레티닐 팔미테이트가 봉입된 셀룰로오스 나노입자의 제조 (Preparation of Cellulose Nanoparticles Loaded with Retinyl Palmitate)

  • 생체 친화성 에칠셀룰로오스 막제를 사용하여 자발적인 유화확산에 의하여 레티닐 팔미테이트를 봉입한 나노입자를 제조하였다. 분산매인 유화제로는 폴리소로베이트 20, 폴리소르베이트 60, 피피지 26-부테스-26/피이지-40 하이드로제네이티드캐스터오일를 이용하여 제조하였으며, 본 결과로서 나노크기 입자를 제조하기에 가장 적절하며 안정한 조건은 1w/v% 에칠셀룰로오스와 3w/v% 폴리소그베이트 60 수용액을 이용한 것이었으며, 레티닐 팔미테이트의 봉입률을 최대화하기 위한 조건은 2w/v% 에칠셀룰로오스와 1w/v% 폴리소르베이트 60 수용액을 이용한 제조 조건이었다. 또한 이 최적 조건에 다른 유효성분에도 적용 가능한 것을 확인하였다.

계내금(鷄內金)의 효소학적 특성 연구 (A Enzymatical Characteristics Study of Kyenegum)

  • Objective : Kyenegum(Galli Stomachichum Corium) has been popularly used long as the digestive. The purpose of this study was to investigate the enzymatic characteristic of Kyenegum crude enzyme. Methods : To evaluate of the enzymatic characteristic of Kyenegum, we examined the activity of Kyenegum crude enzyme from optimum solvent, optimum temperature and pH of crude Kyenegum extract. Futhermore, we examined the effects of NaCI and acidity of crude Kyenegum extract. Results : The Kyenegum was composed with crude protein about 20%, crude lipid 2%. The optimum Kyenegum dry condition, optimum extract solvent, optimum temperature and optimum pH were $4{\sim}6$ hours at $60^{\circ}C$, commercial apple vinegar, $50^{\circ}C$ and 2.0. Conclusion : The result suggests that the Kyenegum crude enzyme extract very strong enzyme in temperature, NaCl and acidity, respectively.

  • It is widely recognized that exhaust emissions, fuel economy and engine torque are affected by engine temperature, and logic would suggest that a cooling system offering a better compromise of engine temperature would improve both overall engine performance and economy. Author measured coolant temperature of some parts and flow rate which are necessary to heat transfer in a engine. And Author determined parameters necessary for the optimum design of a thermostat to keep the best engine performance ; determined the optimum operating temperature of electric cooling fan. A summary of this study is followed. 1. Study of the effects of cooling condition to combustion character in a engine. 2. Analyze of heat transfer surrounding engine cylinders. 3. Study of the effects of cooling character to engine heat rejection, determination of the optimum collant temperature for keeping the optimum engine performance and determination of the optimum design of a thermostat for keeping that temperature.

Optimum Design of Accelerated Degradation Tests for Lognormal Distribution

  • This paper considers the problem of optimally designing accelerated degradation tests in which the performance value of a specimen is measured only at one of three test conditions for a given exposure time. For the product having lognormally distributed performance, the optimum plan-low stress level and sample proportion allocated to each test condition - is obtained, which minimize the asymptotic variance of maximum likelihood estimator of a stated quantile at design stress. An illustrative example for the optimum plan is given.

  • In this paper, the test of machinability according to the cutting positions when the ball end milling of hemispheric workpiece is carried out to find the optimum cutting position of free form surface die. Tool runout, cutting force. and chip form are measured. The results show that the optimum cutting condition to get the constant feed per tooth is the inclined angle of 40 degree of workpiece.

  • The purpose of this study is to consider the performance and exhaust characteristics in the practical engine according to the cooling water temperature change of engine and to set up the optimum cooling condition and to obtain the optimum operating condition of thermostat in the cooling system. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, authors have used the following procedure. 1. This study is to investigate the influence of the cooling water temperature on the engine performance and the exhaust gas, authors regulated the cooling water temperature by using the special closing circuit and measured the concentration of exhaust gas by using the exhaust gas measuring system in the exhaust pipe. 2. This study carried out the experiment by regulating the opening degree of throttle valve and engine speed in the dynamometer and by changing the cooling water temperature, at the same time kept air-fuel ratio constant and made the spark ignition time MBT(Minimum spark advance for Best Torque) 3. This study measured the cooling water temperature by using the K-type thermocouple centring around the easy over-heated parts and by installing a special closing circuit. Therefore, in this study, authors intend to examine the influence of the cooling water temperature on the engine performance, exhaust gas and present the basic materials needed in the engine design including the optimum operating time control system for the cooling water temperature.

  • In the case of temperature control of air conditioning and refrigerating system, it is possible to operate the system continuously by controlling the cooling capacity of refrigerating machines. But on-off control system has been adopted for refrigerating system which has more large capacity than that required to remove the generated heat. In this on-off control system, it can be considered that there exists some optimum condition for the refrigerating capacity, operating cycle, running hour, and the temperature difference between thermostat setting value and real one. In this paper, an equation was derived to express the temperature variation of the refrigerated object (Nybrine) and later two evaluating functions were derived. One is for the temperature difference and another is for operating cycle and running hour. The weighted sum of these two functions is defined as the criterion function for the evaluation of the control performance of the system, and then the optimum running condition is investigated in the sense of minimizing the criterion function. Experiments showed that the heat balance equation derived for the temperature variation and the estimation of the time constant of the refrigerated system are appropriate. By conclusion, if a proper weighting factor D is selected, the optimum conditions exist for the refrigerating capacity, running hour, and operating cycle in the on-off temperature control of the refrigerating system.

  • It is very difficult to execute the vibration analysis of a huge strucutre, which takes up much time and expense. In this paper we intend to make the equivalent system of a local vibration system of a huge structure with a view to improving the dynamic characteristics and reducing time and expense. First of all, upper deck structure model is maded. And we perform the vibration analysis by the Substructure Synthesis Method and execute the exciting test for the upper deck structure model, and observe the coincidences of two results to confirm the reliability of the analyzing tools used. To make the equivalent system, we give boundary condition to sub-structure that want to be modified and execute the Sensitivity Analysis Method and the Optimum Structural Modification Method. And we execute the structural modification of the equivalent system.. The following can be found from this study. 1. The analytical results are generally coincident with each other. 2. The equivalent system of the superstructure model can be easily obtained using the sensitivity analysis metho and the optimum structural modification method. 3. The structural modification using the equivalent system can be obtained good results above 90% of object value.

박과 종자용 진공노즐식 파종기 개발(I) 대립종자의 진공파종을 위한 요인구명 - (Development of Vacuum Nozzle Seeder for Cucuribitaceous Seeds(I) - Design factors for vacuum seeding large sized seeds -)

  • This study was carried out to develop a vacuum nozzle seeder for the automation of large seeds sowing of fruit vegetables and rootstocks. Moreover, the seeding efficiency was examined to find the optimum operating condition considering high precision seeding. The important operating factors for high seeding rate were typically nozzle diameter and absorbing vacuum pressure. The optimum nozzle diameters were found 1.5, 1.5 and 2.0 mm for Chambak, Tuktozwa and Hukjong while the optimum vacuum pressures were 8.0㎪, 10.6㎪ and 5.3㎪, respectively. Under the optimum operating condition, the results indicated that the maximum seeding rates were 97.6%, 98.8% and 97.6% respectively for Chambak Tuktozwa and Hukjong. The vibrating acceleration of the hopper did not make any significant effects on the seeding rate when the vacuum pressure reached 8.0㎪ and the sowing rate became higher with lighter seed. As the seed became heavier, the larger diameter of nozzle was recommended 1.5mm of the nozzle diameter was found to be applied for the experimental seeds. The vacuum pressure was also found 8.0㎪ - 13.3㎪ at that time.

터어빈 블레이드의 통계적 파괴 분석 (Statistical Fracture Analysis of Turbine blade)

  • 본 연구에서는 통계적 파괴 분석으로서 turbine blade에서의 피로 수명이 최소화되는 최적 설계안을 도출하는 데에 있다. 그 방법으로서는 최소한의 피로 수명이 나오는 설계안을 위해 먼저 fillet radius를 고정한 후, 실험 계획법을 통하여 turbine blade에서의 최적의 X 와 Y 위치를 찾는다. 또한 six sigma analysis로서 X 와 Y 인자에서의 공정에 대한 불확실성을 계산한다. 그리고 robust design을 사용하여 주어진 불확실성 상태에서 최적의 fillet radius 값을 결정하여 최대의 von Mises 응력은 20%가 작아지고 피로수명이 두 배가 되는 최적의 설계를 할 수가 있었다.
