유류피해지역 어장환경 개선사업의 경제적 효과 분석 (An Analysis on Economic Effectiveness of Environment Improvement Project in Oil Spill Damaged Fishing Grounds)

  • This study aimed to analyze the economic effectiveness on environment improvement project that has been implemented in five fishing grounds of Taean-gun which had been damaged by the Hebei Spirit oil spill accident. In the analysis, first, this study performed the survey on residents perceptions about the environment improvement project. Second, the cost-benefit analysis was carried out to evaluate the economic effectiveness of the project. The survey results of residents perceptions indicated that the damage of oil spill was considerable in the target areas. It also showed that residents wanted to continue the environment improvement project and the levels of project satisfaction were quitely high. The economic results showed that 3 areas(Woong-do, Wang-san, and Dang-mi) would have positive values of NPV and B/C ratio, but the other(Nu-dong) would have negative values. The findings of this analysis could be used as the base data for increasing operational efficiency of future environment improvement projects.

  • 최근 군수품의 발달과 더불어 군복과 전투화 등 많은 부분이 기능성으로 바뀌였으나 전투화의 경우 밑창의 갈라짐, 전투화 불량같은 기능성임에도 불구하고 여러 가지 애로사항을 통해 개선되고 있다는 점에서 연구동기가 되어 연구를 하게 되었다. 군 전투화의 만족도에 대한 연구는 전무한 실정이며 연구내용들도 전투화 압력, 전투화 끈에 대한 자살자 연구 등 본인이 관심을 가지고 연구하는 분야가 없어서 더욱 더 관심을 가지게 되고 연구를 진행하게 되었다.

  • 본 논문은 물류의 소프트개발, 시장점유의 강화. 수익의 유지 및 기업의 존속을 위해 전문물류업체인 제3자 물류에 물류업무를 위임하여 화주기업과 고객인 소비자와의 관계를 공유·연계할 수 있는 3자간의 통합된 물류정보시스템 구현 방안을 제시하였다. 이에 물류기능의 한 분야인 수·배송에서 현실적으로 고객의 만족을 더욱 증진시키기 위해 첨단메카니즘을 이용하여 고객에 대한 고품질의 물류서비스에 가치를 두고 접근하여, 제3자 물류를 보다 전략적으로 활용하고, 서비스품질에 있어서도 고도의 능력을 보유할 수 있게 하는 방안으로 모델을 제시하였다.

방문간호센터 경영효율성 개선 사례 분석: 경영 컨설팅 적용을 중심으로 (Case Analysis of Visiting Nursing Center for Improving Efficiencies: Based on Business Management Consulting)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to present the management strategies necessary to improve the operational efficiency of visiting nurse centers and evaluate their effectiveness. Methods: The subjects of this study were visiting nurse centers registered as long-term care centers. Based on value chain analysis, cost information analysis, and data envelope analysis, the study was carried out according to the Magerison's management consulting procedure, for six months. This procedure comprised eight sub-steps of approach and application. Results: The following management strategies were agreed upon: establishment of a cooperative network with other visiting care centers, creation of high satisfaction of external customers by providing practical training to care workers, and making rehabilitation and exercise services as the core nursing activities to be focused on. Conclusion: The management consulting process and analysis method applied in this study can referred to as a useful methodological framework for revitalizing visiting nursing centers in the future.

  • Education emphasizes problem-solving skills based on convergent thinking power in an era of rising uncertainty and rapid progress. This paper proactively designed e-Learning team teaching convergence liberal arts courses for prospective teachers by these social needs. It analyzed the empirical effects on the operation of the subjects to foster future talent who can converge and apply knowledge in various fields. The curriculum consisted of professors of mathematics, practical Arts, computer, and education, and was operated to convey convergent knowledge of information technology and humanities, and consisted of 15 liberal arts courses at J University. Besides, textbooks and teaching materials were also developed by the faculty. As a result of the primary research, prospective teachers who took the course generally showed high satisfaction with the class, especially for the faculty. The students' overall convergent thinking ability has increased to a statistically significant level (p<.01), and the students' major has been found to be irrelevant. On the other hand, it can be seen that communication, content convergence, and caring factors, excluding creativity factor, have all risen to a significant level.

Agro-Healing Service Quality Analysis Using IPA Analysis for Business Owners

  • Background and objective: This study seeks to investigate domestic agro-healing farm resources so that preliminary data can be obtained on the systematic provisions for agro-healing programs in order to improve service quality and to identify the quality of agro-healing policy services. Methods: For this study, owners of agro-healing facilities were asked 24 questions via an online survey. An importance-performance analysis (IPA) was conducted to identify service quality for each policy sector. Results: Respondents' satisfaction levels were low when compared to agro-healing farm owners' perceptions of the above-average importance of each sector. The results from the resource analysis of domestic agro-healing farms indicated that the main operational purposes of farms were, in descending order, experience (90.0%), healing (86.7%), and education (84.0%). With respect to the type of program that was operated, cultivating crops (horticultural therapy) was identified most frequently at 83.3%. Conclusion: As a result of this study, the resources possessed by agro-healing farms were identified. In addition, the results of the IPA analysis in terms of service quality are not as good as expected, and performance levels should be increased to improve this. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information not only to improve the quality of agro-healing services, but also to revitalize the agro-healing industry while developing a systematic agro-healing program.

국내정원박람회 개최 효과에 대한 방문객 인식 비교 연구 - 2013 순천만국제정원박람회, 2015 서울정원박람회, 2022 고양국제꽃박람회를 대상으로 - (Comparative Analysis in Visitors' Perception of Aftermath of the Country's Garden Exposition- Focused on the 2013 Suncheon Bay International Garden Expo, 2015 Seoul Garden Expo, and 2022 Goyang International Flower Fair -)

  • 본 연구는 국내 정원박람회 개최 효과를 대상지별로 비교 분석함으로써 향후 정원박람회 개최를 위한 기초자료 제시를 목적으로 수행하였다. 2013 순천만국제정원박람회, 2015 서울정원박람회, 2022 고양국제꽃박람회 세 대상지의 만족도와 경제, 사회·문화, 환경·생태, 운영 측면에서 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 세 대상지 모두 만족도가 3.5 이상의 값으로 높게 나타났다. 특히 2013 순천만국제정원박람회의 만족도가 가장 높았으며, 2013 순천만국제정원박람회와 2015 서울정원박람회의 만족도에 차이가 있음으로 나타났다. 만족도의 정도에 차이가 있다는 것을 의미하는데, 지역 축제로서 2013 순천만국제정원박람회는 '순천만정원'이 국가정원 1호로 지정될 만큼 높은 위상을 얻었으며, 시민참여, 생태보전 등의 가치가 부합하여 경제, 사회·문화, 환경적 활성화를 꾀하였기 때문에 큰 만족도를 얻을 수 있었던 것으로 판단된다. 정원박람회별 만족도에 영향을 주는 인식 유형 비교의 결과 2013 순천만국제정원박람회와 2015 서울정원박람회는 네 가지 요인에 모두 영향을 미치고 있는 반면 2022 고양국제꽃박람회는 운영 측면이 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 고양국제꽃박람회가 이미 지역적으로 브랜드가 고착된 행사이기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 만족도에 영향을 미치는 인식 유형의 세부 요인을 분석한 결과 세 대상지 공통적으로 사회.문화적 요인의 문화행사 유치, 지역에 대한 자긍심과 애향심 향상, 자녀들의 교육에 도움이 된다는 것이다. 환경·생태적 요인에서는 교통 혼잡에 따른 생활 불편으로 분석되었다. 대상지의 만족도에 미치는 요인의 차이 비교 분석과도 의미를 같이 한다고 볼 수 있다. 사회·문화적, 환경·생태적 측면에서는 만족도에 미치는 영향의 차이가 없으나 경제와 운영 측면에서는 차이가 있다고 분석되었기 때문이다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 정리하면, 향후 국내 정원박람회 개최 위해서는 지역의 특색에 맞는, 그리고 잠재된 가치가 있는 '환경', '생태'적 정원 소재를 적절하게 활용하여 생태적 가치를 살린 지속가능한 친환경적 관광자원 개발이 될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 또한 개최 지역만의 차별화된 정체성 확립을 위한 문화·예술 프로그램을 계획하여 지역 박람회의 마케팅 수단으로 적절히 활용될 때에 그 가치가 더 돋보일 것이다. 지역민과의 소통을 통해 잘 계획된 지역축제는 도시브랜드 구축과 함께 도시 경쟁력을 확보하여 지역의 이미지 쇄신과 지역 커뮤니티 활성화에도 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 지역주민들의 참여와 국가적 혹은 지방단체의 협력은 필수적이라 할 수 있다.

외식 프랜차이즈 입지요건과 서비스 품질 요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Food Service Franchise Location Factors and Quality of Service Factors, The Impact on Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 외식 프랜차이즈의 입지요인과 서비스 품질 요인이 고객만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하기 위해, 외식 프랜차이즈 예비창업자들을 연구대상으로 제한하여 외식 프랜차이즈 점포의 이용자에 대한 선호도 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 예비 창업자들에게 외식경영에 있어 보다 이익을 극대화할 수 있는 대안을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구에 대한 가설을 검증한 결과 첫째, 외식 프랜차이즈 입지요인과 서비스 품질 요인의 영향력 검증 결과, 응답자들은 점포의 청결함과 가시성을 중시하는 것으로 나타났으며, 근접성 및 교통편이성이 통계적으로 유의하지 못한 이유는 응답자들이 가까운 외식업소를 주로 이용하므로 거리가 크게 문제가 되지 않은 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 서비스 품질요인과 입지요인과 고객만족의 영향력에 대해 살펴본 결과, 고객반응과 신속정확성, 정확성 요인이 영향력이 높게 나타나 응답자들은 고객의 욕구와 필요에 대한 신속한 반응과 빠른 판단 그리고 업무에 대한 전문적인 지식으로 서비스를 제공해주길 원하는 것으로 나타났으며, 신뢰성에 관련된 요인은 고객만족과는 관련성이 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스 품질요인과 입지요인과 재이용의 영향력에 대해 살펴본 결과, 재이용의도와 구전의도 두 요인에서 고객반응과 전문성이 모두 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 나타내어 고객만족과 비슷한 통계결과가 나타나 고객만족과 재이용 모두 고객의 욕구에 대한 발 빠른 판단과 행동 및 전문적 지식이 중요한 것으로 파악된다. 이상의 연구 결과는 외식프랜차이즈 창업시 입지요인과 서비스 품질 요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 예비 창업자들의 성공가능성을 높여줄 것으로 판단하며 나아가 기존의 창업자들에게도 직 간접적인 영향 요소들에 대한 개선을 통해 목표이익의 달성과 이익극대화에 도움이 될 것으로 판단한다.

업무성과에 영향을 주는 업무용 모바일 어플리케이션의 주요 요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Perceived Job Performance in the Context of Enterprise Mobile Applications)

  • The ubiquitous accessibility of information through mobile devices has led to an increased mobility of workers from their fixed workplaces. Market researchers estimate that by 2016, 350 million workers will be using their smartphones for business purposes, and the use of smartphones will offer new business benefits. Enterprises are now adopting mobile technologies for numerous applications to increase their operational efficiency, improve their responsiveness and competitiveness, and cultivate their innovativeness. For these reasons, various organizational aspects concerning "mobile work" have received a great deal of recent attention. Moreover, many CIOs plan to allocate a considerable amount of their budgets mobile work environments. In particular, with the consumerization of information technology, enterprise mobile applications (EMA) have played a significant role in the explosive growth of mobile computing in the workplace, and even in improving sales for firms in this field. EMA can be defined as mobile technologies and role-based applications, as companies design them for specific roles and functions in organizations. Technically, EMA can be defined as business enterprise systems, including critical business functions that enable users to access enterprise systems via wireless mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets. Specifically, EMA enables employees to have greater access to real-time information, and provides them with simple features and functionalities that are easy for them to complete specific tasks. While the impact of EMA on organizational workers' productivity has been given considerable attention in various literatures, relatively little research effort has been made to examine how EMA actually lead to users' job performance. In particular, we have a limited understanding of what the key antecedents are of such an EMA usage outcome. In this paper, we focus on employees' perceived job performance as the outcome of EMA use, which indicates the successful role of EMA with regard to employees' tasks. Thus, to develop a deeper understanding of the relationship among EMA, its environment, and employees' perceived job performance, we develop a comprehensive model that considers the perceived-fit between EMA and employees' tasks, satisfaction on EMA, and the organizational environment. With this model, we try to examine EMA to explain how job performance through EMA is revealed from both the task-technology fit for EMA and satisfaction on EMA, while also considering the antecedent factors for these constructs. The objectives of this study are to address the following research questions: (1) How can employees successfully manage EMA in order to enhance their perceived job performance? (2) What internal and/or external factors are important antecedents in increasing EMA users' satisfaction on MES and task-technology fit for EMA? (3) What are the impacts of organizational (e.g. organizational agility), and task-related antecedents (e.g., task mobility) on task-technology fit for EMA? (4) What are the impacts of internal (e.g., self-efficacy) and external antecedents (e.g., system reputation) for the habitual use of EMA? Based on a survey from 254 actual employees who use EMA in their workplace across industries, our results indicate that task-technology fit for EMA and satisfaction on EMA are positively associated with job performance. We also identify task mobility, organizational agility, and system accessibility that are found to be positively associated with task-technology fit for EMA. Further, we find that external factor, such as the reputation of EMA, and internal factor, such as self-efficacy for EMA that are found to be positively associated with the satisfaction of EMA. The present findings enable researchers and practitioners to understand the role of EMA, which facilitates organizational workers' efficient work processes, as well as the importance of task-technology fit for EMA. Our model provides a new set of antecedents and consequence variables for a TAM involving mobile applications. The research model also provides empirical evidence that EMA are important mobile services that positively influence individuals' performance. Our findings suggest that perceived organizational agility and task mobility do have a significant influence on task-technology fit for EMA usage through positive beliefs about EMA, that self-efficacy and system reputation can also influence individuals' satisfaction on EMA, and that these factors are important contingent factors for the impact of system satisfaction and perceived job performance. Our findings can help managers gauge the impact of EMA in terms of its contribution to job performance. Our results provide an explanation as to why many firms have recently adopted EMA for efficient business processes and productivity support. Our findings additionally suggest that the cognitive fit between task and technology can be an important requirement for the productivity support of EMA. Further, our study findings can help managers in formulating their strategies and building organizational culture that can affect employees perceived job performance. Managers, thus, can tailor their dependence on EMA as high or low, depending on their task's characteristics, to maximize the job performance in the workplace. Overall, this study strengthens our knowledge regarding the impact of mobile applications in organizational contexts, technology acceptance and the role of task characteristics. To conclude, we hope that our research inspires future studies exploring digital productivity in the workplace and/or taking the role of EMA into account for employee job performance.

진료환경개선을 위한 우선적 전략과제 설정 및 그 적용 (A Strategic Quality Initiative and Its Opportunities to Improve Healthcare Environment)

  • Background : Strategic planning is an organizationwide or systemwide, ongoing look into the future usually of 2~3 years, based on objective analysis of the current environment and trends, but it can incorporate both short-term and long-term goals. The strategic planning process includes external analysis, internal analysis, issue analysis, development of mission, vision and values, and lastly development of organizational goals and objectives. As a part of the strategic quality planning process, certain service lines, important organizationwide functions, or key processes supporting these functions can be prioritized to expedite and roll out certain strategic goals. This is called strategic quality initiatives. Methods : We organized a quality improvement team, a subgroup of 21st century vision planning corps of our medical center, and pursued QI activities for improvement of healthcare environment, particularly in the admission setting. We developed a strategic quality initiative based on the results of patient satisfaction surveys, and carried out functions of self-directed work team. Results : The strategic goal was to be the benchmark for peer group hospitals in Korea for providing cost-effective best-practice. The QI team included 3 medical doctors, 1 nurse, 1 social worker, and 1 QI consultant as well as many operational members to support services and quality initiatives met every Tuesday for 18 weeks. Outcome objectives were to improve patient satisfaction score. The issues included in the objectives were comfort, temperature, noise, cleanliness of the admission wards, quality and education of patient meals, matters regarding the admission process, and an appurtenant facility such as restaurant or convenience store. Every issue was discussed and recommendations, conclusions and opportunities were implemented. Conclusions : By developing a strategic quality initiative as a part of the strategic quality planning process, and pursuing a self-directed work team, certain sen/ice lines, important organizationwide functions, or key processes supporting these functions can be improved effectively within a short period. Strategic quality initiatives serve to support, or roll out, certain strategic goals that are relevant to performance improvement and development of specific measurable outcome objectives, and associated performance measure for each initiative. Each strategic quality initiative should include a statement of intent outcome objectives, and performance measures. We will come back with follow up of the strategic quality initiative, for improvement of healthcare environment, and results of patient satisfaction re-survey.
