  • Recommendation Systems are information technologies that E-commerce merchants have adopted so that online shoppers can receive suggestions on items that might be interesting or complementing to their purchased items. These systems stipulate valuable assistance to the user's purchasing decisions, and provide quality of push service. Traditionally, Recommendation Systems have been designed using a centralized system, but information service is growing vast with a rapid and strong scalability. The next generation of information technology such as Cloud Computing and Big Data Environment has handled massive data and is able to support enormous processing power. Nevertheless, analytic technologies are lacking the different capabilities when processing big data. Accordingly, we are trying to design a conceptual service model with a proposed new algorithm and user adaptation on dynamic recommendation service for big data environment.

  • Studies on online review have carried out analysis of the rating and topic as a whole. However, it is necessary to analyze opinions on various dimensions of service quality. This study classifies reviews of healthcare services into service quality dimensions, and proposes a method to identify words that are mainly referred to in each dimension. Service quality was based on the dimensions provided by SERVQUAL, and patient reviews have collected from NHSChoice. The 2,000 sentences sampled were classified into service quality dimension of SERVQUAL and a method of extracting important keywords from sentences by service quality dimension was suggested. The RAKE algorithm is used to extract key words from a single document and an index is considered to consider frequently used words in various documents. Since we need to identify key words in various reviews, we have considered frequency and discrimination (IDF) at the same time, rather than identifying key words based only on the RAKE score. In SERVQUAL dimension, we identified the words that patients mentioned mainly, and also identified the words that patients mainly refer to by review rating.

  • Meteorological information is essential for the safe operation of aircraft. Many organizations both at home and abroad provide meteorological services for small aircraft flying at a low altitude as a part of open public service and have performed relevant studies. Recently, such a service has been expanded to an online platform in order to deliver information more efficiently. The ultimate goal of this study is to improve the meteorological service for small low-altitude aircraft that mostly travel a short distance for a short time. To achieve this goal, this study considered requirements for developing an effective information delivery system and conducted a survey of user requirements to derive the necessary information that could be used to develop a real service.

  • Customer reviews are the second-most reliable source of information, followed by family and friend referrals. However, there are many existing customer reviews. Some online shopping platforms address this issue by ranking customer reviews according to their usefulness. However, we propose an alternative method to rank customer reviews, given that this system is easily manipulable. This study aims to create a ranking model for reviews based on their usefulness by combining product and seller service aspects from customer reviews. This methodology consists of six primary steps: data collection and preprocessing, aspect extraction and sentiment analysis, followed by constructing a regression model using random forest regression, and the review ranking process. The results demonstrate that the ranking model with service considerations outperformed the model without service considerations. This demonstrates the model's superiority in the three tests, which include a comparison of the regression results, the aggregate helpfulness ratio, and the matching score.

Global transaction costs are easy to cut off using Internet and transaction speed is faster than before. Where cyberspace is not free from claims, Offline transaction can lead to problems and disputes the same is for cyberspace transactions. However ADR is not meet for the online transaction for speed, cost and open network system, ODR methods to resolve electronic commerce conflicts is crucial for building confidence and permitting access to justice in an online business environment. Among the ODR systems Online Arbitration is currently binding both parties disputed and can achieve the aim of dispute award the same as the traditional arbitration. Arbitration is based on the New York Convention 1958, Arbitration Model law 1985 and national Arbitration Act that are founded on territorial area and rested on arbitration agreement, constitution of the arbitral tribunal, due process, final and binding award and enforcement of the arbitration award. To compare with this issues Online arbitration has unnecessarily legal unstability and risk. ODR is the burgeoning field and has created a new issues. All such issues which have been debated in the ADR are composed with ODR. But these are not limited Some of issues are further complicated by the nature of the online environment such as confidentiality and principle of parties. It is true that online arbitration should comply with legal provisions, but which is impossible to adhere of the law. Flexible translation and functional equivalence of legal provisions are needed for acceptance of electronic commerce disputes. Finally electronic commerce now takes place on the Internet, it is inevitable that the commercial world wants access to dispute resolution process that best suits the new commercial environment. ODR methods are processing for development and legal issues are considered by both national and international authorities. • Service providers have introduced interactive devices such as self-service kiosks to provide convenient and efficient services to consumers. Self-service kiosks are one of the most diverse technological forms of self-service technologies that provide control and freedom to consumers as well as reduce the frustration of line-ups. This study explores the predictors of consumer resistance and continued use intention with regard to self-service kiosks. It adopts three constructs on the following variables: perceived innovation characteristics, consumer characteristics, and gamification. An online self-administered survey was conducted, and 343 users of self-service kiosk services, aged between 20 and 59, were included in the analysis. The study used the SPSS 23.0 program to perform a descriptive analysis along with, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. First, convenience, controllability, and gamification negatively influenced consumer resistance to self-service kiosks. Second, human alienation and sociability positively influenced consumer resistance to self-service kiosks. Third, convenience and gamification positively influenced the continued use intention with regard to self-service kiosks. Last, the risk of functionality, human alienation, and sociability negatively influenced continued use intention with regard to self-service kiosks. The results contribute to the literature because few studies have examined what drives the resistance of users and continued use intention with regard to self-service kiosks. It also provides service providers and practitioners with insights and strategies on how to overcome consumer resistance.

  • Purpose: O2O (Online to Offline) is an internet-based platform. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of service quality of O2O food delivery service on service satisfaction, and whether customer orientation mediates the relationship between service quality and service satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: This paper surveyed Chinese consumers using the O2O food delivery platform through a questionnaire technique. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to verify the hypothesis of this study. PLS is characterized by the advantage of minimizing measurement errors and maximizing the influence of each factor. Results: It was confirmed that O2O food delivery companies need to increase service quality (information quality, product quality, and social quality, system quality) in order to obtain customer satisfaction. Additionally, the perceived customer orientation was found to completely mediate the relationship between perceived service quality (information quality, product quality) and perceived service satisfaction. Conclusions: The service level of the O2O delivery company to the customer's request when a problem occurs in the customer's order must be raised to increase the customer's satisfaction. For example, timely response to customer inquiries and timely feedback of delivery information to customers during the delivery process should improve the quality of after-sales service.
