담체 모양변화에 따른 유기물 처리 성능 고찰 (Performance of Organic Treatment with Shape Modify of Ceramic Support Carrier)

  • This paper discussed the shape effect of ceramic support carrier in order to facilitate biomass immobilization. The shape of ceramic support carrier was modified hollow pipe type into hollow gear type. After seeding, microorganisms were attached in crevices where protection from shear forces or surfaces where easy to contact with support carrier surface. In case of hollow gear type carrier, initial attachment rate was faster than that of hollow pipe type and obtained thick biofilm. Synthetic wastewater(COD:75~880 mg/L, organic loading rate:0.36~4.22 kgCOD/㎥.d) was treated aerobic fixed bed biofilm reactor where 100% of the volume was filled with the ceramic carrier. COD removal efficiency of reactor filled with gear type support carrier was a little high withing 70 days, and then showed similar removal efficiency. It was found that highly loaded operation with up to 4.22 kgCOD/㎥.d was possible in both reactor. Total biomass amounts of pipe type was higher than gear type, however, attached biomass of gear type was higher than that of pipe type.

선천적 심질환아의 수술동의서 작성과 관련된 부모의 요구 (Needs of Parents Who have the Child with Congenital Heart Disease Related to the Informed Consent)

  • Congenital heart disease is the most frequently shown congenital disease among children, most of them can be corrected with operation. However, Patients and their parents need nursing intervention when they face this risky incident of operation. Therefore, parents' experiences are absolutely needed to plan nursing intervention to give practical help to the patients and their parents. The purpose of this study is to provide basic resources to develop a feasible intervention program for the parents by understanding the experiences related to the informed consent of cardiac surgery of their child. From January to June 2003, 10 parents of children patients with congenital heart disease were interviewed who filled out Operation Agreement before the primary operation after they are diagnosed as congenital heart disease in pediatric chest surgery of A hospital in Seoul. They were asked to give opinion regarding pre-operation needs and the interviewed information was analyzed. The results of this study are as follows : Firstly, they were asked what they felt before they were told about the operation of their children from the doctor before filling out the informed consent of operation. They felt 1) vague, 2) confusion of choose, 3) risky, 4) resented, 5) uneasy, 6) guilty, and 7) the burden of operation. Secondly, they were asked what they felt after they filled out the informed consent of operation and the doctor gave them detailed information on the operation of their children. They felt 1) confused, 2) responsible, 3) rejected, 4) angry, 5) plain, 6) to have hope, 7) trying to trust medical people, 8) that consolation is needed, and 9) conditional reduction of the burden of operation. Thirdly, followings are the categories of congenital parents' demand before operation based on the analysis of experiences related to the preparation of the informed consent of operation. 1) Information Demand (1) Anticipatory information (2) Concrete and precise information (3) Individual information 2) Support (1) Empathy (2) Parental supporting (3) Support of parents in the same situation 3) Education and consulting (1) Children-oriented Education (2) Consultation Considering the results of this study, parents of the child with congenital heart disease seem to have various emotional experiences related to filling out the informed consent and they need concrete and practical helps before cardiac surgery. This study proposes that systematic nursing intervention is needed according to the needs of the parents who have the child with congenital heart disease before operation in the field of child health nursing.

The Estimation Analysis Method of the Annual Operation Cost of Korean High-rise Condominiums

  • In today's building industry the emphasis has been geared more towards construction, thus building maintenance and life cycle have been neglected until now. A direct result of this neglect is the rapid aging of building, which leads to more cost-effective decision making methods for the prolongation of building life span. The following study is conducted in the area of Daegu and Seoul in order to develop the estimation analysis method of the annual operation cost of the Korean high-rise condominiums for the cost-effective decision making support through mathematical and statistical analyses including the present value and standardized measurement corrections. Based on the assumption that the life expectancy of the high rise condominium is 50 years, initial cost is ₩421,212/$m^2$, and a total sum of yearly operation cost during life expectancy is ₩2,154,499//$m^2$), yearly accumulated operation cost is shown as below: $AOC=0.7097t^4-38.803t^3+806.95t^2+11045t-496.52$ ($R^2=0.98$) (Here, AOC = Accumulated Operation Cost, t = given years)

가맹본부의 지원제도가 본부에 대한 태도 및 가맹점의 재무성과에 미치는 영향 : 지역상권 경쟁강도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Influence of Franchisors' Supporting Strategy on Franchisee Attitude and Performance: Moderating Effect of Competitive Intensity)

  • Purpose - This article aims to present and test a model regarding franchisors' supporting activities that may positively influence franchisees' attitude toward the franchising headquarter and their own business performance. Moreover, the authors examine the moderating effect of competitive intensity between franchisee attitude and business performance. Most previous research focused on behavioral performance measurements such as satisfaction, trust, and commitment. There are few empirical studies that focus on financial performance data because it is difficult to determine a relational mechanism between behavioral and financial performance. Moreover, financial data is confidential and difficult to collect in many cases. However, this study measures financial performance (e.g., sales revenue per square meter) differently than most previous research, which is mostly focused on the behavioral performance measurements. Research design, data, and methodology - To test our hypotheses, we selected 137 franchisee managers who are running chains of one of the foremost bakery franchise brands in South Korea. This study carefully investigated the reliability, content validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the proposed instrument by analyzing the data obtained from the samples. The data was analyzed using the AMOS structural equation modeling program. Results - The results indicated that: non-financial support activities (e.g., information exchange and communication) had a positive impact on the franchisee attitude toward the franchising headquarter. The franchisee attitude in turn had a positive effect on the headquarters' business performance. Furthermore, competitive intensity could enhance the relationship between franchisee attitude toward franchising headquarter and business performance in a local franchise market. However, financial support activities (e.g., rewards and promotional support) and training had no relationship with either franchisee attitude or business performance. Conclusions - This study provides some practical implications to franchisors in terms of franchise operation and store opening strategies. With respect to the franchise operation strategy, franchisors need to focus on non-financial rather than financial support. Most franchisees consider the necessity of financial support activities and not their sufficiency because these activities are specified in their franchise contract. In addition, it is important for franchisees to maintain a positive attitude for the franchise headquarters. The franchisees with a positive attitude for the franchisor can show a high degree of solidarity for various support activities, and it consequently determines franchisees' sales performance. In terms of franchise store opening strategy, this study suggests an additional criterion that can be considered in determining the location of direct and non-direct management stores (e.g., franchisees' stores). In this research, franchise stores located within high level of competitive intensity are shown to have a high relationship between franchisee attitudes of franchisor support activities and business performance compared to the franchisees located within low competitive intensity level. This result shows that opening non-direct franchise stores is more effective than direct stores in higher competitive market situations. Research contribution, implications, and further research directions are discussed at the end of the paper.

간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사의 이직의도 경로분석 (Path Analysis of Nurse's Turnover Intention Working at the Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Wards)

  • 본 연구는 간호 간병통합서비스병동 간호사의 병동운영지원체계, 간호수행도, 직무만족, 소진과 이직의도 간의 인과관계를 확인함으로써 효율적인 인적자원 관리를 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 B시, C시 소재 500병상 미만 규모의 간호 간병통합서비스병동 간호사 137명이었으며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0과 AMOS 18.0으로 분석하였다. 경로분석 결과, 간호 간병통합서비스병동 간호사의 이직의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 변수는 병동운영지원체계와 소진이었으며, 간접적인 영향을 미치는 변수는 간호수행도와 직무만족이었다. 이직의도에 직접적인 효과가 가장 큰 것은 소진이었으며, 소진은 간호수행도와 직무만족에 직접적인 영향을 받았고, 직무만족은 병동지원체계의 직접적인 영향을 받는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 간호 간병통합서비스병동 간호사의 이직의도를 감소시키기 위해서는 병동운영지원체계를 강화하여 직무만족을 향상시키고, 간호수행에 대한 부담과 소진을 감소시키는 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

조직 구성원의 기업가정신 수준(역량, 태도, CEO 지원)이 기업의 기업가적 문화와 구조, 운영체계에 미치는 영향: 국내 디자인기업을 중심으로 (The Effect of Employee's Entrepreneurship Level (Capacity, Attitude, CEO Support) on Entrepreneurial Culture, Structure and Operation Systems of Corporate: Focused on Design Corporate in Korea)

  • 불확실한 미래와 급변하는 환경에서 기업은 혁신적인 경영활동을 필요로 한다. 주요 선진국들은 가치와 비전을 창출하는 경영전략으로 디자인을 통해 다양한 고부가가치 창출하여 벤처 및 창업기업의 육성과 기업 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 기업은 디자인을 활용하여 기업의 가치를 높이고 신제품 및 서비스로 신시장을 개척하는 디자인산업에 많은 관심과 지원이 집중되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기업은 혁신적이고 창의적인 활동이 요구되며, 기업가정신의 함양을 통해 창조적인 기업으로 이끌어야 한다. 이제 기업가정신은 개인적 수준을 넘어 조직적 수준에서 효과적인 프로세스를 구축함으로써 성공적인 기업가정신을 제고해야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 창의적 활동이 적극적으로 요구되는 디자인산업 내 디자인기업 구성원 351명을 대상으로 사내 기업가정신의 개인 및 조직 관점에서 실증 분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과는 디자인기업 구성원의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, CEO 지원은 문화와 구조에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 구성원의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, CEO 지원은 운영체계에 영향이 없는 것으로 나타나 사내 기업가정신의 활성화를 위한 운영체계 구축이 필요하다는 결과를 도출했다. 본 연구를 통하여 디자인기업의 사내 기업가정신 수준을 높여야 하는 당위성을 강조하고 기업의 지속적인 성장을 위한 기업가정신 제고의 방안이 요구된다. 또한 개인 수준에서 구성원의 기업가정신이 조직 수준에서 발현될 수 있도록 체계적인 운영체계를 마련하여 인프라를 적극적으로 활용하는 것이 중요하다는 실무적 시사점을 제언하였다.

버스 정류장의 서비스 수준 및 평가모델 구축에 관한 연구 (Establishment about Service Level and Evaluation Model of Bus Stop)

  • 버스 정류장은 많은 승객이 이용하기 때문에 편리한 서비스 제공을 위하여 이용자 중심으로 환경을 개선할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 GAP, IPA, 구조방정식을 이용한 버스 정류장 서비스 수준에 대한 이용자 평가모델 구축을 통하여 그 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 버스 정류장의 31개 서비스 항목에 대한 GAP 구축에서는 장애인 관련 시설, 버스 이용 관련 정보를 제공하는 항목에서 차이가 높게 나타났다. IPA의 현재 서비스의 경우는 버스 운행 관련 정보, 보조시설, 장애인 지원시설에서 우선 시정이 필요한 것으로 나타났고, 서비스 기대치의 경우는 버스 운행 관련 정보 및 환승시설, 장애인 지원시설에서 지속적 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 구조방정식에 의한 버스 정류장 서비스 평가모델은 적합도가 좋은 것으로 나타났으며, 버스 정류장 전체 만족도에는 시설 이용 만족보다는 대기 만족 그리고 버스 정류장 시설 이용 만족에는 버스 운행 관련 정보 만족, 보조시설 만족, 버스 운행 정보 및 환승시설, 장애인 지원시설이 상대적으로 영향을 많이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 현재 버스 정류장에 대한 전체 만족도가 낮을수록, 전체 만족도에 대한 기대치가 높게 요구되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 버스 운행 관련 정보와 장애인 지원시설에 대해서는 적극적인 개선 전략이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

성과기반군수(PBL)를 활용한 군수지원 발전방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Logistic Support by Performance Based Logistics)

  • 성과기반군수는 전투준비태세를 향상시키고 무기체계의 수법주기비용을 절감하기 위하여 연구되었다. 최근 미국 국방부는 성과기반군수를 연구하고 발전시켜서 이것을 미국 군수분야에 적용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구논문에서는 미국의 군수기원 분야의 발전동향을 살펴보고 우리나라의 군수지원 분야의 실태를 분석한 후, 효율적인 군수지원을 위하여 성과기반군수를 활용한 군수지원 발전방안을 제시하였다.

의료과오를 줄이기 위한 효율적인 병원서비스운영에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Efficient Hospital Service Operation Management for the Reduction of Medical Errors)

  • This paper presents a research model, which identifies a relationship between medical error reduction, efficiency of organizational systems, and employee satisfaction with organizational support. The proposed model was tested through hypotheses, based on data collected from 210 respondents from the medical staff of large -sized (i.e., more than 500 beds) residential hospitals in cities of South Korea. The results of the study showed that medical error reduction is associated with corrective system and employee satisfaction with organizational support. Therefore, it is very important that organizations improve their employees' satisfaction by providing sufficient support (e.g., information support and sharing, work guide book, etc.) for their work. In addition, in organizational systems, the corrective system has positive relationship with medical error reduction. In terms of corrective procedures, leaders or managers can make improvements by providing and supporting a friendly work environment where errors may be reported without blame and discussed in order to be corrected.

공작기계지능화를 위한 에이전트 기반 의사결정지원시스템 (Agent-Based Decision Support System for Intelligent Machine Tools)

  • In order to implement Artificial Intelligence, various technologies have been widely used. Artificial Intelligence are applied for many industrial products and machine tools are the center of manufacturing devices in intelligent manufacturing devices. The purpose of this paper is to present the design of Decision Support Agent that is applicable to machine tools. This system is that decision whether to act in accordance with machine status is support system. It communicates with other active agents such as sensory and dialogue agent. The proposed design of decision support agent facilitates the effective operation and control of machine tools and provides a systematic way to integrate the expert's knowledge that will implement Intelligent Machine Tools.
