대전지역 주부의 친환경농산물 구매행동 (The Housewives' Purchase Behaviors on Environment-friendly Agricultural Products in Daejeon Area)

  • This study was to investigate the housewives' purchase behaviors on the environment-friendly agricultural products (EFAP) by survey in Daejeon area housewives. 390 questionnaires were used and analysed. Most of the subjects were female (92.6%) distributed evenly in their 40's (55.4%), and graduated from high school (43.6%) or college (36.4%). Subjects' occupation was most housewives (64.1%) and 77.4% of the subjects had monthly family income of 2 million won or more. 76.9% of the subjects had purchased EFAP already. The reason of purchasing EFAP was mainly "good for health" (80.3%), and reason for non-purchasing was "high prices" (28%) or "not so trustworthy" (25.6%). The most purchasing frequency was "once a week" (29%). 46.7% of the subjects spent 20% of their agricultural product cost for EFAP and 38.7% of them spent less than 30,000 won per month for EFAP. On checking of EFAP labeling, the housewives scored 3.59 for the validate date, 3.25 for the place of origin, 2.8 for the quality certification mark by 4-point Likert scale. 65.1% of the subject had intention to increase purchasing of EFAP in future. To promote the consumption of EFAP, the improvement factors were price-cutting (47.9%), trust on producers (18.2%) and quality betterment (17.7%). Accordingly, the consumers prefer EFAP for wellbeing health of families; however, they hesitate to buy due to their high price and the low reliability on producers of EFAP. Thus the producers and the related organization of EFAP should contrive proper countermeasures to increase consumer's satisfaction level on their credibility and price of EFAP.

  • The differentiators of this study are as follows. I would like to consider the factors that the compensation, considering the characteristics of the members of the ICT construction company, affects the turnover and suggest ways to promote the welfare of ICT construction company members in the fourth industrial revolution. The purpose of this study is to look at how perceived compensation affects the degree of turnover by members of small ICT construction companies through organizational Commitment and job placement. Specifically, the independent variable looks at the causal relationship between organizational civic behavior and organizational trust through Turnover intention. First, in the fourth industrial revolution, the management of the tasks of members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on their organizational immersion and job alignment. Second, in the fourth industrial revolution, the management of wages by members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on organizational immersion and job alignment. Third, in the fourth industrial revolution, the promotion management of members of ICT construction companies did not have a positive impact on their organizational immersion and job alignment Fourth, in the fourth industrial revolution, the concentration of members of ICT construction companies' organization is found to have a positive influence on turnover. Fifth, in the fourth industrial revolution, the job alignment of members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on turnover.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 항공사 협력업체 조직구성원의 공급사슬관리 특성 인식이 관계만족에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 협업의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 설문조사기법을 통한 실증연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 정보공유를 제외한 신뢰구축, 몰입, 비젼공유 요인이 협업에 유의미한 선행요인으로 검증되었다. 또한 협업 요인을 관계만족 요인에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 부가적으로 협업의 매개효과 검정을 통해 공급사슬관리 특성 인식과 관계만족 사이에 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

전자무역 플랫폼의 기본요건과 운영방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Basic Requirements and Operation Plan of E-trade Platform)

  • The rapid development of internet information technology has increased interest in e-Trade these days, but it is not activated greatly up to now. In order to promote e-Trade, it is essential to construct cooperative process such as connecting systems among trade related parties. Building e-Trade platform which is based on the infrastructure of the past trade automatic system is key point of promoting e-Trade. To do this, a study on the basic concept and specific components of e-Trade platform is needed absolutely. At this point of view, after this paper has examined domestic and foreign studies on the fundamental technologies about electronic commerce, it drew several key technologies that could be applied to e-Trade considering the current IT trend. Then it evaluates these technologies according to Technology Reference Model(TRM) of the National Computerization Agency. This will help us to show the operation strategy as well as the concept of future e-Trade platform and its composition. On the basis of the theoretical background, this paper classified NCA's technology model into 6 fields, which are application. data, platform, communication, security and management. Considering the key technologies, e-Trade platform has to be mutually connected and accept international standards such as XML. In the aspect of business side, trade relative agencies' business process as well as trading company's process has to be considered. Therefore, e-Trade platform can be classified into 3 parts which are service, infrastructure and connection. Infrastructure part is compared of circulating and managing system of electronic document, interface and service framework. Connecting service (application service) and additional service (application service) consist of service part. Connecting part is a linking mutual parts and can be divided into B2B service and B20 service. The organization operating this e-trade platform must have few responsibilities and requirements. It needs to positively accept existing infrastructure of trade automatic system and improving the system to complete e-trade platform. It also have to continuously develop new services and possess ability to operate the system for providing proper services to demanders. As a result, private sector that can play a role as TTP(Third Trust Party) is adequate for operating the system. In this case, revising law is necessary to support the responsibility and requirement of private sector.

전사적 보안협업을 위한 핵심성공요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Critical Success Factors for Enterprise Security Collaboration)

  • 전사적 보안을 위한 요구사항은 점차 커지고 있는 반면, 이를 구현하기 위한 수단 중 하나인 보안협업에 대한 연구는 매우 미흡하다. 따라서 본 논문은 보안협업에 대한 개념 정립을 통해 보안협업의 유형을 분석하고, 효과적 보안협업 수행을 위한 핵심 성공요인들을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 조직관리 분야에서의 기존 연구를 조사 분석하여 보안협업 모델을 정립하였고, 협업에 영향을 미치는 요인 및 보안특성을 반영하여 협업 인력, 협업 프로세스, 협업 환경 등 세 영역에서 여덟 개의 변수를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 경력 3년 이상 보안 및 IT 전문가 106명의 데이터를 수집, PLS-SEM를 사용하여 검증을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과로는 협업 구성원의 신뢰성, 전문성, 참여 동기와 협업 성과기준, 최고경영자의 의지, 협업지원도구 등이 보안협업에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.

해양경찰 파출소 조직의 건강성과 조직효과성에 관한 연구 - 근무자의 인식을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Health and Organizational Effectiveness of Korea Coast Guard Substation organization: Focused on Recognition of Workers)

  • 본 논문은 일선파출소에 근무하는 해양경찰관들을 조사대상으로 하여 해양경찰 파출소 조직의 건강성 수준을 파악하고, 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 조직건강성 측정지표들을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 해양경찰 파출소 조직의 건강성 수준은 업무스트레스를 제외한 모든 측정지표들에서 평균 이상인 것으로 나타나, 조직건강성 수준은 양호한 것으로 판단되었다. 둘째, 조직효과성에 의미있는 영향을 미치는 조직건강성 측정지표들은 개발문화, 보수, 동료관계, 승진제도, 감독, 직무자율성, 직무자체, 조직신뢰감, 업무지향성 등으로 나타났다. 특히 보수, 동료관계, 직무자율성, 직무자체, 조직신뢰감, 업무지향성 등의 측정지표들은 조직효과성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 현행 해양경찰조직의 개발문화, 승진제도, 감독 등은 일선파출소에 근무하는 해양경찰관의 조직효과성에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

초기 청소년들(Tweens)의 정보요구와 유튜브(YouTube)에서의 정보추구행태 (Tweens' Information Needs and Information Practices on YouTube)

  • 본 연구는 초기 청소년들이 일상에서 가장 선호하는 정보원이자 정보검색 도구로 사용되고 있는 유튜브(YouTube) 모바일 동영상 플랫폼상에서의 정보이용행태를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 초기 청소년들의 일상생활 속에서의 고민 즉 정보요구는 무엇이며 이 정보요구를 만족시키기 위해 어떤 정보원을 어떻게 사용하고 있는지 살펴보고 유튜브 매체를 이용할 때의 정보요구와 이용행태를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 초기 청소년(12~14세)을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 데이터를 수집후 통계분석하여 각 인구학적 특성별로 정보이용행태에 어떤 차이를 보이는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 초기 청소년들은 유튜브를 이들의 일상정보요구를 만족시키는 중요 정보원으로 인식하고 있으며 특히 여가정보를 찾기 위해 가장 빈번히 그리고 적극적으로 이용하고 있었다. 또한, 초기 청소년들은 찾기 쉽고 간단하며 편리하기 때문에, 그리고 쉬운 동영상 정보가 많기 때문에 유튜브에서 정보를 주로 탐색하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 밝혀낸 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 도출하고, 학교 및 공공도서관으로 대표되는 정보기관들에서 초기 청소년들을 위한 정보서비스를 기획할 때 참고해야 할 요소들을 제언하였다.

Improving the Decision-Making Process in the Higher Learning Institutions via Electronic Records Management System Adoption

  • Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) is a computer program or set of applications that is utilized for keeping up to date records along with their storage. ERMS has been extensively utilized for enhancing the performance of academic institutions. The system assists in the planning and decision-making processes, which in turn enhances the competencies. However, although ERMS is significant in supporting the process of decision-making, the majority of organizations have failed to take an initiative to implement it, taking into account that are some implementing it without an appropriate framework, and thus resulted in the practice which does not meet the accepted standard. Therefore, this study identifies the factors influencing the adoption of ERMS among employees of HLI in Yemen and the role of such adoption in the decision-making process, using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) along with Technology, Organization and Environment (TOE) as the underpinning theories. The study conducts a cross-sectional survey with a questionnaire as the technique for data collection, distributed to 364 participants in various Yemeni public Higher Learning Institutions (HLI). Using AMOS as a statistical method, the findings revealed there are significant and positive relationships between technology factors (effort expectancy, performance expectancy, IT infrastructure and security), organizational factors (top management support, financial support, training, and policy),environmental factors (competitiveness pressure, facilitating conditions and trust) and behavioral intention to adopt ERMS, which in return has a significant relationship with the process of decision-making in HLI. The study also presents a variety of theoretical and empirical contributions that enrich the body of knowledge in the field of technology adoption and the electronic record's domain.

OECD 국가 코로나19 대응정책 효율성 분석 (Evaluation of the COVID-19 Policies in OECD Countries)

  • Background: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which has occurred since the end of 2019, has caused tremendous damage not only in terms of disease and death but also in terms of economy. Accordingly, governments implemented health and quarantine policies to prevent the transmission and spread of COVID-19 and minimize economic effects, and implemented various countermeasures to reduce social and economic damage. However, the damage varies from country to country, and there are differences in the response of each government. Methods: Using 2020 data from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development countries, the effectiveness of governments' quarantine and economic policies in response to COVID-19 was calculated, and what factors determine the effectiveness were analyzed. While most of the previous studies analyzed the relationship between the government's quarantine policy and corona transmission and death, this study is characterized by considering the economic aspect in addition. Results: As a result of the analysis, the following results were obtained. First, when economic aspects are not considered, Asian and European countries have similar levels of efficiency, but when economic aspects are taken into account, Asian countries have higher efficiency. Second, population density had a negative effect on the efficiency of each country's policy, and long-term orientation was found to have an important impact when considering the economic aspect. Conclusion: We found that the governance index is an important variable influencing the efficiency, which shows that the effectiveness of government policies in response to the coronavirus depends heavily on the trust relationship between the government and the people.

  • 암묵지는 전이를 통해 증식되며, 가치 또한 증대된다. 암묵지 전이는 조직의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 가장 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 암묵지 전이가 매우 중요함에도 불구하고, 암묵지 전이는 활발히 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 암묵지 전이를 방해하는 장벽이 암묵지 전이를 저해하고 있기 때문이다. 암묵지 전이를 방해하는 장벽은 지식과 지식전문가에 대한 이해부족, 업무 가중 및 미흡한 보상, 신뢰부족과 지식 접착성(Knowledge Stickiness)이다. 암묵지 전이의 장벽을 극복하기 위해서는 암묵지 지식전이를 주도적으로 추진하는 대리인이 필요하다. 지식중개자는 암묵지 전이를 위한 근간이며, 효율적인 지식네트워크의 구축은 암묵지 전이를 위한 핵심성공요소이다. 그러나 지식네트워크 관련된 대부분의 연구는 네트워크의 근접성과 밀도, 중심성 등 기초지표를 활용하는 수준에 머무르고 있다. 암묵지 전이 활성화를 위한 새로운 지식중개인 진단 프레임워크가 필요하다. 따라서 사회연결망분석을 기반으로 조직관점 및 지식근로자관점의 암묵지 전이를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 BSKT 구축안을 제시하고자 한다.
