This study aims to examine the attitudes toward online advertisement targeting YouTube content users and to present implications for the direction and regulation of personal media broadcasting advertisement. The study used the data from 'Awareness of On-line Ads and Blocking Tools' conducted by the Korea Press Foundation in 2020. For the statistical analysis, correspondent analysis was employed. The main results followed as: women tended to perceive more discomfort about the ads before the start of the content compared to men, and women in twenties perceived the highest discomfort with intermediate advertisement. Second, respondents who watch more YouTube contents tended to accept more ads to use contents for free. Third, respondents who are willing to use the advertisement blocking service were most aware of the inconvenience of advertisements before starting of YouTube contents. Although users are aware of the inconvenience, the use of advertisement blocking service has not yet been found to be generalized. However, the use of ad blocking service is expected to increase gradually. It would be expected that efforts to regulate advertisement to reduce discomfort about advertisement among users are also required.

Due to the expiration of the 3D printer's patent, the articles covering the market activation and bright prospects for the future industry are being released. What are the requirements for the 3D printer to become popular like a general printer? To get the answer, on-line survey was performed for the activation of 3D printer. As a result, tit is observed that he public prefers creative printer and figure, and prefers to use through pay or free download rather than designing digital blueprint, which is output data. For the activation and popularization of 3D printer, figure is familiar to the public who are frequently exposed to image media contents, and it also has motivation factor to use and purchase 3D printer. For distribution of digital blueprint of figure content, the preparation of related law and regulation and activation of online market would be of help for activation of 3D printer.

The purpose of this study was to better assess and understand current needs and wearing sensation, including clothing behavior for early elderly women in the Korea and USA. The subjects in this study were 135 and 173 early elderly women in the Korea and USA. This research was done by a survey method and chi-square test. The major objectives of this study were as follows; First, it was found that the early elderly women of Korea utilize mostly human information as information source when purchasing clothing, whereas those of USA mostly media information. The women of Korea were found to put most emphasis in esthetic aspects of clothing, whereas those of USA in comfort. The most frequently worn clothes by the early elderly women of Korea were jumper, T-shirt and slacks, whereas jacket, sweater and slacks by those of USA. As for skirt, flare skirt was highly preferred in Korea, whereas A-line skirt in USA. Second, regarding the wearing sensation of ready-made clothing, the wearing sensation of jacket was found to be worst on the shoulder in Korea, whereas on the waist in USA. And the early elderly women of both Korea and USA had poor wearing sensations due to the length of sleeve, of trouser, of skirt and of one-piece dress. The comparison of the clothing behavior and wearing sensation of the early elderly women between Korea and USA showed a greater difference in clothing behavior than in wearing sensation.

우리나라의 방송콘텐츠 시장은 2012년까지 연평균 성장률 3.5% 수준에 머무를 것으로 전망되고 있다. 원인으로는 콘텐츠 산업의 높은 파급효과에도 불구하고 영세한 제작환경 및 유통구조로 인해 양적/질적 측면에서의 낙후성을 벗어나지 못하는 것을 들 수 있다. 이는 경쟁 활성화를 가로막는 규제제도, 방송통신 플랫폼 사업자와 콘텐츠 제작자간 불공정 거래, 콘텐츠 제작자의 영세성 등에 기인한다. 이러한 우리 방송 환경을 고려할 때 신디케이트 도입은 성숙되지 않은 콘텐츠산업에 새로운 동력을 공급하는 계기가 될 것이다. 이러한 신디케이트 중 '온라인신디케이트'라는 것은 방송콘텐츠 유통전문기관을 설립함으로써 방송통신콘텐츠 판매창구를 개발하고, 제작사의 이익을 보장하며, 수요자에게 안정적으로 콘텐츠를 공급할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 국내외 시장 개척을 통해서 보다 확장된 창구화 효과를 거둘 수 있고, 현재의 변화된 방송환경에 맞추어 체계적이며 안정적인 공급과 판매를 통해서 우리나라 방송통신콘텐츠 산업 발전에 크게 이바지 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 또한 방송통신콘텐츠 제작의 활성화와 유통구조의 개선은 전 세계를 대상으로 글로벌콘텐츠를 판매할 수 있어야 함으로 국제적 유통망 구축이 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 온라인신디케이트는 국제적 유통망구축에 효과적이며 결국 유통과 제작, 제작과 유통이 상호간 높은 관련성을 의미한다. 향 후 프로그램의 제작은 해외의 수출시장 파악이 우선이다. 그 후 국내 프로그램의 유통 성공여부를 가름하고, 해당 국가의 유통시장을 면밀히 분석할 필요가 있으며, 필요하다면 현지 유통사 및 제작사와 협력관계를 유지할 필요가 있다. 최종적으로 성공가능성을 타진하여 현지 유통사를 인수하는 것이 위험 부담을 크기 때문에 이러한 과정을 통해서 글로벌 유통기업을 만들어야 하나, 설립은 막대한 자금이 필요하므로 이러한 '온라인 유통공사(신디케이트)의 설립'은 처음 시작해야 하는 위험 부담을 줄이는 지름길일 것이다.

In this study, we investigated the synergistic effects of Staphylococcus aureus extracts (membranes and walls) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) derived from Escherichia coli on tumor necrosis factor (TNF) production in the pathogenesis of silica-induced inflammation. The synergistic induction of TNF by silica particles $(<20\;{\mu}m)$ in combination with either S. aureus extracts or LPS was examined in J774A.1 cell cultures. Media from the treated and untreated cell cultures were assayed for TNF, using the mouse WEHI 164 cell cytotoxicity assay and enzyme immunoassay. Cells exposed simultaneously to silica and $0.5\;{\mu}g/ml$ S. aureus extracts (or 0.5 ng/ml of LPS) produced a significantly higher level of TNF than those produced by the inducer alone. Our results indicate that device-associated infections (or pyrogen contamination) could enhance inflammatory responses, because of particles produced by the wear of medical implants or particulate biomaterials used for clinical purposes.

Tumor necrosis $factor-{\alpha}\;(TNF-{\alpha})$ plays important roles in inflammatory responses. Some of tetrahydroisoquinoline (THI) compounds exhibited to inhibit iNOS expression in animal studies and RAW 264.7 cells, but the action of THI on inflammatory reaction was not fully investigated. In the present study, we examined a limited series of THIs (higenamine, YS-51 and THI-52) on the $TNF-{\alpha}$ mRNA expression in mouse peritoneal macrophages by Northern analysis. When thioglycollate-stimulated peritoneal macrophages were incubated with LPS (100 ng/ml), expression of $TNF-{\alpha}$ mRNA was evident and reached its maximum at 2.5 h, which was reduced concentration-dependently by treatment with THIs. When the $TNF-{\alpha}$ activity of macrophage-conditioned media was measured using a TNF-sensitive L929 fibroblast cell line, CCL 1, all THIs increased the cell viability in a concentration dependent manner. The concentrations of THIs used are not cytotoxic by itself when analysed by MTT. Furthermore, nitrite/nitrate level was significantly reduced by the presence of THIs in cells treated with $LPS+interferon-{\gamma}\;(IFN-{\gamma}).$ It is concluded, thus, that these results strongly indicated that THIs can suppress the $TNF-{\alpha}$ expression and reduce NO, which may be useful for the inflammatory disorders.

The EPON has been actively studied as one of the access networks for the economic configuration of FTTH. The EPON must support the dynamic bandwidth allocation to the subscribers in order to support the QoS due to its base on Ethernet technology EFM SG, which is actively working for the standardization of EPON, also recently decided to select DBA. Therefore in this paper, we designed a ONU buffer scheduling algorithm(AIWFQ) and a scheme of DBA(Class-based FCFS) for the OLT suitable for embodying MPCP of the EPON. In this paper, we proposed methods that the EPON system can make use of by measuring end to end process delay time and the buffer size in order to implement the algorithm by using the OPNET.

With the 4th industry era, smart factories are emerging. In the era of multi-product small scale production, unmanned transportation vehicles are rapidly increasing in utilization of unmanned transportation vehicles that carry and arrange goods in the work space. The conventional unmanned vehicle detected its position by using the guided line method and the position based method for indoor location recognition and movement. This method has disadvantages of initial high cost and maintenance / maintenance. In this paper, to solve the disadvantages, the method of predicting the direct path of the unmanned vehicle through the Kalman filter is verified using the white LED marker of the warehouse and the position data and the image data of the white LED marker recognition image. Through this, the reliability of the linear movement which occupies the most part in the lattice structure is secured. It is also expected that the reliance on additional position sensors will also be reduced.

Recently Wang-Li proposed the remote user authentication scheme using smart cards. But the proposed scheme has not been satisfied security requirements considering in the user authentication scheme using the password based smart card. In this paper, we described the Wang-Li and Yoon et al.'s authentication scheme simply, and we prove that the Wang-Li's scheme is vulnerable to a password guessing attack and impersonation attack in case that the attacker steals the user's smart card and extracts the information in the smart card. Accordingly, we propose the improved user authentication scheme based on the hash function and generalized ElGamal signature scheme that can withstand many possible attacks including a password guessing attack, impersonation attack and replay attack, and that can offer the function of forward secrecy. The result of comparative analysis, the our proposed scheme is much more secure and efficient than the Wang-Li and Yoon et al.'s scheme.
