In our domestic software industries, it is focused on such a high quality development/ testing process, maturity measurement, and so on. But the real industrial fields are still working on a code-centric development. Most of the existing legacy systems did not keep the design and highly increased the code complexity with more patching of the original codes. To solve this problem, we adopt a code visualization technique which is important to reduce the code complexity among modules. To do this, we suggest a tool chaining method based on the existing open source software tools, which extends NIPA's Software Visualization techniques applied to procedural languages. In addition, it should be refactored to fix bad couplings of the quality measurement indicators within the code visualization. As a result, we can apply reverse engineering to the legacy code, that is, from programming via model to architecture, and then make high quality software with this approach.

Using metallic Ti powder as raw materials and 1,2-diaminocyclohexane (DACH) as the trial template, two novel reduced titanophosphate open-structures were hydrothermally isolated by varying the $H_3PO_4/H_2O$ ratio to adjust the pH value. TiPO-1 crystallizes in orthorhombic Pbca space group with cell parameters a = 21.956(3) $\AA$, b = 8.6268(11) $\AA$, c = 7.2883(9) $\AA$, V = 1380.5(3) $\AA^3$, Z = 4. TiPO-2 crystallizes in triclinic space group P$\bar{1}$ with parameters a = 5.1620(10) $\AA$, b = 8.815(2) $\AA$, c = 10.655(3) $\AA$, $\alpha$ = $99.45^{\circ}$, $\beta$ = $102.94^{\circ}$, $\gamma$ = $91.06^{\circ}$, V = 465.34 $\AA^3$. TiPO-1 is constructed by infinite -Ti-O-Ti-O- linkage that is capped by $PO_4$ groups to form a chain structure with protonated DACH molecules occupying the interchain spaces. TiPO-2 represents a rare 3-D reduced titanophosphate with 12-MR channels. The structure of TiPO-2 is a neutral framework with water molecules located in the channels.

Software compliance is an essential process when Open Source Software is included in software development to avoid such as license violation issue. However, analyzing quite big software which involves many developers requires enormous time and hard difficulty. To resolve these kinds of problem, SPDX formalizes and standardize the metadata about the software package. When the use of SPDX is activated, software package analysis would be simple and could contribute fair Open Source Software distribution. In this paper, we develop blockchain based SPDX distribution platform which fulfills the requirement of SPDX lifecycle to provide SPDX database which does not depend on particular centralized service but serve as distributed ledger and control by user's certification and their purpose. Moreover, to contribute invigoration of blockchain based SPDX distribution platform, we develop SPDX document generation plug-in for integrated development environment such as Visual Studio.

Absorption spectra of photochromic spironaphthoxazine dye in various solvents were examined and exhibited a positive solvatochromism. The positive solvatochromism of this dye strongly suggests that the structure of open chain forms is keto type structure, 4a. The effect of structural change on the electronic spectra, on replacement of the C=C bond by C=N bond, is discussed.

For these characteristics, e-business companies are becoming to suffer such burdens as wide spread of global economy, industry deregulation, and the increasing number of new entrants. In this situation, e-business companies should maintain the flexible system to adapt fast changing environment. Information system planning has been the important research area for many years because of its strategic importance. Among various variables, organization and IS context have been researched for making successful ouput of ISP. In this paper, I studied the importance of flexibility in e-business environments. And further I examined the flexibility of IS, organization and ISP methodologies. The forthcoming paper, I expect to investigate the relationship between IS flexibility, organizational flexibility, ISP flexible methodologies and successful ISP.

The advance of All-IP digital convergence is now triggering fundamental changes in the media industry. This article analyzes the evolution of the media industry based on a value chain model, with a special emphasis placed on the impact of digital technology on the structure of media production, distribution, and consumption. As the Internet has evolved into an access channel for all forms of media, the boundaries of the media industry remain unclear and open thus enabling anyone to become a creator of media. Furthermore, the scope of media continues to become more dynamic as competition grows between older and more innovative forms of media. In this light, adapting to innovative technologies and more effectively meeting the needs of customers represent key factors for the continued evolution of the media.

A new MCMC method for optimization is presented in this paper, which is called the scanline block Gibbs sampler. Due to its slow convergence speed, traditional Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) is not widely used. In contrast to the conventional MCMC method, it is more convenient to parallelize the scanline block Gibbs sampler. Since The main part of the scanline block Gibbs sampler is to calculate message between each edge, in order to accelerate the calculation of messages passing in scanline sampler, it is parallelized in GPU. It is proved that the implementation on GPU is faster than on CPU based on the experiments on the OpenGM2 benchmark.

A new reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) method for the Potato leafroll virus (PLRV) was developed and compared with conventional reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to address its advantages over RTPCR. RT-LAMP primers were designed from the open reading frame 3 (ORF3) sequence of PLRV. The RT-LAMP reactions were conducted without or with a set of loop primers. By real-time monitoring using Turbimeter, the RT-LAMP (with loop primers) detects PLRV in less than 30 min, compared to 120 min of RT-PCR. By adding fluorescent reagent during the reaction, final products of the RT-LAMP were fluorescently visualized under UV light or could be differentiated by naked-eye inspection under normal light. The RT-LAMP was extremely sensitive, about 2000-fold more sensitive than RT-PCR. This study presents great potential of the RT-LAMP for diagnosis and PLRV epidemiology because RT-LAMP method is speedy, sensitive, inexpensive, and convenient.

The strain BY-445 which produces new inhihitors of ${\alpha}$-amylase was isolated from a soil sample and identified. The aerial hyphae of this strain develope in the from of open spirals. The spore chain of BY-445 strain appears in spiral shape with spiny surface. Melanoid and soulble pigments were not observed. Gelatin was liquefied, and skin milk and starch was also hydrolyzed. The isolate contained LL-diaminopimelic acid in its cell wall hydrolysate. The content of fatty acid 16:iso, 15:0 anteiso and 16:0 was 25:30, 16.19 and 13.16%, respectively. BY-445 strain was closely related to Streptomyces violaceusinger but it was different from this strain in some cultural and physiological characteristics. This strain was, therefore, designated as Streptomyces sp. BY 445.

SWIFT has designed Trade Services Utility(TSU) to meet the new paradigm of electronic trade. The Trade Services Utility is a matching and workflow application that sits on the SWIFT network. The TSU is designed to help banks offer advanced supply chain services to their corporate customers who are involved in open account trading. Nowadays, the Bank payment obligation(BPO) can optionally be included in a baseline by mutual consent. The BPO is an irrevocable and conditional obligation of an obligor bank(buyers bank) to pay a specified amount to seller's bank according to an established baseline of a single TSU transaction. Therefore, SWIFT enables its customers to automate and standardise financial transactions, thereby lowering costs, reducing operational risk and eliminating inefficiencies from their operations. Whereas, Banks can use the core functionality of the Trade Services Utility to offer competitive services that complement existing services. But SWIFT need to come up with the measures of activating the TSU BPO. So, this paper is to introduce TSU BPO and check the measures for the activation of the TSU BPO under the electronic trade environment.
