Recrystallization behaviors of ordered and disordered structures in $Ll_2$ type $Ni_3Fe$ alloy were studied through hardness measurement and differential thermal analysis. When the disordered structure was isothermally aged at $480^{\circ}C$ below order-disorder transition temperature, the hardness of the structure was increased due to progressive ordering with increasing aging time. The hardness of the disordered structure was increased rapidly with increasing deformation degree up to 10%, and then gradually increased with further deformation degree. while the hardness of the ordered structure was increased rapidly with increasing deformation degree up to 10%, showing a constant hardness value up to 50% and gradually decreased with further deformation degree. The hardness of the ordered structure was higher than that of the disordered structure at all same deformation degrees. The recrystallization temperature of the ordered and disordered structures were decreased with increasing deformation degree. At the same deformation degrees, the recrystallization temperature of the ordered structure was lower than that of the desordered structure.

In the present paper, we construct an ordered regular equivalence relation on an ordered semihyperring by 2-hyperideals such that the corresponding quotient structure is also an ordered semihyperring.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of (m, n)-ideals in a non-associative ordered structure, which is called an ordered Abel-Grassmann's groupoid, by generalizing the concept of (m, n)-ideals in an ordered semigroup [14]. We also study the (m, n)-regular class of an ordered AG-groupoid in terms of (m, n)-ideals.

The concept of hybrid structures integrates two powerful mathematical tools: soft sets and fuzzy sets. This paper extends the application of hybrid structures to ordered hypersemigroups. We introduce the notions of hybrid interior hyperideals in ordered hypersemigroups and demonstrate their equivalence with hybrid hyperideals in certain classes, including regular, intra-regular, and semisimple ordered hypersemigroups. Furthermore, we provide a characterization of semisimple ordered hypersemigroups in terms of hybrid interior hyperideals.

Crystal structure of $(Ba_{1-x}La_x)[Mg_{(1+x)/3}Nb_{(2-x)/3}]O_3$ (BLMN) ceramics with $0{\leq}x{\leq}1$ was investigated using synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). When La content, x, is above 0.1, the 1:2 ordered hexagonal structure found in $Ba(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ (BMN) was transformed into 1:1 ordered cubic structure. The 1:1 ordered cubic structure was maintained up to x=0.7. However, when x exceeded 0.7, BLMN was transformed 1:1 ordered structure which has cation displacement and in-phase and anti-phase tilt of octahedra.

In this study, the electronic structures and physical properties of Ni$_2$MnGa alloy films and their dependence on the order-disorder structural transitions were investigated. The results show that the ordered films behave nearly the same as the bulk $Ni_2$MnGa alloy, including the martensitic transformation at 200 K. Unexpectedly, the disordering in $Ni_2$MnGa alloy films does not lead to any appreciable magnetic ordering down to 4 K. An annealing of the disordered films restores the ordered structure with an almost full recovery of the magnetic and the transport properties of the ordered $Ni_2$MnGa alloy films. A possible explanation of the disappearance of magnetic moment in the disordered film is given by using the ab initio first-principles electronic-structure calculations.

[ $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ ] (PMN) 고용체의 고분해능 격자 이미지에 있어서 장거리 규칙도의 의존성을 컴퓨터 이미지 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 연구하였다. 컴퓨터 이미지 시뮬레이션은 multislice 방법으로 시편 두께, 초점 거리, 장거리 규칙도를 변화시켜 실시하였다. PMN에 있어서, 규칙격자 구조를 가지는 격자 이미지는 장거리 규칙도에 주로 의존하는 것을 발견하였다. 완전한 규칙격자 구조를 가지는 이미지는 유사 육방정 형태를 보였다 장거리 규칙도가 감소함에 따라, 유사 육방정 형태로부터 직사각형 형태로 변화되었고, 완전한 불규칙격자 구조를 가지는 이미지는 직사각형 형태를 보였다. 또한, 한 주어진 장거리 규칙도에서 시뮬레이션으로 얻은 이미지는 B-위치 양이온의 함량에 관계없이 거의 동일하였다.

The intersection of all two-sided ideals of an ordered semigroup, if it is non-empty, is called the kernel of the ordered semigroup. A left ideal L of an ordered semigroup ($S,{\cdot},{\leq}$) having a kernel I is said to be simple if I is properly contained in L and for any left ideal L' of ($S,{\cdot},{\leq}$), I is properly contained in L' and L' is contained in L imply L' = L. The notions of simple right and two-sided ideals are defined similarly. In this paper, the author characterize when an ordered semigroup having a kernel is the class sum of its simple left, right and two-sided ideals. Further, the structure of simple two-sided ideals will be discussed.
