통학가방구매 시 패션제품속성요인과 만족도 및 재구매의도와의 관계 - 대구, 경주 지역의 중고생올 중심으로 - (Relationship between Fashion Product Attributes, Product Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention for Schoolbags - Focusing on middle and high school students in Daegu and GyeongJu -)

  • This study examined relationship among fashion product attributes of schoolbag, product satisfaction and repurchase intention. Total 315 questionnaires were distributed to the female/male students in Daegu and GyeongJu. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression were conducted using SPSS 13.0K statistics program as data analysis. The independent sample t-test was also conductd to examine the differences among sex, domicile, middle and highschool students. The findings hum the analysis are described in the following: First, female students is higher subjective fashion product attributes(fashion, individuality, refined) and objective fashion product attributes(design, color) importance than male students in purchasing schoolbag. High school students is higher subjective fashion product attributes(fashion, individuality) and objective fashion product attributes(brand, color) importance than middle school students in purchasing schoolbag. Second, product satisfaction are positive influenced by practicality and individuality of subjective fashion product attributes. Product satisfaction are not influenced by fashion and refined of subjective fashion product attributes. Third, product satisfaction are positive influenced by brand and design of objective fashion product attributes. Product satisfaction are not influenced by price and color of objective fashion product attributes. Forth, repurchase intention in schoolbag are strong positive influenced by product satisfaction.

A Study on the Correlation between Social Class and Life Satisfaction Perceived by the Korean Elderly

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of subjective class consciousness on life satisfaction. This research aimed to not only analyze the relative explanatory power, but also the influence of satisfaction of life within the socioeconomic status where the elderly consider themselves to be an integral part. The elderly's satisfaction in life was analyzed in comparison with demographic characteristics such as gender and age. The correlations of objective socioeconomic characteristics such as income level and education level were also observed. For this purpose, the Korea Labor Panel 17th data (2014) was used to conduct a one-way batch distribution analysis and a hierarchical regression analysis. It was seen that there was a correlation in the Korean elderly in terms of class consciousness and life satisfaction. The elderly with a lower subjective class consciousness showed lower life satisfaction. The relative influences were stronger than the demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of the elderly, and the explanatory power was much higher than the objective income levels. These results show that the subjective perception of their socioeconomic status has a significant influence on the level of life satisfaction of the Korean elderly, independent of the objective income level.

도시가계의 재무지식 및 재무관리가 객관적 재무건전성과 주관적 재무만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Financial Knowledge and Financial Management on Objective Financial Well-Being and Subjective Financial Satisfaction)

  • The study examines the relationships among financial knowledge, financial management, and objective financial well-being and subjective financial satisfaction. The data used in the study was 331 households from the survey in both Seoul and Kyeonggi-Do. The data analysis was dome using the SAS-PC program and several statistical techniques were utilized such as frequency, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows; The results from multiple regression analysis providing the information about the relationships between two variable after controlling other effects on the variables, showed that, the households with more financial knowledge tended to do more on both financial management plan and financial management implement. The households doing more on financial management implement were found to have more subjective financial satisfaction, while those doing more on financial management plan were found to have more objective financial well-being. Also, a positive relationship was found between objective financial well-being and subjective financial satisfaction.

  • Today ordinary consumers have the option of buying the products/services through Internet commerce, home shopping, or traditional commerce. This study compares the means-ends objective measures comprising the customer satisfaction with each type of commerce. Means objective variables consist of product variety, impulsive buying, comparison shopping, product information, and accuracy of transaction. Ends objective variables include convenience, safety, time saving, cost reduction, and shopping enjoyment. Results of data analysis indicate that ends objective variables are directly related with the behavioral intention of customers, and that each type of commerce has its own pros and cons which in turn provides the basis for differentiated customer satisfaction.

병원 브랜드 증거가 고객만족과 브랜드 판단에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Brand Evidence on the Customer Satisfaction and Brand Verdict in Hospital)

  • The objective of this study is to identify the effect of brand evidence on customer satisfaction, and the effect of customer satisfaction on brand verdict in case of hospital management. To achieve this objective, 250 hospital customers were surveyed in Busan and Gyeongnam province. Of these, 220 respondents were used for the analysis. The research results show that brand name, employee service, core service and feelings have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, services cape failed to affect customer satisfaction.

Examining Visitation to the Gyeryongsan National Park

  • Understanding visit motivation to parks is important when attempting to improve visitor satisfaction and their intentions to revisit and recommend. The objective of this study is to not only examine the impact of visitors' motivations on their satisfaction, but also study the effect of their satisfaction on their behavioral intentions. This objective will be fulfilled using regression models populated with data from the Gyeryongsan National Park (GNP). Onsite surveys were collected during April and May 2017 at the Donghaksa, Gapsa, Cheonjeong, Sinwonsa, Sangsin, and Sutonggol information centers of the GNP (N=224). The results of this study indicate that the visitors' motivations influenced their visit satisfaction, which, in turn, impacted their behavioral intentions. The study's findings will help park managers and policy-makers establish effective park management strategies and enhance visitors' experiences.

  • In this paper, we consider a bi-objective vehicle routing problem to minimize total distance traveled and maximize minimum integrated satisfaction level of selecting desirable routes in an fuzzy graph. The fuzzy graph reflects a real delivery situation in which there are a depot, some demand points, paths linking them, and distance and integrated satisfaction level are associated with each route. For solving the vi-objective problem we introduce a concept of routing vector and define non-dominated solution for comparing vectors. An efficient algorithm involving a selection method of non-dominated solutions based on DEA is proposed for the vehicle routing problem with rigid distance and integrated satisfaction level.

A Study on the Determinants of Medical Institution's Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty: Focused on the Effects of Service Quality Factors

  • Objective: The objective of this study is to provide medical institutions with theoretical basis by analyzing the effect of service quality-related factors. It will be helpful for hospitals to enhance service quality which will be of use to attain customer satisfaction and ultimately competitive advantage. Design: An empirical study. Methods: To verify the model, I conducted a questionnaire survey analysis. Items for measurement have been extracted from several related studies on medical industry. The survey target has been set by convenience sampling method and consists of citizens reside in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province, and total number of 161 samples have been analyzed. To verify validity and reliability, I conducted factor analysis and reliability analysis, and for hypotheses verification, multiple regression analyses have been performed. Results: This study aims to investigate the relation between service quality factors and customer satisfaction, and also those factors and customer loyalty. Service quality factors consist of Tangibles(X1), Reliability(X2), Assurance(X3), Responsiveness(X4), and Empathy(X5). According to the results of regression analyses, X1, X2, X3, and X5 have been proved to have positive relations with customer satisfaction and loyalty, whereas hypothesis related X4 has not been supported. Finally, customer satisfaction has been founded to affects positively to customer loyalty. Conclusions: Service quality factors are significantly related to customer satisfaction and loyalty. So medical institutions should aware of this and try to enhance service quality for attaining competitive advantage.

고령자용 피트니스 압박웨어 착용시의 객관적 인체생리 평가 및 주관적 만족도 평가 (Objective Physiology Evaluation and Subjective Satisfaction Evaluation when Wearing Fitness Compression Wear for the Elderly)

  • Muscle reduction owing to aging causes changes in physical function among the elderly. Fitness compression wear reduces fatigue by compressing the main muscles, expanding blood vessels, and rapidly discharging lactic acid. The effect of clothing pressure when wearing fitness compression wear for the elderly was objectively and subjectively evaluated for six women aged 55-64 years. The evaluation clothes were three types of tops and bottoms, one type of design (A) preferred among the existing compression wear, and two types of design (B and C). The objective evaluation items included clothing pressure, blood flow, surface temperature, and subjective satisfaction. It was found that clothing A had the highest clothing pressure in the straight posture and five fitness movements. Blood flow increased the most when wearing the evaluation clothing. The surface temperature was found to be the highest for clothing C, and subjective satisfaction was found to be the best when wearing evaluation clothing B. If the tensile strength was low and the tensile elongation was high, as in evaluation clothing B, it was recognized as appropriate clothing pressure, and the subject was subjectively satisfied. When manufacturing fitness compression wear in the future, it will be possible to increase users' objective and subjective satisfaction with wearing it, if the incision of the garment were placed at the location of the line of non-extension (LoNE), and appropriate material characteristics are applied.

주부의 경제적복지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Economic Well-Being of Housewives)

  • Now in Korea, many factors-for example, unemployment rate rise, consumer prices, corporate restructuring, etc.-are threatening family economy. Thus many households are faced with an economic crisis. In this circumstances, it is the role of households as a subsystem of family system to keep family and household economy stable for the sake of family growth and development. Economic well-being is differentiated by criterion of household economic status. But it has a large scale of spectrum: household income, asset, consumption, debt and the like. Moreover, these indices have been understood and measured differently by many researchers. In this thesis, we made efforts to distinguish subjective satisfaction from objective satisfaction, and then focus on the former. The data were collected from 399 housewives living in Pusan through questionnaires.
