궤도장력 조절을 위한 다물체로 이루어진 고소궤도차량의 실시간 시뮬레이션 (Real Time Simulation of the High Speed Multibody Tracted Vehicle for Track Tension Control)

  • In case of high speed and high mobility multibody tracked vehicle, it is hard to develop the realtime simulation model for track tension control because of the hundreds of highly nonlinear equations. In order to design more trustworthy realtime simulator for track tension control, it is necessary to use off-line tracked vehicle model. In this study, a step by step procedure is presented to develop realtime simulation model based on off-line tracked vehicle model. Simulation results show that modified off-line multibody tracked vehicle model can be used for real time simulation to control the track tension.

공기윤활 범프포일 저널 베어링의 내구성 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Durability Characteristics of an Air-lubricated Bump Foil Journal Bearing)

  • This paper describes a durability characteristics of an air-lubricated bump foil journal bearing for high speed turbomachinerys at room temperature. At first, lift-off test and load capacity test were performed to understand the general characteristics of an air-lubricated bump foil Journal bearing. A 52 N weighted bump foil bearing sleeve was lilted off from a rotating Journal at about 3,000 rpm, and produced a load capacity of 500 N at an operating speed of 15,000 rpm. The next was 500 cycles lift-off test with an air-lubricated bump foil journal bearing that had a molybdenum disulfide(MoS$_2$) solid lubricant coated top foil. Data from measuring bearing torque and temperature and the observation of rubbing surfAce were included in results. Therefore the results of this work will aid in proving durability of air-lubricated bump foil journal bearings.

  • Micro gas turbines are designed with low turbine inlet temperature and pressure ratio. To overcome the efficiency defect of the simple cycle, adoption of the recuperator is an inevitable choice. In addition to the design performance, we should also pay attention to the off-design performance of gas turbines since they usually operate at part-load conditions for a considerable amount of the time. This study aims at analyzing off-design performance characteristics of micro gas turbines and addressing the importance of the recuperator in the part load operation. Comparative analyses have been performed to evaluate the part load performance differences among various design and operating options : simple vs recuperative cycles, single vs two shaft configurations, various operating strategies for the single shaft configuration (fuel only control, variable speed operation, variable inlet guide vane control), and current vs advanced engines. Major finding is that maintaining turbine at high level is crucial in efficient operation of micro gas turbines.

  • ISDN은 사용자에게 mB+1D의 channel을 제공한다. AO/DI기능은 D-channel을 통하여 저속의 지속적인 연결을 제공하며 고속의 통신이 필요한 경우에는 B-channel을 통하여 고속의 대역폭을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 ISDN 환경에서의 다중 ON-OFF 소스에 대한 AO/DI기능의 성능분석을 수행한다. 다중 ON-OFF 소스가 하나의 mB+1D ISDN 링크를 통하여 연결되어 있는 상황을 가정한다. AO/DI 기능이 구현안된 경우 요구되는 대역폭은 모든 소스의 피크 대역폭의 합으로 주어지나 AO/DI 기능이 구현된 경우에는 실제로 사용되어지는 대역폭에 근접하게 대역폭이 할당된다.

ON/OFF 제어방식 오일쿨러의 정밀온도 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Precision Temperature Control for Oil cooler using ON/OFF Control Method)

  • 최근 공작기계 분야에서 가공속도와 가공정밀도 같은 시스템 성능이 한층 요구되고 있다. 특히 가공속도가 증가함에 따라 공작기계와 수가공 분야의 공작물 가공 부위에 유해한 열 발생을 초래하게 된다. 이 열은 가공 정밀도를 저하시키는 주된 원인으로 작용한다. 따라서 온도를 제어하는 오일쿨러는 공작기계에서 필수적이다. 일반적으로 두 가지 대표적인 제어기법인 핫가스 바이패스 방식과 압축기 가변속 제어 방식이 오일쿨러에 채택 되었다. 본 논문에서는 오일 출구 온도를 설정값으로 유지하기 위해 압축기의 속도를 제어하였다. 공작기계의 정밀 가공이 요구되는 추세에 맞추어 ${\pm}0.1^{\circ}C$의 고정도 온도 제어가 가능한 오일쿨러가 요구된다. 그러나 정밀 온도제어가 가능한 오일쿨러는 가격이 고가이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 on/off(릴레이) 제어방식 대신에 PID 제어기와 위상각 전력제어 방식을 사용하여 정밀 온도제어가 가능한 오일쿨러용 제어기를 제안한다. 제안한 제어기를 제작하고, $23^{\circ}C$, $24^{\circ}C$ 그리고 $25^{\circ}C$에서 실험하였다.

회전각가속도가 가스 포일 스러스트 베어링의 마찰 및 마모 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Angular Acceleration on the Friction and Wear Characteristics of Gas Foil Thrust Bearings)

  • This study experimentally investigates the effects of angular acceleration on the friction and wear performances of a gas foil thrust bearing (GFTB) using a typical GFTB with six pads. The outer radius of the bearing is 31.5 mm, the total bearing area is 2,041 mm2 , and the bump foil and incline (ramp) height are both 500 ㎛. The newly developed GFTB test rig for measuring the friction torque and coefficient measures the axial load, drag torque, lift-off speed, and touch-down speed. The experiment is conducted for angular accelerations of 78.5, 314.2, and 328.3 rad/s2 at axial loads of 5, 10, and 15 N, respectively. The test shows that the start-up friction coefficient increases with increasing axial load at the same angular acceleration, and the friction coefficient decreases with increasing angular acceleration under the same axial load. As the angular acceleration increases, the lift-off speed at the motor start-up increases, and the touch-down speed at the motor stop decreases. The wear distance of the GFTB for a single on/off cycle increases with increasing axial load at the same angular acceleration and decreases nonlinearly with increasing angular acceleration under the same axial load. The test results suggest that adjusting the rotational angular acceleration helps reduce bearing friction and wear.

우리나라의 SAR능력 향상에 관한 연구 -해난사고 분석 및 Leeway 현장실험- (A Study on the Improvement of SAR Capabilities in Korea -Analysis of marine casualties and leeway field experiment-)

  • We studied the characteristics of marine casualties within the area under control of Korea National Maritime Police and leeway of drifting vessel. According to 5 years'(1995~1999) data of casualties, it was found that the occurrence of casualties by fishing boats ranked the highest and a considerable numbers of casualties took place more than 20 miles off the shore. From a result of field experiment of G/T 50 tons vessel off Busan harbor on Apr. 26~28, 2000, we computed that the linear equation of leeway speed(cm/s) was 1.01$\times$U(U : wind speed in m/s)+11.36 with correlation coefficient between wind speed and leeway speed being 0.252 and we found leeway angle range from $+87^{\circ}$(right) to $-78^{\circ}$(left ) of the downwind direction.

  • 본 연구에서 개발하고자 하는 기기의 모델은 마이크로 컨트롤을 이용하여 모터속도를 제어 할 수 있는 출력 전자 변속기로써, 자동제어 방식을 사용하여 Switching frequency를 1,000MHz까지 가능한 형태로 변환하는 자동 변속장치이다. 연속출력전류는 5A, 11A, 18A, 25A, 35A, 50A이며, 사용되는 전압은 9V에서 최대 18V까지 가능하도록 설계하였다. Micro-controller 의 software와 hardware의 블록 다아이그램을 고안하였으며, 전력손실을 막기 위해 자동적으로 3.7V에서 Auto Cut-Off기능이 있도록 구성하였다.

도마 Yeo동작에 대한 운동학적 요인 분석 (Kinematic Analysis of Yeo Motion at Horse Vaulting)

  • The purpose of this experiment was to find out the stages of result of specific character for Horse Vaulting Yeo motion To put the Yeo movement in process, we needed a gymnastics athlete C height of 165cm, weight of 62kg, age of 32, personal history of 21 years, and tested the athlete 5 times of motion training, and picked out the 2 best motion and analyzed it. Athletic reason is vertical motion, time uses, horizontal motion, distance, speed, and analyzed many other reasons as a result, and finally ended up with this conclusion. 1. After the take off on the board horizontal speed gradually decreased However, reverse of that, it showed that vertical speed increased. 2. While contacting the Horse Vaulting, horizontal speed decreased and vertical speed kept on increasing. Taking off Com the Horse Vaulting, horizontal, showing short time of training, 3m vertical height is shown after using Yeo motion at the peak of second fly jump. 3. While contacting the Horse Vaulting, both arms were showing the flection shape Especially this is also while contacting the Horse Vaulting, left arm was showing $90^{\circ}$ angle, and this has happened between the process of transition period of fast horizontal speed to vertical speed. 4. While contacting the Horse Vaulting, perfect blocking of the left arm must be complete for the right arm to have the perfect blocking as well.
