대학도서관 조직의 외부 환경요인에 관한 고찰 (The Elements of the External Environment of University Library Organization.)

  • This study is on the external environment of University library organization, to establish the theoretical background of scientific organization. The library is heavily influenced by its environment and much of the library manager's time is spent trying to reduce these envitronmental influences. The library, basic facility of the university has two environments: external and internal. The external environment is consist of educational, political, economical, cultural, technological and physical environment in society, Internal environment is consist of the university and the library condition. Several subjects of external environment which effect the construction of library organization are selected the elements of this study.

O-JMeSH: creating a bilingual English-Japanese controlled vocabulary of MeSH UIDs through machine translation and mutual information

  • Previous approaches to create a controlled vocabulary for Japanese have resorted to existing bilingual dictionary and transformation rules to allow such mappings. However, given the possible new terms introduced due to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the emphasis on respiratory and infection-related terms, coverage might not be guaranteed. We propose creating a Japanese bilingual controlled vocabulary based on MeSH terms assigned to COVID-19 related publications in this work. For such, we resorted to manual curation of several bilingual dictionaries and a computational approach based on machine translation of sentences containing such terms and the ranking of possible translations for the individual terms by mutual information. Our results show that we achieved nearly 99% occurrence coverage in LitCovid, while our computational approach presented average accuracy of 63.33% for all terms, and 84.51% for drugs and chemicals.

기업의 조직문화와 기업의 규모에 따른 ERP 시스템 도입의 성공요인 분석 (Analysis of ERP System Success Factors Depending on Organizational Culture and Size)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the success factors of ERP system in corporations and to know what is different in the factors depending on organizational culture and size. Considering there are various results from introduction of the same information technology(IT), it is implied that organizational characteristics make a difference. In this thesis we did factor analysis and multiple regression about the factors based on the previous studies and analyzed the priorities depending on organizational culture and size. The results show that mechanistic organization has key success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while organic organization has those of work process change and project team abilities. Plus bigger sized organization has success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while small sized organization has those of work process change and project team abilities.

기업의 조직간 정보시스템(IOS)의 도입에 관한 연구 (A Study on Adoption of Inter-Organizational Systems (IOS))

  • With the progress of IT, the strategic use of information systems (IS) has been applied to the inter-organization business areas, that is called Inter-organization Systems (IOS). Previous IT diffusion researches or IT adoption researches have been focused to newly emerged IT but confined into individual organization. However, IOS such as internet relates with between organizations. In this sense, this research has analysed the IT diffusion factors affected by IOS based on the previous studies of IT adoption. This study employed a research model using the factors of adopting IOS in organization, and conducted an empirical research with questionaries with top domestic 80 firms. And the finding is that the factors of the CIO support, business partners and an industry community have significance but other factors such as the size of firm, the degree of IS maturity, the degree of firm centrality, the complexity or suitability of IOS does not.

  • Since 1990's, many enterprises have constructed Integration Information System. Especially, they want to become an advanced company use ERP package. Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and discontinued next activity for promotion. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. Also, it proposed next study subject about investigate the role of the member of task force team as a factor that makes the ERP system a success. The results of this study can be used for a successful construction of the ERP system as a solution about internal problems of Project team.

Linking Social Capital, Knowledge Sharing/Conversion, and Organizational Performance in a Customer Service Organization

  • This study attempts to examine the importance of social capital in customer service organizations and clarifies how translates into organizational performance through knowledge management activities. A survey was conducted with the customer service employees, and 256 questionnaires were used for an empirical analysis with smart partial least squares (PLS). The analysis found that relational capital had a positive effect on both the knowledge management components of knowledge sharing and knowledge conversion, while structural capital significantly influenced knowledge sharing. In addition, human capital positively affected knowledge conversion. Both knowledge sharing and knowledge conversion significantly influenced organizational performance. This study proposed a conceptual framework of social capital that influences organizational performance mediated by an organization's knowledge management activities. Based on the results, we suggest practical guidelines for managing social capital and recommend areas of improvement for customer organization's managers and employees.

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 공공도서관의 평생교육 조직체제를 재정립하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현재의 평생교육 조직과 직원 현황을 조사하고, 평생교육 관리자가 제시하는 문제점을 분석하였다. 이 분석자료를 토대로 평생교육 조직체제의 개선방안을 제안하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 전사적 자원관리 시스템에서 제공되는 기능 중에서 기업회계 및 재무 부문의 전략적인 정보 제공의사결정을 지원하는 회계정보 시스템의 도입에 관련한 영향 요인과 경영 성과에 관하여 연구하였으며, 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직구조 특성 요인 중 조직의 분권화 정도와 정보기술 특성요인 중 정보기술 기반구조는 재무 적/비 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 회계정보 특성은 부분적으로 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 셋째, 조직의 규모는 부분적으로 재무적 성과에 조절적인 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 본 연구에서 사용한 일부 연구 변수들은 재무적 성과에는 중요한 영향요인으로 분석되지 않았으나, 비 재무적 성과에는 대부분 영향을 미치고 있어 향후 회계정보 시스템의 도입 시 전략적으로 고려해 볼 수 있는 도입 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

융복합시대에 지식서비스기업 최고경영자의 변혁적 리더십과 학습조직 구축요인이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Knowledge-based Service Organization CEO' Transformational Leader ship and Learning Organization Building Factors on Innovative Behavior in the Age of Convergence)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 융복합서비스의 특성을 보이는 지식서비스 산업에 대하여 최고경영자의 변혁적 리더십과 학습조직이 구성원들의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과 리더십과 혁신행동간 관계에서 조절변수로서 학습조직의 역할을 탐구하는데 있었다. 본 연구를 위한 자료는 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 수도권 소재 35개 지식서비스기업 종사자 348명으로부터 수집하였다. 자료분석은 위계적 회귀분석방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 최고경영자의 변혁적 리더십과 학습조직구축의 7요인이 혁신행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 학습조직구축의 7요인 중 지속적인 학습기회의 창출, 연구와 대화의 활성화, 팀(부서)단위 협업 및 학습촉진, 전략적 학습리더십의 4가지 요인만이 변혁적 리더십과 혁신행동 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과가 갖는 이론적 실무적 함의를 논의하고, 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
