  • 미원유기질비료(味元有機質肥料)의 시용(施用)이 인삼(人蔘)의 발아(發芽)와 생육(生育) 및 토양(土壤)의 이화학성(理化學性)에 미치는 영향을 조사(調査)하여 연구(硏究) 검토(檢討)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 인삼종자(人蔘種子)의 발아율(發芽率)은 대조구(對照區)에 비(比)하여 미원(味元) 유기질비료(有機質肥料)를 질소성분량(窒素成分量)으로 10a당(當) 2.5kg, 5kg, 10kg을 처리(處理)한 구(區) 순(順)으로 양호(良好)하였으며 15kg을 시용(施用)한 구(區)는 대조구(對照區)와 비슷하였다. 2. 묘삼(苗蔘)의 결주율(缺株率)은 질소성분량(窒素成分量)으로 10a당(當) 15kg 시용(施用)한 구(區)가 가장 높았고 또한 묘삼(苗蔘)의 생육(生育)도 불량(不良)하였다. 10kg구(區)는 대조구(對照區)와 비슷하였으며 2.5kg, 5kg의 순(順)으로 결주율(缺株率)이 낮아서 5kg/10a구(區)가 가장 양호(良好)하였다. 3. 묘삼(苗蔘)의 근중(根重)은 10kg구(區)와 5kg처리구(處理區)에서 비슷하게 가장 무거운 중량(重量)을 나타내어 다른 처리구(處理區)에 비(比)하여 유의성(有意性) 있는 증가(增加)를 보였으나 2.5kg, 대조구(對照區), 15kg처리구(處理區)의 순(順)으로 묘삼(苗蔘)의 중량(重量)이 가벼웠으며 수량(收量)도 적었다. 4. 미원유기질비료(味元有機質肥料)의 시용량(施用量)과 균삼채굴전(菌蔘採掘前) 후(後) 각(各) 처리구토양(處理區土壤)의 리화학적성질(理化學的性質)을 비교(比較) 검토(檢討)한 결과(結果) 다른 성질(性質)은 큰 변화(變化)가 없었으나 C.E.C. 및 유기물함량(有機物含量)은 증가(增加)하였다. 유기질비료(有機質肥料) 시용량(施用量)과 $NO_3-N$량(量)은 고도(高度)의 정상관(正相關)을 나타냈다. 5. 인삼(人蔘)의 발아율(發芽率)과 결주율(缺株率) 그리고 근중면(根重面)에서 고찰(考察)하여보면 산야초퇴비(山野草堆肥)의 양(量)을 질소성분량(窒素成分量)으로 20kg/10a 및 미원유기질비료(味元有機質肥料)를 성분량(成分量)으로 10kg/10a을 시용(施用)하는 것이 묘삼재배(苗蔘栽培)에 있어서 가장 좋은 것으로 생각된다.

  • In order to get some basic datas on environmental friendly funtion against soil and water pollution and safe vegetable production by organic farming, chemical characteristics of soils cultivated by the conventional farming, greengouse cultivation and organic farming and acumulation of NO3--N in chinese cabbage and lettuce were analysed. The highest value of NO3--N in 0-30cm subsoil of organic farming was found among the 3 different farming systems, and it was 3.6 and 6.6 times higher than those of conventional farming in chinese cabbage and lettuce respectively. P2O5 also show high accumulation in the rhizosphere of organic farming compared to convnetional farming. The accumulation of NO3--N and P2O5 in the rhizosphere of organic farming were simial to those of greenhouse cultivation. The NO3- accumulation in chinese cabbage and lettuce by organic farming reach 3224ppm in chinese cabbage and 2543ppm in lettuce and it were 4.7 and 6.4 times higher than those of convnetional farming. It is urgently necessary to introduce the basic standard of IFOAM, EU and FAO/WHO Codex on organic agriculture into korean organic agriculture for operation of environmental friendly system and production of safe vegetable in terms of NO3-.

Lateral p-n junction Diode with organic single crystal by direct printing

  • We fabricate organic single crystal nanowire heterojunction p-n diode poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) and from Phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester(PCBM) using by liquid-bridge mediated nanotransfer molding(LB-nTM) method. LB-nTM has been reported an one step direct printing method for making well-aligned nanowire arrays. Moreover, multi-patterning nanostructures can be fabricated with the consecutive printing process. As a result, it is possible to make simple and basic concept of heterojunction devices such as lateral organic p-n nanojunction diode. P3HT/PCBM nanowires heterojunction diode has rectifying behavior with on/off ratios of ~20.

  • The coordination of pyridyl-N to pentacyanoferrate for the detection of small organic antigens in solution is presented. The unique contribution of this paper is the direct conjugation of pyridyl-N in small organic antigens to pentacyanoferrate. Pentacyanoferrate is promising as an electrochemical label owing to its good electro-chemical properties, which can be utilized to generate an electrical signal in homogeneous electrochemical immunoassays. The facilely synthesized pyridyl-N to pentacyanoferrate was characterized by the electrochemical and spectroscopic methods. Hippuric acid (HA) has been detected competitively on the interaction of free HA and pentacyanoferrate-(4-aminomethylpyridine-hippuric acid) (Fe-HA) to its antibody, with the detection limit of 0.50 ${\mu}g\;mL^{-1}$. While pentacyanoferrate-based immunoassay is in its simplicity and infancy, the proposed immunoassay offers attractive opportunities for developing pyridyl-N-based the electrochemical detection of small organic antigens in the health care area.

Identification of the Food Sources-Metabolism of the Pacific Oyster Crassostrea gigas using Carbon and Nitrogen Stable Isotopic Ratios

  • In order to understand food sources-metabolism for the pacific oyster (Crassostrea gigas), the stable isotope ratios of carbon (${\delta}^{13}C$) and nitrogen (${\delta}^{15}N$) of its gut, gill, and muscle as well as potential food sources (particulate organic matter, sedimentary organic matter, benthic microalgae, seagrass detritus) were determined in Dongdae Bay. Average ${\delta}^{13}C$ and ${\delta}^{15}N$ values reflect that oysters primarily fed on sedimentary organic matter as opposed to suspended organic matter during summer and winter seasons. However, the relatively enriched $^{15}N$ values of particulate organic matter (>$250{\mu}m$) and sedimentary organic matter in the summer may be due to the photosynthetic incorporation of $^{15}N$-enriched nitrogen (DIN) or the spawning events of bivalves. Specific oyster tissues (gut, gill, and muscle) revealed different metabolic pathways, which were determined through analysis of ${\delta}^{13}C$ and ${\delta}^{15}N$ in each organ. The present results suggest the determination of carbon and nitrogen stable isotopes to be a useful approach in ecological research related to the food sources- metabolism of Crassostrea gigas.

유기질 비료와 멀칭자재가 MM.106 사과 대목의 생장과 광합성에 미치는 영향* (Effect of Organic Fertilizer and Mulch Sources on Growth and CO2 Assimilation in MM.106 Apple Trees)

  • 본 연구는 여러 유기질 비료와 멀칭자재에 따른 MM.106 사과 대목의 생장과 광합성 동화량에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해서 수행되었다. 유기질 비료와 멀칭 자재의 무기성분 함량과 탄소/질소 비율(탄질비)은 수체 생육과 광합성에 영향을 주었다. 미생물이 유기태질소를 무기태로 전환하기 용이한 이상적인 탄질 비를 나타냈던, 상업용 유기질 비료, 계분, 식물성 퇴비, 그리고 풀 멀칭구가 줄기생장과 SPAD 및 광합성 함량을 증가시켰다. 처리 5주 후에 SPAD 및 광합성 함량이 처리구에 의해 영향을 받았으며, 처리 6주 후에 줄기생장 또한 처리구 간에 유의성을 나타냈다. 토양 내 무기태 질소 함량이 $10{\sim}15mg{\cdot}kg^{-1}$이었을 때 가장 효율적인 수체 생장과 발달을 나타냈으며, 질소함량은 생장과 발달에 유의적인 상관관계를 나타냈다.

마이크로캐비티 OLED의 전극과 유기물층 두께가 발광 스펙트럼에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Electrode and Thickness of Organic Layer to the Emission Spectra in Microcavity Organic Light Emitting Diodes)

  • Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) using microcavity effect have attracted great attention because they can reduce the width of emission spectra from organic materials, and enhance brightness from the same material. We demonstrate the simulation results of the radiation properties from top-emitting organic light-emitting diodes (TE-OLEDs) with microcavity structures based on the general electromagnetic theory. Organic materials such as N,N'-di (naphthalene-1-yl)-N,N'-diphenylbenzidine (NPB) as a hole transport layer and tris (8-hydroxyquinoline) ($Alq_3$) as emitting and electron transporting layer are used to form the OLEDs. The organic materials were sandwiched between anode such as Ni or Au and cathode such as Al, Ag, or Al:Ag. The devices were characterized with electroluminescence phenomenon. We confirmed that the simulation results are consistent with experimental results.

White Organic Light-emitting Diodes using the Tandem Structure Incorporating with Organic p/n Junction

  • Efficient white organic light-emitting diodes are fabricated with the blue and red electroluminescent (EL) units electrically connected in a stacked tandem structure by using a transparent doped organic p/n junction. The blue and red EL units consist of the light-emitting layer of 1,4-bis(2,2-diphenyl vinyl)benzene (DPVBi) and 4-dicyanomethylene-2-methyl-6-[2-(2,3,6,7-tetrahydro-1H,5H-benzo[i,j] quinolizin-8-yl)vinyl]-4H-pyran) (DCM2) doped tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum $(Alq_3)$, respectively. The organic p-n junction consists of ${\alpha}-NPD$ doped with $FeCl_3$ (15 % by weight ratio) and $Alq_3$ doped with Li (10 %). The EL spectra exhibit two peaks at 448 and 606 nm, resulting in white light-emission with the Commission Internationale d'Eclairage (CIE) chromaticity coordinates of (0.36, 0.24). The tandem device shows the quantum efficiency of about 2.2 % at a luminance of 100 $cd/m^2$, higher than individual blue and red EL devices.

강릉 남대천 부유입자유기물의 탄소안정동위원소 비와 C/N 비의 시·공간 변동 (Spatial and Temporal Variations of δ13C and C/N in Suspended Particulate Organic Matter in the Gangneung Namdae Stream, Korea)

  • To understand the composition, quantity, and quality of Suspended Particulate Organic Matter (SPOM) in the Gangneung Namdae Stream, Korea, we examined spatiotemporal variations in water temperature, salinity, chlorophlly a (Chl a), Particulate Organic Carbon (POC) and nitrogen (PON), and carbon stable isotope (δ13C) of SPOM at six stations in June (pre-monsoon), July (monsoon), and September (post-monsoon) 2017. With increasing precipitation, the average POC and C/N values increased significantly in July than in June. In September, the values decreased with decreasing precipitation. The δ13C values showed irregular spatiotemporal fluctuations among the stations and periods, thereby suggesting a greater contribution of autochthonous organic matter to the pool of SPOM than that of allochthonous organic matter derived from upstream. In addition, the large and irregular changes in POC, C/N ratio, C:Chl a, and δ13C compared to that of PON were observed for all periods among the stations, indicating a serial discontinuity of the stream. Our results suggest that the Gangneung Namdae Stream is significantly influenced by the increase in freshwater discharge caused by heavy rainfalls during the summer monsoon and post-monsoon periods.

무우, 배추생육(生育)에 대한 수종의 유기질비료(有機質肥料) 시용효과 (Effect of Organic Fertilizers Application on Radish and Cabbage Growth)

  • 1. 유기물(O.M)함량과 염기치환용량(C.E.C.)이 극히 낮은 본 시험 토양의 시험 토양 분석 결과에 의하면 기타 물질 시용에 관계없이 복비 시용이 토양 중 N.P.K 함량 모두를 증가 시켰으며 특히 N은 Peat 시용에 의하여도 현저히 증가하였고 미원 비료시용에 의하여도 약간 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 2. 식물체중 양분함량을 보면 무의 경우 N, Ca 및 Mg 함량이 지하부보다 지상부에 P는 지하부에 많이 분포함을 보였으며 각처리에 따른 양분함량 분포는 복비시용은 기타처리에 관계없이 복비 무시용구에 비하여 높은 N함량 분포를 나타냈다. 3. 배추의 경우도 역시 N.P.K성분 모두가 모든 처리에서 무처리에 비하여 높은 함량을 나타내었으며 또한 무우의 경우와 유사하게 복비시용이 무시용에 비하여 N.P.K함량이 더욱 높이는 경향이었다. 4. 무우, 배추수확량은 모든처리가 무처리에 비하여 수량을 증가시켰으나 모든 유기질 비료들의 단독효과는 미원비료 2배수준을 제외하고는 모두 복비효과보다 낮았으며 복비를 추천량과 함께 유기질 비료를 시용할 경우는 전연 반대로 모든 유기질 비료가 복비 단독 효과보다는 월등히 높았다. 5. 수량에 미치는 유기질 비료종류간의 상대적 효과는 복비 시용여부에 관계없이 다음과 같은 순서로 요약 될 수 있다. 미원 비료 ${\geq}$ Biovin > 일반퇴비 ${\geq}$ Peat
