유료 매체 사용자로서 독자의 사용 만족도는 중국에서의 유료 매체의 보급과 발전에 직접적인 영향을 준다. 사용자의 지속적인 사용 행위에 관한 연구문헌에 기초하여 기대 확인 모형을 프레임워크로 사용하고 중국 유료 매체 차이신을 내용 제품으로 하여 유료 매체의 지속적인 사용 모형을 구축한다. 동시에, 모형 변수의 조작 정의와 이론적 가정을 제공하고 Amos 24.0 데이터 분석도구를 사용하여 모형의 유효성에 대한 후속 실증적 연구를 위한 기초를 다졌다. 연구 결과에 따르면 유료 매체의 사회적 영향력과 실적 기대치가 차이신 앱 독자의 채용행위에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 지각된 유용성과 기대 확인은 차이신 앱 독자의 만족도에 긍정적인 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 채택 행동과 만족도는 지속적인 사용 의지에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 지각의 유용성도 지속적인 사용 의향에 긍정적인 영향을 준다.

고속도로이용자가 주행할 때 도로기하구조를 정확하게 파악하지 못하면, 도로이용자는 자신의 감각과 인식에 의존해 판단을 내리게 되기 때문에 고속도로의 주행성을 평가할 때 설계자와는 다른 판단을 내리게 될 수도 있다. 따라서 도로이용자의 기대심리를 만족시키면서 안전성, 쾌적성 등을 확보하기 위해서는 정확한 주행속도를 예측할 필요가 있다. 또한, 고속도로의 기하구조적인 주행성뿐만 아니라 도로이용자가 이러한 구성요소의 조화에 의해 느끼는 감성적 측면에서의 주행환경만족도에 대한 인식의 변화를 파악할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주행속도 예측모형 구축하기 위해 6개 고속도로(경부, 서해안, 영동, 남해, 중앙, 호남)를 대상으로 주행속도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 크게 선형요소, 교통운영특성 요소로 분류하였다. 주행속도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 대상으로 다중회귀를 이용한 주행속도예측모형 구축 및 검증 결과, 통계적으로 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 고속도로 이용자를 대상으로 개별면접 설문조사를 통해 수집된 주행환경만족도 이미지 데이터를 바탕으로 수량화 제II류 및 주성분분석을 실시하여 고속도로 주행환경만족도에 대한 영향 요인을 규명하였다. 또한 수량화 제I류 및 구조방정식을 이용하여 사회인식 및 고속도로 이용자의 실제인식의 변화가 고려된 고속도로의 주행환경만족도 모형을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 구축된 모형을 통해 주행속도와 같은 정량적인 요인뿐만 아니라 도로이용자가 느끼는 고속도로의 주행환경만족도와 같은 정성적인 요인에 대한 결과도 제시할 수 있어서 도로이용자가 느끼는 변화된 교통 환경과 인식여부가 반영된 고속도로의 주행성을 평가할 수 있다는 데에 그 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 효과적인 튜터링 운영방안 모색을 위해 학생들이 인식하는 학습행동양식을 파악하고, 나아가 학습행동양식이 학업성취도와 학습만족도에 미치는 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 부산광역시에 소재한 D대학교 튜터링 프로그램 참가자 105명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고, 연구문제에 따라 기술통계, 상관분석 그리고 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 튜터링에 참가한 학생들의 학습행동양식은 환경의존적 자기주도학습 행동형과 독자적 자율학습행동형이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습행동양식과 학업성취도 및 학습만족도 간의 상관을 보면 적극적 협동학습행동형과 독자적 자율학습행동형이 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습행동양식이 학업성취도와 학습만족도에 미치는 회귀분석에서는 적극적 협동학습행동형이 학습만족도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나, 독자적 자율학습행동형과 환경의존적 자기주도학습행동형, 소극적 학습행동형은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 학교 측면에서 학습행동양식은 학생들의 학업적 성공과 실패에 중요한 요소로 인식될 수 있으므로, 교수자는 학습자의 학습행동양식을 확인하고, 이에 적합한 튜터링 교수·학습 설계 방안을 제공할 필요성이 있음을 시사한다.

The role of CIO is examined in the context of three successful e-government implementations in the U.S. The leadership role of CIO turns out to be crucial to the utilization of information technology for competitive gains: cheap government, speedy service, and increased satisfaction of citizens. A balanced leadership model emerges. An effective CIO should strike a balance between strategic and operational leadership roles, as well as between forceful and enabling leadership roles. To take a maximum advantage of IT, we propose government CIO positions with responsibility, power, and qualification specified along the balanced leadership model need to be created in Korea through legislation.

As information technology had shown tremendous development in late 20th century, various service opportunities appeared in many industries. Also, new types of service are becoming available such as, reservation, teleconsultation, telemedicine. In health care industry, in which, many hospitals are faced operational difficulties and competing impetuously, a web site has become a effective tool to attract patients and transfer tremendous health information to the patients. This study is based on many previous researches on online service quality, try to figure out e-service quality factors of health information sites, and the factors' effect on users' satisfaction on the web site via providing knowledge and trust on the web site. As a result, usability, site aesthetic, responsiveness and security are the 4 factors to measure e-service quality of health information web site. All factors except site aesthetic have significant effects on providing knowledge, security only effects on trust on the web site.

The university library plays the most important role in university. It provides the space and facilities to keep a variety of books and read them. One facility which is the most frequently used in a library is a reading room. In reality, it is the place where many college students spend most of their time. However, there are sometimes severe competitions to get a seat in a reading room, especially near the time of examinations. In order to resolve this situation and to increase the student‘s satisfaction, these days, many universities have installed a seat management system. In this paper, first, problems on the management of a reading room and student’s responses are reviewed. Then operational issues on the seat management systems are investigated and analyzed through simulations. Finally, discussions are followed to improve the effectiveness of a seat management system.

Now that the e-commerce users are explosively increasing, there is always followed by a sharp increase in load from the e-commerce system and the heavy traffic on the network, where leads to the delayed service for the client's request. The natural consequences contain decreasing customer satisfaction and weakening the business's competitive position in markets. Therefore, we'll need to study the e-commerce system in due consideration of the operational efficiency and response speed. This study includes a design of e-commerce system, with a hierarchical structure based on the local server, which has the capability of caching necessary to distribute the system load, makes a proposal concerning a split web-cache algorithm devoted to the local web server to finally give an analysis of the performance through the appropriate trial.

In recent years, the surroundings of Fire have rapidly changed and citizens need for Fire have been demanding very high. Under these situations, in order for satisfaction to all these demands, Seoul Emergency Operations Center have made improvements as the core fire operational center in Korea. However, There have been so many problems happening in the middle of receiving calls from malice citizens of Seoul. The purpose of this study is to scrutinize current operations focused on fire fighters in Seoul Emergency Operations Center and to cope with how to overcome these problem by using AMOS 21 & SPSS Statistics 21. The result of this study presents that how we can find to be Seoul Emergency Operations Center running well. And This study is applied to seoul fire policies or helped to setting them up.

A job sequencing model is developed and its computer system is tested for processing cold-rolled coils in Tandem Cold Mills(TCM) at the Pohang Iron and Steel Company. Given coils waiting to be processed, this system generates a sequence of jobs satisfying operational constraints for the TCM process. We formulate the problem as a constraint satisfaction problem and employ the backtracking technique combined with looking ahead features in order to generate a feasible solution within a reasonable time. Our system is implemented in C language on 80486-based IBM PC. Some tests based on the real data show that our system is adequate with respect to search time and that it consistantly generates a good feasible solution.

This study examines how green operations affect firm's environmental performance with green innovation as a mediator in the context of electronic industry. We carry out an empirical study with 141 valid questionnaires collected from high-tech manaufactures in Taiwan. The results show that positive relationships exist among green operations, green innovation and environmental performance (in both operational performance and managerial performance). However, an integration of green operations with green innovation would influence firm's environmental performance more positively than the sole effects of green operations. It suggests that high-tech manufacturers should pay greater attention to green innovative strategies in order to cope with customer demand and, thereby, enhancing customer satisfaction and sustainable operations. This study has contributed to the extant literature by providing valuable academic references and pragmatic guidelines for firms to gain competitive advantages through green operations and green innovation.
