산란계농가의 자동화계사 시설실태 및 의식조사 연구 (Survey on the Automation of Laying Hen Houses and Farmers' Awareness of its Significance)

  • This survey was conducted to investigate the situation of three types of laying hen houses and farmers' awareness of farm automation. Six windowless, three high-rising windowless and four open-sided laying hen houses were surveyed to compare their characteristics, and sixty farmers answered questionnaires. 1. Population density of laying hen was 13.9 birds/m^2$ in open-sided, 28.9 birds/m^2$ in high-rising windowless, and 44.9 birds/m^2$ in windowless laying hen houses. 2. Feeder space was $12{\sim}13.5cm$ in open-sided laying hen houses, but feeder space of windowless and high-rising hen houses was narrower than that of open-sided laying hen houses. 3. Thermal resistance values were $14.6{\sim}18.7\;m^2\;{\circ}C/W$ in wall, #22.0{\sim}23.7\;m^2\;{\circ}C/W$ in roof of windowless and high-rising windowless laying hen houses but the wall of open-sided laying hen houses was only $1.9\;m^2\;{\circ}C/W$. 4. Maximum ventilation capacity was 0.161{\sim}0.326$ cmm/bird in summer. Minimum rate of tunnel Ventilation laying hen houses in winter was $0.013{\sim}0.040$ cmm/bird, but minimum rate of crossflow and high-rising windowless laying hen houses was larger than that of tunnel ventilation houses. 5. One person managed about 8,100 birds in open-sided, and about 23,500 birds in windowless and high-rising windowless laying hen houses. 7. 90.7% of farmers responsed that they want to construct automatized laying hen houses in the future.

  • Chesbrough가 개방형 혁신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 규명한 이래 개방형 혁신의 다양한 성과와 내용을 다루는 연구들이 활성화되고 있다. 아울러, Hippel은 User Innovation 연구를 통해서 의료 장비와 산업자전거 등과 같은 분야에서는 사용자 혁신이 신제품 혁신으로 연결되어 나타나고 있는 것을 보여 주었다. 후자의 경우는 사용자 기반 개방형 혁신의 한 유형으로 볼 수 있다. 그런데 기업의 개방형 혁신의 정도와 내용을 규명하는 방법은 개별 사례연구 혹은 기업에 대한 설문조사를 통한 직접적이고 상당히 질적인 조사 이외에 활성화된 조사 모델이 개발되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 기술경영 분석 연구에서 그리고 기업의 경영 컨설팅과 신성장 전략에서 각광을 받고 있는 개방형 혁신 연구 방법 모델에 특허분석을 적용하고자 한다. Chesbrough가 자신의 연구에서 일회적으로 밝힌 바 있는 특허를 통한 기업의 개방형 혁신 분석방법을 보다 체계적인 분석모델의 형태로 제안한다. 아울러, 특허기반 개방형 혁신 분석 모델을 대경지역의 IT의료 및 연료전지 분야에 적용하고, 국내외 자동차 및 모바일 대표 대기업인 삼성 모바일 부문과 노키아, 현대자동차와 도요타에 적용함으로써 특허기반 개방형 혁신 분석 모델의 타당성을 검증한다.

열교환기 브레이징 결함의 유형 분류 및 형상 디스플레이 (Type Classification and Shape Display of Brazing Defect in Heat Exchanger)

  • X-ray cross-sectional image-based inspection technique is one of the most useful methods to inspect the brazing joints of heat exchanger. Through X-ray cross-sectional image acquisition, image processing, and defect inspection, the defects of brazing joints can be detected. This paper presents a method to judge the type of detected defects automatically, and to display them three-dimensionally. The defect type is classified as unconnected defect, void, and so on, based on location, size, and shape information of defect. Three-dimensional display which is realized using OpenGL (Open Graphics Library) will be helpful to understand the overall situation including location, size, shape of the defects in a test object.

섬유강화 복합재료에서 결함의 보강재에 의한 강도 평가 (The Strength Evaluation of Reinforced Flaw by Stiffener in Woven Fiber Reinforced Composite Plates)

  • The use of advanced composite materials has grown in recent years in aerospace and other structures. Out of various kinds of repairing methods the one selecteh for this study is an idealized case which simulates a situation where a damaged laminate has been repaired by drilling a hole and therefter plugging the hole with reinforcement. Two typesof reinforcement are investigated ;adhesively bonged plug reinforcement or snug-fit unbonded plug in the hole. For each case of reinforcement, four different sizes of hole diameter and three types of reinforcing material(steel, aluminum, plexiglass) are employed for investigation. The experiment are mainloy forced on the evaluation of ultimate strength of laminate with reinforced hole in comparison to its counterpart with the open hole.

고추수확기 개발을 위한 기초연구 (A Fundamental Study for Development of a Pepper Harvester)

  • Pepper has been the second important income source of Korean farmer. Provided the agricultural market in Korea is opened, pepper of which price is more than three times of the world market price can not survive with current cultivation practice. Pepper harvesters have been developed in some countries but, they are not feasible in Korea due to difference of varieties, cultivation practice and climate between Korea and other countries. This is a fundamental study to develop a pepper harvester suitable to the current situation in Korea. Physical properties of a pepper plant and its fruit were investigated. Also, a pair of open helices was selected as a pepper removing mechanism and tested to determine the best operating conditions. This study revealed that a pepper harvester with more than 90% of pepper recovery is attainable. Best rotating speed of open helices with 30cm diameter and conveying velocity of pepper main stem were determined to be 180 rpm and 0.1 m/s respectively.

  • 본 논문에서는 양자암호 시스템의 설계과정에서 필연적으로 사용되는 의사난수들의 비트열들이 다수개 존재하는 현상과 이를 상호 공개된 채널에서 부분정보를 공유해야 하는 상황은 비트열들의 쌍을 노출시킨다. 본고에서는 이러한 의사난수 열의 기본 테스트 과정과 이를 벗어나는 이진 병합 비트열의 난수성에 대하여 살펴본다.

  • Kurye-gun, which Hwaeomsa temple is located, has huge scale's geographical characteristics, such as mountains, rivers and open fields. This is really blessing area because of Som-jin river at the bottom of Ghiri mountain and open fields, which this situation is very difficult. The location of Hwaeomsa temple is an end of The Baek-Doo Mountains and very important spot(where influences to its geometric converge) of the theory of feng-shui. On exposure logic of the Korean traditional theory of feng-shui, the organization in Ga-Ram of Hwaeomsa temple is inconsistent with representative theory and analyzing system. So, this is one of successful examples with the theory of feng-shui because exhalation from the earth and water was organized well with accuracy.

  • When materials are to be transported vertically at the construction site, if the space is small, there is often a precarious situation in which materials are transported outside the scaffold or through the space secured by removing the safety footrest. In addition, if the safety foothold is removed, the reinstallation may not occur due to carelessness of a worker. To solve the problem of this particular case, we have created a safety foothold that is unnecessary to dismantle and can be opened.

  • 본 논문에서는 OpenMP 기반의 병렬프로그램을 대상으로 각 스레드의 수행양상을 추적할 수 있는 감시 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 감시 시스템은 각 스레드의 레이블링 정보를 이용하여 접근역사를 통한 분석기법이 대부분 이였다. 이는 대량의 정보 생성으로 인한 시간적, 공간적 복잡도를 높이는 문제점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 관심 정보에 따른 스레드만을 대상으로 추적 정보를 생성하고 사용자에게 직관성 높은 정보로 제공하기 위한 시각화 시스템을 동시에 제공한다. 시각화를 위한 모델은 영상정보를 기반하여 구성되며 이는 영상처리 기법을 통하여 프로그램 수행양상을 인지할 수 있게 한다. 따라서, 본 논문은 병렬프로그램을 효과적으로 디버깅할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다.

A temporary evacuation area like open space analysis for disaster prevention town considering probability of street blockade-

  • Traditional town with wooden houses like Japanese historic local town is vulnerable to disaster. Wooden houses crowed in this study area, there is no gap between buildings and buildings. When disaster occurs, they can not use evacuation routes based on the value of probability of rubble flow. Disaster prevention design of traditional town using spatial information for residents is a modern idea in the field of disaster prevention study. Therefore, it is basically important and effective to create information, especially on the current situation such as dangerousness of the area. Here, we report on a disaster prevention design regarding probability of street blockade and probability of rubble flow at a large earthquake directly under our study area. In this study, we explain about necessity of temporary evacuation areas like open space. As a result, we found some ideas to secure evacuation routes from traditional houses to designated refuge places using temporary evacuation areas.
