코로나-19 상황에서의 수학과 원격수업의 만족도 및 수학학습과의 연관성에 대한 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Satisfaction of Mathematics Online Class and its Relationship with Mathematical Learning in Corona-19)

  • 2020년 처음 발생한 코로나는 사회 전반에 많은 변화를 초래했다. 이러한 변화에 있어 교육 역시 예외가 아니었다. 학교에서는 사상 유례없는 온라인 개학을 시행했고 학생들과 교사는 충분한 준비 없이 원격수업에 참여해야 했다. 원격수업과 관련하여 관련 자료 개발, 만족도 조사와 같은 연구들이 수행되었으나 실제 학교 현장을 기반으로 한 연구는 없었다. 따라서 본 연구는 2020년부터 원격수업에 참여한 고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 하여 원격수업의 방식 및 만족도를 조사하고 원격수업 만족도와 수학학습과 관련된 하위요소들과의 관계를 탐색하였다. 연구결과 수학 교과에서는 원격수업이 대체로 실시간 쌍방향 수업의 형태로 이루어졌으며 학생들은 수학학습에 만족을 느꼈다. 하지만 원격수업을 지속해야 하는 것의 문제에 있어서 어느 정도 상반된 의견을 표명하였다. 또한, 통계분석 결과 원격수업에 대한 만족도에 따라 수학학습 의지, 전략, 수학에 대한 가치, 학습의욕 등에서 차이가 나타나는 것으로 드러났다.

  • 본 연구목적은 일반고 학생들의 자기주도 학습, 온라인 수업 환경, 그리고 학습만족도 간의 구조관계를 탐색하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 세종 B고교 3학년의 219명이며, 상관관계와 구조방정식 모형을 분석했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다, 첫째, 자기주도 학습과 온라인 수업 환경 및 학습만족도 간에는 중간 이상의 상관관계를 있었다. 둘째로, 측정변인들 간의 구조모형의 적합도 지수도 양호했다. 자기주도 학습은 온라인 수업 환경에 영향을 주고, 온라인 수업환경은 학습만족도에 정적으로 영향을 주지만, 자기주도 학습은 학습만족도에 유의한 영향력은 없었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 학습자의 온라인 수업만족도는 학생의 자기주도 학습능력이 교사의 훌륭한 수업환경의 조성이 이루어질 때 시너지 효과를 얻음을 알 수 있다. 추후 온라인 학습만족도에 대하여 다양한 학습자의 개인, 가정 및 학교요소를 종합적으로 투입하는 분석할 것을 제안했다.

COVID-19 대유행 이후 간호대학생의 온라인 학습 만족도 예측요인 (Predictors of Online Learning Satisfaction in Nursing Students after COVID-19 Pandemic)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 COVID-19 대유행 이후 시행된 온라인 학습의 만족도와 교수의 강의역량, 학습자의 온라인 학습 준비도, 전공 만족도가 온라인 학습 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행된 연구이다. 5개 지역의 간호대학생을 대상으로 2020년 8월 17일부터 10월 5일까지 구글 온라인 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 총 130부의 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용해 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 온라인 학습 만족도에 미치는 요인은 강의역량 중 교육방법(β=.43, p <.001)과 온라인 학습 준비도 중 자기주도적 학습(β=.33, p <.001), 전공 만족도(β=.21, p <.001)인 것으로 나타났다. 결론 기존 on-campus 방식을 탈피하여 온라인에 적합한 교육 방법을 고안할 필요가 있으며, 자기주도적 학습이 될 수 있는 교육환경 개선이 필요하다.

  • The development of IT is transforming from the way it has been working face-to-face in performing projects to the online collaboration method using web-based tools. Therefore, various online collaboration tools are being developed and commercialized, including 'Google Docs', which is called the online office. Using these online collaboration tools, users can share documents with other users and collaborate in real time. Therefore, in recent years, companies and educational institutions have been using online collaboration tools to carry out tasks and projects that require collaboration. Various factors can affect the project performance satisfaction through online collaboration tools. In this regard, it is necessary to confirm the factors affecting the satisfaction of the project performance. However, there is not enough empirical research on the satisfaction of the performance through the online collaboration tool. Therefore, this study will investigate the mechanism of project performance satisfaction through online collaboration tool considering the Individual characteristics of the project performing subject, the relationship characteristics between the project members, and the system characteristics of the collaboration tool.

The Effects of User Experience Factors on Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention at Online Food Market

  • Purpose: This study aims to empirically analyze the effects of user experience on satisfaction and repurchase in the online food market and to present implications. Online food markets have rapidly dominated the grocery market since their appearance, and online food purchases by middle and seniors as well as young people are increasing rapidly. Research design, data, and methodology: The survey was conducted on 268 consumers with experience in using online food markets, and the results of the survey were analyzed using SPSS statistical program to verify reliability and feasibility, and using structural equation modelling (SEM) using AMOS. This study positively analyzed the impact of satisfaction and repurchase intent by setting system quality, product quality, brand characteristics, and economics as user experience factors in online food markets. Results: The results showed that among online food market user experience factors, the quality of the product and brand characteristics have a significant impact on satisfaction. This means that consumers decide to purchase food through online food markets by considering high-quality products and brand value together. Conclusions: This study has broadened the horizon of recent research on online food market which has been rapidly increasing in the market triggered by Covid19, providing significant implications.

온라인 커뮤니티 몰입에 미치는 영향 연구 : 만족과 커뮤니티 신뢰를 매개로 (A Study on the Effects of the Online Community Flow : Mediating Satisfaction and Community Trust)

  • Today, most companies are building up and using online communities on their websites. But there are few studies on forming and operating online communities. This study shows the influence of social presence on these factors like usefulness, ease of use, playfulness, satisfaction community trust, and its ultimate contribution to community flow. An Empirical results suggest as follows. (1) social presence has stronger effect on usefulness, ease of use, playfulness, (2) usefulness and playfulness has a positive influence on satisfaction, (3) ease of use doesn't have a significant impact on flow, (4) satisfaction is positively influences on community trust and flow, (5) community trust influences on flow. It is necessary to succeed with next studies following this one about online community in spite of its limitation. Finally, we present contribution and propose future research directions.

Informational Justice and Post-recovery Satisfaction in E-Commerce: The Role of Service Failure Severity on Behavioral Intentions

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of informational justice on post-recovery satisfaction, and the effect of post-recovery satisfaction on behavioral intentions in e-commerce, including further investigate the moderating effect of service failure severity. Using quantitative method, the population of this research are online customers in Indonesia, with non-probability sampling that will be done by purposive sampling method based on predetermined criterias, which are customers who were doing transactions in the Business to Consumer (B2C) online sites, experienced service failure in the last 6 months, submitted a complaint, and received a response. Sample of 317 online customers were gathered and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study indicated that 5 hypothesis are supported with data. As a conclusion, informational justice and post-recovery satisfaction has positive effect, while service failure severity acts as a moderator between post-recovery satisfaction and behavioral intentions. As a managerial implication, online store management needs to ensure the informational justice to make a post-recovery satisfaction. Therefore, online store management needs to ensure the informational justice to make a post-recovery satisfaction, increase repurchase and positive e-word of mouth intention, also work harder to recover services, especially in high service failure severity condition.

온라인 서점의 서비스 품질 요인에 따른 소비자 중요도 및 만족도 분석 : IPA 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on the Consumer's Importance and Satisfaction by Service Quality Factors in Online Bookstores : Focused on IPA Analysis)

  • With the advancement of technology, the market size of online bookstores is constantly increasing in Korea. Despite the importance of the quality of services provided by online bookstores as many customers use online bookstores, many existing studies have approached only from a linear perspective that satisfying service quality factors will lead to customer satisfaction. In addition, the service quality of online bookstores has only been addressed in general and universal service situations, such as SERVQUAL and e-SERVQUAL and WebQual, or online situations. This study was conducted to consider the specificity of online bookstores and to establish specific strategies for improving service quality. In this study, we present six higher dimensions of service quality for online bookstores and 25 lower dimensions to measure it, and we confirm strategic direction for service quality elements through IPA analysis. As a result of the analysis, a total of 12 factors were included in the first quadrant, which required maintenance of service quality due to the high importance and satisfaction perceived by customers. Next, the importance of customers is high, but their satisfaction is low, so the second quadrant that should be improved first had a total of two factors. Third, the third quadrant was an area where customers perceived low importance and satisfaction, and a total of nine factors were involved. Finally, the fourth quadrant was an area where the customer was satisfied but perceived low importance, with a total of two factors. The results of this study can be used as basic data for strategic use of online service quality factors.

온라인 교양 수업에 대한 대학 교원의 인식 (A Study on Instructors' Perspective of Online General Education Classes - Focusing on the Case of C University)

  • 본 연구는 코로나19 이후 불가피하게 진행된 온라인 교양 수업에 대한 교수자의 만족도를 조사, 분석하여 교수자가 인식하는 온라인 교양 수업의 효과성을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 경상남도 C대학의 교양대학에서 2021학년도 1학기 말에 실시한 수업 만족도에 관한 설문조사에 응답한 54명의 교수자를 대상으로 온라인 교양 수업의 전체적인 만족도와 이에 영향을 미칠 만한 변인들에 관해 연구하였다. 그 결과, 교수자는 온라인 교양 수업에 대해 전반적으로 부정적 인식을 갖고 있었다. 전체 만족도와 학습자와의 상호작용 변인에서는 각각 2.80, 2.87의 낮은 만족도를 보였으며, 그 외 요인들에 대해서는 전체 만족도보다 높은 만족도를 보였다. 또한 전체 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 수업에 사용된 플랫폼에 관한 만족도였으며, 통계적으로도 유의미했다. 따라서 교수자의 온라인 교양 수업 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수인 플랫폼에 교수자는 익숙해질 필요가 있으며, 이를 위해 대학에서는 교수자를 위한 사전 교육이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 일개 대학의 교수자를 대상으로 연구가 진행되었다는 점과 한정된 변수만을 측정하였다는 데에 한계가 있다.

Investigating Factors of Transitioned-Online Courses on Satisfaction and Learning Effectiveness in Higher Education during the Era of the COVID-19

  • Purpose - This study explored factors of online education that affect student dissatisfaction and learning effectiveness in higher education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research design, data, and methodology - This study combined qualitative and quantitative designs. The qualitative part of this study involved in-depth interviews using a criteria-based purposive sampling technique. The quantitative part of this study consisted of an online survey. Results - The qualitative results revealed that students faced significant problems related to online learning, including a lack of learning environment, interaction, and support from the school. The quantitative results indicated that the effects of transitioned-online courses on student dissatisfaction were higher with student support, the interaction between students and instructors, online learning environment, and course organization and evaluation based on the order, while the effects on learning effectiveness were higher with the online learning environment, interaction between students and instructors, course organization and evaluation, and student support based on the order. Conclusion - The results implied that online learning in the era of the COVID 19 pandemic negatively affects student satisfaction and learning effectiveness. Policymakers and school leaders should improve students' satisfaction and learning effectiveness when confronted with the pandemic. Better policies should be adopted to improve better way of teaching in the era of COVID19.
