차세대 정보시스템의 대부분은 스마트폰 등의 휴대용 모바일 기기에서 동작할 것이다. REST 웹서비스는 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 분야에서 매우 급속하게 대중화되고 있다. 이러한 REST 웹서비스의 사용은 단지 활용도가 증가하는 것 뿐 아니라, 모바일 애플리케이션을 개발하는 방법론 자체를 바꾸고 있다. 이는 REST 웹서비스가 제3의 애플리케이션 개발에 있어 빌딩블록과 같은 형태로 사용될 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 소켓을 대신하여 REST 웹서비스 Open API를 사용한 분산 컴퓨팅을 제안한다. 이를 위해서, 본 연구에서는 REST 웹서비스 Open API가 기존의 소켓 기반 서비스에 비해 충분한 성능을 제공함을 분석적/실험적 방법을 통해 제시한다. 따라서, 향후 인터넷 통신 프리미티브 API로서 REST 웹서비스 Open API가 충분한 성능을 갖는다는 사실을 보여준다.

최근 스마트 디바이스의 보급으로 인해 스마트 디바이스 기반의 다양한 서비스가 창출되고 있으며, 특히 단순한 서비스 제공이 아닌 사용자의 상황, 환경에 맞는 사용자 맞춤형 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 현재의 사용자 맞춤형 서비스는 불특정 다수 사용자를 위해 프로그램 제작자가 만드는 서비스이기 때문에 일반 사용자는 자신의 상황에 완벽하게 적합한 서비스를 제공받을 수 없는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자 상황이 고려된 맞춤형 서비스 제공을 위한 자동 매쉬업의 요소기술로서, Open API 기술 문서에서 단어의 상호정보량을 산출하여 Open API 파라미터간의 의미적 유사도로 정의하고 비교하는 방안에 대해 연구 하였다.

모든 사물이 지능화되고 인터넷과 연결되는 IoT의 시대가 열리고 있다. IoT 생태계 구축과 활성화를 위해서는 개방형 IoT 서비스 플랫폼이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 IoT 서비스 플랫폼의 한 요소로서 오픈 소스 하드웨어와 대표적인 상용 클라우드 서비스인 AWS를 기반으로 하는 개방형 IoT 플랫폼을 개발하고 테스트베드를 구축하여 그 기능을 확인하였다.

오픈 공유 마켓(Open Sharing Market)은 공유 거래를 제공하기 위한 마켓으로 기존의 특정 상품에 국한된 공유 서비스(Sharing Service)를 제공하는 서비스와는 다르게 다양한 상품을 취급할 수 있는 오픈 공유 서비스를 제공한다. 오픈 공유 마켓에서의 공유는 기존 마켓에서 거래할 수 없는 모든 상품을 공유할 수 있으며, 공유자간에 공유 기간 및 비용을 협상하여 거래의 유동성을 제공한다. 이렇게 다양한 상품들을 공유할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 가변적인 요소(Variant Elements)들이 많이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 가변적인 요소들을 동적으로 반영할 수 있는 확장 가능한 아키텍처를 제시한다. 제시된 아키텍쳐는 다양한 상품들에 대한 다양한 공유 서비스를 보다 효율적으로 관리하고 서비스할 수 있도록 하기 위해 각각의 서비스를 컴포넌트 단위로 구성하여 동적으로 가변적인 부분들이 바인딩 될 수 있도록 설계함으로써, 지속적으로 다양한 상품들을 공유할 수 있는 서비스의 확장성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

무기체계 효과도 분석을 위한 통합 시뮬레이션 엔진은 모델의 개발부터 시뮬레이션 수행 및 분석에 이르는 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 전 단계에 걸쳐 도구와 서비스 및 인터페이스를 제공해야 한다. 다양한 국방 통합 시뮬레이션 엔진을 제공하고 있는 국외와는 달리, 국내에서는 자체적인 분산 실시간 모의체계 엔진에 대한 연구 및 개발이 미흡하여 무기체계 M&S(Modeling and Simulation) 활동 시 유사 업무가 반복되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 국외의 기 개발된 국방 M&S 모의엔진의 서비스를 비교 분석하여 무기체계 효과도 분석을 지원하기 위한 통합 시뮬레이션 엔진인 OpenSIM(Open Simulation Engine for Interoperable Model)을 소개하고, OpenSIM에서 제공하는 서비스의 범위 및 내용을 정의한다. 정의된 서비스는 모델링 실행 분석에서 공통적으로 많이 사용되는 클래스, 함수 및 데이터 등을 구현하여 프로그래밍의 복잡도를 감소시킬 수 있다.

Recently, there has been rising concerns to integrate and connect a developed spatial information services without consideration of location in the heterogeneous distributed environment. The Open GIS Consortium provides system architecture model related to open web service for spatial information. This paper discusses the issues related to the web service framework for spatial information services using standards of Open GIS Consortium. In particular, we concentrate upon the WRS that support the runtime discovery and evaluation of resources. The technology for integration of spatial information services is expected to get synergy effect and overcomes limit of individual development of each spatial information technology. Also this system provides the interoperability and the reusability and prevents the duplication development of system.

With the vision of Internet of Things (IoT), physical world itself is becoming a connected information system on the Internet and cyber world is computing as a physical act to sense and respond to real-world events collaboratively. The systems that tightly interlink the cyber and physical worlds are often referred to as Smart Systems or Cyber-Physical Systems. Smart IoT Clouds aim to provide a cyber-physical infrastructure for utility (pay-as-you-go) computing to easily and rapidly build, modify and provision auto-scale smart systems that continuously monitor and collect data about real-world events and automatically control their environment. Developing specifications for service interoperability is critical to enable to achieve this vision. In this paper, we bring an issue to extend Open Cloud Computing Interface for uniform, interoperable interfaces for Smart IoT Cloud Services to access services and build a smart system through orchestrating the cloud services.

Opening government data has been one of the main goals of nations building their e-government structures. Nonetheless, more than publishing government data for public viewing, the bigger concern right now is promoting the use change to "and proving the usefulness of available public data". In order to do this, governments must be able to, not only publicize data but more so, publish the kind of data usable to infomediaries and developers in order to create new products and services for citizens. This research investigates 30 open data use cases of South Korea as listed in Data.go.kr. This study aims to contribute to a better understanding of open datasets utilization in a technologically-advanced and well-developed nation and hopefully provide some useful insights on how open data is currently being used, how it is opening up new business, and more importantly, how it is contributing to the civic society by providing services to the public.

최근 각국은 정부 데이터 개방을 위한 데이터 플랫폼을 구축하고, 행정정보데이터세트 등 다양한 데이터를 민간에서 웹을 통해 자유롭게 활용하도록 하고 있다. 이 연구는 전 세계적으로 가장 많이 활용되는 대표적인 오픈 데이터 플랫폼인 소크라타와 CKAN의 기능을 분석하고, 각국의 활용 사례를 살펴보았다. 그리고 서울시의 데이터세트 서비스 현황을 사례로 검토하여, 오픈 데이터 플랫폼을 적용한 지방자치단체의 데이터세트 관리 및 서비스 방안을 개념적으로 제시하였다. 이를 통해 기록으로서의 데이터세트 서비스 제공을 위한 지방자치단체의 장기적인 보존과 관리체제 방안을 제도적 측면과 데이터의 생산 및 관리 측면, 서비스 측면 및 플랫폼의 선택 등 다양한 측면에서 제시하였다.

In order for end-users in home networks to receive opportunities for useful services that go beyond legacy Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) services, this paper proposes a service platform that resides on the residential gateway (RG) for interworking between the home network and IPTV. This proposed service platform is called the home-oriented IPTV service platform (HISP) on the RG (HISP-RG). The proposed HISP-RG provides open architecture and functionalities to enable 3rd party IPTV service providers to locally and directly deliver home-oriented IPTV services to end-users in home networks. The HISP-RG can be an "add-on" and not a "built-in" solution for the existing standard RG. This paper introduces several home-oriented IPTV services that can be executed and delivered locally through the HISP-RG. Then, the open architecture and functionalities of the HISP-RG are defined and their requirements are specified. Finally, use cases of the HISP-RG for home-oriented IPTV services are presented.
