경기도지역 학교급식시설의 기능 공간별 면적 현황 및 구비 기기의 적정요건 제안 (Current Status of Functional Areas' Space and Suggestion of Their Equipment Requirements for School Foodservices in Gyeonggi Province)

  • The principal objectives of this study were to evaluate the space, equipment, and institution rate by functional area, and to suggest appropriate types, numbers, and equipment capacity by school foodservice size for optimal employee job performance and efficiency. Data were collected and administered by 263 dietitians who attended elementary and middle schools in Gyeonggi Province, and the data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. Among a total of 72 respondents who provided usable data, 31 (48.6%) respondents were nutrition teachers and 37 (51.4%) were part-time dietitians. The majority of the respondents reported that their foodservices were self-operating types (94.4%), and 8 meals out of 10 meals provided over a 2-week period were served as normal meals, defined as meals consisting of Bab, Kook, Kimchi, and 3 side dishes (73.6%). The mean kitchen space was $186.25\;m^2$ for 500 meals/day, $269.7\;m^2$ for 501 to 1,000 meals/day, $249.1\;m^2$ for 1001 to 1500 meals/day, and $274.87\;m^2$ for 1,500 or more meals/day. The mean space of functional areas was $11.52\;m^2$ for office, $12.63\;m^2$ for storeroom, $9.55\;m^2$ for receiving area, $27.23\;m^2$ for pre-preparation area, $149.9\;m^2$ for cooking area, $18.33\;m^2$ for assembly/service area, $45.50\;m^2$ for dishwashing area, and $17.20\;m^2$ for locker room. Only two pre-preparation and cooking spaces increased significantly with increasing size of school foodservice (p<0.05). Office, cooking area, and locker room were allocated in all foodservices. However, the pre-preparation area (68.7%), receiving area (56.5%), assembly/service area (38.1%), and dishwashing area (37.7%) were lowly installed in the surveyed facilities. Through a focus group meeting discussing the results of this study, appropriate equipment and its dimensions were suggested according to functional areas and foodservice scales. Future studies will be necessary to allocate the appropriate space by functional area with the proposed equipment requirements for optimally efficient decision making in equipment purchasing.

양송이 균사(菌絲) 생장(生長)과 자실체(子實體) 수량(收量)에 미치는 몇가지 환경요인(環境要園)의 영향(影響) (Effects of Some Environmental Factors on the Mycelial Growth and Mushroom Yield of Agaricus bisporus)

  • 앙송이 복토후(覆土後) 재배실온도(栽培室溫度), $CO_{2}$ 및 복토수분함량(覆土水分含量)이 복토층(覆土層)의 균사생장(菌絲生長) 및 자실체(子實體) 형성(形成)과 수량(收量)에 미치는 영향(影響)에 관(關)하여 연구(硏究)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 복토후(覆土後) 균사(菌絲)의 영양생장(營養生長) 기문중(期聞中) 재배실온도(栽培室溫度)는 $30^{\circ}C$일때 균사생장(菌絲生長)이 가장 빠르고 25, 20, $15^{\circ}C$로 온도(溫度)가 낮아질수록 감소(減少)하였다. 자실체(子實體)의 형성(形成)및 수량(收量)은 $52^{\circ}C$에서 최대(最大)였고 온도(溫度)가 그보다 높거나 낮으면 감소(減少)하는 경향(傾向)이었다. 2. 복토(覆土)의 수분함량(水分含量)은 70%일 때 균사생장(菌絲生長)이 가장 빠르고 수분함량(水分含量)의 감소(減少)에 비례(比例)하여 감소(減少)하였다. 자실체(子責體)의 형성(形成) 및 수량(收量)은 균사생장최적수분함량(菌絲生長最適水分含量)보다 낮은 60%구(區)에서 최대(最大)였다. 3. 복토후(覆土後) 7일간(日間)의$CO_{2}$농도(濃度)가 0.16%일때는 균사생장(菌絲生長) 및 자실체(子實體)의 형성(形成)이 양호(良好)하였으나 $0.5%{\sim}2.0%$에서는 균사생장(菌絲生長)과 자실체형성(子實體形成)이 급감(急減)하였다. 4. 자실체(子叢體)의 개체중량(個體重量)은 재배실온도(栽培室溫度) $20^{\circ}C$, 복토수분(覆土水分) 70%에서 최대(最大)였다.

태양광발전 기반의 주광을 활용한 조명제어 시스템의 에너지 절감량 분석 연구 (A Study on Savings Analysis of Light Dimming Control System Using the Daylight based on Photovoltaic Power Generation)

  • In the normal office building, the energy consumption to maintain the reasonable intensity of illumination for the work by using the artificial illumination occupies 30% or greater of the whole building electric energy consumption. If the dependability of the artificial illumination is dropt by positively using the natural lighting from the outside, the large amount of electrical energy can be saved, in addition the more nice visual environment for work can be created. Daylight is lighting source that most closely match visual response of the human, because sunlight and skylight achieve the harmony. For this reason, the daylight of small amount than amount of the artificial lighting source also can give the same effect in work activities of human. In addition, if there is daylight at the window of the building, the energy can be saved by controlling the artificial lighting. In this paper, in the building using the photovoltaic power generation analyze the correlation between the amount of energy generated by photovoltaic and indoor illumination and this was proved through the simulation with Relux 2010. In addition, the amount of daylight inflow in the room and distribution was drawn by the equation and the ratio for the sectional dimming control of each lighting equipment was predicted and the energy saving amount according to this was calculated. As a result, the indoor illumination was satisfied with recommended illumination value of the office and consumption power could be reduced approximately with 20~70%.

일부 미적용 다중이용시설의 실내 공기 중 알데히드류 및 휘발성유기화합물 노출로 인한 건강위해성 평가 (Health Risk Assessment of Occupants in the Small-Scale Public Facilites for Aldehydes and VOCs)

  • This study was to assess the lifetime cancer and non-cancer risk of exposure of worker and user at public facilities in Korea to volatile organic compounds (VOCs). We measured the concentrations of two aldehydes and five VOCs in indoor air at 424 public buildings that 8 kinds of public facilities (70 movie theaters, 86 offices, 86 restaurants, 70 academies, 22 auditoriums, 30 PC-rooms, 30 singing-rooms and 30 bars) all over the country. There were estimated the human exposure dose and risks with averages of the using-time and frequency for facility users and office workers, respectively. Carcinogens (formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, and benzene) were estimated the lifetime excess cancer risks (ECRs). non-carcinogens (toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, and styrene) were estimated the hazard quotients (HQs). The average ECRs of formaldehyde and benzene for facility worker and user were $1{\times}10^{-3}{\sim}1{\times}10^{-4}\;and\;1{\times}10^{-4}{\sim}1{\times}10^{-5}$ level, respectively, in all facilities. HQs of four non-carcinogens did not exceed 1.0 for all subjects in all facilities. The estimated ECRs for restaurant and auditorium were the highest, and the PC-room and bar were the next higher facilities. Furthermore, people in a smoking facility had the highest cancer risk. Higher ECRs of formaldehyde and benzene were observed in indoor smoking facilities such as restaurant and auditorium. Higher HQs of toluene and xylene were observed at the restaurant and office building.

투과체에 적용된 채광방식이 사무소공간의 색도 및 색온도분포에 미치는 영향 분석 (Effect of Glazing Systems on Chromaticity and Color Temperature in the Office Room)

  • 투과체는 기본적으로 외부환경과 접촉할 수 있는 친화적이고 생태학적인 기능을 가지고 있으며, 이를 통해 유입되는 빛은 실내공간에 다양한 분위기를 연출할 수 있도록 해준다. 이에 본 연구는 투과체가 적용된 사무소건물을 대상으로 채광유입을 증대시킬 수 있는 채광방식을 설계하여 적용 시 실내의 색도와 색온도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 1/10축소모형을 제작하였으며, Prometric 1421이라는 측정기기를 이용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 측정결과 투과체가 갖는 파장대별 투과특성이 실내의 색도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 빛의 유입을 증대시키는 채광방식을 설치할 경우 천정면의 색온도에 많은 영향을 주었으며, $5{\sim}20[%]$정도의 색온도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 채광시스템을 설치할 경우 활동적인 분의기의 공간이 연출될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Visual Performance Evaluation of the Work planes with the Automated blind Control in Small Office Spaces

  • Among the various building envelope elements, the glass area takes up the largest portion in the office building design. However, a large area of glass can cause problems such as excessive solar radiation, thermal comfort, and glare. Thus it is important to install the glass area to an appropriate level, and control solar radiation and inflow of daylight with blind devices. This study aims to improve the visual performance of the work plane through the automatic control of the venetian blinds. A total of eight kinds of control strategies were chosen; Case 1 does not control the blinds, Case 2 with the blind slats fixed at the angle of 0 degree, Case 3 to 6 using the existing blind control programs, and Case 7 and 8 with improved blind control. Case 3 with 90 degrees had the best energy performance, but the average indoor illuminance was 113lux, which is below the standards. Cases 4 and 5 showed higher levels of interior daylight illuminance with the average of 281lux and 403lux respectively. However, the fixed angles may have difficulties controlling excessive direct sunlight coming into the room and may cause glare. Cases 6 and 7 used sun tracking angle control and cut-off angle control, and the average interior illuminance was measured 250lux and 385lux respectively. Case 8 used the cut-off angle control in an hourly manner, satisfying the standard illuminance of 400lux with an average interior illuminance of 561lux. It was evaluated to be the best method to control direct solar radiation and to guarantee proper level of interior illumination.

여성 전문병원 외래부의 공간특성에 관한 연구 - 환자관점을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Spatial Characteristics of the Outpatient Department in the Women′s Hospital - Focused on the Outpatient -)

  • Recently, the Korean medical system changed with diversification & specialization and the field of medical service is also specialized in these days. And healing environment is proposed as a general concept in the hospital architecture. There is a trend that a establishment of women's hospital is increasing as specialized type. In difference from general hospital, they are providing specialized and integrated services in response to the women's disease and demand. Particularly, Outpatient department space in women's hospital has been changed in terms of area, shape and program. However, there used to be not enough research efforts of responding these changes. This study includes the Outpatient department of s women's hospital in the form of small and medium sized building over a certain level in Korea. And the methods of the study adopted the theoric examination based concept and features of women's hospital, the abstraction of distinctions in the Outpatient department through the analysis of the drawing, and the analysis of distinctions in the Outpatient department of women's hospital with the structural space classified and the analysis of space relation. Therefore, the purpose of this is to study investigates and analyzes the spatial characteristics of the Outpatient department space in women's hospital through a analysis of case study. To conclude, the space composition can be classified into the entry space, the clinic space for patients, the support space of patients' check-up, the reception and waiting space, the rest and convenience space, and the link space in the Outpatient department of women's hospital. The level space can account for the waiting space type, the clinic office type, the type based on the relation between the waiting room and the clinic office with its features. As a result, the results will be applied for the planning & design for the future women's hospital.

공공도서관에 대한 사서와 이용자 인식 비교 연구- 서울시교육청 소속 공공도서관을 대상으로 - (A Comparative Study of the Perceptions on Public Libraries between Librarians and Users: A Survey of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사서와 이용자의 공공도서관에 대한 인식을 비교 분석함으로써 도서관 발전방안 수립 및 서비스 방향 설정에 필요한 기초정보를 제공하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울특별시교육청 공공도서관의 사서와 이용자 각각 270명, 820명을 대상으로 현재 도서관의 환경, 미래 도서관의 역할 및 위상, 도서관 정책과 관련한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 조사 결과, 사서들은 오랜 역사와 축적된 자원을 가장 큰 강점으로 인식하는 반면, 이용자들은 인적자원에 대한 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 공공도서관의 역할과 미래의 위상에 대해서는 사서와 이용자 모두 독서와 교육을 중요하게 인식하고 있어, 두 집단이 공공도서관에 대한 공통된 기대를 갖고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 미래 도서관의 정책 방안으로 사서는 노후시설의 개선과 사서의 재교육을 제시한 반면, 이용자는 장서 확충과 열람실 이용 확대를 원하는 등 두 집단 사이의 인식차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 이러한 인식 차이를 고려한 공공도서관 정책 개발의 필요성을 보여주었다.

입원환자의 낙상 실태 및 위험요인 조사연구 (Incidence of Falls and Risk Factors of Falls in Inpatients)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to report the incidence of falls in hospitals and analyze the risk factors for falls. Methods: This study used data on 1,216 patients who experienced falls from 2015 to 2017 during their hospitalization. The data was collected from the falls incident reports and patient' electronic medical record of hospital. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics using Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test and multiple Poisson regression analysis with the SAS 9.4 Results: The incidence of falls was 1.38 per 1,000 patients days (2015), 1.81 per 1,000patients days (2016) and 1.99 per 1,000patients days (2017). The incidence of injury caused by falls (level III~V) was 0.05 per 1,000patients days (2015), 0.04 per 1,000patients days (2016) and 0.06 per 1,000patients days (2017). The largest number of falls occurred during night shift (42.5%), specifically in the patients' room (70.8%), and medical unit (66.0%). Average age of fallers was 69.1 years and 61.7% of them were older than 71 years. CCI and the patient's department have statistically significant differences in injury or injury levels from falls, but the integrated nursing care services had no significant difference in injury or injury levels from falls. Conclusion: The result of this study can be used as a reference for establishing a fall prevention strategy for hospitalized patients by presenting index values such as the fall rate.

A Study on the POE (Post Occupancy Evaluation) according to the Residential Environment of Mixed-use Apartment Complexes In Seoul

  • In this study, POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) evaluation indexes were selected into six categories through the consideration of theories and prior research. Therefore, qualitative supply can be achieved through POE according to the aspect of residential environment after the quantitative supply of mixed-use apartment complex by the population concentration in Seoul due to industrialization and urbanization. As the evaluation elements, detailed survey contents were selected for livability, convenience, comfort, safety, economy, and sociality. Based on the survey contents, six elements were evaluated and analyzed using Data coding and Likert scale after surveying 12 complexes (Urban areas and non-urban areas) in Seoul. As a result of the study, six categories selected as the POE showed that importance of quality of life and safety was developed in high recognition according to high satisfaction with convenience and safety. Sociality showed the lowest satisfaction in the following order : livability, comfort, economy and sociality. Residents' sense of community, interaction with neighborhood, etc., showed low satisfaction, and it seems that it is necessary to improve and supplement the system for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. The detailed characteristics of livability showed high satisfaction of the living room, the front door and the main room which are main uses of housing, and low satisfaction in storage size. The analysis of convenience is that convenient public transportation was the highest, and educational environment and additional facilities were the lowest, showing the advantages and disadvantages of location characteristics. As a result of the analysis of comfort, satisfaction with the landscape area was low and it seems that green space is needed for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. Lastly, regarding the safety, the satisfaction of the access control, the location of security office, etc. were high, however separation of circulation was low. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly separate the circulation between the residence and other facilities in the mixed-use apartment complex.
