모바일 인스턴스 메신저를 활용한 자동화 커뮤니케이션 시스템 설계 및 구현 (The Design and Implementation of Automatic Communication System using Mobile Instant Messenger)

  • In this paper, concerning the various advertising and policy advertising of the election with respect to whether to deliver a message to a large number of people, we design and implement an automative system what enables sending the text messages directly from the server to the client and also fast feedback is enabled by utilizing a number of operational programs to connect to the server. Therefore, we design and implement the automative communication system which enables delivering message to each user mobile terminal from a plurality of relay mobile terminals by utilizing the mobile instant messenger, not to deliver a message from the server to the mobile instant messenger user directly. In result of comparative analysis on the number of times of data transmission, this automative communication system utilizing mobile instant messenger shows the result that it enables transmitting five times per minute as it can copy and paste in the automation system regardless of the size of the data loading, otherwise in case of transmitting manually it show the result that the number of times of data transmission is reduced if the size of the data is larger.

  • 기존의 MIMO 시스템은 수신 안테나 수만큼 신호처리를 위한 RF 체인이 필요하다. 안테나를 늘릴 경우, RF 체인도 같이 늘어나기 때문에 전력 소비량이 급격하게 증가하게 된다. 이러한 이유로 더 많은 안테나의 MIMO 시스템을 전력이 제한적인 모바일 단말기에 적용하기에는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 단일 RF 체인을 이용하여 다중 안테나의 신호를 수신하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 STO(Sampling Timing Offset)을 동기 신호와 신호의 위상 각 추정을 통해 보상하였을 때 다중 RF chain을 사용하는 일반적인 MIMO 시스템과 유사한 성능을 낸다. 따라서 단일 RF chain을 통하여 전력 소비를 감소시키면서 다중 안테나의 MIMO-OFDM 시스템을 구현할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

변조레벨 제어 다중반송파 CDMA 시스템 (Modulation Level-Controlled Multicarrier CDMA System)

  • 본 논문에서는 전송 채널의 주파수 선택적 특성에 의한 전송 신호의 왜곡현상을 줄이며, 다양한 무선 전송 환경에 대해 일정한 전송 품질을 유지시키는 동시에 최대 데이터 전송률을 제공할 수 있는 다중 반송파 CDMA을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 채널 상태에 따라 작은 지연과 페이딩을 겪는 채널에서는 높은 데이터 전송률로 전송하고, 반면 빠른 페이딩과 긴 지연 성분을 갖는 채널에서는 낮은 전송률로 데이터를 전송한다. 두 경우 모두 다 송신기 구조에서 데이터 직병렬 변환 개수와 데이터 복사 개수를 조절함으로써 가능하다. 여기서, 제안한 시스템은 고정된 수의 부반송파를 갖는다. 따라서 위에서 언급한 직병렬 변화 개수와 데이터 복사 개수의 곱은 항상 일정하게 유지되므로 하드웨어의 변형 없이 구현될 수 있다. 제안한 시스템에서는 직병렬 변환 후 동일 데이터가 여러 다른 부반송파에 복사되어 전송되므로 주파수 다이버시티 이득을 얻을 수 있으며, 레이크(RAKE) 수신구조는 경로 다이버시티 이득도 얻을 수 있게 한다.

웹소켓을 이용한 모바일 앱 테스트 시스템 설계 (A Design of Mobile App Test System Using Web Socket)

  • In this paper, we propose a testing method of the quality of device application effectively reflecting the necessity of increasing mobile device application quality test, and designed and developed it as a web system. We have studied traditional software testing methods for designing and developing a system. We have developed a next-generation alternative technology that can analyze and compensate for the weaknesses of the web and weaknesses of the Android in order to realize the access system and the responsive web system. As an example applied to the system, we analyzed the requirements of the system implementation and expressed the functions of the system through the use case diagram. The test scenarios were conducted by connecting 5,000 devices to each system using the existing HTTP polling method and the proposed web socket method. After setting the comparative group, the result of the proposed web management system was observed and compared through repeated tests. The research shows that the proposed web socket system has better performance than HTTP polling. The more the number of simultaneous processing of the devices, the lower the server stability but the better the time efficiency. In conclusion, the more the number of devices to be tested is, the more the number of devices can be effectively tested using the proposed web management system.

W., 2010) in high schools in Korea these days, it is written and taught that for a positive real number $a$, $a^{\frac{m}{n}}$ is defined as $a^{\frac{m}{n}}={^n}\sqrt{a^m}$, where $m{\in}\mathbb{Z}$ and $n{\in}\mathbb{N}$ have common prime factors. For that situation, the author shows his opinion that the definition is not well-defined and $a^{\frac{m}{n}}$ must be defined as $a^{\frac{m}{n}}=({^n}\sqrt{a})^m$, whenever $^n\sqrt{a}$ is defined, based on the field axiom of the real number system including rational number system and natural number system. And he shows that the following laws of exponents for reals: $$\{a^{r+s}=a^r{\cdot}a^s\\(a^r)^s=a^{rs}\\(ab)^r=a^rb^r$$ for $a$, $b$>0 and $s{\in}\mathbb{R}$ hold by the completeness axiom of the real number system and the laws of exponents for natural numbers, integers, rational numbers and real numbers are logically equivalent.

A New Approach for the Analysis Solution of Dynamic Systems Containing Fractional Derivative

  • Fractional derivative models, which are used to describe the viscoelastic behavior of material, have received considerable attention. Thus it is necessary to put forward the analysis solutions of dynamic systems containing a fractional derivative. Although previously reported such kind of fractional calculus-based constitutive models, it only handles the particularity of rational number in part, has great limitation by reason of only handling with particular rational number field. Simultaneously, the former study has great unreliability by reason of using the complementary error function which can't ensure uniform real number. In this paper, a new approach is proposed for an analytical scheme for dynamic system of a spring-mass-damper system of single-degree of freedom under general forcing conditions, whose damping is described by a fractional derivative of the order $0<{\alpha}<1$ which can be both irrational number and rational number. The new approach combines the fractional Green's function and Laplace transform of fractional derivative. Analytical examples of dynamic system under general forcing conditions obtained by means of this approach verify the feasibility very well with much higher reliability and universality.

Heat Transfer Characteristics of the Spherical Capsule Storage System Using Paraffins

  • The present study is to investigate the effect of experimental parameters on the heat transfer characteristics of a spherical capsule storage system using paraffins. N-Tetradecane and mixture of n-Tetradecane 40% and n-Hexadecane 60% were used as paraffins. Water with inorganic material was also tested for the comparison. The experimental parameters were varied for the Reynolds number from 8 to 16 and for the inlet temperature from -7 to 2$^{\circ}C$. Measured local temperatures of spherical capsules in the storage tank were utilized to calculate charging and discharging times, dimensionless thermal storage amount, and the average heat transfer coefficients in the tank. Local charging and discharging times in the storage tank were significantly different. The effect of inlet temperature on charging time was larger than that on discharging time, but the effect of Reynolds number on charging time was smaller than that on discharging time. Charging time of paraffins was faster by 11~72% than that of water with inorganic material, but little difference of discharging time was found among them. The effect of Reynolds number on the dimensionless thermal storage was less during charging process and more during discharging process than the effect of inlet temperature. The effect of the inlet temperature and the Reynolds number on the average heat transfer coefficient of the storage tank was stronger during discharging process than during charging process. The average heat transfer coefficients of the spherical capsule system using paraffins were larger by 40% than those using water.

Level Number Effect on Performance of a Novel Series Active Power Filter Based on Multilevel Inverter

  • This paper presents a single-phase asymmetric half-bridge cascaded multilevel inverter based series active power filter (SAPF) for harmonic voltage compensation. The effect of level number on performance of the proposed SAPF is examined in terms of total harmonic distortion (THD) and system efficiency. Besides, the relationship between the level number and the number of switching device are compared with the other multilevel inverter topologies used in APF applications. The paper is also aimed to demonstrate the capability of the SAPF for compensating harmonic voltages alone, without using a passive power filter (PPF). To obtain the required output voltage, a new switching algorithm is developed. The proposed SAPF with levels of 7, 15 and 31 is used in both simulation and experimental studies and the harmonic voltages of the load connected to the point of common coupling (PCC) is compensated under two different loading conditions. Furthermore, very high system efficiency values such as 98.74% and 96.84% are measured in the experimental studies and all THD values are brought into compliance with the IEEE-519 Standard. As a result, by increasing the level number of the inverter, lower THD values can be obtained even under high harmonic distortion levels while system efficiency almost remains the same.

병력구조 전산기를 이용한 최단 경로 계산 (Shortest Path Calculation Using Parallel Processor System)

  • Shortest path calculations for a large-scale network have to be performed using a decomposition techniqre, since the calculations require large memory size which increases by the square of the number of vertices in the network. Also, the calculation time increases by the cube of the number of vertices in the network. In the decomposition technique,the network is broken into a number of smaller size subnetworks for each of which shortest paths are computed. A union of the solutions provides the solution of the original network. In all of the decomposition algirithms developed up to now, boundary vertices which divide all the subnetworks have to be included in computing shortest paths for each subnetwork. In this paper, an improved algorithm is developed to reduce the number of boundary vertices to be engaged. In the algorithm, only those boundary vertices that are directly connected to the subnetwork are engaged. The algorithm is suitable for an application to real time computation using a parallel processor system which consists of a number of micro-computers or prcessors. The algorithm has been applied to a 39- vertex network and a 232-vertex network. The results show that it is efficient and has better performance than any other algorithms. A parallel processor system has been built employing an MZ-80 micro-computer and two Z-80 microprocessor kits. The former is used as a master processor and the latter as slave processors. The algorithm is embedded into the system and proven effective for real-time shortest path computations.

Signal Number Estimation Algorithm Based on Uniform Circular Array Antenna

  • In modern wireless communication systems including beamformers or location-based services (LBS), which employ multiple antenna elements, estimating the number of signals is essential for accurately determining the quality of the communication service. Representative signal number estimation algorithms including the Akaike information criterion (AIC) and minimum description length (MDL) algorithms, which are information theoretical criterion models, determine the number of signals based on a reference value that minimizes each criterion. In general, increasing the number of elements mounted onto the array antenna enhances the performance of estimating the number of signals; however, it increases the computational complexity of the estimation algorithm. In addition, various configurations of array antennas for the increased number of antenna elements should be considered to efficiently utilize them in a limited location. In this paper, we introduce an efficient signal number estimation algorithm based on the beamspace based AIC and MDL techniques that reduce the computational complexity by reducing the dimension of a uniform circular array antenna. Since this algorithm is based on a uniform circular array antenna, it presents the advantages of a circular array antenna. The performance of the proposed signal number estimation algorithm is evaluated through computer simulation examples.
