자동차 차체금형 가공용 공정계획 시스템(II)-작업 계획과 NC 코드 후처리 (A Process Planning System for Machining of Dies for Auto-Body Production(II)-Operation Planning and NC Code Post-Processing)

  • This paper presents a process and operation planning system with an NC code post-processor for effective machining of press dies for production of cars. Based on the machining features, major parts of press dies are categorized into 15 groups and a standard process plan is defined for each group. The standard process plan consists of a series of processes where a process is defined as a group of operations that can be done with one setup. Details such as cutting tools, cutting conditions, and tool paths are decided at the operation planning stage. At the final stage of process and operation planning, the NC code post-processor we developed adjusts feedrates along the tool path to reduce machining time. The adjustment rule is selected based on the metal removal rate estimated by virtually machining with virtual cutting tool.

IT 아웃소싱 어플리케이션 운영 계약모델에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Contract Model for IT Outsourcing Application Operation)

  • The study suggests a contract model of application operation through case study of A bank's IT outsourcing application contract based on workload. The IT outsourcing order form has a problem in that the scope of work is ambiguous due to the integration of operation and maintenance. In this study, application operation and maintenance were separated by referring to application operation history provided in ISO/IEC15504-5 standard. The scope of the IT outsourcing service was clarified by organizing the definition and detail activities of the application operation business. Application operation contract method has generally applied estimation method by the number of input manpower and period by agreement between buyer and client. As there is no activity to calculate the number of input manpower based on the operational work history and based on the standard workload per activity. In this case is not guaranteed due to the simple agreement between the contractors. In this paper, we propose an application operating cost estimation model that measures the size of the operating software using function point analysis that is the basis of application operation tasks. In order to verify the validity of the application operation cost model, we verified the correlation between the application size and the labor cost through regression analysis using SPSS.

CMOS binary image sensor with high-sensitivity metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor-type photodetector for high-speed imaging

  • In this study, we present a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) binary image sensor. It can shoot an object rotating at a high-speed by using a gate/body-tied (GBT) p-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (PMOSFET)-type photodetector. The GBT PMOSFET-type photodetector amplifies the photocurrent generated by light. Therefore, it is more sensitive than a standard N+/P-substrate photodetector. A binary operation is installed in a GBT PMOSFET-type photodetector with high-sensitivity characteristics, and the high-speed operation is verified by the output image. The binary operations circuit comprise a comparator and memory of 1- bit. Thus, the binary CMOS image sensor does not require an additional analog-to-digital converter. The binary CMOS image sensor is manufactured using a standard CMOS process, and its high- speed operation is verified experimentally.

  • This paper suggests to standardize railway accident restoration types as the standardized code and to develop standard operation procedures(SOP) for the efficient railway accident management and recovery system. First of all, occurred damage types as the existing railway accident types in both domestic and foreign cases have been carefully analyzed and then reclassified. Therefore, this study suggested the combination of 3 distinct code factors: restoration class, restoration object, and restoration location to standardize them. In addition, temporary restoration SOP will play a major role in the railway accident database management system and SOP for the damage limitation and the prevention of accident spread.

  • This study sets a goal of establishing work standard and standard time in a machine tool process consisted of high-priced NC machine tools. Firstly, the theories of work standard and standard time in the field of NC machine tools are studies. Secondly, the theories are actually applied to a manufacturing company; work standard sheets are developed and applied to a machining center haying low operation rate, and then the increase in productivity is compared. Finally, problems to be studied later in relation to work standard and standard time are presented.

주거지 주변가로 Zone 30 구역 선정기준 및 운영방안 연구 (The Study on Choice Standard and Operation Method on Zone 30 in the Outskirts Street of Residential Area)

  • 본 연구는 현재의 보행자 보호구역 선정기준 문제점을 분석하여 현실에 맞는 기준 재정립에 관해 기술하였다. 구체적인 사항으로는 보행자 교통사고의 문제점에 대하여 통계자료를 기본으로 보행자 교통사고의 추이, 사고의 발생 유형, 행동유형 등을 종합적으로 분석하고 보행자 교통사고의 감소를 위한 대책으로 보행자 보호구역을 지정 운영하고 있는 국내 외의 사례를 활용하여 국내의 Zone30 구역 선정 기준을 도출하였다. 또한, 현장조사를 통해 교통량과 속도가 보행자 사고에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 정량적인 기준을 제시하였으며, 정량적 기준 외에 사고유형, 도로기능, 사고위치 등 보행자 교통사고 발생건수 등의 사고특성을 분석하여 기준을 제시하였다. 특히 교통사고의 통계자료를 활용하여 보행자 안전성에 역점을 두었다. 또한, Zone30 구역의 안전시설 설치에 관한 설치기준 및 운영방안의 체계적인 정립이 이루어지지 않아 각 지방 단위별로 일관성이 없고 혼란이 발생하여 Zone30 구역에 설치될 시설설치 표준지침 수립과 운영방안을 제시하였으며, Zone30 구역 교통운영별 시설물 배치도를 제시하여 설치기준을 제시하였다.

  • Purpose: At the moment, There is a facility standard for intensive care units on the Korea medical services Act. However, the contents of regulation are so limited and difficult to apply. Therefore, it is necessary to draw up the guideline to complement the regulation for efficient operation of intensive care units. This study aims to suggest basic data for guideline of intensive care units. Methods: 2 Methods have been used in this paper. 1) Comparative analysis between the national regulation of Korea with the design standard of the United States America, the United Kingdom and Australia. 2) A literature survey about operation method for intensive care unit, focused on materials published in intensive care medicine society of each country. Results: In comparison with guideline of abroad cases, additional supplement are required, with regard to item such as operation environment, size, nursing manpower ratio, bed space area, space program of intensive care units for healing environment. Implications: This study is a basic research for guideline of intensive care unit, and need to be followed by further study using various perspectives and methods.

  • We've investigated the characteristics on mariner's behavior in the collision situation through a full-mission ship handling simulator and considered that it's necessary to model the standard avoiding behavior of mariners in order to apply the obtained results more widely and effectively. Thus we described the contents of standard avoiding behavior taken by mariners in the collision situation and established the concept of the standard model based on human factors for collision avoidance in a previous study. As a following study, this paper is to propose the method of modeling on mariners' standard behavior for collision avoidance by analyzing the contents of mariner's information processing and the related factors using regression analysis. As a result, we confirmed the influence of relating factors to avoiding behavior in mariner's deciding decisions and proposed the modeling method of mariners' standard behavior for collision avoidance with a example of recognition model.

고속기록기의 제어운용 소프트웨어 분석 및 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development and Analysis of Control Operation Software of High-Speed Recorder)

  • 본 논문에서는 한국우주전파관측망(Korean VLBI Network; KVN)을 통하여 천체의 미약한 우주전파를 고속으로 기록하는 Mark5B 고속기록기 시스템의 제어운용 소프트웨어를 분석하고 VSI(VLBI Standard Interface) 형식의 시각정보를 기록할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 고속기록기 시스템의 제어운용 소프트웨어는 대용량 하드디스크를 제어할 수 있는 RAID 보드를 구동하는 소프트웨어와 네트워크를 통한 제어운용을 할 수 있다. 핵심 제어 소프트웨어가 시스템에서 구동하고 있으면 네트워크로 입력된 명령을 해석하고 실행 후 결과를 다시 네트워크를 통해 출력하도록 구성되어 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어 분석을 통하여 기록된 관측데이터를 상관처리하기 위해 필요한 시각정보를 함께 기록할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 본 논문에서 개발하였다. 개발된 소프트웨어는 데이터를 기록할 때 입력되는 1PPS 신호의 인터럽트를 확인한 후 데이터 기록과 함께 기록시각정보도 함께 데이터 기록시간동안 기록한다. 개발한 소프트웨어의 정상동작을 확인하기 위해 실제 관측을 수행하였으며, 기록한 데이터의 분석을 통하여 그 유효성을 확인하였다.

  • Because of the presure of costs some public transport companies are forced to think new system that is more simple and more economic forms of operation. Radio-based operation and automatic driverless operation for city railways are possible to low the costs. To construct the automated driverless operation system, it is necessary to configure the new signalling. This paper focuses on the automated driverless operation system suitable for the LRT and the standard of signalling function and the R&D project in the world.
