의복착용상황의 유형에 관한 연구 (A Typology of Apparel Usage Situations Among Female Consumers)

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate the types of apparel usage situations percieved by female consumers. Data (N=132) were collected via a questionnaire developed on the focused stoup interviews and previous studies. By multidimensional scaling (MDS) analysis, two dimensions of perceptual criteria on apparel usage situations are identified: formality, and normative aspects of apparel style. Results indicate that apparel usage situations perceived by female consumers can be classified into four major types: (1) Formal-Normative Situations, (2) Informal-Normative Situations, (3) Informal-Normless Situations, and (4) Formal-Normless Situations.

  • This study is based on the Ecological Design Theories related with the Urban space planning. The purpose of this study is to propose the Urban Space Design Method in consideration of Ecological Environment. To achieve this purpose, Normative Theory Study which means Logical Analysis of Ecological Theories in the new field of Ecological Urban Design, is done in accordance with the object of this study. This results derived of this study are as follows: 1. Six(6)-Ecological Urban Planning Elements related with the purpose of this study, are clarified these are Land-use planning, Transformation planning, Plants and Living-thing Ecological System planning, A Culture planning related with water, Energy and resource planning, and Urban-amenity planning. 2. Urban Space Design Method in consideration of Ecological Environment is porposed by means of the Normative theroy study analysis and contents analysis related with Ecological Urban planning which contain Ecological Planning Elements.

스마트폰 특성 및 서비스 품질과 몰입에 관한 연구 (A Research about Smartphone Characteristics and Service Quality and Commitment)

  • 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 특성과 서비스 품질이 몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 편리성, 오락성, 편재성으로 구성된 스마트폰 특성과, 상호작용성, 개인화로 구성된 서비스 품질이 정서적 몰입 및 규범적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 가를 검증하였다. 실증분석결과 스마트폰 특성 중 오락성은 정서적 몰입 및 규범적 몰입에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 편재성은 규범적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 서비스 품질 중 개인화는 정서적 몰입 및 규범적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 스마트폰 특성 중 오락성과 서비스 품질 중 개인화 기능을 강조하면, 정서적으로 규범적으로 몰입을 증가시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

기업의 법적 및 규범적 사회적 책임(CSR) 활동의 증대가 조세회피에 미치는 효과 분석 (The Differential Impact of Legal vs. Normative Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Tax Avoidance)

  • This study examines how corporate social responsibility (CSR) affects corporate tax avoidance behavior. Using a sample of publicly listed U.S. firms, we find that legal CSR-which is required by law-reduces the level of corporate tax avoidance because this type of CSR reduces information asymmetry between investors and corporate management in such a way that investors are less likely to perceive tax avoidance behavior as a risk. On the other hand, we find that the relationship between normative CSR-which is a voluntary type of CSR behavior-and tax avoidance is not statistically significant. Instead, our additional analysis reveals that normative CSR increases the level of corporate tax avoidance conditional on reporting quality. This study provides meaningful implications to the academic literature and to practitioners. Not only does this study highlight the fact that not all CSR are alike, it highlights that it is important to provide transparent CSR information in order to allow stakeholders to estimate the net effects of firms' CSR activities and tax payment.

The Impact of Shared Leadership on Organizational Commitment and Career Development in Startups

  • Due to the relative lack of concerns and research on organizational career development in startups, we study aimed to reveal the impact of shared leadership in startups on organizational career development through organizational commitment. The research method was an online survey targeting 200 startup members from April 11 to April 28, 2023, and a total of 195 copies were used in the final analysis. As a result of the study, first, among the shared leadership of startups, development and mentoring were found to have a positive impact on emotional commitment. Second, among the shared leadership of startups, planning and organizing, support and empathy were found to have a positive impact on continuous commitment. Third, planning and organizing, support and empathy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Third, among startups' shared leadership, planning and organizing, support and empthy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Fourth, emotional and continuous commitment were found to have a positive impact on improving career goals in organizational career growth. Fifth, emotional and continuous and normative commitment were each found to have a positive influence on the development of professional abilities in organizational career development. Lastly, emotional, continuous and normative commitment were all found to have a positive influence on the speed of promotion in organizational career growth. As a result, it is expected that the results of this study will be able to suggest shared leadership policy directions and goals for startups.

Grooved pegboard 검사의 정상성인의 표준치에 관한 연구 (Normative values for the Grooved Pegboard Test in Adult)

  • Dexterity is defined in the present study as interdigital manipulative skill or the fine manipulative movements of objects held between the thumb and fingers. The Grooved pegboard test has been used to evaluate dexterity requring visual-motor coordination. The purpose of this study was to standardize the completion time of the Grooved pegboard test in different age groups and gender. Normative values for the Grooved Pegboard Test was developed on the sample of 282 healthy volunteers (89 men and 183 women). Subjects were stratified according to gender and dominant hand and were subdivided into six groups by blocking. The results of this study were as follows: 1) There was a significant difference in completion time between dominant and nondominant hand in both men and women groups (p<.05). 2) There were significant differences in completion time between men and women group (p<.05) 3) There were significant differences in completion time among age groups (p<.05).

데이터 민주주의(data democracy)에 대한 규범적 접근 (A Normative Approach to Data Democracy)

  • 디지털화가 급속도로 진행되는 현대 데이터 사회에서 데이터 활용에 있어 데이터의 개방성과 더불어 신뢰성 및 공정성 확보 또한 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 다차원적 관점에서 데이터 민주주의 개념을 정의하고 규범적 가치의 요소를 제시함으로써 데이터 민주주의 체계와 현황을 파악하고 평가할 수 있는 지표 개발과 선정에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다. 우선 데이터 민주주의의 논의를 위한 토대로써 Kneuer(2016)의 개념을 토대로 자유롭고 공평한 접근, e-참여, e-정부를 e-민주주의의 주요 요소로 제시하였다. 이러한 e-민주주의의 규범적 원리를 토대로 데이터 거버넌스의 질 향상을 위해 데이터 민주주의 개념의 이해 및 실제 적용을 위한 데이터 민주주의의 규범적 프레임워크 및 구성요소로 포용성과 형평성, 참여, 민주적 주권을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 민주주의 실천을 위한 데이터 리터러시의 중요성을 강조하고, 문헌정보학에서 데이터 민주주의의 규범적 프레임워크에 근거한 새로운 교육과정 개발 및 평가에 관한 연구를 후속 과제로 제시하였다.

테크니컬 디자이너의 자기효능감이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The impact of the sense of self-efficacy on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of technical designers)

  • This study analyzed the impact of sense of self-efficacy on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among technical designers in order to acquire information needed for human resources management in the field of technical design. The study was implemented through a normative-descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 217 technical designers working at vendors and agents located in Seoul. The results revealed that there were significant differences in the sense of self-efficacy levels among technical designers according to age and work experience. Personal self-efficacy had a positive influence on both intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction, but also on affective, continuance, and normative organizational commitment. In addition, personal self-efficacy had a greater influence on extrinsic job satisfaction than social self-efficacy. Both personal and social self-efficacy influenced continuance commitment while there was no relationship between social self-efficacy and affective organizational commitment. However, a clear relationship was found between both social and personal self-efficacy and normative organizational commitment. Nevertheless, social self-efficacy had a greater influence on normative organizational commitment than personal self-efficacy. This fact demonstrates the need to exert more effort to promote the sense of personal self-efficacy of technical designers. These results could be used to provide appropriate proposals for human resources management in the field of technical design.

직무스트레스가 작업자의 직무와 조직 헌신도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Stress on Employees' Job and Organizational Commitment)

  • To decrease employees' job stress in the viewpoint of occupational health is very important to improve the productivity and quality of labor. In this study, the job stress, and it's influence on job commitment and organizational commitment were investigated by the questionnaire survey of 259 industrial workers. As results, the majority of workers were under job stress resulted from job demand, job control, and coworker's support. The work times per a week and night work had significant relationships with job demand, and the maximum negative relationship between the work times per a week and job continuous commitment was found. Job demand had the significant relationship with job affective and normative commitment, and job control had the significant relationship with job normative commitment and organizational affective commitment. Moreover, job affective and normative commitment had the significant relationship with organizational continuous commitment. Finally, it was found that cyclic organic chain was composed of work times per a week, night work, salary, job demand, job control, job affective and normative commitment, and organizational affective and continuous commitment. The results of this study indicates that reducing cyclic organic chain is urgently necessary to increase employees' job satisfaction and company commitment.
