This paper, which is about electronic-textbook, shows that, in the seventh curriculum, how the student can study “Age Information and Computer” through the web site. By selecting their unit by themselves, studying it themselves, and studying further step after a formative test, the student will be able to study on the suitable level. Students themselves also check their progress in learning and submit their assignment. A series of these activities will make it possible for the student to get used to the computer.

Environmental Impact Assessment System, ever since its enactment in Korea fourteen years ago, has been steadily improved by introduction and implementation of new concepts and methodologies which include Environmental Impact Statement(EIS) preparation technique, selection of environmental factors, and the like. However, current guideline requires that every EIS, regardless of the specifics of the project type or characteristics of the site, must evaluate and study for all twenty-two environmental factors as set forth in the regulation. The situation causes many undesirable problems like; lack of site specific evaluation in most EISs, over-sized EIS drafts, consuming too much time and costs for EIS preparation, and so on. The objectives of this study are: - To establish a set of criteria to classify the types of the projects in terms of features of the project content and the characteristics of the site area. - To establish a guideline for selecting major environmental factors of the project type criteria, and - To provide basic materials for the preparation of complets draft EIS of the Amendment of Environmental Impact Assessment Act.

인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전과 함께 전자 상거래가 활성화되고 있다. 이러한 전자 상거래 응용의 핵심은 웹 기반 데이터베이스 응용이다. 현재는 데이터베이스 응용에 필요한 모든 폼과 질의 처리코드를 수동 또는 반자동으로 작성하므로 웹 응용 개발에 많은 시간이 소요된다. 따라서 웹 기반 데이터베이스 응용의 생산성 향상이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스부터 새롭게 생성해야 하는 응용과 기존 데이터베이스를 사용하는 응용의 생성을 위한 사용자 인터페이스 폼들과 이 폼들을 통해 이뤄질 질의를 처리하는 EJB 및 JSP 컴포넌트들을 자동으로 생성하는 도구인 WebSiteGen2를 소개한다. WebSiteGen2는 컴포넌트 기술을 기반으로 3-계층(3-tier) 구조를 가지는 응용을 자동 생성함으로써 웹 응용의 생산성을 향상시키고 확장성, 재사용성 및 이식성을 증대시킨다. 또한, WebSiteGen2가 생성하는 사용자 인터페이스 폼들은 질의의 대상인 개체 뿐 아니라 이와 직$.$간접으로 연관된 모든 개체들에 대한 정보를 한 폼에 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 WebSiteGen2의 기능 및 구현원리를 설명하고, 상용화된 타 웹 응용 생성기들과의 기능을 비교하여 WebSiteGen2의 장점을 설명한다.

It is an essential process to predict behaviors of ground and structure to seek economical efficiency and stability on the given environment. Predictions are conducted through analysis process of ground and structure. For these analyses, exact and quick acquisition of measuring data is required. But we face many difficulties in data acquisition stages due to the conditions of construction site. Therefore development of a powerful and effective monitoring system that can manage the integration of database and the implementation of measuring process in real time is strongly desired. This article shows an actual example of application of internet based monitoring system compared with the conventional monitoring system.

현재 무선 환경에서의 인터넷 사용에 대한 수요는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며 이에 따라 각종 무선 휴대 장치가 빠른 속도로 보급되고 있다. 이와 동시에 WAP 포럼에서 제정한 WML(Wireless Markup Language)을 사용하여 저작된 무선 컨텐츠의 양적, 질적 성장 또한 이뤄지고 있으며, 대형 무선 컨텐츠 제공업체들도 속속 등장하고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 WML을 사용하여 대형 무선 컨텐츠를 저작한 때 요구되어지는 기능인 다수 개발자의 동시 저작 기능과 WML 문서내의 링크 및 실시간 Push 서비스, CGI, PERL 스크립트, voice Mail, Fax, E-Mail 템플릿 자동생성 등을 지원하는 WML 저작도구의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 논한다.

Through this study we have reviewed the implementation model, certificate criteria and the formation of KOSHA 18001 Safety and Health Management System and have compared and examined with OHSAS 18001 Certificate. In the course of the 1st questionnaires which have been participated by the concerned Safety and Health Staffs(such as Project Mannager, Site Supervisior, Safety Engineers) of the local construction sites, actual condition of application for KOSHA 18001 has been scrutinized and examined. And as a result, we presented the improved model by digging out the problems. The improved model has been applied for about eight months in local construction sites and the effectiveness has been carefully compared and examined before and after the application of the improvement model through the 2nd questionnaires by the relevant staffs (such as Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Safety Engineer and Project Engineers of the Coordinated Sub-Contractors).

An accurate estimation of water level variation when thewaves propagate to the coastal regionis very important for the port and harbor development plan. This study describes the application of a hybrid element model to harbor oscillation problem due to the construction of shore structure and implementation of shore boundary. The site selected is Pusan Harbor area with the third development and the Artificial Island plan. The observed water level changes at the site are compared with the result of the numerical experiment. The model gives a very important prediction of water level changes for navigation and harbor design.

The web monitoring is a procedure to detect and monitor the change of a particular information from the web site. In this paper, we propose a monitoring system to survey the response time for the customers chi an internet shopping mall. This system we designed, decreases the network overload and guarantees the accuracy as well as the reliability of the information by using an interactive agent. This interactive agent we constructed, is written in Java and controlled by the high-level information such as the index or the robot. from the N web site, we extracted the web monitoring results of keyword "LCD Monitor" and verified our system's efficiency. The performance of the system is tested and the result is illustrated.

A remote maintenance system, which enables an engineer to check and treat machines installed at remote site with the help of data communication, has been developed. The maintenance of machines with the traveling of engineers is much costly in time and economically. With the developed system, the engineer at the remote site can diagnose malfunctioning machines. The remote maintenance system is composed of video conferencing system, camera control system and signal aquisition system. The developed system has been tested on the 100Mbps ATM network to evaluate its ability to diagnose remote machines.

본 논문에서는 키넥트 센서 기반의 산업 현장 사고 모니터링 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 애플리케이션은 기존 산업 현장 사고 모니터링 인력의 의존을 줄이고, 사고 발생 자동 감지로 인한 알림 기능과 현장 기록 기능을 구현한다. 사고 발생 감지 기능은 키넥트 센서 기반으로 스켈레톤 인식 기능을 활용하여 기존에 설정된 좌표 값 이하로 헤드 조인트 좌표가 떨어질 경우 관리자에게 알림을 보내도록 구현한다. 사고감지 및 알림 시스템은 기존 모니터링 시스템을 보완하는 방식으로 감지 인력의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다.
