Decision Support Systems (DSS) is an Information Systems (IS) application that aids in decision-making processes for many business concepts and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of them and it depends on the firm's tasks for developing and retaining customers while achieving their satisfaction and enhancing the sense of belongingness for their products and services. Profit maximization, the process of customer value, and building strategic values for the firm are the three empirical benefits of CRM that are achieved through analytical, operational, and direction (AOD) capabilities respectively. This research focuses on the application of DSS models of what-if analysis (WIA) for CRM at (AOD) and also shows the dependence on the Information Success model (ISM). Hypothetical data are analyzed for (AOD) by three types of (WIA) to attain CRM and profit maximization and this analytical method can be used by any customer-oriented firm as a general model and for the purpose of the study we have compared the CRM between patients and hospital management.

본 연구는 위탁승선실습과 관련된 현황과 실태를 파악하고, 한국해양대학교에서 위탁승선실습을 이수한 학생들을 대상으로 위탁승선실습 만족도를 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 위탁승선실습 만족도 분석을 통해 만족도 제고를 위한 다양한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 성별에 따른 만족도 차이에서는 전반적으로 여학생이 남학생에 비하여 상대적 만족도가 높았으며, 계열별 만족도 차이에서는 전반적인 실습효과, 훈련기록부 실습 이행여부에 대해 실습기관사의 만족도가 실습항해사보다 낮은 것으로 나타나 관련 교육기관 및 해운선사에서는 이 부분의 개선을 위한 대책이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 실습생들이 해운회사를 종합적으로 평가함에 있어 가장 중요하게 생각하는 부분을 단계별 회귀분석으로 분석한 결과, "사적인 일과 업무적 요구"를 가장 높게 평가하였다. 따라서 이에 따라 해운회사에서는 직원과 실습생의 명확한 구분을 짓는 동시에 관련 내부절차를 수립하여 위탁승선실습의 취지 및 목적에 맞는 승선실습과정이 이루어질 수 있도록 많은 시간과 투자가 있어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 EDI의 이용수준(이용도 및 만족도)에 조직의 특성(기업의 규모 및 업무적합성)과 시스템의 운용수준(시스템의 성숙도 및 구성원의 참여도)이 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 제조업과 금융업, 유통업, 서비스업에 종사하는 101개의 기업을 표본으로 선정하고, EDI 사용자에게 설문을 통해 수집된 자료를 회귀분석에 의해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 먼저 조직의 특성에 따른 영향에 있어서 기업의 규모는 EDI의 이용도 및 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 업무의 적합성은 EDI의 이용도에 영향을 미치지 않으나, EDI의 만족도에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시스템의 운용수준이 EDI의 이용수준에 미치는 영향에 있어서 조직 구성원의 참여도는 EDI의 이용도와 만족도 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 시스템의 성숙도는 EDI의 만족도에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 EDI의 도입 및 활용의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이 연구는 초등학생의 합기도 수련만족도 및 몰입도가 수련지속의지에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2007년 국민생활체육 대전광역시 합기도연합회에 소속되어 있는 초등학생 합기도 수련생을 모집단으로 선정 350명의 표본을 추출하였다. 이 가운데 실제 분석에 사용된 315명의 설문지를 토대로 SPSS/PC＋ Win 12.0 프로그램을 이용, 관련 변인간의 상관관계 분석과 합기도 수련만족도 및 몰입도가 수련지속의지에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구목적과 연구방법을 토대로 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째 초등학생의 합기도 수련만족도(시설, 프로그램, 지도자)는 수련지속의지에 영향을 미치며 둘째, 초등학생의 합기도 수련몰입은 수련지속의지에 영향을 미친다.

The goal of the study is to examine and assess how the factors of logistics service quality provided by logistics service providers influence customer loyalty and satisfaction in Vietnam. This study employs samples of the Kansei technique. The article's data was gathered through an online survey of 388 distinct Vietnamese customers who used logistics services before and during the Covid-19 outbreak. After the data was obtained, it was evaluated using SmartPLS 3.0's Cronbach's Alpha test and structural equation model (SEM). Staff service quality, operational service quality, and technical service quality are the three factors that determine the quality of logistics services in the study. Out of the 10 proposed hypotheses, research findings show that five are acceptable. The Covid-19 Pandemic in Vietnam had a significant impact on all dimensions, but it had no effect on how satisfied customers were with the logistics service providers. Nevertheless, loyalty is considerably influenced by only one factor, which is customer satisfaction, and customer trust moderates the relationship between these two factors. As a consequence of that, several managerial implications have been proposed to help logistics service providers improve their services to attract and keep Vietnamese customers using their service in the long term.

본 연구는 스마트 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 탐색적 연구로 멀티채널을 이용한 CCR 기반 헬스케어 서비스 시스템에 대한 개요와 작동원리를 살펴보고, 이러한 서비스가 사용자들과의 상호 커뮤니케이션이 중요한 역할과 기능인만큼 서비스 품질이 사용자 만족 및 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를 위해, 헬스케어 디바이스 및 앱을 소유 및 이용한 경험이 있는 사용자 188명을 대상으로 구조방정식모형(SEM)으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 서비스 품질(유형성, 신뢰성, 공감성, 반응성, 보증성)은 모두 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용자 만족도 지속사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 발견되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 CCR 기반 스마트 헬스케어 서비스의 효과와 잠재적인 가치를 탐색하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 이를 통해 개인의 건강상태 관리와 예방에 대한 정확한 정보와 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 향후 스마트 헬스케어 시스템의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 의류기업의 공급사슬 기반활동과 마케팅 역량, 업무성과의 구성차원을 파악하고, 업무성과 향상을 위한 공급사슬 기반활동과 마케팅 역량의 효율적인 활용방안을 모색해 보았다. 공급사슬구조의 중간단계에 위치하고 있어 전체 산업의 전후방에 미치는 효과가 크고, 모든 가치활동을 수행할 능력을 가진 대규모 의류유통기업을 대상으로, 한국패션브랜드연감, 한국의류산업협회 등에 등록된 회원사 리스트를 바탕으로 단순무작위 표집하였다. 설문지 조사방법을 통해 총 95부를 자료분석에 이용하였고, 공급사슬 기반활동, 마케팅 역량, 업무성과 수준을 6점 척도로 측정하였다. 변수의 차원 분류 및 타당도, 신뢰도를 파악하기 위해 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였고 공급사슬 기반활동, 마케팅 역량이 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 공급사슬 기반활동은 구조적, 물류적, 기술적 요인으로 분류되었고, 마케팅 역량은 차별화, 비용우위, 경영우위 요인으로 분류되었고, 업무성과는 재무시장, 생산, 고객만족으로 분류되었다. 공급사슬 기반활동이 업무성과에 미치는 영향은 기술적 활동강화를 통해 재무시장, 생산, 고객만족성과를 얻을 수 있었고, 구조적 활동강화를 통해서는 생산성과를 극대화 할 수 있었다. 마케팅 역량이 업무성과에 미치는 영향은 차별화 역량강화를 통해 재무시장과 고객만족성과를 얻을 수 있었고, 비용우위 역량은 생산성과에, 경영우위 역량은 재무시장성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

호텔정보시스템의 품질과 수용수준이 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 모델을 설정하기 위하여 정보시스템 성과평가모형이론을 고찰하였다. 시스템품질을 제외하고, 정보품질과 서비스품질은 지각된 유용성과 사용자 만족에 정의 영향을 미치며, 지각된 유용성과 사용자 만족도는 성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 시스템품질의 영향을 높일 수 있는 정보시스템 구축과 교육프로그램이 요구되며, 정보품질을 높일 수 있는 업무지향성이 높은 정보가 제공되도록 해야 할 것이다.

We have used various information technologies (IT) in group decision-making for increasing effectiveness and satisfaction of group decision-making process. Recently, a new form of IT so called Group Decision supprot System (GDSS) was introduced into group decision-making process. Previous experimental studies about effectiveness of GDSSS have been inconsistent and the results were mixed. There was no empirical studies about GDSS in Korea. In this study, we divide two groups-GDSS supported group and traditional face-to-face group and investigate impacts of GDSS on group decision-making processes and outcomes. An idea generation task for operational action plan development, implementing GEO's strategic vision, served as the decision-making context. Supported GDSS is GroupSystems V, which had been developed by Univ. of Arizona. It was translated by Korean. According to the results, Number of nonredundant ideas in GDSS group is two or three times more than Non-GDSS grop. GDSS group feel more equal status, have better interpersonal relationship, have more confidence on group decision than Non-GDSS group. But satisfaction of participants on decision-making process and outcome has not showed a significant difference between two groups. Because all of participants in GDSS group were novice to GDSS. With this results we suggest further studies on transforming western type GDSS to Korean decision-making culture. It will be cornerstone for development of GDSS in Korean desision-making culture. Under high agricultural automation in rice farming, cultivation acreage expansion can be considered for the economies of scale. Also, considering the circumstances of higher ratio in leased farms than independent farms, Long-term Leasing Business of Farmland can be the most public and transparent method to expand cultivation acreage for lease farming. Therefore, this research observes the various factors such as application motives, satisfaction, and demands of Long-term Leasing Business of Farmland, which the importance is on the rise and serves as a means to increase agricultural expansion, as well as its operational performance analysis. The research results and implications are as follows. Long-term Leasing Business of Farmland have positive effects such as ensuring stable farming through documental contract, providing convenience because the lease contractor requires no meetings during the contract period, providing opportunities to expand the farm size, and acquiring economical gain which is linked to satisfaction aspects of the businesses. On the other hand, demands such as strengthened business advertisement, writing business documents by correlating with related organizations, and clear lease price configuration were made by the businesses. To bring improvements, this research proposes; 1) expanding support to related businesses, 2) providing convenience through related organization correlations, and 3) configuring clear lease prices considering the regional conditions.
