In the early 2020, COVID-19 changed the traditional way of teaching and learning. This paper aimed to explore the impact of college students' perception of course quality on their online learning satisfaction. A total of 4,812 valid samples were extracted, and the difference analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to make an empirical analysis of college students' online learning satisfaction. The research results were as follows. Firstly, there was no difference in online learning satisfaction among students by gender and grade. Secondly, learning assessment, course materials, course activities and learner interaction, and course production had a significant positive impact on online learning satisfaction. Course overview and course objectives had an insignificant correlation with online learning satisfaction. Thirdly, the total effect of online learning satisfaction was as follows. Course production had the greatest effect, followed by course activities and student-student interactions, followed by course materials. It was the learning evaluation that showed the least effect. This study can provide empirical reference for college teachers on how to continuously improve online teaching and increase students' satisfaction with online learning.

We investigate the impact of marital status on the levels of satisfaction of online shoppers in the beauty and cosmetics industry in Vietnam. We find a significant difference in satisfaction between married and divorced/separated online shoppers. More specifically, the latter reveals higher level of satisfaction than the former. Extended analyses further show that this finding is only observed for female online shoppers whilst it is insignificant for their male counterparts. Moreover, we find significant differences in determinants of customer satisfaction between three different groups of online shoppers: single, married, and divorced/separated. While married individuals' satisfaction is affected by all factors (Online shopping experience; Seller Services; External Incentives; Security/Privacy), that of their divorced/separated peers are influenced by only seller services and external incentives. Also, single participants are satisfied with their online shopping driven by their online shopping experience and external incentives. Our findings contribute to the stream of customer satisfaction literature, and to the studies in beauty and cosmetics sector as well as online shopping trends in Vietnam. They contain implications for existing online businesses and new or potential market entrants as to which customer demographic factors have significant influences in terms of customer psychology, behaviour and their satisfaction.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of 'delivery service quality' of online fresh food shopping malls on 'e-satisfaction' and 'repurchase intention' of online customers. Research design, data, and methodology - To demonstrate the relationship between the delivery service quality of online fresh food shopping mall and the e-customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, the research model was designed with 5 sub-factors (promptness, accuracy, economy, safety, information) based on the contents of previous studies. The data collection is conducted with sampling survey. The participants are customers who have visited, purchased and received their orders within the last 6 months in online fresh food shopping malls. This study analyzed collected data, then confirmed and finalized the hypothesis by using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 statistical program. Results - Hypothesis 1: The service quality of online fresh food shopping mall will have a statistically significant effect on online customers' e-customer satisfaction. Hypothesis 2: The service quality of online fresh food shopping mall will affect the repurchase intention of online customers. Hypothesis 3: The e-customer satisfaction of online fresh food shopping mall will have a statistically significant effect on repurchase intention. Among the 5 sub-factors (promptness, accuracy, economy, safety, information) of delivery service quality, three factors such as promptness, accuracy, and safety have stronger influence on e-satisfaction and repurchase intention of online customers. Conclusions - This study has proven the feasibility and viability of the hypotheses that 1) The excellent delivery service quality of an online fresh food shopping mall primarily affects e-customer satisfaction; and that 2) Ecustomer satisfaction will secondarily serve to improve repurchase intention.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of online blended learning(asynchronous online learning class 1+synchronous online learning class 2) method and discuss the applicability of online blended learning. In this study, we will analyze the differences in class satisfaction and academic achievement between asynchronous online learning and online blended learning classes, and discuss the strengths, weaknesses, and satisfactions of online blended learning. Methods : The subjects of this study were 39 of the occupational therapy students who took the 'child development' course. Asynchronous online learning class was applied for 1-6 weeks and online blended learning was applied for 9~14 weeks. The online blended learning class consisted of 1 hours synchronous online learning and 2 hours asynchronous online learning. For the asynchronous online learning, the screen recording program of OBS Studio was used, and for the synchronous online learning, the Zoom program was used. The results of course evaluation and academic achievement of students according to the type of lecture were compared, and a survey was conducted on the satisfaction of online blended learning. Results : The results of this study are as follows. First, satisfaction(A class: t=-4.19, p=.001, B class: t=-7.94, p=.00) with online blended learning classes was significantly higher than asynchronous online learning. Second, when applying online blended learning class, academic achievement(t=-10.58, p=.00) was significantly higher. Third, the online blended learning class showed the highest satisfaction in improving the interest in the subject, and it was found to be helpful in online class management, professor-student interaction, and class content understanding. Conclusion : We have found that online blended learning can compensate for the shortcomings of online lectures and increase the quality of the lectures and the satisfaction of students. The application of online blended learning should be supplemented according to the characteristics of each class, and I hope that blended online teaching methods can be developed based on new ideas in the future.
The purpose of this study is to explore the structural relationship between COVID-19-induced sub-dimensions of Online Self-Regulated Learning (OSRL) and satisfaction in online courses conducted in the 'post-COVID-19 era,' as well as to investigate the moderating effects of situational variables such as 'course planning,' 'device type,' and 'course repetition.' To achieve this, the study constructs a measurement model with sub-dimensions of Environment Structuring, Learning Strategy, Help Seeking, and Self-Evaluation as components of OSRL. Participants in this study were selected from university students who enrolled in online courses offered by the Department of Education at University A in the metropolitan area. The research findings reveal several key insights. First, among the sub-dimensions of Online Self-Regulated Learning, Environment Structuring, Learning Strategy, and Self-Evaluation significantly influence satisfaction with online courses. Second, students' satisfaction with online courses significantly influences their intention to continue participating in such courses. Third, 'course planning' during online course hours and 'course repetition' play a moderating role in the relationship between sub-dimensions of Online Self-Regulated Learning and satisfaction. Based on the discussion of these research results, this study concludes by suggesting some future implications and challenges of online courses.

This study examines the effect of sense of community on the relationship between learner satisfaction and influencing factors related to the online learning environment. Influencing factors related to the online learning environment are derived from previous literature and classified into two groups : social dimension (leader's enthusiasm, offline activities) and system dimension (usefulness, ease of use, enjoyability). Learner satisfaction is defined as the learners' perceived learning gains from taking an online class. Study participants included 250 university students from two different institutions. The participants were divided into 43 groups and asked to complete an online TOEIC preparation module using a commercial cooperative learning system over 4 weeks. Data were collected at three points for each participant, at the beginning, 3 weeks after, and at the end of the online module. Two system factors related to the online learning environment (ease of use, usefulness) directly influenced learner satisfaction, while social factors indirectly influenced learner satisfaction through the mediating role of sense of community.

Fashion market in the past had a physical structure, and the supply and demand developed within that space. However, this has changed with the development of online fashion market, as it no longer requires physical space. The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction level of online shopping purchase based on the purchase motivation of women in their 20's. It aimed to look into how the online media affected the market, and find ways to improve the shopping malls according to the demands of the market. This study examined the effect of female students' online shopping motivation on their satisfaction with a premise that purchase motivation is related to the satisfaction level. The researched subjects were selected among female college students, and the regression analysis was done using the collected questionnaires. Results showed that economic purchase motivation, product purchase motivation, hedonic purchase motivation, and social purchase motivation had positive correlation to satisfaction level. The most influential factors to the satisfaction level were convenient purchase motivation and product purchase motivation, then social purchase motivation in shopping. Hedonic purchase and economic purchase were less influential than other factors in online shopping. Social purchase motivation factor is least influential when compared to others. As for detailed purchase motivations affecting the satisfaction level, reasonable price, latest fashion goods, interest and fun of online shopping, and the ease of shopping were important factors. The research result indicates that alternative shopping solutions can be better understood by examining the online shopping satisfaction according to purchase motivation, and improve current online shopping malls.
This study aims to examine satisfaction of nursing students with online classes during first semester of 2020 after COVID-19 pandemic and the difference in satisfaction according to general and online-related characteristics. An online survey was conducted for all nursing students, and subsequently 627 responses were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA with SPSS WIN. Result reveals that students ability to use IT devices was above average, and most of them used laptop computers. Pre-recorded video lecture format was used the most, and improvement of online content was demanded the highest. Overall satisfaction with online classes was scored 3.0/5.0, with the highest satisfaction for anytime and anywhere learning, and the lowest satisfaction in recommending online classes to others. There were significant differences between self-evaluation on own grade, ability to use IT devices, format of online classes, and satisfaction about online classes. Through this study, it would be possible to suggest a plan to increase satisfaction of online class and basic data to establish university policy for online classes after COVID-19.
The considerable progress of IT industry has changed the industrial structure and lifestyle of our society. One of the remarkable fields of IT industry is online game industry. It showed rapid growth for the past decade. But in recent years online game industry faced with the limit of its growth for a number of reasons. To overcome such situation, online game companies should improve functions of game and analyze their customer's needs for sustainable growth through increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of the study is to investigate and evaluate the factors of online game service quality and the relation of customer satisfaction and loyalty. SPSS 14.0 and AMOS 7.0 are used for experimental research. Through reliability and validity test, service quality factors influencing the customer satisfaction are appeared to be 5 latent variables(reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles). In addition, by structural equation model and covariance structural model, the result showed that empathy is the most influenced factor to customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. The results of this research have important implications for explaining an mechanism for service quality of online game, customer satisfaction and loyalty and they might provide operational guidelines to the online game service company.

Purpose: The development of online shopping trends in Indonesia is increasing, and Tokopedia is becoming one of the most popular e-commerce websites. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence whether mobile shopping, customer review, perceived credibility, and Korean celebrity endorsement affect online purchase decision, whether online purchase decision affects customer satisfaction, and whether customer satisfaction affects brand loyalty of customers in Tokopedia e-commerce. Research Design, data and methodology: Quantitative survey with data was collected using an online questionnaire with sample characteristics were Tokopedia customers who lived in Jakarta by 385 samples using the purposive sampling method, and data analysis was conducted using the Smartpls application program version 3.0. Results: Mobile shopping, customer review, and perceived credibility had positive effects on online purchase decision at Tokopedia in Jakarta. However, Korean celebrity endorsement did not have a positive effect on online purchase decision at Tokopedia in Jakarta. Furthermore, online purchase decision had a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Tokopedia in Jakarta, and customer satisfaction had a positive effect on brand loyalty at Tokopedia in Jakarta. Conclusions: This study proposes significant implications for maintaining customer relationships to achieve purchasing decision, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty in the e-commerce industry.
