Purpose: The purpose of our study was to introduce an oath and ethics code for emergency medical technicians (EMTs). Methods: The proposed oath and ethics code for the EMTs was evaluated using a modified Delphi technique. This oath and ethics code was presented at Korean association of emergency medical technician conference and was revised by experts in emergency medical services. Results: We examined the ethics codes for other allied healthcare professionals regarding the topics of human rights, health promotion, acting as an advocate, ethics, cooperation, observance, human rights, right to know, self-determination, confidentiality, and professionalism. These elements are reflected in our proposed oath and ethics code for EMTs. Conclusion: The proposed oath and ethics code would raise the professional status of EMTs.

The idea that medicine itself imposes certain obligations upon the physician probably originated in Greece. It is Socrates in the fifth century BC who first discussed medical professionalism. Socrates said that no physician should seek the advantage of the physician but of the patient. For the physician was a ruler of bodies and not a money-maker. However, it is Hippocrates, the contemporary of Socrates and the Father of Medicine, who founded medical professionalism education and professional medical ethics. The professional spirit of Greek physicians is summed up in the magic phrase 'love of humanity.' In Epidemics I, Hippocrates expressed hope that physicians would help patients, or at least do them no harm. He also said, "Life is short; Art is long" in The Aphorisms. Here he described the reflective philosopher and the practiced physician. At once he sang the shortness of human life and the extent of the medical arts. Moreover, he made students swear by the gods that "I will keep pure and holy both my life and my art." The Oath can serve as a coherent starting point and organizing framework for medical professionalism education and professional medical ethics. We need to have an opportunity to employ this fascinating text in teaching medical professionalism and medical ethics. In this article, the author asserts that the Hippocratic Aphorism (Life is short; Art is long) and The Oath, the most famous work of the entire Hippocratic collection, should be used for medical professionalism education.

유비쿼터스 환경이 구축됨에 따라서 온라인상에서 사용자를 인증하고 적합한 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록하기 위하여 OTP(One-Time Password)에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 ID와 고정된 패스워드의 대안으로 연구되고 있는 OTP 또한 중간자공격에 취약하여 패스워드 노출 문제가 발생하고, 기존의 사용되고 있는 방식이 6~8자리의 OTP를 사용하고 있기 때문에 자릿수를 알았을 경우 사전공격 및 추측 공격이 가능할 수 있다. 기존의 OTP는 OATH와 RSA에서 연구하고 있어 두 가지 표준으로 구분된다. 그 중 OATH에서 연구하고 있으며 RFC 4226에 기술되어 있는 HOTP는 Hash-based MAC을 이용하여 안전한 OTP를 생성하고 있다 하지만 HOTP도 자릿수(Digit)가 고정되어 있어 사전 공격 및 추측 공격에 취약할 수 있다. 따라서 본 방식은 HOTP의 자릿수를 가변적으로 생성하는 R(Random digit)-OTP를 생성함으로써 제 3자의 공격으로부터 안전하게 하였다.

In this paper, We propose the new interconnection network which is designed to edge numbering labeling using postorder traversal which can reduce diameter when it has same node number with Hypercube, which can reduce total node numbers considering node degree and diameter on Fibonacci trees and its jump sequence of circulant is Fibonacci numbers. It has a simple (shortest oath)routing algorithm, diameter, node degree. It has a spaning subtree which is Fibonacci tree and it is embedded to Fibonacci tree. It is compared with Hypercube. We improve diameter compared with Hypercube.

Analysis of the voice and its corresponding studies are examined from the recording of the voice through microphone and various calculation processes of the signals by using computer. Voice analyser include data acquisition and analyzing program. Since oath program uses different voice signal processing algorithm, thorough understanding of the operation is essential. In this study, analysis result of patient voice were compared by using four different voice analysis programs such as MDVP, Praat, TF32, and the program developed in this study. Pitch, jitter and shimmer were selected as comparison analysis factors. As a result, pitch, jitter and shimmer showed different result since each program uses different pitch computation algorithm.

In this paper proposed a HMM(Hidden Martov Model)-based segmentation method which is able to model shadows as well as foreground and background regions. Shadow of moving objects often obstruct visual tracking. We propose an HMM-based segmentation method which classifies in real time oath objects. In the case of traffic monitoring movies, the effectiveness of the proposed method has been proven through experimental results

A v-path of an arc xy in a multipartite tournament T is an oriented oath in T-y which starts at x such that y does not dominate and end vertex of the path. We show that if T is a regular n-partite (n$\geq$7) tournament, then every arc of T has a v-path of length m for all m satisfying 2$\leq$m$\leq$n-2. Our result extends the corresponding result for regular tournaments, due to Alspach, Reid and Roselle [2] in 1974, to regular multipartite tournaments.

최근 관심이 증대되고 있는 국토모니터링과 관련하여 기존의 SPOT, IRS, KOMPSAT, LANDSAT 등의 중ㆍ저해상도 위성영상과 IKONOS 등의 고해상도 위성영상을 이용하여 국토의 변화를 탐지하고자 하는 시도가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이 때 영상의 기하보정은 필수적인 과정이며 영상의 기하보정시 기준점을 취득하는 과정에 많은 시간과 작업비용이 소요된다. 현재 기준점 취득은 수치지도 등을 통해 기존의 지상기준점을 이용하는 방법과 GPS를 이용한 현지 측량방법이 활용되고 있는데 동일지역에 대해 매번 사업 때마다 수행되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 이러한 과정을 보다 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 하나의 방안으로 본 연구에서는 image chip을 이용하여 GCP를 취득하고 이를 데이터베이스로 구축하여 기존의 작업을 자동화, 체계화하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 중복측량 방지와 데이터의 균질성을 기할 수 있었다. Image Chip의 영상 정합을 위해서는 상관계수법과 최소제곱정합법을 이용하여 부영상소 단위까지 정합결과를 얻을 수 있었으며 위성의 header 정보로부터의 영상의 표정각과 입사각에 대한 정보를 이용하여 축척과 회전요소를 고려함으로써 영상 정합시 보다 정확한 기준점 정보를 취득할 수 있었다. 또한, 이종 센서간 영상정합 가능성에 대해서 연구한 결과 KOMPSAT과 SPOT간에는 신뢰할 만한 수준의 정합 결과를 얻을 수 있었으나 고해상도 영상의 경우에는 항공사진과 IKONOS의 영상 정합시 센서의 방사학적 특성의 차이로 신뢰할 안한 결과를 얻을 수 없었다. 영상 정합시 정확도에 영향을 미치는 인자들에 관한 실험 결과 센서의 파장, 계절, Chip 영상의 크기 등이 큰 영향을 미쳤으며 영상정합을 위해 영상 GCP를 데이터베이스에서 검색할 때 이에 대한 고려가 우선적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.n of hub-and-spoke system, integration of logistics bases, introduction of (automatic) parking building, diversification of transportation mode, and etc. At the same time, we constructed three practically executable scenarios based on those ideas.
