A total 10,097 data from the elderly survey were used to analyze the differences in the possession and use of information devices, usage capabilities, and injustice according to disability. Descriptive analysis was conducted to find out general characteristics and disability-related characteristics. chi-square tests were conducted to find out the difference in informatization and communication device usage ability and information device usage inconvenience according to disability. The p-value was set at 0.001. As a result of the study, the elderly with disabilities in Korea had lower smartphones and tablet PCs than the non-disabled elderly. In terms of daily inconvenience, the elderly with disabilities often responded that they had no experience or did not know about the inconvenience of online reservations for trains/high-speed buses/intercity buses, ordering kiosks at restaurants, using ATMs, or reducing bank stores. Taken together, the ability of the elderly with disabilities in Korea to possess and use informatization devices is very low and they feel more inconvenience than the non-disabled elderly. The purpose of this study is to understand using of antithrombotic agents in clinical settings. The number of patients receiving antithrombotic therapy is increasing in the long term due to the increased prevalence of cardiovascular disease in the elderly. There is a guideline for discontinuation of antithrombotic treatment before dental treatment, but the present study shows that there is a difference from the actual clinical situation. We used an online survey methodology to involve 1000 participants. The questionnaires were asked about general items and Clinical experience such as history of antithrombotic history, experience of complications due to antithrombotics, discontinuation of use, reasons for discontinuing use. The result is as follows. The incidence of delayed bleeding was found to be 55.1%, and discontinuation of antithrombotic therapy before withdrawal was 87.8%. Among respondents 98.3% responded that they stopped antithrombotics because of delayed bleeding and 57.4% responded that they would stop for three to five days. Korean dentists maybe cope with delayed bleeding considering the emotional problem of the patient, the relationship with the patient's physician, and the additional socioeconomic problems.

As COVID-19 has been converted to an endemic with social distancing lifted, people are getting used to new cultures and lifestyles that are different from before. While the world is now adapting to rapidly changing trends, Christian education is facing a crisis without being able to respond to these changes. Therefore, a new Christian education method is now required. The purpose of this study is to suggest a new Christian education method that allows Christians to properly lead a new era as an alternative to Christian education that is experiencing such a crisis. The study also presents the metaverse Christian education platform, which is a detailed and practical method of Christian education, by incorporating the platform and metaverse that are under the spotlight in the post-Corona era into Christian education. Objectives: The Indonesian Ministry of Health launched isoniazid preventive therapy (IPT) in 2016, with general practitioners (GPs) at the frontline of this program. However, the extent to which GPs have internalized this program remains uncertain. The aim of this study was to identify the knowledge and attitudes of GPs towards the IPT program in Indonesia. Methods: This study used an online, self-administered questionnaire distributed via e-mail and social messaging services. A logistic regression model was employed to identify the explanatory variables influencing the level of knowledge and attitudes toward IPT among GPs in Indonesia. An empirical analysis was conducted separately for each response variable (knowledge and attitudes). Results: Of the 418 respondents, 128 (30.6%) had a good knowledge of IPT. Working at a public hospital was the only variable associated with good knowledge, with an adjusted odds ratio (aOR) of 1.69 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.02 to 2.81). Furthermore, 279 respondents (66.7%) had favorable attitudes toward IPT. In the adjusted logistic regression analysis, good knowledge (aOR, 0.55; 95% CI, 0.34 to 0.89), 1-5 years of work experience (aOR, 2.09; 95% CI, 1.21 to 3.60), and having experienced IPT training (aOR, 0.48; 95% CI, 0.25 to 0.93), were significantly associated with favorable attitudes. Conclusions: In general, GPs in Indonesia had favorable attitudes toward IPT. However, their knowledge of IPT was limited. GPs are an essential element of the IPT program in the country, and therefore, adequate information dissemination to improve their understanding is critical for the long-term viability and quality of the IPT program in Indonesia.

This study focuses on the increasing supply and consumption of affair dramas on TV with the theme of unconventional 'infidelity', therefore, is an empirical study that reveals factors related to the problem consciousness of married men and women about infidelity dramas that can affect the sexual socialization of married men and women. This study investigates the effect of married men and women's right to sexual self-determination between couples, personal psychological characteristics (emotional maturity, emotional alienation, self-perception), surrounding environmental characteristics (prevalence of extramarital relationships), and demographic background (gender, age, educational background, economic level) on 'the presence or absence of critical consciousness of infidelity dramas'. For the data of this study, an online survey is conducted on married men and women(614 people), and binary logistic analysis is conducted using SPSS. As a result of this analysis, first, 46% of married men and women have a relatively good level of critical awareness of affair dramas, and overall, the level of critical thinking of married men and women about the infidelity dramas is rather low. Second, there is no significant difference between genders in the perception of problems such as 'excessive beautification of infidelity', 'incitement of infidelity' and 'damage of family values', however, married women are more critical than married men regarding 'explicit sexual description', indicating differences according to gender characteristics. Third, for married men, the level of 'self-perception' and 'marital sexual self-determination right' have a significant effect on the critical mind with infidelity dramas. In the case of married women, it is found that 'the right to sexual self-determination' between married couples and 'emotional alienation' have a significant effect on 'the presence or absence of critical consciousness of infidelity dramas'.

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, the active utilization of new health care service utilizing the ICT technology and data science such as telemedicine, smart hospital, AI dignosis has been increasingly found. In this study we examined the business model of Amazon healthcare which leads disruptive innovation in U.S. health care industry with the introduction of hybrid model of telemedicin, in-person care and customer-centric online drug delivery, home-use diagnostic kit, characterized by the integrated model combining medical care, drug delivery and the use of diagnostic kit. We showed using the multiproduct competition model that the synergy effect between the Amazon's original business areas and the healthcare business area causes the active market penetration and the increase in the customer value from utilization of the Amazon care. Using Hotelling's spatial competition model, we also showed that the competition in the health care market can be greater when consumer's choice of health care providers are available in telemedicine platform. In the long, run the issue of competition being weakened due to the exit of less competent healthcare providers may arise, to which the policymakers in the charge of fair competition in health care industry should pay attention.
