Research design, data, and methodology - With 344 surveyed questionnaires, this study was conducted by using SPSS 22.0 to verify the reliability and validity of the measured variables. Structural equation model (SEM) was employed as a statistical method for the hypotheses test of this study. Results - The results showed that hedonic value has more influence on the importance of empirical attribute than that of functional attribute in shopping malls. In addition, practical value has more influence on functional attributes than empirical properties of shopping malls. However, these relationships showed the difference in on/off-line channels. As for off-line channels, consumers' consumption values were more influential on empirical attributes, while functional attributes were more important in on-line channels Conclusions - This study analyzed the influence on the importance of the consumption values in store attributes, and the effects of each channel with suggesting practical implications.

The loyals not only purchase a lot but also recommend the mall to new customers quickly using internet media, and there have been many studies on this subject. In this study, customer satisfaction and trust are suggested as preceding variables that have an influence on customer loyalty, and switching gains are suggested as a moderating variable between customer satisfaction & trust and customer loyalty. Many people think it would be easier to change business connection and customer loyalty for internet shopping-malls would be very low. This study, however, concluded that customer satisfaction and trust had a significant influence on customer loyalty even in internet shopping-mall, and that switching gains had moderating effect between satisfaction-attitudinal loyalty and trust-behavioral loyalty. • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of power blog self-presentation and on-line shopping mall reviews on the word of mouth (WOM) effect and apparel purchasing behavior. Consumers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi received questionnaires. There were 303 usable forms that could be analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and regression analysis. The results were as follows: There was a significant effect of power blog self-presentation such as interactivity, media effect, and business intention on information acceptance through WOM. Power blog self-presentation, such as interactivity and business intention, affect information delivery by WOM significantly. There was a significant effect of review consideration, such as agreement, usefulness, enjoyment, and purity, on information acceptance of WOM. Reviews describing enjoyment, purity, and usefulness affect information delivery of WOM significantly. Business intention, media effect, and purity directly affect apparel-purchasing behavior, and affect the WOM effect as a mediator variable and then purchasing behavior. Whereas, interactivity, overstatement, and enjoyment affect the WOM effect as a mediator variable, and then affect overall purchasing behavior. Therefore, fashion firms consider active interaction with power blog visitors and promote the way of enjoying with fun through review of apparel on-line shopping mall when they try to implement viral marketing with WOM effect.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of consumers' shopping value(SV), ease of use(EOU), and usefulness(U) on their purchase intention(PI) in mobile shopping mall. Path hypotheses in structural equation model which was constructed for this purpose were verified. In addition, the research model was analyzed according to the groups classified by the level of purchase experience in mobile shopping mall. The survey was limited to the respondents in their 20s and 30s living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas who had purchased fashion products in mobile shopping mall. 411 useful data collected from on-line survey were analyzed by descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and pearson's correlation analysis using SPSS 21 and AMOS 19. The results of verifying the hypotheses were as follows: First, SV was composed of two factors which included hedonic shopping value(HSV) and utilitarian shopping value(USV). Second, the research model was verified as an acceptable model in explaining the influence of consumers' SV, EOU, and U on PI. Third, seven hypotheses among nine hypotheses were accepted in high purchasers. HSV did not have a significant influence on PI, and EOU did not affect PI significantly. Fourth, five hypotheses were accepted in light purchasers. HSV affected U significantly while USV had a significant impact on EOU and PI. EOU affected U, and U affected PI significantly. In conclusion, USV was proven to be the factor affecting PI directly as well as indirectly. Eou and U also had a significant influnce on PI in mobile fashion shopping. These results will provide mobile marketers with the differentiated strategies to make consumers lead to mobile purchase.

This study aims to explore the hindrance factors and income variation rate in direct transaction of agricultural produces, specifically focusing on the 167 farmers. Research design, data, and methodology - To ascertain the hindrance factors exactly by the type of distribution channel, the managements were classified by four subcategories, that is high sales percentage with shopping malls, SNS, shopping malls and SNS, and off-line direct transaction. Results - As a result of the hypothesis test, hinderance factors in online direct deal activation were found to be in the order of the difficulty in continuous content production, the difficulty in shopping mall operation and maintenance, and the difficulty in card commission problems, and in the order of the difficulties in continuous content production, the difficulty in continuous content production, the difficulty in shopping mall operation and maintenance, and the difficulty in branding for the SNS group.
