low carbon innovation performance.

사이버대학에서 인지된 고립감, 조직의 지원, 만족도, 학습지속의향간 구조적 관계 규명 (Investigating The Structural Relationships Among Perceived isolation, Organizational Support, Satisfaction and Consistency in Cyber University)

  • 본 연구는 사이버대학에서 인지적 고립감, 조직의 지원, 만족도, 학습지속의향 간의 구조적 인과관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 H 사이버대학교 2011년 1학기 컴퓨터전공생 373명을 대상으로 구조방정식 모델링 분석을 통해 연구가설을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 조직의 지원이 인지된 고립감에 영향을 미치는가를 살펴본 결과 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직의 지원과 인지된 고립감이 학습자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 가를 살펴본 결과 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직의 지원, 인지된 고립감, 만족도가 학습지속의향에 영향을 미치는 가를 살펴본 결과 조직의 지원을 제외한 인지된 고립감, 만족도만이 학습지속의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인지된 고립감은 조직의 지원과 만족도 그리고 학습지속의향을 매개하고 있고, 만족도는 인지된 고립감과 조직의 지원, 학습지속의향 간을 매개하고 있음이 추가적으로 검증되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 사이버 교육환경에서 학습자의 만족도와 학습지속의향을 높이기 위해 학습을 설계할 시 조직의 지원과 함께 학습자의 고립감을 줄이기 위한 다양한 방법과 전략들이 제공되어야 함을 시사한다.

성과 촉진자로서의 HRD 시스템적 관점 (A Systems Perspective on Performance Engineering in HRD)

  • HRD 프로페셔널은 계획, 조직 개발, 조직 디자인 등과 같은 전략적인 경영 협력 활동을 통해 생산성의 향상을 도모한다. 특정한 개입 방안만을 제시하는 것은 조직의 기본적인 시스템을 변화시키거나 향상시킬 수 없으므로 시스템적 관점을 지향하는 것은 전략 개발에 중요하다. 조직을 시스템적으로 운영하기 위해 HRD 프로페셔널은 문제해결에 있어서의 조직 내 저항을 잘 다룰 뿐만 아니라 변화관련당사자와의 협업을 통해 제시된 문제해결의 효과를 양적으로 측정할 수 있는 방법을 밝힐 수 있어야한다. 또한 HRD 프로페셔널은 경영 목표들간의 일치 혹은 통일성, 프로세스 디자인, 프로세스 운영에서 핵심적인 역할을 할 필요가 있다. 성과에 대한 정책과 실행을 지역의 문화적 특성을 고려하여 기획하는 것 역시 중요한 과제 중의 하나이다.

패밀리 레스토랑 브랜드 아이덴티티가 소비자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Family Restaurant Brand Identity on the Purchase Intention of Consumer)

  • As multinational brands have made inroads into domestic food service industry, and its recognition has been high to consumers, This research has tried to examine the general identity of brand, their recognition, and re-purchase behaviors. The purpose of this study is to inquire into how the brand value by brand identity was caused by recent development of food service industry, and how it had an effect on the purchase behaviors of them. In particular, factors of general identity have a significant effect on the revisit and purchase intention, as the image and ads of family restaurant among brand property factors of family restaurant showed an significant effect on the revisit intention. This study was made with priority given to the brand identity as four brand factors such as product brand, organizational brand, community brand and design brand based on the confidence. Results found that the community brand and design brand had a significant difference on purchase intention. Consequently, it has been suggested that the marketing strategies to make the brand identity strong have to be established with various brand enhancement tactics in the food service industry.

  • This paper reports results of a recent survey of 184 Information Technology(IT) development practitioners and 90 User Interface (UI)/usability practitioners. This survey covered a broad range of issues including the respondents' profile, current development environment, usability and user-centered design (UCD) adoption issues in development, overall assessment of usability/UCD in Korea, and the most widely used methods and techniques. The results of this study are expected to provide an empirical basis for usability and UCD planning, training, adoption and execution in IT industry of Korea.
